Abstract
Description
【0001】

ρ=arctan(φ/θ) (1)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inspection device and an inspection system for a projection position of a projector that projects light two-dimensionally.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in various fields, light projectors and optical scanning devices that project light two-dimensionally have been used. For example, application to a radar device for measuring a distance to an object or a size of the object or an intruder detection device used for detecting an intruder has been proposed. When applied to these devices, a two-dimensional optical scanning device emits pulsed light at a predetermined position in the space to be monitored, and the time difference between the time of projection and the time of light reflected by the object is received. For measuring the distance to an object. Further, it is also possible to determine an intruder by monitoring a change in the distance thus measured.
[0003]
The projector described above deflects a laser pulse using a galvanometer mirror and a polygon mirror to two-dimensionally raster-scan the light, and supplies an alternating current near the resonance frequency of the galvanomirror to provide an orthogonal axis. And two-dimensional scanning (Lissajous scan) by resonating two galvanometer mirrors having the following.
[0004]
In some of these light projectors, the position where the pulse light is projected is stored in advance, and the light is projected to the position where the light is to be projected by detecting the scanning angle. This scanning angle can be known by detecting the angle of the mirror. If the relationship between the mirror scanning angle and time is known, such as when performing periodic scanning, storing the timing of emitting the pulsed light allows the light to be projected to the position to be projected. Can also be performed. With such a projector, it is possible to detect the position in the space where the projector is intended to emit light. However, the position in the space where the light projector intends to project light (hereinafter, referred to as a predetermined light projecting position) and the position in the space where the light is actually projected due to misalignment of the optical elements constituting the projector. In some cases. For this reason, in order to know whether or not the light projector is accurately projecting light at a predetermined light projecting position, it is necessary to check the actual light projecting position.
[0005]
FIGS. 13 (a) and 13 (b) show an example in which a light projector for projecting light into a space measures a deviation between a predetermined light projecting position and a position in the space actually projected. . In FIG. 13, when light is projected in a space 10 m away from the

[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an inspection apparatus and an inspection system which can easily inspect a light projecting position of a projector in a real space and save space. .
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is an inspection system for inspecting whether or not a two-dimensionally projecting light projector can project light to a predetermined light projecting position, wherein the projector is removably mounted. An inspection apparatus having a mounting portion to be rotated and a rotating portion configured to rotate the mounting portion with an axis coinciding with a reference light emitting direction of the light emitter as a rotation axis; and a one-dimensional arrangement intersecting with the rotation axis of the mounting portion. Wherein the rotating unit rotates the mounting unit so that the predetermined light projecting position moves onto the target.
[0013]
According to the above configuration, by mounting the projector to be inspected on the mounting unit and rotating the projector, it is possible to sequentially emit light to the target at each predetermined two-dimensionally set light emitting position. It is not necessary to prepare targets for all of the light positions, and the actual projection position can be easily inspected.
[0014]
In the above inspection system, a light spot formed by projecting light from the light projector to the predetermined light projecting position from the light projector having means for receiving the reflected light from the target is reflected by the target. Light reception data of light is obtained, and the light reception data obtained from the light projector is stored in a light reception data storage unit together with the corresponding predetermined light projection position.
[0015]
According to the above configuration, since the received light data is stored together with the corresponding predetermined light projecting position, it is possible to easily inspect the position of the light spot projected from the light projector for each predetermined light projecting position.
[0016]
Further, in the inspection system, further, a reference light receiving data storage unit that stores light receiving data of light reflected by the target as a light spot accurately projected at the predetermined light emitting position as reference light receiving data, A comparison unit that compares light reception data when the light spot actually projected from the light projector to the predetermined light projection position is reflected by the target with the reference light reception data. .
[0017]
According to the above configuration, by comparing the light reception data when the light spot actually projected from the light projector to the predetermined light projection position is reflected by the target with the reference light reception data, A deviation from the actual light projection position can be easily inspected.
[0018]
Further, in the inspection system, further, a light projection position table storing the predetermined light projection position and a rotation angle of the rotating unit when the light projection position moves onto the target, and the light projection position table. And a rotation control unit configured to rotate the rotation unit based on the rotation control.
[0019]
According to the above configuration, by controlling the rotation of the rotating unit based on the light projection position table, it is possible to easily perform an inspection for each predetermined light projection position.
[0020]
Also, an inspection device for inspecting whether or not a light projector that emits light two-dimensionally can emit light to a predetermined light-emitting position, comprising: a mounting portion that removably mounts the light projector; And a rotating unit for rotating the light emitting device, wherein the rotating unit has a rotation axis that matches a reference light emitting direction of the light projector.
[0021]
According to the above configuration, by mounting the projector to be inspected on the mounting unit and rotating the projector, it is possible to easily perform an inspection for each predetermined two-dimensionally set projection position.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the light projector to be inspected is mounted on the mounting portion and rotated to sequentially emit light to the target at each predetermined two-dimensionally set light emitting position. Since it is possible, it is not necessary to prepare targets for all of the predetermined light projecting positions, so that space can be saved and the actual light projecting position can be easily inspected.
[0063]
In addition, since the received light data is stored together with the predetermined light emitting position corresponding to the light receiving data storage unit, it is possible to easily inspect the position of the light spot projected from the light projector at each predetermined light emitting position.
[0064]
Also, by comparing the received light data when the light spot actually projected from the light projector to the predetermined light emitting position is reflected by the target with the reference light receiving data, the predetermined light emitting position and the actual light emitting position are compared. The deviation from the position can be easily detected.
[0065]
In addition, by controlling the rotation of the rotating unit based on the light emitting position table, it is possible to easily perform an inspection for each predetermined light emitting position.
[0066]
In addition, since the light emission control can be performed at a predetermined light emission position for inspection set at a constant angle interval, this is executed from ρ = 0 ° to ρ = 180 ° at a constant angle interval Δρ. If this is the case, the entire range in which the light projector can project light can be inspected evenly, and the inspection can be performed in a short time.
