Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a patrol inspection data monitoring technique in various plants such as a power generation plant, and more particularly to a patrol inspection data monitoring for managing the operation status of the equipment at a monitoring center installed at a different place from the inspection site of the equipment. The present invention relates to an apparatus and a monitoring method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to prevent failures and accidents of the equipment constituting various plants such as power generation plants, patrol inspection data monitoring of the equipment is carried out by an inspector. Inspection inspection data monitoring is performed by an inspector who periodically goes from the integrated monitoring center that has the function of the monitoring center to the installation location of the equipment, performs various inspections around the equipment, and returns to the integrated monitoring center after the inspection is completed Is repeated.
[0003]
In conducting various inspections, check items for each equipment and device are listed in a checklist in advance, and equipment and devices are managed in accordance with these check items, thereby preventing omission of inspection and standardizing inspection work. .
[0004]
In many cases, the equipment that needs various inspections and the general monitoring center are separated by more than several hundred meters, and when inspecting multiple equipment, the inspector must provide multiple checklists that correspond to multiple equipment. Carry and check the equipment sequentially. Therefore, the freedom of the hand carrying the checklist of the inspector is lost, and the work efficiency of the inspector deteriorates.
[0005]
First, a work information transmission system and a work helmet (see Patent Literature 1) are used as a method for monitoring patrol inspection data of plant equipment. Since the checklist is provided at the integrated monitoring center while the inspector is near the equipment, the inspection of the equipment and the recording of the inspection result can be performed in different places. Operation.
[0006]
In addition, the checker receives the check item of the check item via the PHS and the portable terminal worn by the inspector, and manually inputs “good” or “none” to the portable terminal with respect to the uttered content, or There is an equipment inspection apparatus (refer to Patent Document 2) in which an inspector manually inputs an instrument indication value of the equipment to a mobile terminal. In the case of using this device, the inspector remotely operates the record of the inspection result.
[0007]
Further, as a method for monitoring patrol inspection data of plant equipment, a vehicle inspection and maintenance device and method for photographing an inspection point via a video camera worn by an inspector and displaying the photographed image at a distance (Patent Document 3) See). [Problems to be solved by the invention]
A work information transmission system and a work helmet disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-163758, an inspection device for equipment disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-47441, or a device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-53015. When vehicle inspection and maintenance equipment and methods are used to monitor the inspection and inspection data of plant equipment, wireless communication between an inspector who patrols the equipment and a supervisor of an integrated monitoring center located far from the inspector. Thereby, the supervisor of the integrated monitoring center can manage the inspection status of the equipment via the inspector.
[0012]
However, since the integrated monitoring centers of various plants, such as actual power plants, manage the data of the equipment unattended, wireless communication is performed between the inspector who patrols the equipment and the supervisor of the integrated monitoring center. In this case, it is necessary to separately arrange a monitor at the integrated monitoring center.
[0013]
In addition, patrol inspection data of equipment using the inspection device of equipment disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-47441 or the vehicle inspection and maintenance device and method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-53015. , The inspector requires manual work when filling in or manually entering inspection results. Therefore, when entering or manually inputting the inspection result, the inspector stops and concentrates the operation on the checklist or the portable terminal, so that the inspection and the input or manual input are alternately performed, which is inefficient.
[0014]
Furthermore, when inputting the inspection result to the mobile terminal, the complexity of the operation is caused by the diversification of the mobile terminal, and the efficiency is reduced.
[0015]
Further, when the inspection and monitoring data of the equipment is monitored using the vehicle inspection and maintenance device and method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-53015, it is necessary for the inspector to carry a checklist when patrol the equipment. There is.
[0016]
In the case of inspection of equipment of various plants such as power generation plants, there are many places where the atmosphere of the atmosphere near the equipment is bad, and depending on the weather, the check sheet gets dirty due to traffic between the equipment and the general monitoring center. That was a problem.
[0017]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances.
