【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、洗い場或いはバスルームやマンションの台所、洗面所、ベランダ或いは各種キャビネット内など床面の排水口に取り付けられる排水トラップ、特に洗濯機などの排水ホースを接続連結して用いられる排水トラップに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の排水トラップは、ホースジョイントが設けられ、洗濯機の排水ホースと接続され、排水ホースから流出する廃水(汚水)を床下に配設した排水管に案内するために用いられており、廃水はホースジョイントから排水トラップ内に流れ込んで、排水管側へ送られる構造となっている。例えば、実用新案第2527337号公報での排水トラップでは、既存の排水管に対してトラップを簡単に形成できる組み込み式の排水トラップが提案されていて、この排水トラップを用いることで、通常の排水管に洗濯機の排水を流す場合でも臭気の逆流を防止することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この従来の排水トラップは、床面に据え付けるのには開口部に取付ネジで蓋体を固定するためネジ部にほこり等のゴミ溜まりとなって汚れやすく不体裁となるし、手入れが面倒であり、またパッキンホルダーをねじ込み取り付けると緩み現象で外れたり、パッキンの機能をはたさなくなって水漏れや、溢水などが生じやすく床面が水浸しになり拭きとり作業を行わなくてはならない問題があった。
また、予め定められた管径の筒状部が下方向に突出しているので、この筒状部と排水管の管径が異なる場合、対応できず、製造作業や施工作業の複雑化や煩雑化を招くという問題があった。さらに、排水管の管径が小さいもの、特に排水管内に封水筒を装入する形態では、トラップ形成機構が挟隘部分に納められるために排水流路が十分確保できないので、洗濯機から排出される水は洗濯槽に多量の水が溜まっている場合には、かなりの水圧を伴って排水されるため、溢流・漏水現象が多発し床面上に防水パンなどが必要となり不経済で体裁も悪い。しかも、洗濯の際に生ずる糸くずなどその他のごみ類が流路に詰って水捌けが悪くなるし、掃除をも頻繁にしなくてはならない問題もあった。

本発明は、これら従来の不便さを排除しようとするもので、トラップ機構を有する封水筒体が開放型で、排水管内に装備でき、かつ排水管内に装備しても排水流路を十分に確保できごみ類の詰り現象がなく、特に排水中の糸くずや髪毛などのごみ類の引掛かりがなく、排水トラップ機能をも十分に発揮できるし、洗濯機の排水ホースと接続して封水筒体が連結され、排水口の床面開口部を覆う蓋体に着脱自在に保持するので、配管接続作業が簡単で施行工事も簡便で汎用性に富み、しかも床面に排水トラップの蓋体をネジ止めしてもこの床取付けネジ部はパンキングホルダーによって覆われてネジ部のいやなゴミ溜まりがなく体裁良好で外観品位も高められ手入れも簡単であり、緩み止めが確実で水漏れ現象もなく安全性を大巾に高めることができるし、洗濯機の排水の際に排水量が増加しても外部に溢れることなく水密状態を保って確実に排出できると共に、下流側からの臭気の逆流も確実に止めて安全に用いられる排水トラップを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、床面に取り外し可能に備えられて、床面開口部を覆う蓋体に、床面開口部に嵌挿される排水管が連結される排水管接続部と、洗濯機排水ホースがホースジョイントを介して連結されるホース接続部とを設け、該ホース接続部に形成した係合部に前記蓋体を覆うパッキンホルダーを着脱自在に螺合して、前記蓋体とホースジョイントとを被覆一体化すると共に、蓋体の排水管接続部と前記ホースジョイントとに嵌挿保持される上面開放で有底の封水筒体が排水管内に配備され、該封水筒体の内部を入口側流路と出口側流路とに区画する仕切片を有底側に流水用の連通開口を形成して垂下配備され、前記出口側流路の封水筒体の周壁上方位置に流出口を形成した構成の排水トラップとしてある。

本発明の請求項1記載の発明によれば、前記蓋体とパッキンホルダーとの接合対面位置に凹凸面部よりなるロック機構を設けて係止結合した構成としたもので、蓋体とホースジョイントとの間にシールラバーリングのシール部材を介在配備した構成としているので、床面に排水トラップの蓋体をネジ止めしてもこの床取付けネジ部は覆われてネジ部のいやなゴミ溜まりがなく体裁良好で外観品位も高められ手入れも簡単であり、緩み止めが確実で水漏れ現象もなく安全性を大巾に高めることができるし、蓋体にパッキンホルダーが取付けられて締め付けるとロック機構で係止固定され緩み止めとなると共に、排水管路内での高流速の維持が確実にできてごみ詰り現象がなく安全に用いられ、しかもホースジョイント、封水筒体のトラップ形成体が着脱自在なので、排水口からホースジョイント、トラップ形成体となる封水筒体を取り外して清掃することが容易に可能である。

また前記蓋体を覆うパッキンホルダーが、中央にホースジョイントの嵌合孔を有し、周囲外方に張り出したカバーを備えた中空円筒体からなり、すべり防止用の凹凸面からなる回動操作部を外側に設け、シール面部のある筒部にスリットとネジ部とを備えたことで、緩み止めが確実で水漏れ現象もなく用いられると共に、蓋体の取付ネジ部その他周辺部を覆ってカバーするため、蓋体上部の化粧回しとなりネジ部のゴミ溜まりもなく体裁良好に用いられ信頼性と外観品位を大巾に高めることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
この実施の形態における排水トラップは、図1乃至図8に示すように、床面Aの床面開口部Bを覆い床面上に載置固定され、排水管Cに連結されるリング状の蓋体1にホース接続部2と排水管接続部3とを備え、該ホース接続部2に一端口部4が嵌挿され、かつホース止めリング5を外周に突設した他端口部5に洗濯機排水ホースDが嵌挿されるホースジョイント6が接続され、該ホースジョイント6の外周部に挿入され、かつ前記蓋体1の補助排水管接続部3に嵌装保持される封水筒体8が排水管C内に上面開放で配備され、また前記排水管接続部3が異径ソケット7を介して排水管Cに嵌挿配備される。
この封水筒体8は、前記排水管接続部3の内周側に直接嵌合してもよいが、図1のように補助排水管接続部3の内周側に張出した内方張出のフランジ3に保持筒部8の外周側面の段差部8を嵌挿係止して排水管C内に連結配備されてもよく、該封水筒体8の内部を入口側流路8と出口側流路8とに区画する仕切片9が有底側に流水用の連通開口10を形成して垂下配備され、前記出口側流路室8の封水筒体8の周壁上方位置に流出口11を形成した構成のトラップ本体としてある。

この排水トラップにおいて、前記蓋体1に接続されるホースジョイント6は、エルボ管体で一端口部4が前記ホース接続部に嵌挿され、かつ他端口部5が洗濯機排水ホースに嵌挿される構成とし、エルボ管体外周に前記パッキンホルダー12に圧接される円錐状のフランジ部16を突設してあり、前記パッキンホルダー12をねじ込んで固定する際に、環状の嵌入溝16を前記封水筒体8の保持筒部8に圧入嵌挿し、かつ、フランジ部16の下面で前記シール部材23を蓋体1に圧着して水漏れ、ガス漏れがないように安全にセットされる。

さらに前記蓋体1には、蓋体1の排水管接続部3または補助排水管接続部3に嵌装保持され、かつ上縁に外方張出フランジ7を有する大径筒部7に傾斜壁からなるテーパー筒部7を介して、小径筒部7を一体成形した異径ソケット7を必要に応じ付設して、大小径の排水管Cに対応して連結接続できるようにして、該排水管C内に流水用の隙間をあけて、カップ状の封水筒体8が垂下状態で嵌合配備でき組立て分解が容易にできるようにしてある。

この排水トラップにおいて、前記封水筒体8としては、カップ状のトラップ本体であって、前記蓋体1に形成され前記た環状筒部の補助排水管接続部3の内方張出のフランジ3に嵌挿係止されるが、封水筒体上端の保持筒部8の内外周面にホースジョイント6の嵌入溝16を嵌合して圧接配備され、かつ保持筒部8の外周に段差部8を設けて、該段差部8を前記フランジ3に嵌挿係止して排水管C内に流水用の隙間をあけて、カップ状の封水筒体8が垂下状態で簡単に嵌合配備できる。

この場合、前記封水筒体8の内部を入口側流路8と出口側流路8とに区画する仕切片9は、封水筒体8に一体に成形されている仕切壁としてあるが、分離できる仕切片9として用い上方に外方に張り出す取り付け用の環状フランジ(図示せず)を設けた形態のもの、例えばスロートを前記保持筒部8の上方から嵌挿配備して、底部に連通開口10を形成して垂下配備することもできる。また、前記仕切片9の下端縁は丸みを付けた曲面(断面円弧状)に形成するか、或いは下流側に湾曲した誘導曲面を持った下端部として、排水中の糸くずやその他細い長ものが引っ掛かったり、絡みつかないように配慮するのがよく、さらに仕切片9の下端縁も直線状に限らず、底部の形状例えば、水平状或いは球面状の底部の形状に沿った連通開口10の形状と大きさになるようにし、流過する排水に与える抵抗を小さくすることができるし、流路内の流れが反転流過してスムーズになるように考慮するのがよい。

なお、前記封水筒体8の周壁上方位置に形成した流出口11は、封水筒体8の周壁の略半周に所定高さの寸法(封水量を確保できる高さ)で上方を開口したものとし、排水量も減ずることなく、排水流路の確保も充分とれて排水作業に支障がないようにしてある。
そして、蓋体1の下部に垂下配備される前記封水筒体8は、排水管C内で封水筒体8の外周部と下部とに流水用の隙間あけて配備され、前記蓋体1にゴムパッキンなどのシール部材23を介して、ホースジョイント6が嵌合接続され、着脱自在の前記パッキンホルダー12によって締着される。
前記蓋体1のホース接続部2に形成した係合部15例えばネジ部に前記蓋体1を覆うパッキンホルダー12を着脱自在に螺合して、前記蓋体1とホースジョイント6とを被覆一体化する際に、前記蓋体1とパッキンホルダー12との接合対面位置に設けたロック機構例えば、歯形面、ギザ面或いは凹凸面部21,22により係止結合するのがよく、該パッキンホルダー12の外方に張り出したカバー12を前記蓋体1に設けた取付孔14の上方を覆うようにして、蓋体1を直接床面Aにねじ止めし、或いは環状のシール部材24を介して床面Aにねじ止めしても、この床取付けネジ部はパッキンホルダー12によって覆われてネジ部へのゴミ溜まりがなく体裁良好で外観品位も高められる。

【実施例】
本発明の実施例では、床面Aの開口部Bに嵌合された円板状の前記蓋体1は、板面に取付孔14を適宜設け、板面中央下部に設けた排水管接続部3の開口端に配水管Cを連結し、補助排水管接続部3に設けたフランジ3に封水筒体8の保持筒部8を嵌支してあり、該保持筒体8の開口端を前記ホースジョイント6の嵌入溝16に嵌挿圧接保持してあって、配水管C内において該封水筒体8の外周部と下部とに流水用隙間をあけて封水筒体8が垂下配備される。
この封水筒体8中に区画される入口側流路8と出口側流路8とに区画する仕切片9が有底側に流水用の連通開口10を形成して垂下配備され、前記出口側流路室8の封水筒体8の周壁上方位置に流出口11を形成した構成のトラップ本体としてあり、前記パッキンホルダー12によって、前記ホースジョイント6と封水筒体8とを蓋体1に封水密着配備して水密性を維持できる。(図1及び図2)

前記蓋体1は、耐衝撃性、耐腐性、および耐熱性などに優れたABS樹脂などで円板状に成形され、開口部Bを覆い床面Aにねじによって固着できる複数の取付孔14(本実施形態では3個)が周方向に間隔をおいて穿設されている。この蓋体1の上面部には筒状のホース接続部2が一体的に突出成形され、かつ蓋体1の下面部には排水管接続用の外側筒部からなる排水管接続部3及び補助排水管接続部3が垂下して一体的に突出成形されている。これらホース接続部2と排水管接続部3,3とは、最も多用されるパイプ状の排水管C又はホースジョイント6とが接続可能なように同心的に突設され、ホース接続部2の内周面にパッキンホルダー12の係合部15が、また補助排水管接続部3の内周面にはフランジ3がそれぞれ形成されている。(図3)

このように、前記ホースジョイント6を中空円筒状のパッキンホルダー12を介して着脱自在に蓋体1に保持するので、施行工事も簡便で汎用性に富み、しかもパッキンホルダー12を回動して締めつけると、封水筒体8の保持筒部8の開口端が環状の嵌合溝16に圧入され、かつホースジョイント6のフランジ部16のテーパー面(肩部の段付面)に押しつけられて水密保持を確実化できるほか、パッキンホルダー12を締め付けたり、弛めたりしてホースジョイント6の着脱が簡便にできる。

また、前記封水筒体8の底部に湾曲部を形成することにより排水の流れに溜まりや衝突をできるだけなくして、より良い排水の流れを形成することができる。
この封水筒体8は、封水筒体8の周壁上方位置に広く開いた開放型の流出口11を形成したので、該流出口11からオーバーフローして噴出された水流は、排水管C内に封水筒体8で構成される仕切片9で区画される入口側流路8と出口側流路8との空間周辺を中心に強い乱れを伴なう反転流を形成することとなり、この形式の流れ場は広い範囲の乱れをもっていて、特に比較的規模の大きな巻き込み流を発生させることができるため、封水筒体8の壁付近の流速は激しく外周方向に誘導されて、洗剤等の管壁への付着を防げる効果をもつほか、下流の半径方向流速分布にも影響を与え、流路が縮小している流れ場においては、縮小している側(この場合には、円心円外側方向)の流速も増大し、この結果、その下流部においても管壁近傍の高流速が維持されて管内流を形成し、管路流の閉塞現象やごみ詰り現象の発生がなく有効に用いられる。

さらに、前記封水筒体8には、貯留水中に漬かる仕切片9によるトラップ形成体によりトラップ機能を備えるが、仕切片9に代えて、必要に応じトラップ形成体のスロートによってトラップ機能を持たせる構成にしてもよい。

前記ホースジョイント6の固定用のパッキンホルダー12としては、図4に示すように、中央にホースジョイント6の嵌合孔12を有し、周囲外方に張り出したカバー12を備えた中空円筒体からなり、すべり防止用の凹凸面からなる回動操作部17を外側に設け、またシール面部19のある筒部12にスリット13と、ネジ部18とを備えてあるので、前記蓋体1に封水筒体8を嵌入したのち、シール部材23を介してホースジョイント6の一端開口4と接続し、前記蓋体1を覆うパッキンホルダー12を装着すれば、前記封水筒体8からなるトラップ形成体を容易に組み入れセットすることができるし、緩み止めが確実で水漏れ現象もなく用いられると共に、カバー12によって蓋体1の取付ネジ部の取付孔14その他周辺部を覆ってカバーするため、蓋体上部の化粧回しとなりネジ孔のゴミ溜まりもなく体裁良好に用いられる。

なお、前記蓋体1に設けられる排水管接続部3として、排水管Cを嵌装保持する外側筒部と、前記封水筒体8の保持筒部8を嵌装保持する内側筒部とを突設して、異径パイプの排水管Cの場合に適用施工が容易にできるようにしてもよいし、排水管Cの内径が大きい場合にはABS製の異径ソケット7を嵌合介在して蓋体1の排水管接続部3を嵌装した形態で用いてもよい。(図7)
この異径ソケット7としては、排水管接続部3または補助排水管接続部3に嵌装保持され、かつ上縁に外方張出フランジ7を有する大径筒部7に傾斜壁からなるテーパー筒部7を介して、小径筒部7を一体成形したものを用いるのがよく、大小径の排水管Cに対応して連結接続できるようにして、施工工事を簡便化できるようにしてある。

上記構成によれば、前記蓋体1の下面部から管径の異なる2種類の排水管接続部3および補助排水管接続部3があることになり、また必要に応じ異径ソケット7を付設することで、前記排水管Cの管径が大きい場合でも、小さい場合でも、排水管Cに適切に選択して接続することが可能である。したがって、この排水管Cの管径に応じて複数の排水トラップを用意する必要性が全くなく、これを通じて製造作業や施工作業の大幅な簡素化、効率化、および容易化などが期待できる。また、蓋体1がABS樹脂などの合成樹脂で一体成形されているので、さびることがなく、清潔性を大いに維持することができるとともに、取扱いがきわめて容易となる。
