Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a taping wire clip mounted on a circuit board by a mounting machine and fixing an electric wire.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many electric wires (wires) are wired in an electronic device, and are often wired on a circuit board. A large number of circuit elements are mounted on a circuit board, and if a large number of electric wires are scattered on the circuit board, not only the appearance is poor but also the workability in maintenance and the like is poor. In addition, when wires are wired on the circuit board, the wires are likely to interfere with the circuit elements. For example, when the wires are in contact with the heat-generating circuit elements, the coating deteriorates and short-circuits between the wires, or with other circuit elements. There is a risk of short circuit. In particular, when a large number of electric wires are wired on a circuit board, there is a problem that the risk of occurrence of the trouble increases.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, a plurality of electric wires are bundled together at an appropriate place with a binding band, or an insulating tape is wound around and bundled. In some cases, the bundled wires are further fixed to the circuit board with a fixing member so as not to shift.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the method of bundling a large number of wires with a binding band or winding and bundling an insulating tape is not only troublesome, but also involves replacing all the wires each time a single wire is replaced for repair or the like. The band must be cut, or the insulating tape must be peeled off, bound again with the binding band, or the insulating tape must be wound, which is cumbersome, cumbersome, and poor in workability. Furthermore, when the bundled electric wires are fixed to the circuit board with the fixing member, there are problems that the workability is further deteriorated and the number of components is increased.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a taping wire clip that can be mounted on a circuit board to easily collectively fix a large number of electric wires.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the taping wire clip includes:
Both sides of the base are formed of a resin member having elasticity and insulation, and both side portions are extended upward, and a wire clip portion for taking in and fixing an electric wire from an upper opening portion is formed of a metal member, and the upper portion is formed of a metal member. A lead portion fixed to the base of the wire clip portion and extending downward, and a lower portion having two legs attached and fixed along a longitudinal direction to a tape formed of a band-shaped mount and an adhesive tape. The leg is cut at a predetermined position, taken out of the tape, and mounted on a circuit board.
[0007]
The taping wire clip is mounted on a mounting machine, the leg portion of the wire clip is cut at a predetermined position, taken out of the tape, and mounted on a circuit board. When an electric wire to be wired on the circuit board is pushed in from the opening of the wire clip portion, the opening is elastically deformed and widened, thereby allowing the pushing of the electric wire. The opening of the wire clip portion is elastically returned to the original state after the wire is taken in, so that the wire is prevented from coming off. Thus, a large number of electric wires are fixed to the wire clips mounted on the circuit board. Since the base surface of the wire clip portion is separated from the circuit board, the wire can be fixed separately from the upper surface of the circuit board, thereby preventing interference with the circuit element.
[0008]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the two leg portions of the lead portion are connected to each other at an upper end thereof to form a fitting portion, and the wire clip portion is fitted to the base portion so as to fit with the fitting portion of the lead portion. It is characterized in that a mating recess is provided.
By adopting a structure in which the wire clip portion and the lead portion are separated from each other, and they are fitted and fixed, the lead portion can be used as a common component, and the wire clip can be easily coped with a small lot of various kinds of shapes.
[0009]
In the invention according to claim 3, the opening of the wire clip portion is elastically deformed by a pushing operation of the electric wire to allow the pushing of the electric wire, and is elastically restored after the pushing of the electric wire to prevent the wire from coming off. A nail is provided.
The electric wire can be easily pushed into the wire clip portion from the opening, and the pushed-in electric wire is prevented from coming off by the locking claws provided in the opening.
[0010]

The wire clip part 6 has two sides 6b, 6b rising substantially vertically from the base part 6a, an opening 6c for taking in an electric wire is formed in an upper part, and a fitting concave part for fitting the lead part 7 to the base end part 6a. 6d are provided. The tip portions 6e and 6f of the both side portions 6b and 6b are bent obliquely inward and downward, while, for example, the tip portion 6e is opposed to and spaced apart from the other tip portion 6f with a slight gap. The gap between the tip portions 6e and 6f is an opening 6c for taking in the electric wire. The distal end portions 6e and 6f are locking claws (hereinafter referred to as "locking claws 6e and 6f") that allow insertion (pushing) of the electric wires and prevent deviation of the inserted electric wires.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 3, the fitting recess 6d is provided with a slit 6i at the center of the lower surface 6h, and one side (front side) of the slit 6i is largely cut out leaving both sides of the slit 6i to open. 6j, and a locking claw 6k protrudes from the center of the inner surface facing the opening 6j. The locking claw 6k has a substantially wedge shape that increases in thickness in a tapered shape from the lower surface 6h side toward the upper side. The wire clip portion 6 is formed of an electrically insulating member having elasticity, for example, a PA (polyamide) resin member.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the lead portion 7 is formed as a fitting portion 7b by connecting the upper ends of the two legs 7a, 7a continuously, and the lower end is connected by a connecting portion 7c to form a rectangular frame. ing. The fitting portion 7b has a plate thickness and a width that can be fitted into the slit 6i of the wire clip portion 6, and has a hole 7d at the center with which the locking claw 6k can be engaged. The lead portion 7 is formed by stamping a metal plate.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, the lead portion 7 has the fitting portion 7b inserted into the slit 6i of the wire clip portion 6 from below, and the locking claw 6k is engaged with the hole 7d and fixed. The lead portion 7 is fixed so as not to deviate by fitting both sides of the fitting portion 7b into the slits 6i and locking the holes 7d by the locking claws 6k. Thus, the wire clip 6 and the lead 7 are joined and fixed to form the wire clip 5.
[0015]
The taping wire clip 1 shown in FIG. 1 is mounted on a mounting machine (not shown), and a tape 2 is sequentially fed through a feed hole 2a. The gap between the locking pawl 6f, that is, the opening 6c is greatly opened, and is pushed in while sliding on the locking pawl 6e. When the electric wire 15 is pushed in, the locking claw 6e elastically returns to the original state, the opening 6c becomes narrower, and the detachment of the electric wire 15 is prevented. In this way, a large number of electric wires are taken in and fixed to the wire clip portion 6. Since the upper surface of the base 6a is separated from the circuit board 11, the wire clip part 6 can fix the electric wire 15 separately from the upper surface of the circuit board 11, thereby preventing interference with the circuit element.
[0017]
When the electric wire is taken out from the wire clip portion 6, the opening 6c is expanded by curving the both sides 6b outward, or the opening 6c is expanded by pushing down the lower locking claw 6e, and the electric wire to be taken out is removed. Grab and pull. Thereby, only a desired electric wire can be easily taken out, and the work of bundling a large number of electric wires wired on the circuit board 11 and the work of replacing the electric wire at the time of maintenance become extremely easy.
