Abstract
Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the vibration roller R ', since the blade support arm 35' is attached to the outer side surface of the left and
In particular, when performing the rolling work or the like of the buried groove M, usually, the work is performed in a state where there is no extra space on the side where the excavated earth and sand are deposited on both sides of the buried groove M, so that the remaining tightening is performed as much as possible. It was requested to reduce the area.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to eliminate the above-described problem, and has as its object to reduce as much as possible the remaining area in a vibrating roller with a blade.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, a vibration roller of the present invention includes a traveling body, and a rolling wheel supported via a body frame in front of the traveling body, and a width direction in front of the rolling wheel. A vibrating roller provided with a blade, wherein the body frame has a pair of side members protruding from a front end of the rolling wheel, and a width laterally provided at a tip end of each side member. A direction member, and the blade is supported by the width direction member via an arm member so as to fit within the body frame without protruding from the side members on both sides in a front view. It is characterized by.
Here, the front means the traveling direction side (for example, the left direction in FIG. 1) when the driver of the vibration roller performs the normal operation.
[0009]
The present invention, in the conventional vibrating roller, it is difficult to attach the blade to the inner surface of the side member constituting the body frame due to the presence of the rolling wheel, and it is also possible to attach the blade to the lower surface of the side member, Considering that the curve clearance of the vehicle becomes smaller and the minimum ground clearance cannot be secured, a configuration in which the width direction member constituting a part of the body frame supports a blade having substantially the same dimension as the interval between the side members on both sides is provided. Accordingly, the blade and the arm member for supporting the blade are prevented from protruding in the vehicle width direction outside the side member of the body frame.
With this configuration, the rolling wheel width (compacting width) and the blade width can be matched as much as possible, so that it is possible to achieve a reduction in the unpressed area as much as possible.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
