TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable oxygen supply device for supplying oxygen gas to a user.
[0002]
More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of mixing raw oxygen gas supplied from an oxygen gas supply source and air taken in from outside by a mixing means, and discharging oxygen-enriched air having a lower oxygen concentration than the raw oxygen gas. It is a portable oxygen supply device that emits more.
[0003]
[Prior art]
In recent years, health has been lost due to chronic lack of oxygen due to deterioration of the global environment and stress caused by air pollution. Oxygen concentrators for health have been developed and used.
[0004]
This oxygen concentrator for health uses a membrane oxygen concentrator and an adsorption oxygen concentrator. The membrane type oxygen concentrator has an oxygen concentration of about 30%, and the adsorption type oxygen concentrator often has an oxygen concentration of about 90%. In each case, oxygen generated from the oxygen concentrator is inhaled from the nasal cavity using a nasal cannula. Therefore, for hygiene, it is necessary to change the nasal cannula for each person who inhales, and it is troublesome to fix the nasal cannula to the face.
[0005]
Spray-type oxygen cylinders have also been used to recover fatigue after extreme sports. This spray type oxygen cylinder is lightweight, small and convenient to carry, but because of its small size, there is a shortcoming in that oxygen in the cylinder is quickly lost, which is expensive and wastes containers.
[0006]
In addition, in a large-capacity oxygen cylinder used for medical purposes, etc., since the filling pressure of oxygen is high, it is necessary to reduce the pressure with a pressure regulating valve or adjust the flow rate with a flow regulating valve, and because it is heavy, It was difficult to handle, and it was dangerous because of the high pressure. Also in this cylinder, a method of inhaling from the nasal cavity using a nasal cannula is used.
[0007]
As described above, the oxygen concentrator and the oxygen cylinder have problems, and therefore, it has been desired that the oxygen concentrator and the oxygen cylinder be easy to use, easy to carry, use no nasal cannula, and have a low cost.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As mentioned above, the present invention seeks to provide a portable oxygen supply device that is simple to use, portable, uses no nasal cannula, and is inexpensive.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Invention]
Portable oxygen produced by mixing raw oxygen gas supplied from an oxygen gas supply source with air taken in from outside by mixing means and discharging oxygen-enriched air having a lower oxygen concentration than the raw oxygen gas from an outlet. A supply device is provided.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of a portable oxygen supply apparatus according to the present invention. An oxygen gas generating section 2 for generating a raw oxygen gas is disposed inside a main body 1 of the portable type oxygen supply apparatus in this drawing, and the generated raw oxygen gas passes through an oxygen gas regulating valve 3 and a duct 4. Sent to Further, the main body 1 is provided with an air intake port 5, and external air is sucked from the air intake port 5 by a fan 6 provided inside, and is guided to the duct 4 through an air volume adjustment valve 7.
[0011]
Therefore, the raw oxygen gas and the air are combined in the duct 4 and agitated by the fan 6, the raw oxygen gas is diluted with the air, and oxygen-enriched air lower than the oxygen concentration of the raw oxygen gas is produced. Released. In addition, when a cooling fan is used in the oxygen gas generation unit 2, the fan 6 may also serve as the cooling fan. The oxygen concentration of the oxygen-enriched air is adjusted by opening and closing the oxygen gas adjusting valve 3 and the air volume adjusting valve 7. This adjustment is performed at the time of manufacture of the present apparatus. However, an adjustment mechanism may be provided on an operation unit (not shown) of the main body 1 so that the user can make adjustment.
Further, the wind direction of the oxygen-enriched air can be adjusted by the airflow direction adjusting fins 9 and can be blown toward a place requiring the oxygen-enriched air.
[0012]
FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the portable oxygen supply device of the present invention. In the main body 1 of the portable type oxygen supply apparatus in this figure, an oxygen gas generating section 2 for generating a raw oxygen gas is arranged, and the generated raw oxygen gas passes through an oxygen gas regulating valve 3 to a duct. Sent. Further, the main body 1 is provided with an air inlet 10. External air is sucked from the air inlet 10 by an internal suction pump 11, and then guided to the duct 4 through the air volume adjusting valve 7. .
[0013]
Therefore, the raw oxygen gas and the air are mixed after being merged, the raw oxygen gas is diluted with the air, and oxygen-enriched air having an oxygen concentration lower than the oxygen concentration of the raw oxygen gas is completed, and is discharged from the discharge port 8.
[0014]
FIG. 3 shows a third embodiment of the portable oxygen supply device of the present invention. The third embodiment has the same basic structure as that of the first embodiment or the second embodiment shown in FIG. Here, a description will be given of an embodiment in which the basic structure is similar to that of the first embodiment. That is, in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, the completed oxygen-enriched air is discharged through the wind direction adjusting fins 9 provided in the discharge port 8. In the third embodiment, The adjusting fins 9 are removed, the piping duct 12 is connected to the duct 4 and extended, and the air is supplied to a place requiring oxygen-enriched air.
[0015]
In this case, the main body can be placed away from the user, so that the user can suppress the operation sound emitted from the main body 1 and can locally enrich oxygen. Further, the adjustment fin 9 may be made detachable so that both the release of the oxygen-enriched air from the wind direction adjustment fin 9 and the release from the pipe duct 12 may be performed.
[0016]
Examples of the oxygen gas generator 2 according to the first to third embodiments of the present invention include an adsorption type (PSA) oxygen concentrator, a membrane type oxygen concentrator, an oxygen generator by a chemical reaction, or an oxygen gas cylinder. Alternatively, a liquefied oxygen supply device can be used, but from the viewpoint of stable release of oxygen-enriched air and portable use, an adsorption (PSA) oxygen concentrator or a membrane oxygen concentrator is suitable.
[0017]
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the handle 13 is provided on the upper portion of the main body, but is not always required.
[0018]
Further, in the description of the embodiment of the present invention, the structure is schematically shown, but the arrangement and shape of the constituent elements are not limited to the embodiment. That is, in the present invention, the raw oxygen gas supplied from the oxygen gas supply source 2 and the air taken in from the outside are mixed by mixing means, and oxygen-enriched air having a lower oxygen concentration than the raw oxygen gas is supplied from the discharge port 8. It is in a portable oxygen supply device that discharges.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention requires an intricate structure because it has an oxygen gas supply source inside the apparatus and mixes raw oxygen gas from this oxygen gas supply source with air taken in from outside to produce oxygen-enriched air. Oxygen-enriched air can be released stably at low cost. Further, it is possible to provide a portable oxygen supply device which is easy to use, can be easily carried, and does not require the use of a nasal cannula.
