Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a jig for injecting a radiator liquid into a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a method for injecting a radiator liquid into a vehicle, as shown in FIG. 4, a method using a funnel 51 or a mug 52 by hand or a method using a coolant changer using a vacuum device is generally used. As a technique for improving the radiator liquid exchange efficiency, there is also known a technique in which a dedicated radiator liquid exchange device is provided, and the radiator liquid is automatically exchanged by switching and controlling a valve. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1.)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-246874
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when performing the radiator liquid injection work manually, it takes time, and it is not only time-consuming to perform the injection while checking the liquid level in the radiator, but also overflows from the radiator liquid injection port at the time of injection. If the air blows back, the car and floor may become dirty, and since it needs to be warmed up after injection, there is a problem that it is not efficient, and the method of using the coolant changer is that the radiator is installed inside the radiator. There was a problem that it could not be used without liquid.
In the case of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 8-246874, there is a problem that an apparatus using a valve control mechanism is complicated and preparations before injection are complicated.
[0005]
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to inject a radiator liquid with a simple apparatus configuration and a simple procedure, and to shorten the working time.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention can store an radiator liquid for at least one vehicle, and an insertion portion capable of making a jig stand alone when inserted into a radiator liquid inlet of a vehicle in close contact. A reservoir is provided, and the insertion section is provided with an opening for allowing the radiator liquid in the reservoir to flow out, and the liquid level of the radiator liquid in the reservoir is opened to the atmosphere.
[0007]
Then, insert the insertion part of this injection jig into the radiator liquid injection port so that the jig becomes self-supporting even when it is released, and fill the storage part with the radiator liquid just enough to fill the vehicle. Once stored, the radiator liquid is automatically injected into the radiator through the opening in the insert.
At this time, since the liquid level of the radiator liquid in the storage section is open to the atmosphere, the air in the radiator is released to the outside through the liquid level of the radiator liquid in the storage section, and the jig is free standing even when the jig is released. Therefore, it is possible to inject fuel while the engine is running. At this time, since the insertion portion is in close contact with the radiator liquid injection port, there is no problem that the radiator liquid blows out of the gap between the radiator liquid injection port and the insertion portion due to blow back or the like.
[0008]
In the present invention, heat resistance is imparted to the insertion portion.
If heat resistance is imparted to the insertion portion in this way, when injection is performed while the engine is running, the jig is less likely to be damaged by heat even if the radiator has heat.
[0009]
In the present invention, the storage section is formed from a material whose inside can be seen through.
It is preferable to form the inside of the radiator liquid from a transparent material since the remaining amount of the radiator liquid can be visually confirmed and the progress of the injection operation can be easily confirmed.
In addition, as a material whose inside can be seen through, for example, a transparent or translucent resin material can be applied.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Here, FIG. 1 is an explanatory view at the time of injecting using the injection jig according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the injection jig, and FIG. 3 is a comparative view illustrating the effect.
[0011]
The radiator liquid injection jig according to the present invention is configured such that when radiator liquid is injected into a vehicle, the radiator liquid can be efficiently injected by a simple procedure, and the device configuration is simple and can be manufactured at low cost. .
[0012]
That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the injection jig 1 includes an insertion portion 2 that can be inserted into a radiator liquid inlet R of a vehicle, and a storage portion 3 that can store at least one vehicle radiator liquid. The upper portion of the storage section 3 is formed as an open section 4 that opens to the atmosphere. In the present embodiment, the storage section 3 is formed of a transparent or translucent resin material.
[0013]
The insertion part 2 is provided with an opening h through which the radiator liquid in the storage part 3 can flow out into the radiator, and a packing member 5 for bringing the insertion part 2 into close contact with the radiator liquid inlet R is provided. Have been. The packing member 5 is made of silicon rubber having excellent heat resistance and oil resistance.
[0014]
In addition, the packing member 5 includes a fitting protrusion 5a that is in close contact with the inner surface of the radiator liquid inlet R on the distal end side, and includes a large-diameter protrusion 5b having a larger diameter than the radiator inlet R at an intermediate portion. The fitting jig 5a is fitted in close contact with the radiator liquid inlet R, and the large-diameter protrusion 5b is in close contact with the periphery of the radiator liquid inlet R, so that the injection jig 1 can stand alone even when it is released. Is made possible.
[0015]
In the injection jig 1 as described above, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, after inserting the insertion portion 2 into the radiator liquid injection port R in a tightly contacted state and allowing the insertion portion 2 to stand alone, a predetermined amount of the radiator liquid Is stored at once. Then, the radiator liquid is filled into the radiator through the opening h of the insertion section 2, and the air in the radiator automatically escapes from the opening section 4 through the radiator liquid in the storage section 3.
The radiator liquid injection work can be performed while the engine is running, and the radiator liquid does not leak from the gap between the radiator liquid injection port R and the insertion section 2 even if there is a blowback.
Also, compared to the conventional injection method using a funnel and a mug, the operator does not need to perform the injection while checking the liquid level of the radiator, and only visually checks the radiator liquid in the storage unit 3 as necessary. It does not take much time because it is good.
[0016]
FIG. 3 shows a comparison of the working time between the conventional injection method and the injection method using the injection jig of the present invention.
In the case of the injection method using a funnel and a mug, it takes about 900 seconds to inject the radiator liquid, then about 1800 seconds to warm up, and it takes time and effort to replenish the insufficient radiator liquid after cooling the engine.
In the case of the injection method using a coolant changer, it takes about 1800 seconds for the warm-up operation, and then about 300 seconds for the radiator liquid exchange.
[0017]
In contrast, in the case of the present invention, it is possible to perform the warming-up operation while injecting the radiator liquid at the same time. Is reduced.
[0018]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Those having substantially the same configuration as those described in the claims of the present invention and exhibiting the same functions and effects belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
For example, the specific shape and material of the injection jig 1 are arbitrary.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the injection jig according to the present invention inserts the insertion portion into the radiator liquid injection port of the vehicle in a tightly contacting state and makes it stand alone, stores at least one vehicle radiator liquid in the storage portion, and inserts the insertion portion. In addition to injecting the radiator liquid through the opening of the radiator and opening the upper surface of the storage part to the atmosphere, it is possible to inject while evacuating the air inside the radiator, and also to inject while the engine is running. It can be performed efficiently. Further, there is no possibility that the radiator liquid leaks due to a blowback or the like.
At this time, if heat resistance is given to the insertion portion, the jig is less likely to be thermally damaged, and if the storage portion is made transparent, the remaining amount of the radiator liquid can be visually checked. It is possible to confirm, and the operation can be performed while confirming the progress of the injection operation.
