【従来の手段】現在の表示板若しくは立看板を扱っている方々は、ペイントインクの素材加工に思考を凝らし、蛍光インク、高反射板などを開発しています。
【０００２】発光体を利用する方々は、ＬＥＤ（発光ダイオード）等、高価な商品開発に専念しています。
【０００３】チューブライトを扱っている方々は、光の透過性を利用して透明なチューブを支える支持体を使っています。また、光が目立たないのでチューブを支える支持体は黒色を使用しています。

【発明の要点】この発明はチューブ入り発光体の色と支持体の色を同系色にし、文字、絵柄を発光させる事で、昼夜表示でき、夜間の表示は特に目立つものとなります．

【従来の問題点】従来の立看板自体は昼のみ効果があります。また、夜は外部ライトによる一時的な照射で目立たせる方法と、車などのライトによる照射で蛍光もしくは高反射塗料を使って目立たせる方法をとっています。また、全体にＬＥＤ半導体を使った高級な立看板もありますが発光しなければ機能はしません。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明は従来の立看板をより目立つように文字、絵柄に同系色の取付が簡易なチューブ入り発光体を配置し昼から夜までも目立つようにしました。また、発光体の常灯、点滅、流れ点滅などの効果により夜間は一段と目立つ効果を有します。

【発明の効果】夜間、車にて走行中または歩行者が通行中、立看板が非常にみにくい状態にあります。今回の発明によりこの問題は著しく改善し、夜間において遠方からいち早く標示確認が出来、安全性を向上させる事ができます。
