Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an assembly container made of a plastic sheet having a holding plate portion capable of forming a storage space in the container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art An assembling container has been manufactured in which a plastic sheet such as amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (A-PET) having good transparency and rigidity is provided with a folding ruled line. In this type of conventional container, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a front back plate portion and a left and right side plate portion are continuously provided via a folding ruled line, and a lid piece is bent up and down from the front or back plate portion via a ruled line. A flap to be disposed in the container is extended from one of the plate portions or one end through a ruled line, and after the container is assembled and made three-dimensional, the inner peripheral surface of the container, that is, the four sides The configuration is such that the object to be stored is held by being pressed into the container so as to be in close contact with each inner surface of the face plate portion.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-139019 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
With the above configuration, it is necessary to assemble the container and make it three-dimensional, then bend the flap, and press and fit the folded object into the container while holding the object to be stored, etc. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to separate the manufacturing and assembling process of the container from the packaging process of storing the objects to be stored, and it is difficult to sufficiently rationalize the manufacturing or distribution process of the container.
[0005]
As the above-mentioned improvement, in the process of assembling the container by bonding the glue margin pieces, the flap is folded into the container so as to be internally provided, the assembled container is folded in a flat folded state so that it can be transported and stored, and It is preferable that the container can be made three-dimensional at the time of packaging. In this case, the interior flap must be configured so as not to hinder the three-dimensional operation, and in particular, the flap that forms the storage space in the container can smoothly interlock with the folding or three-dimensionalization of the container. desired.
As such, a configuration as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 can be considered. This is because a flap 22 is connected to one side edge of a side plate 21 that can be folded and assembled into a container via a folding ruled line 23, and the flap 22 is folded into the container. Are bonded to form an assembled container. When the container is made three-dimensional, the flap 22 becomes V-shaped in the container, and a storage space for the storage object 25 is formed in the V-shaped concave portion. is there.
[0006]
However, in the case of this configuration, when the assembled container is folded in a flat bi-fold shape by folding the ruled line 23 and the ruled line at the diagonal end, the flap 22 is sandwiched into the two-folded container. If the flaps are longer than the two fold widths, the flaps cannot be flattened because the flaps do not extend flatly, which hinders the transport and storage. If the flaps are short, the inside of the three-dimensional container as shown in FIG. As a result, the V-shaped flap rattles or the stored object rattles, causing a problem of lowering the commercial value. When the lengths match, the flap edge cuts into the inside of the folded portion, and as a result, the flap becomes V-shaped. There is a possibility that problems such as difficulty in forming characters may occur, and there is a problem that dimensional restrictions are too strong.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and in a state in which a flap, that is, a holding plate portion for an object to be stored is provided, the container can be conveniently folded and folded into a flat folded state for transportation and storage. An object of the present invention is to provide a plastic sheet assembling container that can stably store an object to be stored by simply making the container three-dimensional.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention relates to an assembled container for folding a plastic sheet provided with a ruled line, and an object to be stored that can be folded into the container through a ruled line from a side end of a container side plate portion. The holding plate portion is extended to have a length capable of forming a storage space, and a support piece is formed at an intermediate portion of the holding plate portion so as to be in contact with the inner surface of the container side plate portion. It is characterized by comprising a container.
In a state where the storage space is formed by bending or bending the intermediate portion, the holding plate portion substantially spans between the container side plate portion in which the holding plate portion is continuously provided and the both side plate portions facing the side plate portion facing the container side plate portion. In a state where the length is extended in a flat plate shape, it is preferable that the length is shorter than a length between both outer bent portions of the side plate portion of the assembly container folded flat.
[0008]
The present invention is also characterized in that a plastic sheet assembling container is formed by forming an adjustable plate portion that can be bent and extended in the storage space at least above or below the holding plate portion.
In addition, an uneven portion capable of contacting an object to be stored can be formed on a front plate portion forming a storage space together with the holding plate portion. Further, a foil stamping or other printed pattern is formed on at least the holding plate portion, so that the decorative effect can be enhanced.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The holding plate portion 10 has a width in the extending direction set to be slightly shorter than the total width of the front plate portion 1 and the right side plate portion 2 (the total width of the rear plate portion 3 and the left side plate portion 4), That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the length between both outer bent portions of the folding container side plate portion in which a box body having three-dimensionally formed four sides 1, 2, 3, and 4 is folded flat in two. Is set to be shorter than the length S, and the cutting direction width of the support piece 12 is set longer than the short length S,
The ruled line 5e forming the left and right holding plate portions 10a and 10b is formed such that a concave portion formed by bending the two holding plate portions 10a and 10b is formed on the front plate portion 1 side as the storage space 13 of the storage object 14. , With a bending habit. The object to be stored may be a makeup tool such as a mascara, a stationery such as a writing instrument, or any other item, and the shape thereof may be cylindrical, cylindrical, or any other shape.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the sheet has the holding plate portion 10 bent inward via the ruled line 5d, and the four side plate portions 1, 2, and 3, 4 are sandwiched between the holding plate portion 10 via the ruled line 5 therebetween. The sheet is folded in two, the glue margin piece 9 is folded inward via the ruled line 5c, aligned with the outer edge of the left side plate portion 4, and fixed with a hot melt adhesive or another adhesive to obtain a flat folded two-fold assembly container. be able to. Note that this processing step is not limited and is optional, including other methods.
Since the holding plate portion 10 is shorter than the container half-fold width by S, the two-folded assembly container can be formed in a flat folded shape without swelling, and has excellent transport and storage properties, and is excellent in handling. ing.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, the two-fold assembly container can be formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape while bending the remaining ruled lines 5 and 5 on the four sides inwardly. Numeral 10 is bent in a V-shaped cross section along the box shape and fits in a rectangular parallelepiped. The V-shape faces the open portion toward the front plate portion 1 and forms a storage space 13 for the storage object 14 on the front side. I do. At this time, during the step of forming the container three-dimensionally, an auxiliary operation for bending the holding plate portion 10 into a V-shape by inserting an operation pin into the container from the opening in the lid surface direction or the like is performed. May be optional.
Since the holding plate portion 10 is shorter than the width of the two-folded assembly container, the open end edge of the holding plate portion is folded in half (the inwardly bent ruled line 5 portion between the right side plate portion 2 and the back plate portion 3). ) Is not folded in a state of biting into the container, and can be moved freely in the three-dimensional process of the container, so that a smooth three-dimensional operation of the container is not hindered.
[0015]
In addition, the holding plate portion 10 is bent in a V-shape by the ruled line 5e, and at the same time, the support piece 12 defined by the cut 11 has no ruled line. Or, it maintains the linear surface state with 10b and projects in the V-shaped outward direction in an inverted V-shape.
[0016]
The V-shaped ends of the holding plate 10 are located near the corners of both ends of the front plate 1, while the V-shaped bottom is slightly spaced from the back plate 3 because it is shorter by S as described above. However, the protruding support pieces 12 and 12 do not come into pressure contact with the back plate portion 3 to cause rattling of the holding plate portion 10 in the container.
The support piece 12 can be appropriately elastically deformed by projecting while being inclined in an inverted V-shape, and can maintain the fixed state of the holding plate portion 10 and also perform a buffer function.
[0017]
FIG. 4 shows a modification of the support piece 12. The configuration of the support piece is not limited to these.
(A), the support pieces 12, 12 separated at the middle part are formed on the right holding plate part 10a side in the same direction from the ruled line 5e, and the inverted U-shaped notch 11 is formed between both support pieces. This is a configuration example in which the support piece 12a is formed on the left holding plate portion 10b side.
(B) is a configuration example in which an intermediate portion is a ruled line 5e, and symmetrical support pieces 12b, 12b are formed on left and right holding plate portions 10a, 10b at upper and lower ends of the ruled line, respectively.
(C), in the middle part of the ruled line 5e, the symmetrical support pieces 12c, 12c in the form of arc tongues are formed by forming the wave-shaped cuts 11 bulging out on one side in the left and right holding plate parts 10a, 10b. This is a configuration example.
(D) is a configuration example in which a notch 11 is formed in only one of the left and right holding plate portions 10a and 10b in the middle portion of the ruled line 5e to form one support piece 12d.
[0018]
FIG. 5 shows a modified example of the holding plate unit 10. The configuration of the holding plate is not limited to these.
(A), two folding ruled lines 5e and 5e are formed in the middle part of the holding plate part 10 in the extending direction, and the holding space 10 is formed by bending the holding plate part 10 into a trapezoidal cross section. This is a configuration example that can be used. The support piece 12e can be formed by providing a cut from each of the ruled lines 5e, 5e toward the inside of the holding plate portion.
FIG. 2B is a configuration example in which the holding space is formed by curving the holding plate in an arc-shaped cross section without providing a ruled line in the holding plate 10. The support piece 12f can be formed by providing a cut in the middle of the curved surface.
[0019]
The holding plate portion 10 mainly holds an object to be stored from a peripheral side surface. On the other hand, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the object to be stored is supported from above and below, or the object to be stored is supported in a state where the space is maintained vertically.
In FIGS. 6 and 7, the holding plate portion 10 having the above-described configuration is extended through a ruled line 5d at a position near the upper portion of the left side plate portion 5 so that an object to be stored can be stored in a lower portion of the left side plate portion 5 in a raised state. An adjusting plate portion 10c is extended from the lower portion of the adjusting container portion 10 via a folding ruled line 5f, leaving a height equivalent to the space portion, and the adjusting plate portion 10c has a length rotatable around the ruled line in the assembled container, preferably The front plate 1 is formed to have a length that is about half to the entire width of the front plate 1.
Although not shown, the adjusting plate portion 10c can be formed not only at the lower portion of the left side plate portion 5 but also at the upper and lower portions or the upper portion.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 7, by forming the adjustment plate portion 10c at the lower portion and assembling the sheet to make it three-dimensional, the stored object 14 can be fixed in the storage space 13 formed by the V-shaped holding plate portion 10. At the same time, the bottom of the storage object 14 is placed on the adjustment plate by bending the adjustment plate 10c so as to intersect the storage space 13 and to be positioned below the storage space. It is possible to maintain a stable storage state while leaving a space at the bottom. At the same time, the stored object can be prevented from coming off in the vertical direction, which is useful for preventing theft. In addition, the appearance is improved when storing things smaller than the container.
[0021]
FIGS. 8 and 9 show an embodiment different from the above-described FIG. 6, in which the holding plate portion 10 is extended through the ruled line 5 d so as to extend over the entire length of the left side plate portion 5, and the support piece by the cut 11 is provided. Numeral 12 is formed at a position closer to the upper part of the holding plate part 10, and a lower part of the holding plate part 10 has a height equal to or larger than a space part capable of storing an object to be stored in a raised state. A horizontal cut line 15 is formed at the bottom raised position in the center of the portion, and a bent ruled line 5g is formed from the center and both ends of the cut line 15 to the lower end of the holding plate portion to bend and extend. An adjusting plate portion 10d is formed.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 9, if the sheet is assembled and made three-dimensional, the object 14 can be fixed in the storage space 13 formed by the V-shaped holding plate portion 10 and the adjustment plate portion 10d is bent and stored. By projecting and crossing into the space 13, this is located below the storage space, so that the bottom of the storage object 14 is placed on the adjustment plate portion 15, and the space is left under the assembly container. The stable storage state is maintained, and the same operation and effect as the configuration of FIG. 6 can be obtained.
[0023]
FIGS. 10 and 11 show a stationary configuration of an object to be stored, which is different from the above. An inwardly protruding portion which can receive the front portion of the object to be abutted on the central portion of the front plate portion 1 is provided. An inner surface concave portion 16 having a portion 16a formed on a peripheral edge is provided. The inner convex portion 16a and the inner concave portion 16 can be formed so as to be in contact with the storage object portion as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, or they can be point contact or line contact as shown in FIG. It can also be formed so as to contact in a state.
As shown in FIG. 11, if the sheet is assembled and made three-dimensional, the storage object 14 can be fixed in the storage space 13 formed by the V-shaped holding plate portion 10, and at the same time, the inward convex portion 16a of the front plate portion is formed. It is positioned so as to be in contact with the object to be stored and a part thereof is accommodated in the inner recess 16, and a stable state in which no displacement occurs is maintained.
If the irregularities are formed to be shallow, the plastic sheet is flexible, so that the irregularities do not hinder the storage of the object.
[0024]
In each of the above embodiments, at least the holding plate portion 10 can be colored or patterned by foil stamping or other appropriate printing. By decorating the holding plate portion, for example, it is possible to present the appearance in which objects to be stored are stored on a decorative surface with a folding screen or an excellent aesthetic feeling. Can be given.
Note that the description of each of the above embodiments is merely an example, and the holding plate portion and the adhesive margin piece are formed by reversing the continuous positions, and the peripheral surface of the container is formed as a shape other than a rectangular parallelepiped, or Variations are possible and the invention includes them.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention as described above, the container can be conveniently folded, folded and folded and transported and stored in a state where the storage object holding plate portion is installed, and the container can be stored at the time of packaging the storage object. It is possible to provide a plastic sheet assembling container that can stably store an object to be stored simply by making it three-dimensional.
By forming the holding plate portion shorter than the folded width of the container, the assembled container can be in a flat folded state without swelling, and the open edge of the holding plate portion can be folded into the folded portion of the container. The holding plate portion can be freely moved in the three-dimensional process of the container without being folded in two in a biting state, so that the three-dimensional operation of the container can be smoothly performed. In addition, since the dimensional restrictions are reduced, the front and rear sides and the width of the left and right sides of the container can be arbitrarily set, and the effect as a packaging / advertising medium can be enhanced.
According to the above configuration, it is possible to easily perform the storing operation of the storage object, and to stably maintain the holding state without rattling.
In addition, by forming the adjustment plate part, it is possible to stably store it by having a space part also in the vertical direction, it is also useful for preventing theft, and the decoration effect of the holding plate part enhances the display effect of the stored objects. May be even higher.
