また、取付部の延長部を嵌合させた嵌合孔の下端部に、取付ピンのかしめ部の外側に開口する切欠溝を設けて、延長部と嵌合孔との隙間から入った水や微小粉を排出させる。

以下、図1ないし図4の実施例について説明する。
