Description

【0001】

A seat plate 1 constructed according to the present invention is fixed to a support leg 2 so as to be height-adjustable and rotatable. As shown in FIG. 2, the seat plate 1 is mainly composed of a frame 3 formed in a shape that outlines its outer shape. The frame 3 is formed, for example, by bending a hollow metal pipe having sufficient rigidity, and has a support frame 4 connected to the inside facing the same by welding. Further, a support plate 5 is welded and fixed to the center of the support frame 4 so that the support plate 4 can be attached to the support leg 2.
[0013]
Next, the mesh-shaped woven fabric 6 stretched over the frame 3 is made of a synthetic fiber such as polyester or nylon, and the end portion thereof is fixed to the frame 3. Reference numeral 7 denotes a rim member to be attached so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the completed seat plate 1 and to protect the peripheral edge of the seat plate 1 and obtain decorativeness, and has flexibility such as synthetic resin. The concave portion 7a is formed of the provided material so as to fit into the frame 3.
[0014]
As described above, the seating portion of the seat plate 1 is constituted by the frame 3 and the mesh-shaped woven fabric 6, and the assembling process is first performed on a mold in which a recess corresponding to the shape of the frame 3 is formed. The mesh-shaped woven fabric 6 that is tensioned by applying tension to the outer periphery is arranged, and then, for example, the frame 3 in which a molten thermoplastic resin is applied to a portion in contact with the mesh-shaped woven fabric 6 is provided in the recess. Then, the thermoplastic resin is cured while maintaining this state. Thereby, the frame 3 can be stretched while tension is applied to the mesh woven fabric 6, and unnecessary portions on the outer periphery of the mesh woven fabric 6 are removed and trimmed.
[0015]
Next, the rim member 7 is arranged at the outer peripheral position of the mesh woven fabric 6 stretched on the frame 3 in this manner, and the rim member 7 is press-fitted to fit the concave portion 7a into the frame 3 (FIG. 2). As shown in FIG. 3, the seat plate 1 in which the mesh woven fabric 6 is stretched on the frame 3 can be formed. At this time, by applying an adhesive to the concave portion 7a of the rim member 7 as necessary, the mounting state of the rim member 7 can be made more reliable.
[0016]
FIG. 4 shows a structure in which the mesh woven fabric 6 has a multi-layer structure to improve the strength. In the case where the front and back layers are two layers as shown in FIG. For example, by adopting a mesh-shaped woven fabric having a three-dimensional woven fabric applied to the surface layer, high cushioning property and decorativeness can be obtained.
[0017]
FIG. 5 schematically shows another configuration example of the present invention, in which a ventilation hole 3a is formed in a frame 3 and a branch pipe 8 is connected to the frame 3 to inject compressed air. It is. With this configuration, an air current is generated from the ventilation hole 3a toward the back surface of the seat plate 1, and this air flow is transmitted through the mesh-shaped woven fabric 6 to the buttocks of the player, thereby forcibly sweating. Can be suppressed.
[0018]
FIG. 6 schematically shows still another configuration example of the present invention. A blower 9 is attached to the support leg 2 by an appropriate means, and the blower 9 is operated to generate an airflow toward the back surface of the seat plate 1. This air flow is transmitted through the mesh-shaped woven fabric 6 and supplied to the buttocks of the player, thereby forcibly suppressing the perspiration of the player.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a drum playing chair can be configured without employing a backing material and a cushioning material, and a mesh woven fabric is stretched. By doing so, it is possible to suppress perspiration in the buttocks of the player when playing the drums to prevent discomfort, and also to suppress the impact on the tibia to prevent pain in the buttocks. Even in a long-time drum performance, the player can comfortably continue playing in a stable posture.
[0020]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the strength can be improved because the mesh-like woven fabric is layered, and according to the third aspect of the present invention, the surface mesh-like woven fabric is By adopting a three-dimensional woven fabric, high cushioning properties and decorativeness can be obtained.
