TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temporary fixing device of a pipe support band for holding and supporting a pipe disposed along a wall surface, a ceiling surface, or the like of a building, and more particularly, to a pair of split band bodies for holding a pipe. The present invention relates to a temporary fixing device for a pipe support band in which a foot member is sandwiched between mounting pieces and both are fixed with bolts and nuts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Patent Literature 1 shows an example of a temporary fixing device for a pipe support band previously proposed by the present applicant. According to this conventional technique, when arranging a pipe such as a downspout along a wall surface of a high-rise building such as a condominium, a two-piece band body whose bases are hinged to each other is provided around the pipe. The band is held, and the attachment pieces formed at the tips of the respective band bodies are superimposed so as to sandwich the foot member attached to the wall surface or the like. By fastening with bolts and nuts, it is arranged on a wall or the like.
[0003]
The temporary fixing member is made of a sheet metal material or the like, and is composed of a mounting base attached to one surface of one of the mounting pieces, and a pair of upper and lower pieces extending in parallel from the upper and lower ends thereof. You. This piece is provided with two types of locking claws for locking to one mounting piece and the other mounting piece, respectively, and the mounting base corresponds to a through hole for a bolt formed in the mounting piece. At a position, a bolt insertion hole having an opening diameter slightly smaller than the mountain diameter of the bolt shaft portion and having a cutout in the centrifugal direction is provided.
[0004]
When arranging a pipe on a wall surface of a building or the like by the band body using such a temporary fixing tool, the mounting claw on the mounting base is locked to one of the mounting pieces in advance to mount the mounting base. A bolt is attached to one side of the mounting piece, a bolt is press-fitted into the bolt insertion hole formed in the mounting base, and is inserted through a through hole formed in the mounting piece. Next, the bolt is inserted into a through hole (a long hole) of the foot member attached to a wall surface or the like, and the halved band main body is held around the pipe body. Then, while locking the other mounting piece to the other locking claw, the bolt is inserted through a through hole formed in the mounting piece, and a nut is screwed into the bolt to make the above Fastening is performed.
[0005]
In the work of arranging the pipe using the temporary fixing tool as described above, since the opening diameter of the bolt insertion hole formed in the mounting base is smaller than the mountain diameter of the bolt shaft portion, this bolt insertion hole and the above In a state where the bolt is inserted into the through hole, the bolt is prevented from coming off, and there is no concern that the bolt will come out and fall even if the hand is released from the bolt during operation. Also, since the attachment pieces of the two band bodies are maintained in an overlapped state with the foot member sandwiched therebetween by the two types of locking claws formed on the one part, the band body is manually handed before the nut is tightened. The main body of the band does not come off even when it is released. Therefore, both hands of the worker are free, and the bolt and nut can be efficiently tightened while holding the pipe. In particular, at a construction site that involves dangerous work at high places on high-rise buildings such as condominiums, such good workability is highly evaluated in terms of safety.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 3364468 [0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The temporary fixing device of the pipe support band as described above dramatically improves the work efficiency of pipe installation work, and is also highly evaluated in terms of work safety, but also points out the following problems It was started.
[0008]
That is, when the locking claw of the temporary fixing device is introduced into the mounting piece of the pipe support band and temporarily fixed, the locking claw hits the upper and lower ends of the mounting piece, and the locking claw is attached to the mounting piece. It often occurs, and when this happens, there is a concern that the workability will deteriorate, especially at a construction site that involves dangerous work at a high place in a high-rise building, and also in terms of safety.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and has as its object to provide a temporary fixing device for a pipe support band that can easily introduce a locking claw of the temporary fixing device into a mounting piece of the pipe support band.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the temporary fixing device for a pipe supporting band according to the present invention, a pair of mounting pieces of a split band body holding a pipe sandwich a foot member fixed to a building. The pair of mounting pieces and the foot member are each provided with one or more through-holes through which the shaft of the bolt is inserted, and the bolts and nuts are used to temporarily fix the pair of mounting pieces to the foot member. A mounting base attached to one surface of one of the mounting pieces, a bolt locking space formed at a position corresponding to the through hole when the mounting base is attached, and a mounting base. It consists of a pair of upper and lower pieces which extend substantially vertically from the upper and lower ends and have locking claws for locking to the other mounting piece. The sides are formed as guides for the mounting piece, which are bent to open each other. To.
[0011]
Here, the term "bolt locking space" generally defines a member to which a bolt is to be attached to the temporary fastener of the present invention, and various embodiments can be considered. In the embodiment, the one formed by the bolt locking hole, the one formed by the bolt locking space, and the one formed by the bolt insertion hole and the bolt locking long hole are introduced.
[0012]
In the temporary fixing device for a pipe support band according to the second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the bolt locking space is formed by a bolt locking hole.
[0013]
When arranging a pipe on a wall surface of a building or the like using the temporary fixing tool having such a configuration, a mounting base is attached to one surface of a mounting piece in advance, and a bolt is mounted on the mounting base in substantially the same manner as described above. It is inserted through the formed bolt locking hole and through a through hole formed in the mounting piece. Next, the bolt is inserted through the through hole (elongated hole) of the foot member attached to the wall surface, and the halved band main body is held around the pipe. Then, while the other mounting piece is locked by the locking claw, the bolt is inserted through a through hole formed in the mounting piece, and a nut is screwed into the bolt to fasten each member. Sticking is performed.
[0014]
In such an arrangement work, when the locking claw of the temporary fixing device is introduced into the mounting piece of the pipe support band and temporarily fixed, each of the upper and lower ends of the mounting piece is guided by the mounting piece guide. As a result, the locking claw can be easily introduced into the mounting piece. Therefore, the workability is good and the work can be rationalized, and it can also contribute to safety in work at a high place.
[0015]
In the temporary fixing device for a pipe support band according to the third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the bolt locking space is cut out from a side of the mounting base and located at a position corresponding to the through hole in an attached state. It is formed by a bolt locking notch extending to the end.
[0016]
When arranging a pipe on a wall surface of a building or the like using the temporary fixing tool having such a configuration, the shaft portion of the bolt is previously moved laterally from the notch opening of the notch portion for bolt locking to be locked. In this state, the mounting base is attached to one surface of the mounting piece, and the shaft of the bolt is inserted through a through hole formed in the mounting piece.
[0017]
In such an installation work, when the bolt is locked in the bolt locking notch, the bolt shaft is laterally moved from the notch opening of the bolt locking notch to lock the bolt. No impact is applied to the thread, and the thread portion is not worn. In addition, since the notch edge of the notch fits into the valley of the bolt shaft, the axial movement of the bolt is prevented by this restriction, and the bolt does not come off.
[0018]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the temporary fixing device for bolt locking according to the first aspect, wherein the bolt locking space is connected to a bolt insertion hole formed in the mounting base and is connected to the bolt insertion hole. , And is formed by a bolt locking long hole extending to a position corresponding to the through hole.
According to this configuration, first, the shaft portion of the bolt is inserted through the bolt insertion hole, and then the bolt is laterally moved in the elongated hole portion. As a result, the opening edge of the elongated hole portion fits into the valley of the bolt shaft portion, so that stress that would wear the screw thread of the bolt is not applied, and this restriction prevents the bolt from moving in the axial direction. The bolts do not come off.
[0019]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a temporary fixing device for a pipe support band according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the locking claw faces the mounting base at the bent base portion of the mounting piece guide portion. The song is formed. Therefore, the upper and lower ends of the mounting piece guided by the mounting piece guide eventually slide on the surface of the locking claw and fit into the back side thereof. Therefore, by a simple operation of moving the upper and lower ends of the mounting piece along the mounting piece guide, the locking claw can be introduced into the mounting piece and temporarily fixed.
[0020]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a temporary fixing device for a pipe support band according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the one piece portion has a second locking portion for gripping the one mounting piece portion with a mounting base. A nail is further provided. Therefore, when the mounting base is attached to one of the mounting pieces, the second locking claw is locked to the one of the mounting pieces, and the mounting base can be prevented from falling off from the one of the mounting pieces.
[0021]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, there is provided a temporary fixing device for a pipe support band according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein a detent part for a bolt head is formed outside the bolt insertion hole. . According to this, when tightening the nut, the rotation of the head of the bolt is restricted by the rotation preventing portion, so that so-called co-rotation does not occur, so that only by rotating the nut, a pair of mounting members sandwiching the foot member The piece can be fastened easily and quickly, and the working efficiency can be further increased.
[0022]
The provisional fixing device for a pipe support band according to the invention of claim 8 is that, in any one of claims 1 to 7, a raised projection is formed on a mounting piece portion or a foot member mounting surface side of the mounting base. It is characterized by. like this. The raised protrusion is desirably formed in a peripheral portion of the bolt insertion hole, and when fastened with a bolt and a nut, the raised protrusion is present between the mounting base and the mounting piece or between the mounting base and the foot member. Therefore, a compressive force acts on the raised protrusion by the tightening force at the time of fastening. Therefore, the reaction force acts as a disc spring or a spring washer, and suppresses the bolt from loosening.
[0023]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a pipe mounting procedure of a temporary fixing device of the pipe support band according to the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing such a structural example of the present invention, and FIG. FIG.
[0024]
The pipe supporting band A in FIG. 1 is a general conventional product, and is divided into two main bands 1, 1 which are opened and closed by a base connected via a hinge pin 10 so as to hold a pipe P indicated by an imaginary line in the figure. The foot body 21 of the foot member 2 whose base end is fixed to a wall surface of a building or the like is sandwiched between the pair of mounting pieces 11, 11 on the front side, and both are fastened and fixed with bolts 3 and nuts 4. Two through holes 12, 12 through which the shaft 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted are formed in the pair of mounting pieces 11, 11 at positions corresponding to each other. A long hole 22 is formed as a through hole through which the shaft portion 31 is inserted.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 1, the pipe support band A is held with the band body 1, 1 halved around the pipe P, and the pair of attachment pieces 11, 11 sandwich the foot body 21 of the foot member 2. The mounting pieces 11, 11 are fastened and fixed to the foot member 2 by the bolts 3 and the nuts 4 as described above, and the temporary fixing tool 5 of the present invention is used for this fastening and fixing.
[0026]
The temporary fixing tool 5 in the illustrated example is made of a sheet metal material such as a spring steel, a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate, or a copper plate, and is provided with a mounting base 50 attached to one surface of the mounting pieces 11, 11. Bolt holes 51, 51 formed at positions corresponding to the two through holes 12, 12, and extending substantially vertically from the upper and lower ends of the mounting base 50, and the other mounting piece portion It is basically constituted by locking portions 52a, 52a, 52a, 52a, 52a, 52a, 52a, 52b, 52a, 52b, 52a, 52b, 52a, 52b.
[0027]
At the opening edges of the bolt locking holes 51, short cylindrical portions 53, 53 whose inner diameter is slightly smaller than the mountain diameter of the bolt shaft 31, protrude in the bolt insertion direction. Further, on the mounting base 50 side of the pieces 52, 52, second locking claws 52b, 52b which are locked to the mounting piece 11 to which the mounting base 50 is attached are cut and raised. Further, the mounting base 50 is formed with bending stoppers 54 for the bolts 3 that abut against the side of the bolt head 32 at positions near the bolt insertion holes 51, 51.
[0028]
A procedure for disposing a pipe P on a wall surface (not shown) of a building by using a pipe support band A using such a temporary fixing tool 5 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 3. First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the shaft 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 51 of the temporary fastener 5. In this case, since the inside diameter of the short cylindrical portion 53 protruding from the opening edge of the bolt locking hole 51 is slightly smaller than the mountain diameter of the bolt shaft portion 31, the bolt 3 is formed in the bolt locking hole 51. It is press-fitted so as to be driven into the portion 51. Since there is no sharp edge portion or the like in the bolt locking hole 51 and the short cylindrical portion 53 functions as a guide cylinder, the thread portion is not worn during this press-fitting. Moreover, in the inserted state of the bolt, the bolt 3 does not come off due to the restraining action of the short cylindrical portion 53.
[0029]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the temporary fixing member 5 is locked to one of the attachment pieces 11 of the split band main bodies 1 and 1 temporarily held on the peripheral body of the pipe P. That is, as shown in FIG. 3B, the second locking claws 52b are pushed open while the shaft 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted through the through hole 12 formed in the mounting piece 11. The mounting base 50 is attached to one side of the mounting piece 11. In this state, the mounting piece 11 is sandwiched between the back surface of the mounting base 50 and the second elastic claw 52b, 52b that has been elastically restored, and the temporary fixing tool 5 is mounted without fear of falling off even if it is released. The piece 11 is stably locked. In this state, it is carried to a construction site or the like.
[0030]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3C, the shaft 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted into the long hole 22 of the foot member 2, and then the other mounting piece 11 is inserted into the through hole 12 of the bolt 3. , The locking claws 52a, 52a are pushed open so as to be attached to one side of the foot body 21. In this state, the locking claws 52a, 52a are elastically restored and are positioned so as to come into contact with the outer surface side of the other mounting piece 11, so that the mounting piece 11 and the foot main body 21 do not come off. The superposed state of the attachment pieces 11, 11 and the foot body 21 is maintained. In the operation of overlapping the other mounting piece 11, one of the split band bodies 1, 1 may be vertically displaced. Even in such a case, the shaft 31 of the bolt 3 is short. Since swinging is allowed with the support portion of the cylindrical portion 53 as a fulcrum, the bolt shaft portion 31 can be easily guided to the through-hole 12 and work can be performed efficiently.
[0031]
With the superimposed state maintained as described above, the nut 4 is screwed and fastened to the shaft portion 31 of the bolt 3 as shown in FIG. In this case, the attachment pieces 11, 11 and the foot main body 21 are maintained in a superimposed state by the temporary fixing tool 5 and the bolt 3, and the head 32 of the bolt 3 abuts against the detent part 54 to stop the detent. Since the (rotation stop) is performed, the operator can use both hands for holding the pipe P and tightening the nut 4, and can perform the operation extremely safely and efficiently.
4A and 4B are schematic explanatory views of the bolt insertion hole 51 and the short cylindrical portion 53, wherein FIG. 4A is a plan view, FIG. 4B is a sectional view taken along line XX in FIG. The modified example will be described. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the short cylindrical portion 53 protruding from the opening edge of the bolt locking hole 51 is formed in a tapered shape whose inner diameter is reduced in advance, and its minimum inner diameter is d is set slightly smaller than the diameter of the bolt. When formed in such a tapered shape, a guide function is added, and workability at the time of press-fitting and inserting a bolt is improved. A plurality of radial cut portions (slits) 53a are formed in the short cylindrical portion 53 at substantially equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The cut portion 53a facilitates the expansion of the wall of the short cylindrical portion 53 when the bolt is press-fitted, and facilitates the press-fit insertion of the bolt, and is not limited to such a linear shape. , A star or a flower can also be formed.
[0032]
FIG. 4C shows that the short tubular portion 53 is straight, and the inner diameter d is set slightly smaller than the mountain diameter of the bolt. In the case of this example, the bolt insertion guide function is slightly inferior to that of the tapered one as shown in FIG. Such a short tubular portion 53 is formed by burring when the temporary fixing tool 5 is manufactured by sheet metal processing.
[0033]
FIGS. 5A, 5B, and 5C show modified examples of the above-described bolt rotation stopper 54. FIG. The rotation stopper 54a in FIG. 5 (a) is obtained by making two cuts in the mounting base 50 and raising it into a bridge by drawing. 5B is formed by cutting and raising the mounting base 50 to form a tongue piece. In the illustrated example, the rotation preventing portion 54b is cut and raised obliquely, but may be cut and raised substantially perpendicular to the mounting base 50. 5 (c) is obtained by bending the upper and lower sides of the mounting base 50 into a projecting shape having a semicircular cross section.
[0034]
When the bolt is inserted into the bolt locking hole 51, the side portions of the bolt head come into contact with the detent portions 54a, 54b, 54c, and the bolts co-rotate at the time of screwing and fastening the nut. Works to prevent. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a pair of upper and lower portions are formed, but it is also possible to provide only one of them or to provide three or more. The shape is not limited to the illustrated example, and other shapes can be adopted.
[0035]
By the fastening operation as described above, the pipe support band A holds the pipe P, and the front mounting pieces 11, 11 are fastened and fixed to the foot member 2 so as to sandwich the foot body 21. In the fastening state by the bolt 3 and the nut 4, the short cylindrical portion 53 is interposed between the mounting base 50 and the mounting piece portion 11 in a state of being pressed, so that the short cylindrical portion 53 as the raised protrusion is provided. By virtue of the restoring reaction force, a function such as a disc spring or a spring washer is developed, and the tightly superposed state of the mounting pieces 11, 11 and the foot body 21 is maintained. In order to further promote the functions of the disc spring and the like, it is also desirable to form a raised protrusion on the side surface of the mounting base 50 provided with the mounting piece 11.
[0036]
In FIG. 1, portions 55 and 55 indicated by two-dot chain lines indicate break promoting portions formed to break and remove the upper and lower pieces 52 and 52 after fastening by the bolt 3 and the nut 4. The temporary fixing device 5 according to the present invention is used for temporarily fixing these members when the attachment pieces 11, 11 are superposed and fixed to the foot member 2 by the bolts 3 and the nuts 4 as described above. Thus, it is originally unnecessary after the polymerization is fixed. In addition, because of its structure, the upper and lower pieces 52, 52 in particular are protruded, so that a hand or the like may be caught on this and the injury may occur, and the temporary fixing tool 5 is conspicuous and the appearance is not good. Furthermore, rainwater tends to accumulate, causing rust and promoting deterioration.
[0037]
The break promoting portions 55, 55 are formed to wipe out such difficulties as much as possible, and FIGS. 6A to 6H show various forms of formation. The break promoting portion 55a of FIG. 6A is formed over the entire width in the width direction by a small concave groove that linearly reduces the thickness of the mounting base 50, and the break promoting portion 55a of FIG. The portion 55b is formed by forming the small concave groove except for the center in the width direction of the mounting base 50.
[0038]
The break promoting portion 55c in FIG. 6C is a combination of the small groove and the cut from both sides of the mounting base 50. The break promoting portion 55d in FIG. The combination of the concave groove and the perforation, and the break promoting portion 55e in FIG. 6E is only formed by cutting from both sides of the mounting base 50. Further, the break promoting portion 55f in FIG. 6 (f) uses a combination of cutting and perforation, the break promoting portion 55g in FIG. 6 (g) is formed by an elliptical or oval long hole, and FIG. The break accelerating portion 55h of h) shows notches formed by a large number of small perforations.
[0039]
The break promoting portions 55a to 55h reduce the thickness of the mounting base 50 or substantially reduce the width of the mounting base 50. As described above, the mounting pieces 11, 11 are connected to the bolts 3 and If the upper and lower pieces 52, 52 are bent and bent after being superposed and fixed to the foot member 2 by the nut 4, the pieces 52, 52 are broken and removed from the break promoting parts 55a to 55h. Therefore, in the above-mentioned superposed and fixed state, since the temporary fixing device 5 has only the mounting base 50 remaining and the protruding portion is removed, there is no fear of catching a hand or the like as described above, and the appearance becomes simple, Furthermore, the pool of rainwater is reduced, and the generation of rust and the promotion of deterioration are also reduced.
[0040]
In FIG. 1, bend promoting portions 56, 56 indicated by two-dot chain lines are further formed on the front sides of the upper and lower pieces 52, 52. The bending-promoting portions 56, 56 are used to connect the leading-end protruding portions of the upper and lower pieces 52, 52 to the other mounting pieces 11, even if the pieces 52, 52 are not broken and removed by the above-mentioned breaking promoting parts 55 a to 55 h. It is intended to bend and bend on the outer side by hand or hammer.
[0041]
As the bending accelerating portions 56, 56, a formation mode similar to that of the fracture accelerating portions 55a to 55h shown in FIG. 6 can be adopted. After the respective members are polymerized and fixed in the same manner as described above, the front sides of the pieces 52, 52 are beaten to be bent from the bending promoting parts 56, 56 and spread on the outer surface of the other mounting piece 11. As in the above case, there is no protruding portion, and there is no fear of catching a hand or the like, and the appearance is simplified.
Further, in FIGS. 1 to 3, a guide for facilitating the introduction of the other mounting piece 11 in the pipe support band A is formed by bending the front ends of the pair of upper and lower pieces 52, 52 so as to open each other. Parts 57 and 57. The provision of the guide portions 57 facilitates the work of introducing the mounting piece portion 11 and temporarily fixing it by locking it to the locking claws 52a, 52a, thereby streamlining the work.
[0042]
Further, when the pieces 52, 52 are to be broken and removed from the break promoting parts 55, 55, or when the tips of the pieces 52, 52 are bent from the bend promoting parts 56, 56, the outer surface of the other mounting piece 11 is formed. At the time of deployment, the guide portions 57 serve as grip portions, so that the guide portions 57 and 57 are easy to pick and hit, and the workability of break removal, bending and exhibition work, etc., becomes very good.
[0043]
In the temporary fixing device 5 having such a configuration, a plurality of raised protrusions 58 are formed in the vicinity of the bolt insertion holes 51 on the mounting piece 11 side of the mounting base 50, as shown in FIG. Are screwed and fastened with the bolts 3 and the nuts 4, the raised protrusions 58 are interposed between the mounting base 50 and the mounting piece 11, and are pressed by both. Accordingly, a function of preventing the bolt from being loosened, such as a disc spring or a spring washer, is developed, and the above-mentioned tightly fixed state is maintained for a long time.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a modified example of the temporary fixing tool 5 according to the first embodiment. 52, 52 are extended. The interval between the ridge portions 54d having a semicircular cross section is set to be substantially equal to or slightly larger than the distance between the opposing sides of the hexagonal bolt head. Therefore, as described above, when the bolt is inserted into the bolt locking holes 51, the mounting piece 11 is overlapped with the foot member and screwed and fastened with a nut, the head of the bolt becomes the ridge portion 54d, Since it fits between the 54d, the rotation of the bolt is thereby restricted, and the function of preventing the rotation of the bolt is achieved.
[0044]
The bent base portions 55i, 55i of the ridge portions 54d, 54d are fragile because stress is concentrated during bending processing, and after being screwed and fastened by the nut, the pieces 52, 52 are warped. If it bends, the pieces 52, 52 can be broken and removed from the bent bases 55i, 55i. In particular, when the nut is screwed and fastened, the rotational stress of the bolt head is applied to the ridge portions 54d, 54d, and this stress is further accumulated in the bent base portions 55i, 55i, so that the fracture can be more easily removed. As described above, since the bent base portions 55i and 55i have the same function as the above-described fracture promoting portion, it is not necessary to separately form a fracture promoting portion in this example. Other configurations are the same as those described above, and thus the same reference numerals are given to common portions, and description thereof will be omitted.
[0045]
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a further modified example of the temporary fastener 5 according to the first embodiment, in which a mounting base 50 is attached between one mounting piece 11 and a foot body 21. This is the temporary fixing tool 5 of FIG. In each of the above examples, the mounting base 50 of the temporary fastener 5 is attached to the outer surface of the mounting piece 11, and in this case, rainwater is provided between the bending pieces 52, 52 and the mounting piece 11. It is expected that it will accumulate easily, cause rust, or accelerate deterioration. Also, the outer surface of the mounting piece portion 11 is often marked with the product number of the pipe support band A, the manufacturer's name, and the like, and if this surface is covered with the mounting base 50, it may interfere with site adjustment. Alternatively, the advertising effect of the product may be reduced.
[0046]
In this example, the second locking claws 52b, 52b are provided so as to protrude from the upper and lower ends of the mounting base 50 in a direction opposite to the extending direction of the pieces 52, 52. It is to be locked to one of the mounting pieces 11. Therefore, only the second locking claw 52b is present on the upper side of the mounting piece 11, and the space is increased, so that rainwater or the like hardly accumulates in this portion. In addition, the outer surface of the mounting piece 11 on which the sign or the like is made is not covered with the mounting base 50, and the sign or the like is maintained in a readable state because there are many exposed portions.
[0047]
FIG. 9 is a view showing a procedure for fixing the attachment pieces 11 and 11 to the foot member 2 by using the temporary fastener 5 shown in FIG. In this case, first, the shaft portion 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted into the through hole 12 of the one mounting piece portion 11, and then the shaft portion 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted into the hole portion 51 for bolt locking and the short tubular portion 53 of the mounting base 50. Press-fit. Thereafter, the shaft 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted into the long hole 22 and the through hole 12 of the foot body 21 and the other mounting piece 11 of the foot member 2 in the same manner as described above, and temporarily fixed as shown in FIG. The attachment pieces 11, 11 and the foot main body 21 are temporarily fixed by the tool 5. Then, the nut 4 is screwed and fastened to the shaft portion 31 of the bolt 3 to bring these members into a tightly fixed state.
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of raised protrusions 58 are formed in the mounting base 50 of the temporary fixing tool 5 near the bolt locking hole 51, and the bolt 3 and the nut are formed as shown in FIG. 4, the raised protrusions 58 are interposed between the mounting base 50 and the mounting piece 11, and are clamped by both. The function of preventing the bolt from being loosened, such as a spring washer, is exhibited, and the tightly fixed state is maintained for a long time. Since other configurations are the same as those in the above-described example, the same reference numerals are given to the common portions, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0049]
FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a structural example of the temporary fixing tool 5 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, instead of the above-described bolt engagement holes 51, 51, a notch-formed bolt engagement extending from a side surface of the mounting base 50 to a position corresponding to the two through holes 12, 12 is provided. Notch portions 51 ′, 51 ′ are provided, and the notch width dimension d of the bolt locking notch portions 51 ′, 51 ′ is set slightly smaller than the peak diameter of the bolt shaft 31 and slightly larger than the valley diameter. It is characterized by having.
[0050]
In such a structure, when attaching the temporary fixing member 5 to the attachment pieces 11, the shaft of the bolt 3 is laterally moved from the notch opening to the bolt engagement notch 51 ′ to be engaged. In this case, the notch width dimension d of the bolt locking notch 51 ′ is slightly smaller than the mountain diameter of the bolt shaft portion 31 and slightly larger than the valley diameter. The edge moves so as to fit into the valley of the bolt shaft 31, and the bolt 3 is locked at a predetermined position. This locking does not cause the bolt 3 to come off, and furthermore, no impact is applied to the thread of the bolt 3, so that the thread portion is not worn.
[0051]
Further, even in such a configuration, since the guide portions 57 for the attachment pieces bent to open from each other are provided at the tips of the pieces 52, 52, the locking claws 52a, 52a are attached to the attachment pieces. The work of temporarily fixing by introducing to 11 and 11 can be easily performed. In addition, the presence of the bending accelerating portion 56 and the breaking accelerating portion 55 makes it easy to bend and cut and remove the piece 52.
[0052]
FIG. 11 shows a modification of the second embodiment, in which the upper and lower ends of the mounting base 50 are bent into ridges having a semicircular cross section, and the pieces 52, 52 are extended vertically in parallel. . The interval between the ridge portions 54d having a semicircular cross section is set to be substantially equal to or slightly larger than the distance between the opposing sides of the hexagonal bolt head. Therefore, when the bolt is inserted into the bolt locking holes 51, 51 and the mounting piece is overlapped with the foot member and screwed and fastened with the nut as in the above-described case, the head of the bolt is fixed to the ridge portions 54d, 54d. Since the bolt is inserted into the gap, the rotation of the bolt is regulated, and the bolt has a function of preventing rotation.
[0053]
[0054]
As in the previous example, this guide is bent so that the front portions of the pair of upper and lower pieces 52, 52 are open to each other, and a guide for facilitating introduction of the other mounting piece 11 in the pipe support band A. Parts 57 and 57. Therefore, the work of introducing the mounting piece portion 11 and locking it temporarily to the locking claws 52a, 52a is easy, and the work is rationalized.
Other configurations are the same as those described above, and thus the same reference numerals are given to common portions, and description thereof will be omitted.
[0055]
FIGS. 12A to 12F show various forms of formation of the bolt locking notch 51 ′. The bolt locking notch 51 ′ a of FIG. Are cut out from the side of the opening at an opening width d, and a semicircular portion having an innermost diameter of d is a bolt locking portion. The bolt shaft portion is laterally moved from the notch opening and inserted into the bolt locking notch portion 51'a to reach the innermost semicircular portion and the axial removal is prevented as described above. Locked by.
[0056]
The bolt notch portion 51'b in FIG. 12B is notched in the same manner as described above, and a circular portion having a diameter d1 smaller than the peak diameter of the bolt but slightly larger than d is formed at the innermost portion as the bolt locking portion. Is done. In this case, the bolt shaft is inserted in the same manner as described above, but once the bolt shaft fits in this circular portion, the bolt is prevented from coming off in the axial direction and lateral movement is restricted. Become.
[0057]
The bolt locking notch 51'c in FIG. 12C has a bolt projection notch 51'a in FIG. The lateral movement of the bolt locked to the portion is restricted. The bolt locking notches 51'd, 51'e, and 51'f in FIGS. 12 (d), (e) and (f) are formed by forming a notch in the centrifugal direction at the innermost locking portion. When such a notch is formed, even if the locking position of the bolt shaft portion with respect to the valley portion is slightly ahead of the shaft portion, the locking position moves to the head side when tightening with the nut. And a decrease in the fastening strength can be prevented.
[0058]
FIG. 13 shows another example of the bolt locking means formed in the mounting base 50. The bolt inserting hole 51A and the bolt inserting hole 51A are connected to the through holes of the mounting piece in the attached state. It comprises a bolt locking slot 51B extending to a corresponding position. The diameter d2 of the bolt insertion hole 51A is larger than the peak diameter of the bolt shaft portion, and the width dimension d of the long hole portion 51B is slightly smaller than the peak diameter of the bolt shaft portion and slightly larger than the valley diameter similarly to the above. ing. Therefore, when the shaft of the bolt is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 51A and then moved laterally (leftward in the figure) along the elongated hole portion 51B, the opening edge of the elongated hole portion 51B becomes a valley of the bolt shaft portion. Then, the bolt is fitted into the long hole portion 51B in a state where the bolt is prevented from coming off in the axial direction.
[0059]
FIG. 14 is a diagram showing a further modification of the second embodiment of the present invention. This indicates that the mounting base 50 is a temporary fixing tool 5 of a type attached between one mounting piece 11 and the foot body 21.
[0060]
In what has been described so far, the mounting base 50 of the temporary fastener 5 is attached to the outer surface of the mounting piece 11, and in this case, between the bending and extending pieces 52, 52 and the mounting piece 11. It is expected that rainwater will easily accumulate, causing rust or accelerating deterioration.
[0061]
The second locking claws 52b, 52b may be unnecessary depending on the locking structure.
[0062]
Further, two types of bolt locking means are formed on the mounting base 50. That is, a notch portion 51g having a large opening width (larger than the diameter of the bolt shaft portion) from the right side portion of the mounting base 50 in the drawing, a bolt locking notch portion 51 connected to the notch portion 51g, and a bolt insertion hole 51A and An elongated hole portion 51 </ b> B for bolt locking connected thereto is provided. The notch portion 51g has an opening width substantially equal to the diameter of the bolt insertion hole 51A, and has a substantially semicircular shape.
[0063]
FIG. 15 is a view showing a procedure for fixing the mounting pieces 11, 11 to the foot member 2 by using the temporary fastener 5 shown in FIG. In this case, first, the shaft portion 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted into the through hole 12 of the one mounting piece portion 11, and then the shaft portion 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted into the cutout portion 51g of the mounting base 50 and the bolt insertion hole 51A. Thereafter, the temporary fastener 5 is moved laterally to lock the shaft 31 of the bolt 3 in the bolt locking notch 51 ′ and the bolt locking long hole portion 51 </ b> B.
[0064]
In this state, the bolts 3 are locked in the bolt locking notches 51 'and the bolt locking long hole portions 51B, respectively, so that the bolts 3 are prevented from coming off in the axial direction. Thereafter, the shaft 31 of the bolt 3 is inserted into the long hole 22 and the through hole 12 of the foot body 21 of the foot member 2 and the other mounting piece 11 in the same manner as described above, and temporarily fixed as shown in FIG. The attachment pieces 11, 11 and the foot main body 21 are temporarily fixed by the tool 5. Then, the nut 4 is screwed and fastened to the shaft portion 31 of the bolt 3 to bring these members into a tightly fixed state.
[0065]
As shown in FIG. 14, a plurality of raised protrusions 58 are formed on the mounting base 50 of the temporary fixing tool 5 near the bolt locking notch 51 'and the bolt locking long hole portion 51B. As shown in FIG. 15, when the bolts 3 and the nuts 4 are screwed and fastened, the raised protrusions 58 are interposed between the mounting base 50 and the mounting piece 11, and are pressed by both. Due to the restoring reaction force, a function of preventing the bolt from loosening, such as a disc spring or a spring washer, is exhibited, and the above-mentioned tightly fixed state is maintained for a long time. Further, if the pieces 52, 52 are formed so that R is bent slightly with respect to the mounting base 50 as shown in the figure, stress concentrates on the bent portion 55. Can function as Since other configurations are the same as those in the above-described example, the same reference numerals are given to the common portions, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0066]
Lastly, in the present embodiment, an example in which the temporary fixing tool 5 according to the present invention is configured by a sheet metal material has been described, but the temporary fixing tool 5 may be configured by a resin molded product. Further, the second locking claws 52b, 52b can be made unnecessary by a structure for locking the temporary fixing tool 5 to one of the mounting pieces 11. Further, the example in which the pipe is arranged and constructed on the wall surface of the building has been described. However, it is needless to say that the present invention can also be applied to the case where the pipe is arranged and constructed on a ceiling surface or the like.
[0067]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, when the locking claw of the temporary fixing device is introduced into the mounting piece of the pipe support band and temporarily fixed, each of the upper and lower ends of the mounting piece is attached to the mounting piece. Since the guide is guided by the section guide, the locking claw can be easily introduced into the mounting piece. Therefore, the workability is good and the work can be rationalized, and it can also contribute to safety in work at a high place.
[0068]
In particular, according to the invention of claim 3, the bolt locking space is formed by the bolt locking notch which is cut out from the side of the mounting base and extends to a position corresponding to the through hole in an attached state. When the bolt is locked in the bolt locking notch in the pipe arranging work, the shaft of the bolt is moved laterally from the notch opening of the bolt locking notch and locked. Also, no impact is applied to the thread of the bolt, and the thread is not worn. In addition, since the notch edge of the notch fits into the valley of the bolt shaft, the axial movement of the bolt is prevented by this restriction, and the bolt does not come off.
[0069]
Further, according to the invention of claim 4, the bolt locking space is a bolt insertion hole formed in the mounting base, and extends to a position corresponding to the through hole in the attached state in a state of being connected to the bolt insertion hole. Since it is formed by the long hole for bolt locking, the opening edge of the long hole portion fits into the valley of the bolt shaft portion, and stress such as wear of the screw thread of the bolt is not applied. This restriction prevents the bolt from moving in the axial direction and prevents the bolt from coming off.
[0070]
According to the invention of claim 5, in the temporary fixing device for the pipe supporting band, the upper and lower ends of the mounting piece guided by the mounting piece guide eventually slide on the surface of the locking claw, and the back side thereof. Get stuck in. Therefore, by a simple operation of moving the upper and lower ends of the mounting piece along the mounting piece guide, the locking claw can be introduced into the mounting piece and temporarily fixed.
[0071]
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the second locking claw for gripping the one mounting piece with the mounting base is further provided on the piece, the mounting base is connected to the one mounting piece. When attached to the mounting member, the second locking claw is locked to one of the mounting pieces, and the mounting base can be prevented from falling off from the one of the mounting pieces.
[0072]
According to the seventh aspect of the invention, since the detent portion of the bolt head is formed outside the bolt insertion hole, the rotation of the bolt head is restricted by the detent portion when tightening the nut. By simply rotating the nut, the pair of mounting pieces sandwiching the foot member can be easily and quickly tightened, and the working efficiency can be further improved.
[0073]
According to the invention of claim 8, since the raised protrusion is formed on the mounting piece portion or the foot member mounting surface side of the mounting base, when the bolt and the nut are tightened, the raised protrusion is in contact with the mounting base. It is present between the mounting pieces or between the mounting base and the foot member, and a compressive force acts on the raised protrusion by the tightening force at the time of fastening. Therefore, the reaction force acts as a disc spring or a spring washer, and suppresses the bolt from loosening.
