【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、インターネットにアクセス可能なウェブ端末を利用し、動画付き音声コンテンツの収集及び閲覧を行うオンライン動画音声配信システムに関し、特にカラオケで歌う人などをカメラ撮影してＣＤ等にデータ収集し、これをテレビなどの放送局に自動転送し、放送媒体の利用によりオーディション番組を制作して即時放映できるようにしたオンライン動画音声配信システムに関するものである。

従来のカラオケ装置において、背景動画データ及び音声データを同時に記録して、オリジナルの動画付き音声コンテンツＣＤを作成する技術が開発されている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このようなオリジナル動画音声ＣＤの作成技術においては、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭに音声データを記録する技術、若しくは背景動画データによりオリジナル動画をＣＤ−ＲＯＭに合成して作成する技術は限られていた。一方、カラオケ装置等の利用者からは、演技者の歌唱をカラオケ装置等を用いて放送局に送り、音楽等のオーディション番組に応募利用したいという要望があった。しかし、ウェブを利用した放送局とのオンライン通信システムは未だ実現されていない。

本発明は、上記した従来技術の実情に鑑み、ＣＤ−ＲＯＭへの音声記録もしくは背景動画の合成によるオリジナル動画音声ＣＤの作成を応用し、オリジナル動画音声ＣＤをウェブ経由で放送局に送り、音楽番組等のオーディションに利用できるオンライン動画音声配信システムを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するため、本発明のオンライン動画音声配信システムは、カラオケの歌唱者をデジタルビデオカメラで撮影して動画音声データを作成するオリジナルコンテンツデータ作成手段と、作成されたオリジナルコンテンツの動画音声データをウェブサーバ経由で放送局にオンライン転送するデータ転送配信手段と、ウェブ上のオリジナルコンテンツを閲覧するウェブ端末とを備え、放送局においてオリジナルコンテンツをダウンロードしてオーディション番組などの番組制作に利用できるようにしたことを特徴とする。また、オリジナルコンテンツデータが、放送用動画音声データに広告用動画像データを合成したものであることを特徴とする。さらに、オーディション番組がウェブ上で放送されることを特徴とする。

本発明は、カラオケ装置等の利用者、すなわち楽曲を選曲して歌唱する人やパフォーマンスを演ずる人をビデオカメラで音声と共に撮影し、実写された動画と音声のコンテンツデータを収録し、カラオケ及びメッセージ機能付きのオリジナル動画音声ＣＤ（ＣＤ−ＲＯＭ等）として作成する。オリジナル動画音声ＣＤに収録したコンテンツデータは、インターネットを利用した通信ネットワークによりリアルタイムで各種の放送局に自動的に転送される。転送されたコンテンツデータは、放送局においてダウンロードして利用し、特にカラオケコンクール等の放送連動型オーディション等の番組を制作する。この場合、動画音声像データは広告コンテンツデータと合成して、放送用画像データに変換したうえで、音楽や演技系番組を制作して録画放映する。放送局から放映された実写の動画と音声のコンテンツは、ウェブ端末でストリーム形式を用いたオンラインシステムにより閲覧可能とする。

【実施例】
図１乃至図３に示すように、本実施例は、動画音声データ記録手段及び本体機器（動画音声収集機器）２１を媒体とし、実写撮影された動画付き音声（以下、コンテンツと称す）のデジタル信号をＣＤ（コンパクトディスク）にデータ記録して、オリジナル動画音声ＣＤ２０を作成する。また、オリジナル動画音声ＣＤ２０に記録されたコンテンツを、本体機器２１のファイル転送サーバ５及びメインサーバ６（データ転送配信手段）により、インターネット経由でテレビ放送局９に配信すると共に、携帯電話、パソコン等のウェブ端末１１にコンテンツを配信するようにしたものである。

本体機器２１の利用者は、カラオケの歌唱者やダンス等のパフォーマンスの演者である。本体機器２１は、選曲した歌詞を表示するディスプレイモニターと、利用者の演技を動画でＣＤに記録できるデジタルビデオカメラ（オリジナルコンテンツデータ作成手段）とを備えた通信カラオケ機として機能し、記録した音声や画像をインターネット上で閲覧できる機能を備える。本体機器２１はカラオケの背景演奏を含む音声と歌唱者の動作を表示する動画をデジタル方式でデータ記録し、オリジナルＣＤを作製する。また、利用者はその動画音声を情報配信会社のホームページに送信することもでき、インターネット上で画像等を閲覧したり、情報配信会社が契約している放送事業者のオーディション番組などに送信することができる。

デジタルビデオカメラは、複数の人が同時に参加できるような広角カメラで構成されている。デジタルビデオカメラの解像度は、ビデオＣＤのように動画像を撮影できるスペックを有する。画面ディスプレイは１台のカメラの映像を同時に同じディスプレイに表示し、歌手モード選択の際、歌の字幕と映像が同時にプレイされるように処理できる。歌詞の字幕と映像は同時に処理する必要がある。但し、放送用コンテンツには歌詞及び字幕を除いて提供する。これらはソフトウェアで処理される。

放送のためのソフトウェアシステムの要求仕様について言うと、カラオケ等の配信サービスのデータ転送方式は、ＦＴＰ及びその他の方式を利用する。本体機器２１からウェブメディアセンターのファイル転送サーバ５にアップロードした後、コンテンツを抽出して番組制作などのためにデータを提供する。転送ファイルについては、合成動画像ではａｓｆ形式、ｍｐｅｇ４／２エンコーディング（放送用エンコーディング）を採用して表現し、プロフィール写真ではｊｐｅｇを採用して表現する。また、オーディションの出演者のプロフィール紹介、すなわち出演者の名前、利用時間、カラオケ等の出演番号又はエントリーナンバー、Ｅメール、応募部門、使用台本番号などはｔｘｔ形式で表現する。データ転送のプロセスは、利用者がファイルを生成し、動画像をｍｐｅｇ４／２にエンコーディングして、ローカルコンテンツデータベース４に保存する。その後、放送局などに転送して放送用コンテンツを抽出する。なお、動画像がオーディション用でない場合は、そのデータを削除する。また、サーバ側のロボットからクライアント側に生成されたファイルは、ダウンロードしてファイルを削除することができる。

このシステムは、図３に示すように、動画・音声データを収集できる本体機器２１には、広告ディスプレイエンジン２５、背景／音源サーバ２６、マルチメディアエンコーディングサーバ２７を介してそれぞれ、広告データ蓄積用ファイル２８、動画・音声データ蓄積用ファイル２９、ローカルオーディションデータ蓄積用ファイル３０が接続されている。広告データ蓄積用ファイル２８と動画音声データ蓄積用ファイル２９は、共に広告ディスプレイエンジン３１に接続され、両者のデータを合成加工処理できるようになっている。合成加工処理されたデータは、本体機器用データベース３２及び広告管理サーバ３３の広告管理用データベース３４に記録蓄積されるようになっている。

一方、ローカルオーディションデータ蓄積用ファイル３０のデータは、ファイル転送サーバ５を経由してオーディションファイル８に記録蓄積され、オーディションファイルフィルタリング７を行うことができる一方、テレビ放送局９に自動転送できるようになっている。オーディションファイル８にはメディアサーバ３６、ウェブサーバ（メインサーバ）６を介してウェブコンテンツデータベース３７に記録蓄積されるようになっている。ウェブコンテンツデータベース３７に記録蓄積されたデータは、無線コンテンツエンジン３８及び無線ウェブサーバ３９を介して、モバイル機器である携帯端末１１Ａによりアクセス可能とされている。他方ウェブサーバ６を介して、サービス利用者のパソコン１１Ｂや企画会社／番組プロデューサーのパソコン１１Ｃによりアクセス可能とされている。

本体機器２１は、図４に示すように、中央部にディスプレイ１９及びタッチスクリーン４１を有し、その上側には、デジタルビデオカメラ１８、通信カラオケシステム及びアンプ４２が配置されている。一方、タッチスクリーン４１の下側には、選曲リモコン４３、貨幣投入口４４が設けられ、左右両側面にはウーファースピーカー４５が搭載され、最下部にはＣＤ取出口４６が設けられている。デジタルビデオカメラ１８の他、マイク部、プロフィール入力部及びＣＤ製作用機器を備え、利用者の歌唱やパフォーマンスを音声データや映像／写真データとして収集・記録できるようになっている。音声データや映像／写真データはマルチメディアエンコーディングサーバ２７に送られ、特に動画像圧縮エンジンにより、動画用データを圧縮して入力できるようにされている。

図１において、本体機器（動画音声収集機器）２１には、通信カラオケデータ１、広告データ２及び実写で撮影された動画付き音声のコンテンツデータ３が複数入力される。入力されたデータは、合成加工処理されてローカルコンテンツデータベース４に記録される。ローカルコンテンツデータベース４に記録された複数の合成加工データは、ファイル転送サーバ５を経由してインターネットのメインサーバ６に転送される。

利用者Ｍが歌唱又は演技を行う間に、動画付き音声のコンテンツデータ３を記録すべく、デジタルビデオ（動画）カメラ１８等で利用者Ｍの歌唱又は演技を実写で４枚撮影し、静止画であるプロフィール写真１８を作成する。このようにして、動画付き音声のコンテンツデータ３の記録及びプロフィール写真１８の作成を終了したら、撮影された４枚のプロフィール入力部１９のうち２枚を選択する。そして、２枚の静止画データをプロフィール入力することで、オリジナルのホームページ１２用のコンテンツデータ３を作成する。作成されたコンテンツデータ３は、本体機器２１に接続したファイル転送サーバ５より、メインサーバ６にオンラインで自動転送し、ウェブサービス用データを保管管理する。コンテンツデータ３はＣＤに記録し、必要データを選別してオリジナル動画音声ＣＤ２０を作成する。
