Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a potential therapy system, an electronic medium, and an information writing device for adjusting the function of an autonomic nerve.
[0002]
[Prior art]
One cubic millimeter of human blood contains 500 red blood cells and 5000 to 8000 white blood cells. Also, 54 to 60% of the leukocyte fraction is granulocytes, and 35 to 41% are lymphocytes. It is known that the balance between the autonomic nerves, that is, the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve, tends to be disturbed when there is anxiety or overworked mental and physical stress, and the balance between granulocytes and lymphocytes is also disturbed in conjunction with this. I have.
[0003]
Thus, when the sympathetic nervous system becomes dominant, granulocytes increase, and the pulsation of the heart increases, the blood vessels contract, the blood pressure increases, and the mind and body enter the active mode. When the parasympathetic nerve becomes dominant, the number of lymphocytes increases, the pulsation of the heart is suppressed, the blood vessels expand and blood circulation improves, the blood pressure decreases, the number of lymphocytes increases, and the mind and body enter a resting mode.
[0004]
As a physical prescription in Oriental medicine for controlling the ratio of granulocytes and lymphocytes linked to these sympathetic nerves and parasympathetic nerves, there is known a method of inserting a needle into a predetermined acupoint and energizing the needle. In this prescription, a specialized doctor examines the position of the acupoint and energizes. Therefore, the patient must go to a hospital or the like for treatment each time by a specialized doctor. For this reason, there were time constraints and inconvenience for the patient.
[0005]
Technical Problem to be Solved by the Invention
The present invention has been made in view of solving such a conventional problem, and its purpose is to provide a patient with a blood test based on test data of the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction. There is no pain just by driving the electric potential therapy device, and the autonomic nervous system can be easily adjusted even at home without being restricted by time, and the electric potential therapy device is installed at home or office. The present invention provides a potential therapy system that allows a person who has an electronic medium to use a potential therapy device to collect the fee for use, and an electronic medium and an information writing device that writes therapy data. Thus, by having the electronic data written with the frequency, voltage, driving time and frequency waveform of the electric potential therapy device under the support of the doctor, it is possible to receive treatment anywhere the potential therapy device is installed. .

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing a method for adjusting the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction. The patient first goes to a hospital or the like, and first collects blood under a doctor (step 1). A blood test organization such as a hospital tests the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction (Step 2). The doctor determines at least one treatment condition such as a frequency, a voltage, a drive time, and a frequency waveform of the potential therapy device based on the test result (step 3). Information of at least one treatment condition, such as a frequency, a voltage, a drive time, and a frequency waveform of the potential therapy device determined by the support of a doctor is written on an electronic medium (step 4). The patient goes to the place where the potential therapy device is installed in the hospital, places the electronic medium in the potential therapy device, and turns on the potential therapy device. Also, if the patient has a potential therapy device at home or the like, place the electronic medium in the potential therapy device at home, and if the patient is not at home but in the hall, place the electronic medium in the potential therapy device at that location and switch on the potential therapy device. Is turned on (step 5). Thus, the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction is adjusted by the patient receiving the action of the electric potential therapy device.
[0016]
After treating a patient for one to several months with a potential therapy device, the patient performs a blood test at a hospital or the like to check the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction. Based on the result, the doctor determines at least one treatment condition such as a frequency, a voltage, a driving time, and a frequency waveform of the potential therapy device. The information of the determined treatment condition is rewritten on the electronic medium. This process is repeated until the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction of the patient reaches a normal value.
[0017]
For patients who do not have a potential therapy device at home or who cannot wait a long time at the hospital, install a potential therapy device at home or office and provide a potential therapy device to people who have electronic media. A potential therapy service is provided to charge the user for use.
[0018]
Further, when at least one treatment condition such as a frequency, a voltage, a drive time, and a frequency waveform of the potential treatment device is determined by a doctor, and then the information of the determined treatment condition is rewritten to an electronic medium, the doctor or the In addition to rewriting the information on the electronic medium at the hospital or the like 1 where the doctor is enrolled, the information can be rewritten on the electronic medium by the medical management organization 2 which is a third party organization. Then, the medical management institution 2 sends the electronic medium to the doctor who is the client. However, when a medical manager or the like is enrolled in a medical management institution, the institution can also directly send an electronic medium of the written information to a designated place such as the home of the patient 3 who is the client.
[0019]
The electronic medium is an electronic mail, an IC card, a magnetic card, a CD-ROM, a floppy disk, or the like. Further, the data of the treatment condition may be transmitted to a patient's personal computer. In this case, the patient can obtain treatment data by inputting an ID number and a password registered in advance from the screen of the computer. It should be noted that other test result data of the patient may be written in this electronic medium in addition to the ratio data of granulocytes and lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction of the patient. The electronic medium includes a storage element capable of writing and erasing at least one treatment condition such as a frequency, a voltage, a drive time, and a frequency waveform of the potential therapy device, for example, an EEPROM. A writing device for writing the data of the treatment condition in the storage element is prepared in a hospital or the above-mentioned medical management organization.
[0020]
The electronic media has an expiration date, after which the potential therapy device will not operate. Also, when the drive time is determined in the treatment data, the potential therapy device stops after the predetermined drive time has elapsed. The electric potential therapy device includes an insertion port into which an electronic medium is inserted. The insertion port is provided in a place where the patient can reach, for example, a table on which the arm is placed when sitting on a chair.
[0021]
The electric potential therapy device is of a chair type, a futon type or a cushion type. The potential therapy device converts a voltage of 100 volts of commercial power into a predetermined voltage by a voltage conversion circuit (transformer) incorporated in the control device, and includes a control circuit including an inverter circuit, a safety circuit (high impedance element), a modulation circuit, and the like. Guide to the output terminal through the device. One end of the output terminal is connected to the ground, and the other end is connected to an electrode insulated from the ground, and applies a high potential to the human body from the electrode. The frequency is about 30 kHz to about 50 kHz, the output voltage is about 500 volts to about 5000 volts, and the current is 1.0 mA to 0.005 mA.
[0022]
Here, a block diagram of a power supply circuit as a control device is shown in FIG. The power supply circuit shown in the figure includes a frequency variable and amplitude variable circuit, an inverter circuit, and a demodulation circuit. The output waveform output from the power supply circuit includes a sine wave AC waveform, a + side sine wave AC waveform, a − side sine wave AC waveform, a sine wave modulation waveform, a superimposed waveform obtained by adding a DC component to the sine wave modulation waveform, and fluctuation modulation. One of a waveform and a rectangular waveform. This power supply circuit constitutes an adjusting means for outputting an arbitrary frequency waveform and adjusting the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction.
[0023]
In FIG. 3, reference numeral 10 denotes a 100 V, 50 to 60 Hz commercial power outlet. The output from the commercial power supply is input to the power supply circuit 12. The output of the power supply circuit is input to the amplitude / frequency variable circuit 14. The amplitude / frequency variable circuit 14 includes a volume 16 and a variable inductor 18. The magnitude of the amplitude of the input signal is varied by the volume 16, while the frequency is varied by the variable inductor 18. The amplification / modulation circuit (inverter circuit) 20 includes a push-pull oscillation circuit 22, and a high-frequency transformer 24 for boosting a voltage by the push-pull oscillation circuit and modulating the potential at a high frequency. Thus, the amplitude of the output waveform can be freely adjusted according to the actual load by changing the variable inductor. The functions of the volume and the variable inductor can be automatically controlled. The output of the amplification / modulation circuit (inverter circuit) 20 is input to the demodulation circuit 26. The demodulation circuit includes a diode 28, a resistor 30, and a capacitor 32.
[0024]
Thus, by applying a frequency of about 30 kHz to about 50 kHz, about 500 volts to about 5000 volts to the human body and passing a weak current, and outputting the frequency in an arbitrary waveform, the granulocytes and lymphocytes of the white blood cell fraction By adjusting the ratio, granulocytes in the leukocyte fraction decrease and lymphocytes increase. Granulocyte depletion reduces sympathetic tone and reduces reactive oxygen species. On the other hand, the increase in lymphocytes predominates the parasympathetic nerve and restores blood to enhance immunity.
[0025]
【Example】
An experiment was performed to adjust the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction using "Vivax" (trade name) which is a potential therapy device of our company. During the experiment, a person was laid on the bed shown in FIG. 4 described above. In this bed stand, a horizontal plate is placed on four legs to which insulating rubber 5 is attached, and a futon 7 is laid on the horizontal plate via a mat 6. The energizing pad 8 was placed near the waist of a person who laid down on the upper surface of the futon, while the counter electrode 10 was placed below the pillow or inside the pillow. Then, the controller 4 applies a high voltage to the energizing pad 8. The counter electrode 10 is grounded on the floor. The experiment was performed using an output voltage of 950 volts, a current of 1.0 mA, and an output frequency of 38.5 kHz using a + side sine wave alternating current. Here, the number of samples (a person with many granulocytes and a small number of lymphocytes, and a person with a high pulse rate) is 32. As a result of treating these 32 patients with the above-mentioned condition using “Vivax” (trade name) which is the bed-type potential therapy device shown in FIG. 4, the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction was reduced. Improvement was noted. The test method was performed as follows. First, a pulse measurement probe was attached to the ear lobe in the supine position, 2 cc of blood was collected, and a human was applied with a potential under the above conditions for 15 minutes using a potential therapy device. Then, after 15 minutes, blood was collected again.
[0026]
The respective results are shown in FIGS. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a change in the ratio of granulocytes and lymphocytes in the leukocyte fraction before and after performing the electric potential treatment. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a change in pulse rate before and after performing the electric potential treatment. As shown in FIG. 5, it can be seen that before and after applying the potential, granulocytes decrease from about 64% to about 60%, while lymphocytes increase from about 31% to about 35%. . Generally, in the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes, the normal value of granulocytes is about 54% to about 60%, and the normal value of lymphocytes is about 35% to about 41%. Therefore, it could be confirmed that the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes reached a normal value. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, it can be seen that the pulse rate decreases by about 70 to about 65 before and after the pulse rate. The normal value of the pulse is about 65. Thus, those with more granulocytes and less lymphocytes are closer to normal, and those with higher pulse rates are closer to normal.
[0027]
As the number of granules increases, the sympathetic nerve becomes dominant, the heart beats more, the blood vessels contract, and blood pressure rises. By applying an electric potential with a potential therapy device, granulocytes decrease and lymphocytes increase, parasympathetic nerve becomes dominant, heart pulsation is suppressed, blood vessels expand, blood circulation improves, blood pressure is suppressed The mind and body enter the rest mode.
[0028]
In addition, if there is mental or physical stress such as overwork, the balance between the sympathetic nerve and the parasympathetic nerve tends to be disturbed, and the balance between granulocytes and lymphocytes also disturbs in conjunction with this. Stress causes sympathetic tone and increases granulocytes. Thus, by applying an electric potential with the electric potential therapy device, granulocytes decrease and lymphocytes increase, so that parasympathetic nerves become dominant and stress is relieved.
[0029]
The application of a potential by the potential therapy device has the effect of suppressing the sympathetic nerve and giving the parasympathetic nerve superiority. As a result, lymphocytes increase, blood flow improves, and immunity increases.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
