Description

【0001】
【0017】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sauna apparatus that can take a bath in a comfortable atmosphere. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sauna apparatus that can be bathed in a comfortable atmosphere without impairing the sauna bathing effect such as perspiration by making the lower part of the sauna room dry and the upper part water vapor type.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a device for the sauna bathing method, a dry sauna device in which a heat source by an electric heater such as a heating wire or a planar heating element is installed in a sauna room and the room is set to a high temperature of around 100 ° C. and low humidity, or A steam-type sauna apparatus that generates steam by a steam generator, supplies the steam into a sauna room, and sets the room to a temperature of about 50 to 90 ° C. and a high humidity close to 100% relative humidity is generally used. ing. In addition, a household sauna device (dry type) that has a relatively small output of electric energy and can maintain a temperature in a sauna room at 50 to 80 ° C. is commercially available.
[0003]
However, the dry-type sauna apparatus can sufficiently obtain a sauna bathing effect such as sweating in a relatively short time because the atmosphere in the sauna room is in a high temperature and dry state. There was a drawback that sighing would be difficult. In addition, the steam-type sauna apparatus does not feel such breathiness as the inside of the sauna is relatively low in temperature, but it is difficult to sufficiently obtain a sauna bathing effect such as sweating as compared with the dry-type sauna apparatus. In addition, the bather sometimes feels warm because the water drops fall from the ceiling, and the actual feeling of bathing in the sauna cannot be obtained. In addition, although home sauna equipment is also relatively low in temperature, the sauna room is narrow and the lower part of the room is warm and the upper part tends to be hot, so if you raise the temperature enough to obtain the sauna bathing effect, you will be stuffy because of the heat became.
[0004]
Therefore, the temperature of the sauna room is lower than that of a general dry-type sauna device, and the temperature is kept at about 80 ° C., and far-infrared rays are radiated using far-infrared radiation ceramics. Alternatively, a dry-type sauna device or the like has been developed in which cold air is supplied toward a bather's head.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the sauna device using the far-infrared radiating ceramics does not immediately become suffocating, but it is necessary to take a bath for a longer time than a general dry-type sauna device in order to obtain a sufficient effect such as perspiration. When I bathed for a long time, I became stuffy because of the heat, like a general dry type. Further, in a dry-type sauna apparatus set to supply cold air, the temperature in the sauna room is lowered, and the sauna bathing effect cannot be sufficiently obtained.
[0006]
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is that a sauna device using an electric heater such as a heating wire or a planar heating element as a heat source, or a sauna device using far-infrared radiation ceramics or the like, It is an object of the present invention to provide a sauna apparatus that can alleviate breathlessness without impairing the sauna bathing effect such as sweating, regardless of whether the apparatus is a sauna apparatus or a household sauna apparatus.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies in order to solve these problems, and as a result, the lower part of the sauna room has a dry type and the upper part has a steam type (steam type), so that the atmosphere around the bather's head is relatively low temperature. It is possible to alleviate breathlessness without impairing the sauna bathing effects such as sweating, and that the high humidity air containing steam (steam) has a low density. They have found that they can be supplied stably and arrived at the present invention.
[0008]
That is, the present invention is a sauna apparatus including a heat source by an electric heater, and a steam supply means at a position higher than the heat source and having controlled temperature, supply amount, and supply direction, in a sauna room.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is applied to an electric heater such as a heating wire or a planar heating element, a commercial sauna device using heated steam or the like as a heat source, and a household sauna device.
The sauna apparatus according to the present invention is a sauna apparatus including a heat source provided by an electric heater and a steam supply unit having a temperature, a supply amount, and a supply direction controlled at a position higher than the heat source in the sauna room.
In the present invention, the steam includes steam and mist-like water.
[0010]
Hereinafter, the sauna device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 1, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing an example of the sauna device of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the sauna apparatus of the present invention has a temperature, a supply amount, and a supply direction at a position higher than the heat source, together with a heat source 2 using an electric heater such as a heating wire or a planar heating element. It is provided with controlled steam supply means 3. In the present invention, in addition to the above, instruments and devices conventionally used in sauna devices can be used. For example, far-infrared radiation ceramics can be installed on the surface of the heat source, or a chair, a thermometer, and a hygrometer can be installed.
[0011]
The steam supply means in the present invention is usually installed at a position higher than the floor of the sauna room by 0.8 m or more. Further, it is preferable that the center of the flow of steam is supplied substantially toward the head of the bather. For example, when the steam supply means is installed at the ceiling or near the ceiling of the sauna room, the diagonally downward direction is provided. In addition, when installed at a position about 1 m from the floor of the sauna room, the water is supplied in a substantially horizontal direction. As the steam supply means, one having a single steam supply port can be used. For example, a pipe having a plurality of openings may be used so that steam can be supplied from these openings.
[0012]
The temperature of the steam supplied from the steam supply means cannot be unconditionally determined by the temperature, the humidity, the supply amount of the steam, etc. in the sauna room, but is usually 10 to 90 ° C., preferably 20 to 75 ° C., more preferably It is controlled at any temperature or temperature range from 20 to 60 ° C. If steam is controlled at a temperature of less than 10 ° C., there is a risk that a bather may not be able to obtain sufficient warmth. If steam is controlled at a temperature exceeding 90 ° C., the effect of alleviating breathlessness is reduced. There is a fear. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned temperature. For example, when the temperature in the sauna room is set higher than the normal temperature, for example, by increasing the output of the electric heater, the temperature or the temperature range of any of 0 to 10 ° C. You can also control it. When the steam is set at such a low temperature, it is preferable to use a device that makes the water a mist by ultrasonic vibration in order to obtain a sufficient amount of steam supply.
[0013]
In the sauna apparatus of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a partition is provided between the heat source 2 by the electric heater and the steam supply means 3 in order to separate the sauna effect by the electric heater and the effect by steam. Preferably, a plate 5 is provided. When the width of the partition plate is small, the effect of separation is small, and when the width is wide, it obstructs bathers. The material of the partition plate is preferably a material having low thermal conductivity such as plastic.
[0014]
Furthermore, in the sauna device of the present invention, a steam outlet is provided at a position higher than the heat source by the electric heater in the sauna room so that the steam supplied from the steam supply means does not flow to the lower part of the sauna room as much as possible. It is preferable to discharge steam. Although the steam outlet shown in FIG. 1 is installed on the side of the sauna room, it can be installed on the ceiling. When a steam outlet is provided, the steam outlet is preferably set at a location remote from the steam supply means. Further, a blower can be provided downstream of the steam discharge port to improve the discharge of steam.
[0015]
In the sauna device of the present invention, it is convenient to install a thermometer or a hygrometer at the same height as the heat source by the electric heater in the sauna room and at the same height as the steam supply means. When using the sauna apparatus of the present invention, the temperature and humidity of these places are measured, and the temperature of the heat source is controlled by an electric heater, and the temperature, supply amount, and supply direction of steam are controlled to obtain a desired environment. You can enjoy bathing in the sauna.
[0016]
As described above, the sauna apparatus of the present invention supplies high-humidity air containing water vapor to the upper part of the sauna room in order to alleviate the breathlessness of a bather. Because the air is low in density, it does not suddenly flow into the lower part of the sauna room. Further, by installing the partition plate, the steam outlet, and the blower as described above, it is possible to make the steam easily flow only to the upper part in the sauna room. The sauna apparatus of the present invention is particularly suitable for a home sauna apparatus in which the sauna room is narrow, the lower part is likely to be cold, and the upper part is likely to be hot.
[0017]
【Example】
Next, the present invention will be described specifically with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0018]
(Example 1)
A 70 cm high planar heating element (2.5 kw) is installed on the floor of a sauna room 55 cm long, 90 cm wide and 170 cm high, and a steam supply device that can supply steam diagonally down the corner of the ceiling is installed. To make a home sauna device. A thermometer was suspended from the ceiling at a height of 40 cm and a height of 100 cm from the center of the floor of the sauna room of this sauna apparatus.
When the AC voltage of 100 V was applied to the sheet heating element to heat the sauna room, the temperature in the sauna room became constant in about 30 minutes, the lower temperature (height 40 cm) was 72 ° C., and the upper temperature (high). 100 cm) was 87 ° C. Next, when steam at 40 ° C. was supplied at 5 L / min from the steam supply device, the temperature of the lower portion was stabilized at 68 ° C. and the temperature of the upper portion was stabilized at 65 ° C. in about 10 minutes, and the effect of steam supply was recognized.
[0019]
(Example 2)
In the manufacture of the sauna device of Example 1, a sauna device was manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a plastic partition plate of 550 mm in length and 300 mm in width was installed at a position 10 cm above the sheet heating element.
When a 100-V AC voltage was applied to the planar heating element to heat the sauna room in the same manner as in Example 1, the temperature in the sauna room became constant in about 30 minutes, and the lower temperature (height 40 cm) was reduced. The upper temperature (height: 100 cm) was 86 ° C. Next, when steam at 40 ° C. was supplied from the steam supply device at 5 L / min, the temperature of the lower portion was stabilized at 66 ° C. and the temperature of the upper portion was stabilized at 64 ° C. in about 10 minutes, and the effect of steam supply was recognized.
[0020]
(Example 3)
In the manufacture of the sauna apparatus of Example 1, a plastic partition plate having a length of 55 cm and a width of 30 cm was installed at a position 10 cm above the sheet heating element, and a steam discharge port and a blower were provided at the subsequent stage. A sauna device was manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1.
When a 100-V AC voltage was applied to the planar heating element to heat the sauna room in the same manner as in Example 1, the temperature in the sauna room became constant in about 30 minutes, and the lower temperature (height 40 cm) was reduced. 73 ° C., the upper temperature (height 100 cm) was 86 ° C. Next, when steam at 40 ° C. was supplied at a rate of 5 L / min from the steam supply device and steam was discharged from the outlet through a blower, the lower temperature was stable at 69 ° C. and the upper temperature was 58 ° C. in about 10 minutes. However, the effect of steam supply was recognized.
[0021]
(Comparative Example 1)
A sauna device was manufactured in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a cold air supply device was installed instead of the steam supply device in the manufacture of the sauna device of Example 1.
Next, when dry air at 40 ° C. was supplied at a rate of 5 L / min from the cold air supply device, the temperature of the upper portion was lowered to 69 ° C. in about 10 minutes and stabilized, but the temperature of the lower portion was lowered to 58 ° C. I have.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
Since the sauna apparatus of the present invention supplies high-humidity air having a relatively low density and a relatively low temperature to the upper part of the sauna room, the water vapor easily floats near the head of the bather, and also the inside of the sauna room. Water vapor does not easily flow into the lower part, and breathing difficulty due to heat can be reduced without impairing the sauna bathing effect such as sweating.
