Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-143021
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the prior art shown in FIG. 12, for example, if the area of the mounting portion 10 of the counter 1 is increased in order to respond to a demand to use a large-diameter basin for shampooing, the area of the washing place is correspondingly increased. In order to reduce the size and to smoothly open and close the bathroom door, there is a limitation in increasing the area of the mounting portion 10.
[0008]
Further, since the water used in the mounting portion 10 of the counter 1 falls downward from the front hanging portion 13, the water is more likely to be splashed in front of the counter 1.
[0009]
Further, in the prior art disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-143021, since there are two counters, an upper counter 111 and a lower counter 113, the area of the mounting portion 10 as a whole becomes large. If the bathroom fixtures and the like are placed in the section 10 and the basin is placed on the placing section 10 of the lower counter 113 and the basin is to be used, if a large basin is desired to be used, the area of the placing section 10 of the lower counter 113 is also reduced Since it is necessary to increase the size, there is a problem similar to that of the above-described related art.
[0010]
Furthermore, since the upper counter 111 is at the level of the eyes of the bather who is sitting and washing his body, the bather may feel a feeling of oppression.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom structure in which a washing area does not become narrow even if the area of a counter is increased.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the invention according to claim 1, in a bathroom structure in which a counter having a mounting portion for mounting bathroom equipment and the like is fixed to a wall of the bathroom, a predetermined value is provided on the wall of the bathroom. [0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
(1st Embodiment)
A bathroom structure according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 is a side sectional view, FIG. 2 is a top view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a front view of FIG.
[0018]
In this bathroom structure, an opening 3 having a predetermined area is provided in a bathroom wall 2 in a bathroom structure in which a counter 1 having a mounting portion 10 for mounting bathroom equipment and the like is fixed to a bathroom wall 2. The counter 1 covers part of the opening 3 with a part of the mounting portion 10 entering the back side of the wall 2 from the opening 3.
[0019]
Further, the counter 1 is configured such that the placement unit 10 is located near substantially the middle in the vertical direction, and the upper chamber U having the upper surface of the placement unit 10 as a lower wall surface and the lower surface of the placement unit 10 It has a lower chamber D as an upper wall surface, and the openings of both chambers are in opposite directions, and furthermore, a mounting portion 12 which protrudes outward in a flange shape is connected to the opening edges of both chambers. It becomes.
[0020]
Hereinafter, the bathroom structure will be described in more detail.
[0021]
The counter 1 has the following shape with the placement part 10 on which bathroom equipment and the like are placed at substantially the center. That is, the mounting unit 10 is positioned near the middle of the vertical direction, and the upper chamber U having the upper surface of the mounting unit 10 as the lower wall surface, and the lower surface of the mounting unit 10 as the upper wall surface. And the openings of both chambers U and D are in opposite directions. At the opening edges of the two chambers U and D, a mounting portion 12 which protrudes outward in a flange shape is continuously provided. The mounting portion 12 is generally square-shaped, and is located in the same plane so as to entirely contact the wall 2 of the bathroom. Screw holes are provided at predetermined intervals. The counter 1 is formed of, for example, artificial marble.
[0022]
In the upper chamber U, the mounting portion 10 enters into the mounting portion 12 by a predetermined amount (for example, about 15 cm) and is connected to the bottom wall portion 14 and the side wall portion 11, and also from the mounting portion 12 by a predetermined amount (for example, about 30 cm). It will be the shape of a business trip. The traveling end of the mounting portion 10 has a gentle curved surface in plan view. Furthermore, the mounting portion 10, the upper side wall portion 11 facing the mounting portion 10, and the bottom wall portion 14 have a substantially U shape in a side view. The upper chamber U is inserted into an opening 3 provided in a bathroom wall 2 described later.
[0023]
The lower chamber D has a front hanging portion 13 (a bottom wall in the upper chamber U) in which a portion that becomes an outer surface is connected to the traveling end of the mounting portion 10 that becomes an upper wall surface and has a vertical portion through a curved shape in a side view. Portion 14) and a cover wall portion 15 connecting the front hanging portion 13 and the mounting portion 12.
[0024]
The bathroom wall 2 is provided with an opening 3 at a position where the counter 1 is provided, the opening 3 having a predetermined area, specifically, a size into which a portion of the upper chamber U of the upper chamber U except for the mounting portion 12 can be inserted.
[0025]
Next, the attachment of the counter 1 to the wall 2 of the bathroom will be described. At the time of mounting, a waterproof packing 20 and a fixture 23 such as a screw are prepared. The waterproof packing 20 is made of a rubber material such as butyl rubber, for example, and is formed in a square shape corresponding to the mounting portion 12 of the counter 1. The counter 1 inserts the upper chamber U into the opening 3 of the bathroom wall 2 in a state where the waterproof packing 20 is overlaid on the mounting portion 12. Then, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), a fixing tool 23 such as a screw is passed through a screw hole of the mounting portion 12, and the fixing tool 23 such as a screw is screwed and fixed to the wall 2 of the bathroom. In this case, the mounting portion 10 is slightly inclined downward toward the front so that the water of the mounting portion 10 easily flows forward. Reference numeral 22 denotes a screw cover, which is formed of resin or the like so as to enable elastic coupling so as to cover the head of a screw or the like. If the user does not care much about the aesthetic appearance, it may be omitted.
[0026]
As a result, a part of the mounting portion 10 of the counter 1 enters the back side of the wall 2 from the opening 3, and the counter 1 covers the opening 3.
[0027]
According to this bathroom structure, bathroom equipment and the like can be placed on a part of the mounting portion 10 of the counter 1 constituting the upper chamber U and on a portion protruding from the upper chamber U.
[0028]
Therefore, since a part of the counter 10 is inside the wall 2, if the depth dimension of the mounting portion 10 is the same as the conventional one, the margin from the wall 2 to the front hanging portion 13 of the counter 10 is provided. As the size of the washing becomes smaller, the washing area becomes wider. In addition, when the protrusion from the wall 2 to the front hanging portion 13 of the counter 10 is the same as the conventional one, the depth dimension of the mounting part 10 can be made larger than the conventional one.
[0029]
Furthermore, since the space inside the opening 3 has a substantially U-shape, bathroom fixtures and the like can be placed to the back.
[0030]
Further, since the counter 1 is fixed to the wall 2 by the square-shaped mounting portion 12, the counter 1 can be fixed more stably.
[0031]
Furthermore, since the waterproof packing 20 is interposed between the counter 1 and the wall 2, the infiltration of water is stopped there, and the infiltration of the water from the opening 3 into the back of the wall 2 can be more reliably prevented.
[0032]
Although the counter 1 has been described as being integrally molded, it may be formed by appropriately dividing and then combining. Also, the numerical values of the entering amount and the business trip amount are examples, and may be set as appropriate. Further, the fixing with the fixing member 23 such as a screw may be replaced with fixing with an adhesive, a nail, or the like.
[0033]
(Second embodiment)
A bathroom structure according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 is a side sectional view, FIG. 6 is a top view of FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a front view of FIG. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the shape of the counter. By adding a member, a new operation effect can be achieved in addition to the operation effect.
[0034]
The counter 1 has the following shape with the placement part 10 on which bathroom equipment and the like are placed at substantially the center. That is, the placement unit 10 is positioned slightly below the middle in the vertical direction, and the upper chamber U similar to the first embodiment, in which the upper surface of the placement unit 10 is the lower wall surface, is used as a reference. The traveling end of the mounting portion 10 has a gentle curved surface in plan view. Further, a front sagging portion 13 is provided in which a portion serving as an outer surface connected from an end of the curved surface which has been traveled has a substantially curved surface shape. A mounting portion 12 that protrudes outward in a flange shape is connected to the opening edge of the upper chamber U. The mounting portion 12 is generally U-shaped, and is located in the same plane so as to entirely contact the wall 2 of the bathroom. Screw holes are provided at predetermined intervals. Further, a coupling portion 24 is provided below the mounting portion 10. That is, in the counter 1, the lower chamber in the first embodiment does not substantially exist.
[0035]
Reference numeral 16 denotes a water receiving auxiliary member, which is provided separately from the front hanging portion 13 and is connected to the front hanging portion 13. That is, the water receiving auxiliary member 16 has, for example, a resin, such as a polycarbonate resin, having the same width as the width of the front hanging portion 13, and being substantially on an extension of a curved surface, and having a step. It is formed into a curved plate shape and has screw holes.
[0036]
Reference numeral 31 denotes a first support, which is formed by pressing a metal plate such as stainless steel into a substantially L-shape with long horizontal pieces, short horizontal pieces and vertical pieces provided with required holes.
[0037]
Reference numeral 32 denotes a second support, which attaches the water receiving auxiliary member 16 and a water receiving member 4 described later, and allows water flowing along the front hanging portion 13 and the water receiving auxiliary member 16 to pass therethrough. By pressing a metal plate material such as stainless steel, the width of the front hanging portion 13 is the same as the width of the front hanging portion 13, and the short facing piece and the long facing piece are connected to each other to form a substantially U-shaped connecting piece. Formed. In addition, the long opposing piece is provided with an appropriate number of cutouts through which water passes. Further, second connecting portions 25 are continuously provided from the tips of the short opposing piece and the long opposing piece.
[0038]
Reference numeral 4 denotes a water receiving member, which is formed of a resin such as a polycarbonate resin to have a width similar to the width of the front hanging portion 13 and form a gently curved plate. Further, an appropriate number of screw holes for attaching to the first support 31 and the second support 32 are provided. Further, a drain groove 33 is provided at the end in the depth direction and near the end in the width direction. The gently curved plate-like shape of the water receiving member 4 is such that the drain groove 33 is located at the lowest position in the vertical direction so that water is guided to the drain groove 33 when attached to a predetermined location.
[0039]
The water receiving auxiliary member 16, the first supporting member 31, the second supporting member 32, and the water receiving member 4 have a specific relationship by being attached or fixed as described below. When mounting or fixing, a waterproof packing 20 and fixing members 23 such as screws are prepared. The waterproof packing 20 is made of a rubber material such as butyl rubber, for example, and is formed in a U-shape corresponding to the mounting portion 12 of the counter 1.
[0040]
First, a vertical piece of the first support 31 is fixed to the wall 2 by a fixing tool 23 such as a screw. Next, the upper chamber U is inserted into the opening 3 of the bathroom wall 2 in a state where the waterproof packing 20 is overlapped on the mounting portion 12 of the counter 1. Then, a fixing tool 23 such as a screw is passed through a screw through hole of the mounting portion 12 and screwed and fixed to the wall 2 of the bathroom. In this case, the mounting portion 10 is inclined slightly downward as it comes closer to the front so that the water of the mounting portion 10 can easily flow forward. Note that a screw cover that covers the head of the screw or the like described in the first embodiment may be provided.
[0041]
In this state, the connecting portion 24 of the counter 1 is placed in a state where the connecting portion 24 of the first support 31 overlaps the hole of the long horizontal piece and is placed on the hole. Therefore, on the side away from the wall 2, the connecting piece of the second support tool 32 is superimposed, and the counter 1 and the second support tool 32 are attached to the first support tool 31 with a fixing tool 23 such as a screw.
[0042]
Next, the water receiving auxiliary member 16 is fixed to the second connecting portion 25 on the near side of the second support member 32 by a fixing tool 23 such as a screw so that the step thereof contacts the back surface of the front hanging portion 13 of the counter 1. Attach by
[0043]
Then, the water receiving member 4 is attached to the short horizontal piece of the first support member 31 and the second connecting portion 25 on the back side of the second support member 32 by a fixing member 23 such as a screw.
[0044]
As a result, the tip of the water receiving auxiliary member 16 is located inside the maximum projecting portion of the front hanging portion 13 in a plan view. The water receiving member 4 protrudes forward from the front end of the water receiving auxiliary member 16 in a plan view. In this case, the water receiving member 4 and the water receiving auxiliary member 16 partially overlap with a gap of, for example, about 1 cm.
[0045]
According to this bathroom structure, most of the water on the mounting portion 10 flows to the water receiving member 4 along the front hanging portion 13 and the surface of the water receiving auxiliary member 16. In addition, when there is much water on the mounting portion 10 or when the water flows with force, the amount of water flowing to the water receiving member 4 becomes small. The position may be made to protrude from the maximum protruding portion of the front hanging portion 13 in a plan view. In this case, it is preferable to provide a protection member at the tip of the water receiving member 4.
[0046]
The water receiving auxiliary member 16 may be formed integrally with the front hanging portion 13 as long as the front hanging portion 13 is extended to have its function. Further, the lower portion of the counter 1 may be provided with a separate cover to hide members such as the support members 31 and 32.
[0047]
Even in this case, the numerical values of the entering amount and the business trip amount are merely examples, and may be set as appropriate. Further, the fixing with the fixing member 23 such as a screw may be replaced with fixing with an adhesive, a nail, or the like.
[0048]
Incidentally, a bathroom structure having a two-stage counter shown in FIG. 8 was devised. 8 is a front view, FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 8, FIG. 10 is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 8, and FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view of the decorative cover 43 and the cover attachment 44.
[0049]
Hereinafter, this bathroom structure will be described in detail.
[0050]
The upper counter 41 includes a mounting portion 10 on which bathroom equipment and the like are mounted on the upper surface, and a front portion 41b having a width smaller than the front end of the mounting portion 10 and extending downward with a step. A gap adjusting portion 41a extending from the lower end of the front surface portion 41b to the wall 2 is continuously provided. Further, from these lateral end portions, a side surface portion 41c which forms a deformed space together with them is continuously provided. What is important here is that the gap adjusting portion 41a is inclined downward (in the lower right direction in FIG. 9) as approaching the wall 2 in a side view, and specifically, is substantially offset with respect to the virtual horizontal line. It has a tilt angle of 15 °. The upper counter 42 is formed of, for example, plastic such as polycarbonate resin. Then, it is fixed to the wall 2 by appropriate means. Adjustment levers 47, 47 for hot water and water discharged from a water tap (not shown) are attached to the front part 41b. As a result of being fixed to the wall 2, the upper counter 42 is normally located at a height near the eyes of a bather who is sitting and washing his body.
[0051]
The lower counter 42 is substantially the same as the counter described in the related art, has a mounting portion 10 for mounting bathroom fixtures and the like on the upper surface, and is fixed to the wall 2. The lower counter 42 is also formed of, for example, artificial marble.
[0052]
The cover mounting member 44 is for mounting a decorative cover 43 to be described later, and is formed by, for example, a plastic such as a polycarbonate resin. Specifically, a vertical piece 44a provided with a screw hole 45 for attaching the decorative cover 43 and a horizontal piece 44b provided with a predetermined hole for fixing to the wall 2 form a substantially L-shape. . The height of the vertical piece 44a and the horizontal piece 44b is smaller than the minimum spacing on the wall 2 when the upper counter 41 and the lower counter 42 are fixed to the wall 2, and the width of the vertical piece 44a is It is smaller than the length (depth) up to the front part 41b.
[0053]
The decorative cover 43 hides a pipe between the decorative cover 43 and the lower counter 42, and is formed of, for example, a plastic such as a polycarbonate resin. More specifically, the cover mounting member 44 has a long hole 46 having a predetermined length that allows movement in a predetermined front-rear direction with respect to the screw hole 45 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. The opposing piece 43a and the connecting piece 43b smoothly curved inward form a substantially U-shape. When the decorative cover 43 is attached to the fixture 43, the elongated hole 46 is formed by overlapping the screw hole 45 of the vertical piece 44a of the fixture 44 with the elongated hole 46 of the facing piece 43a of the decorative cover 43, and At the directional position, it is attached with a fixing tool 23 such as a screw. What is important here is that the upper end of the opposing piece 43a and the upper end of the connecting piece 43b are inclined downward (to the lower right in FIG. 9) as approaching the wall 2 in a side view. More specifically, an inclination angle of about 15 ° is provided with respect to the virtual horizontal line in correspondence with the gap adjusting section 41a. As a result, the upper end of the opposing piece 43a and the upper end of the connecting piece 43b come into close contact with the gap adjusting portion 41a. Further, the lower end of the opposing piece 43a and the lower end of the connecting piece 43b are configured to be in close contact with the mounting portion 10 of the lower counter 42. The height of the opposing piece 43a on the wall side is equal to or larger than the minimum distance on the wall 2 surface when the upper counter 41 and the lower counter 42 are fixed to the wall 2. The width of the opposing piece 43a is smaller than the distance between the front part 41b and the wall 2, the width of the connecting piece 43b is the same as the width of the gap adjusting part 41a, and the opposing piece 43a and the connecting piece 43b are It can be mounted on the mounting section 10 of the lower counter 42.
[0054]
For example, when the decorative cover 43 is mounted on the cover mounting tool 44 when the cover mounting tool 44 is positioned farthest from the wall 2 and mounted on the cover mounting tool 44, the upper counter 41 and the lower counter 42 are mounted on the wall. 2, the space between them can be minimized. Conversely, if the cover mounting member 44 is attached to the cover mounting member 44 at a position closest to the wall 2, the decorative cover 43 is attached to the cover mounting member 44. When the upper counter 41 and the lower counter 42 are attached to each other, the distance between the upper counter 41 and the lower counter 42 is maximized.
[0055]
That is, if the interval between the upper counter 41 and the lower counter 42 is between the minimum and the maximum, the decorative cover 43 should be attached without a gap between the gap adjusting portion 41a of the upper counter 41 and the lower end counter 42. Can be.
[0056]
When attaching the decorative cover 43 to the cover attachment 44, the appearance is improved if the facing piece 43a of the decorative cover 43 is located inside the vertical piece 44a of the attachment 44. Furthermore, if the vertical piece 44a of the cover mounting member 44 is mounted so as to cover the long hole 46, the appearance becomes better, and water does not easily enter the inside through the long hole 46.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the margin from the wall to the end of the counter is reduced, so that the washing area is widened.
[0058]
According to the second aspect of the invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the counter and the wall can be fixed to the wall by the mounting portion, so that the counter is further stabilized.
[0059]
According to the third aspect of the invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, much of the water used in the counter can flow into the water receiving member.
[0060]
According to the invention of claim 4, in addition to the effect of claim 3, the appearance is improved.
[0061]
According to the fifth aspect of the invention, in addition to the effect of the fourth aspect, machining of the counter is facilitated.
