本発明は、キャビネットの両サイドに配設された照明器具を覆う照明カバーの取付構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のミラーキャビネットの両サイドに配設された照明器具を覆う照明カバーは、特許文献１又は特許文献２に記載されている通りである。特許文献１にあっては、キャビネット本体の両サイドに縦型のランプ収納凹部が形成され、その前面側の開口に照明カバーが取り付けられている。照明カバーは、前面板とその両サイドから背面側へ伸びる左右の脚部板とから成り、左右の脚部板は同じ寸法に形成されている。そして、照明カバーの脚部板を両サイドから内側へ押圧して左右の脚部板どうしの間隔を狭め、その先端の係止部をランプ収納凹部に設けた係止凸条に係止させ、照明カバーの自己弾性力を利用してランプ収納凹部に取り付けている。最後に、照明カバーの上下端面にエンドキャップ（端面板）を嵌め込み、左右の脚部板どうしをの間隔を開くようにして照明カバーがランプ収納凹部から逸脱するのを防止するようにしている。

一方、特許文献２に記載された照明カバーにあっては、前面板とその両サイドから背面側へ伸びる左右の脚部板とで構成し、照明カバーの下端面をキャビネット本体に固定した底板に取り付けると共に、左右の脚部板の端縁に設けた取付代を利用してキャビネット本体へビス等で取り付けるようにしている。またこの特許文献２の別の実施例にあっては、照明カバーの下端面をケーシングに載置し、上端面を固定具を介してキャビネット本体へ取り付けるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前記特許文献１に記載されたミラーキャビネットの照明カバーにあっては、ランプ（照明器具）の交換等に際して脱着作業を行う場合は、上下の端面板を取り外した後、照明カバーを両サイドから内側へ押圧付勢して弾性変形させ、ランプ収納凹部から取り外す必要がある。そのため、ミラーキャビネットの一方側が壁面に接している場合等は壁面側の照明カバーとの間に手が入り込み難く、脱着作業が困難になるという欠点があった。

また特許文献２に記載されたミラーキャビネットの照明カバーにあっては、脚部板の端縁に設けた取付代のビス等を取外して照明カバーを両サイドから弾性変形させて脱着作業を行うか、又は上端面の固定具及び下端面のケーシングとの係合を解いた後、照明カバーを両サイドから弾性変形させて脱着作業を行う必要があり、いずれにしても面倒な作業工数を多く、煩わしいという欠点があった。

本発明は従来の前記課題に鑑みてこれを改良除去したものであって、照明カバーを室内側から片手で押圧付勢するだけで簡単に脱着作業が行える取付構造を提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するために本発明が採用した請求項１の手段は、キャビネット本体の側方寄りに照明器具を設置し、該照明器具をカバーで覆うようにしたものにおいて、照明カバーを前面板とその両サイドから連続して背面側へ伸びる左右の脚部板とで形成し、キャビネット本体に対して外側の脚部板の寸法を長くし、内側の脚部板の寸法を短くし、それぞれの脚部板にキャビネット本体の取付孔に係合する係止片を設けたことを特徴とするキャビネットの照明カバーである。
このように左右の脚部板の寸法を異ならせることにより、長い寸法の脚部板の部分が弾性変形し易くなり、これをキャビネット本体の外側（壁面側）の方へ配置することにより、室内側から照明カバーを壁面側へ押圧付勢するだけで、長い寸法の脚部板が弾性変形してキャビネット本体の取付孔から脚部板の係止片が容易に外れるようになり、脱着作業が極めて簡単である。

本発明が採用した請求項２の手段は、照明カバーの上下端面に内側へ向かう鍔部を形成した請求項１に記載のキャビネットの照明カバーである。
上下端面に鍔部を設けることにより、照明カバーの捩じり剛性が高くなり、脱着作業に際していびつな変形をし難くなり、正確な脱着が行える。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の構成を図面に示す発明の実施の形態に基づいて説明すると次の通りである。図１及び図２は本発明の一実施の形態に係るものであり、図１の図（Ａ）は、ミラーキャビネット１を照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂを取り付ける位置で横断面した平面図、図（Ｂ）はキャビネット本体３の照明カバー２Ａを係止する部分を示す横断面図、図（Ｃ）は照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの部分縦断面図である。図２の図（Ａ）はミラーキャビネット１の全体を示す正面図、図（Ｂ）は同平面図、図（Ｃ）は同側面図である。

これらの図面に示す如く、ミラーキャビネット１は、キャビネット本体３の正面中央部のミラー４が凹段部５を介して嵌合装着されており、ミラー４はその厚みの全体がキャビネット本体３の中へ埋設された状態となり、ミラー４とキャビネット本体３の前面部分とは面一になっている。ミラー４の背面側には、小物品や消耗品等を収納するための収納凹部６が形成されている。この収納凹部６は、ミラー４を開閉式とした場合に、開放した状態で使用することができるようになっている。ミラー４を開閉式にするためには、蝶番と磁石を利用した開放抑制ストッパーを介して取り付ければよい。またミラー４の左右側には、収納棚７及び８が設置され、収納棚７及び８の上部側に照明器具（白熱球等）９，９を取り付けるための収納凹部１０，１０が形成されている。そして、この収納凹部１０，１０の開口面前面に照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂが脱着自在に取り付けられている。

照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂは、僅かに湾曲した前面板１１と、該前面板１１の左右両端側から連続して背面側へ延出された脚部板１２Ａ，１２Ｂとから成る。脚部板１２Ａ，１２Ｂの寸法は、キャビネット本体３の中央側から見て外側に位置するもの１２Ａが長い寸法に設定され、中央側に位置するもの１２Ｂが短い寸法に設定されている。従って、照明カバー２Ａと２Ｂとでは、脚部板１２Ａ，１２Ｂの位置が対象となるように配置されている。またこれらの脚部板１２Ａ，１２Ｂの端縁には、キャビネット本体３側に設けた取付孔１３に係合する係止片１４が設けられている。更に、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの上下端面には、図１の図（Ｃ）に示すように、内側へ向かう鍔部１５が形成されている。この鍔部１５は、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの捩じり剛性を高め、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの脱着時にいびつな変形をしないようにするためのものである。

次に、このように構成された照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの脱着要領を、図１の図（Ａ）に示すように、キャビネット本体３の向かって左端側と背面側とを壁面Ｗに密着させて配設した場合に基づいて説明する。キャビネット本体３の左端側が壁面Ｗに密着して配設されると、キャビネット本体３の左側上部に配設された照明カバー２Ａは、壁面Ｗとの間に手を入れるだけの十分な作業スペースがない。本実施の形態では、照明カバー２Ａを斜めにした状態で、長い寸法の脚部板１２Ａの係止片１４の方を先にキャビネット本体３の取付孔１３へ装入する。そして、そのままの状態で照明カバー２Ａの短い寸法の脚部板１２Ｂを壁面Ｗの方向へ押圧付勢すると、長い寸法の脚部板１２Ａが容易に撓み、短い寸法の脚部板１２Ｂの係止片１４をキャビネット本体３の取付孔１３へ装入することができる。キャビネット本体３の反対側の照明カバー２Ｂについても同様にして取り付けることが可能である。

白熱球等の照明器具９の交換に際し、照明カバー２Ａを取り外す場合は、短い寸法の脚部板１２Ｂの側面を壁面Ｗの方向へ押圧付勢すると、長い寸法の脚部板１２Ａが容易に撓み、短い寸法の脚部板１２Ｂ側の係止片１４をその取付孔１３から逸脱させることができる。然る後は、照明カバー２Ａの全体を斜め手前側へ引き寄せて長い脚部板１２Ａの係止片１４を取付孔１３から逸脱させればよい。要するに、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの脱着作業は、短い寸法の脚部板１２Ｂの側面を長い脚部板１２Ａ側へ押圧付勢し、長い脚部板１２Ａの弾性変形を利用して装着することができるので、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂと壁面Ｗとの間に手を挿入する必要がなく、簡単に行うことが可能である。

なお、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの上下端面には、鍔部１５を設けてその捩じり剛性を高くしており、前記照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの脱着時に照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂがいびつな変形をしないようになされている。そのため、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの短い寸法の脚部板１２Ｂを押圧付勢したときに、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂは左右の脚部板１２Ａと１２Ｂどうしがそのままの姿勢を維持した状態で両者の間隔のみが狭まるように変形をし、脱着作業を容易にしている。更に、使用時においては、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂの上下は自由空間となっており、照明器具９，９の熱を放出する働きと、上下方向には直接、照明が当たるようにしている。一方、照明カバー２Ａ，２Ｂを通じた明かりによって、キャビネット本体３の正面側に位置する使用者と、ミラー４側とへやわらかな照明が行われ、二種類の照明を同時に行うことが可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明にあっては、キャビネット本体の側方寄りに照明器具を設置し、該照明器具をカバーで覆うようにしたものにおいて、照明カバーを前面板とその両サイドから連続して背面側へ伸びる左右の脚部板とで形成し、キャビネット本体に対して外側の脚部板の寸法を長くし、内側の脚部板の寸法を短くし、それぞれの脚部板にキャビネット本体の取付孔に係合する係止片を設けている。そのため、長い寸法の脚部板をキャビネット本体の外側（壁面側）の方へ配置することにより、室内側から照明カバーを壁面側へ押圧付勢するだけで、長い寸法の脚部板が弾性変形してキャビネット本体の取付孔に対して脚部板の係止片を容易に係脱させることができ、脱着作業が極めて簡単である。
