Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tire cleaning device for efficiently cleaning a tire to which soil or mud has adhered.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Trucks and dump trucks are used to carry earth and sand in and out of civil engineering construction sites. When a truck or a dump truck enters such a work site, soil or mud adheres to the tire, and the tire or the truck enters the tire groove as well as the tire surface. If the vehicle leaves the site and travels on a general road in this state, the soil and mud adhering to the tires fall with the rotation of the tires, and the road surface becomes full of mud.
[0003]
The soil and mud that has fallen on these roads adheres to other general vehicles and becomes dirty, and the soil and mud that dries and accumulates on the side of the road rolls up each time the vehicle passes, contaminating the surrounding air, causing the driver and walking. Even the health of the elderly will be harmed. Therefore, before leaving the civil engineering construction site, trucks and dump trucks must wash dirt and mud attached to the tires.
[0004]
Conventionally, a jet gun that jets water at a high speed has been used, but it is troublesome to wash off dirt and mud attached to tires using a jet gun before an operator or a driver himself leaves the site. Moreover, even if water is sprayed on the tire at a high speed, only the soil and mud attached to the outer surface simply fall off, and it is not easy to remove the soil and mud fitted into the tire groove. And in the case of trucks and dump trucks with many tires stacked on top of each other, it is difficult to wash dirt and mud attached to the inside of the tire, so it is necessary to rotate the tire and move the vehicle to change the position Required.
[0005]
As a result, workability deteriorates, which hinders the transportation of earth and sand, which in turn affects the cost of the earth and sand to be transported. Therefore, there is also known a washing apparatus in which an operator does not jet water at high speed using a jet gun, but mounts a truck or dump truck on a gantry and jets water at high speed from a nozzle attached to the gantry. In this device, a roller is provided at a position where the tire is mounted, and the rotation of the roller rotates the tire to spray water at a high speed to wash soil and mud.
[0006]
Therefore, no special operator is required, and the driver can operate the cleaning device by himself to wash off dirt and mud attached to the tire, so that the workability is good and there is no hindrance to the transportation of the earth and sand. . However, due to the robust rollers on which the tires ride and rotate, and the large number of spray nozzles, the cleaning equipment is very expensive to manufacture, which translates into the cost of transporting earth and sand.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the apparatus and the method for washing off soil and mud attached to the tires of trucks and dump trucks have the above problems. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem. One is the simple structure of the cleaning device and the production cost is low, and the other is the tire cleaning which can efficiently wash off dirt and mud attached to the tire. Provide equipment.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problem]
The tire cleaning device of the present invention has a mount on which a truck or a dump truck is mounted, and a pool is formed on the mount. The pool is filled with water, and the tires of trucks and dump trucks entering the pool are washed away by the water. However, even if the tire is immersed in a pool filled with water, the soil and mud attached to the surface are washed away, but the soil and mud fitted in the tire groove do not fall.
[0009]
Therefore, in the present invention, a large number of projections are provided on the bottom surface of the pool, and the tires are placed on the projections, whereby the grooves are deformed and expanded, and soil and mud fall. It is necessary that the convex portion has a shape such that the tire groove is deformed, and for example, a convex portion having a triangular cross section having a pointed end, a substantially conical shape, or a substantially pyramid shape can be arranged. However, it must not have a convex shape such that the tire is scratched when the tire is mounted. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
【Example】
1 and 2 show an embodiment of a tire cleaning apparatus according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a plan view, and FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are cross-sectional views taken along lines AA and BB of FIG. Respectively. This tire cleaning device has a pool 2 which is filled with water 1 to a predetermined depth, and the pool 2 is mounted on a gantry 3 and a truck or a dump truck enters the pool 2 so that soil adhered to tires is removed. And mud can be washed off.
[0011]
In the tire cleaning device, a pool 2 is formed by vertically standing side plates 5, 5, 6, and 6 on the vertical and horizontal sides of a rectangular bottom plate 4, and a plurality of L-shaped steel materials are provided on both sides along the long side of the bottom plate 4. Are arranged, and both pieces 8, 8 of the L-shaped steel material 7 are arranged as inclined surfaces. The L-shaped steel members 7, 7,... Arranged in this manner have a sharp tip at the tip, and if a tire is mounted on the L-shaped steel material, the tire groove locally expands due to compression deformation, and the soil fitted in the tire groove. Mud is washed away by the water 1 of the pool 2. The L-shaped steel member 7 is only one form of the convex portion, and other members can be freely used.
[0012]
However, it is necessary that the tip is sharp to some extent so that the tire can be locally deformed when it is mounted, but the shape must not be such that the tire is scratched. The L-shaped steel members 7, 7,... Are provided on both sides so that tires can be mounted, and inclined plates 9, 9, which enter and exit, are attached to the front and rear of the pool 2, and are placed on the bottom plate 4 and the side plates 6, 6. The edges are connected. A striped steel plate can be used for the inclined plate 9.9 so that the tire does not slip.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the truck and the dump truck pass through the inclined plate 9 on the entrance side, enter the pool 2 filled with water 1, and rest on the L-shaped steel members 7, 7,... The rolling of the tires 11, 11,... Causes local deformation of the tires 11, 11,. An entrance-side inclined member B and an exit-side inclined member C are disposed before and after the tire cleaning device A of the present invention, and assist in entering and exiting a truck or a dump truck.
[0014]
By rolling and washing off the tires 11, 11,... To which soil and mud have adhered, soil and mud are deposited on the bottom of the pool. Therefore, the water 1 must be withdrawn from the pool 2 together with the soil and mud, and the soil and mud contained in the water 1 must be removed. The bottom plate 4 of the pool 2 is provided with outlets 10, 10 from which the water 1 is led. Then, the water 1 is put into a water tank to sediment contained soil and mud.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 3, the water tank 12 is divided into three tanks, and the water 1 flowing from the drain pipe 19 and entering the first tank 13 sedimented soil and mud and accumulate on the bottom 16a. . A coagulant is mixed in the water 1 of the pool 2 of the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, so that the soil and mud entering the first tank 13 can immediately settle on the bottom 16a, and only the water 1 is in the second tank 14 Flows over the partition 17a. Further, soil and mud also settle on the bottom 16b of the second tank 14, and the water 1 flowing over the partition 17b is hardly contaminated with soil and mud. Only one can flow in.
[0016]
Then, the water 1 in the third tank 15 flows through the supply pipe 18 and is again supplied to the pool 2 so that the soil and mud of the tire 11 can be washed away. The drain pipe 19 connected to the outlet 10 at the bottom of the pool is led to the first tank 13 of the water tank 12, and the supply pipe 18 connected to the third tank 15 is connected to the inlet 20 provided on the side plate 5 of the pool 2. It is connected. The circulation of the water 1 is performed by operating a pump (not shown).
[0017]
As described above, the tire cleaning device of the present invention has a plurality of convex portions arranged at the bottom of the pool, and a water tank that circulates water filled in the pool and removes soil and mud. Such effects can be obtained.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
The tire cleaning device according to the present invention has convex portions arranged at the bottom of a pool filled with water, and trucks and dump trucks simply enter the pool and move, so that soil and mud adhering to the tire surface are removed. In addition, soil and mud fitted in the tire groove can be washed off. The tire is locally deformed when the tire is mounted on the convex portion provided on the bottom of the pool, and the soil or mud that has fallen falls because the tire groove is enlarged with the deformation.
[0019]
Since the protrusions provided on the bottom of the pool are arranged on both sides over a certain length, the tires rotate due to the movement of the truck or dump truck, and the whole circumference sequentially hits the protrusions with rotation, and the soil in the tire groove All the mud is dropped and there is no need to jet water from a jet nozzle as in the past, and it is only necessary to move in the pool. Therefore, the time required for cleaning soil and mud is extremely short.
[0020]
And the water in the pool circulates between the water tank and the soil and mud settle in the water tank, and the water is reused, so that there is no waste of water. Further, by mixing a coagulant into the water, soil and mud can be immediately precipitated at the bottom of the water tank, and the soil and mud can be efficiently removed.
