Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pallet for carrying loads, which is used for transportation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a pallet used for carrying loads, for example, as shown in a perspective view of FIG. 5, a spar extending over the entire length in the depth direction at upper and lower deck plates 1 at three locations at both ends and a center in a width direction. Those connected by 2 are frequently used. Also, as described in the following document, a rectangular flat upper and lower deck plate and a cylindrical girder which connects these at predetermined vertical intervals at four corners, and a rectangular flat upper and lower deck Pallets in which cylindrical girder connecting plates are arranged at nine positions at four corners, a middle part of the periphery, and a center part are also used.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, according to the conventional pallet, the direction in which the fork can be inserted is limited by the girder, so if the insertion direction is wrong, the fork hits the girder, and the load on the pallet may collapse or the pallet may be damaged. There is a problem of doing.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to provide a pallet in which a fork can be freely inserted without regard to the insertion direction.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a pallet according to the present invention has an upper deck plate, a lower deck plate having the same shape as the upper deck plate, and a predetermined height connecting the central portions of the two deck plates. It is characterized by comprising a girder, wherein the width dimension from the center of the girder to the outer edge of the girder is formed smaller than the width dimension from the center to the outer edge of the upper deck plate and the lower deck plate in all directions by a predetermined size. Adopt technical means.
[0007]
According to this, a space in which a fork can be inserted from the outer edge of the spar to the outer edge of the two deck plates is formed between the two deck plates in all directions. By aligning the center of the plate, the fork can be inserted into the space regardless of the insertion direction, and the pallet can be scooped up by the left and right forks without causing the fork to collide with the spar.
[0008]
In the present invention, the contour shape of the upper and lower deck plates in plan view is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a rectangular shape or a square shape which has been frequently used in the related art. However, a configuration in which both deck plates are formed in a disk shape is adopted. For example, it is possible to make the length in which the fork can be inserted in all directions constant.
[0009]
Further, in the present invention, the outline shape of the girder in plan view is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a polygonal column shape that has been widely used in the related art. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which both deck plates are formed in a disk shape, the spar is formed in a columnar or cylindrical shape, and both deck plates and the spar are coaxially arranged in a plan view. . If the two deck plates and the spar are made concentric in plan view, the forks can be similarly inserted from all directions, and the use of a pallet configured in this way greatly improves workability.
[0010]
Of course, the girder may have a solid structure or a hollow structure. In the case of a hollow structure, a reinforcing material is provided in the hollow portion, and a weight reduction hole is formed in the wall to reduce the weight. It is also possible to set up. The shape of the girder in a side view is not limited to a shape having a uniform width dimension in the vertical direction, but may be a vertically-thin shape such as a drum shape or a vertically-thick shape such as a drum shape or a spindle shape. The shape may be a shape or a shape in which the width is repeatedly increased or decreased continuously or stepwise.
[0011]
Incidentally, assuming that the pallet is scooped up by a fork and conveyed, in the pallet according to the present invention, the predetermined dimension is set to be equal to or larger than a width dimension of a fork used to scoop up the pallet, and The height must be set to be equal to or greater than the thickness dimension of the fork used to scoop up the pallet, and by setting in this way, the lower surface of the upper deck plate, the upper surface of the lower deck plate, and the outer edge of the girder The pallet can be scooped up by inserting a fork into the space defined by.
