Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for preventing infection of Legionella bacteria in a bathtub.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are many types of Legionella that are considered to be the cause of pneumonia, and some of the Legionella spp. That collectively include these may cause legionellosis and cause death when they enter the human body.
[0003]
Recirculating bathtubs and cooling towers for air conditioners, which have a relatively high water temperature of 25 to 43 degrees Celsius, which is the temperature at which Legionella genus can grow because water is circulated, and cooling towers of air conditioning equipment, are of the genus Legionella. It is the best place for breeding bacteria and is the source of legionellosis infection.
[0004]
For recent deaths caused by Legionella bacteria caused by pneumonia in public baths and recirculating baths, methods such as disinfection and disinfection with chlorine or ultraviolet light, heat sterilization at 65 degrees Celsius or more, and adsorption to activated carbon, etc. Was taken. In addition, techniques of various sterilizers (see Patent Document 1) are known.

[Patent Document 1]
Publication number: Patent Publication No. 11-28457, Publication date: February 2, 1999,
Applicant: Totoki Kiki Co., Ltd. Inventors: Takao Teraoka, Hiroshi Kanamaru Title of Invention: Method for adjusting sterilizing capacity of bath water circulation device and bath water sterilizing device
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventional chlorine disinfection does not kill Legionella spp. In normal chlorine disinfection and requires a high concentration, and cannot be used in a bathtub. In addition, sterilization by ultraviolet light has almost no effect, and the method using ultrasonic waves requires a large amount of equipment and is not very economical.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems. The present invention has been made by removing dust and suspended matter such as hair from a circulating water (10) in a circulating bath (1) by a filter unit (7), and then sterilizing the unit. ), The photocatalytic titanium oxide compound solution (9) is dropped at regular intervals, and a brush-like structure (12) coated with the photocatalytic titanium oxide compound solution (9) is placed in a circulation path or floated on the water surface. . In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for preventing Legionella infection, which can solve the problems of the conventional means.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The circulating water (10) entered from the water inlet (3) provided at the bottom of the circulating bathtub (1) goes to the filter part (7) through the water suction pipe (2) by the circulating pump (6) to remove the hair and the like. After removing other dusts and fine suspended matter, the photocatalytic acid-oxidized titanium compound solution (9) provided in the sterilizing section (8) is dropped at regular intervals. The non-photocatalytic titanium oxide compound solution (9) decomposes organic matter in the water and inactivates various bacteria including the genus Legionella to purify the water by the strong oxidizing power activated by the action of the circulating water. Thereafter, the circulating water (10) is heated by the heater section (11) and returns to the circulating bath (1) again from the discharge port (5) via the discharge pipe (4). In a public bath or a large public bath used by many people, a brush-like structure (12) coated with a non-photocatalytic titanium oxide compound solution (9) is installed in a circulation path or floats on the water surface. The brush makes the surface area enormous, and purifies water and air by the same action of the non-photocatalytic titanium oxide compound solution (9). The brush-like structure (12) has a germicidal effect by replacing it regularly. As described above, bacteria such as Legionella and Escherichia coli are surely killed at a low cost, which cannot be solved by the conventional method.
If necessary, the brush-like structure (12) may be combined with an artificial flower (13) or the like and floated in the bathtub to make it look pleasing.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
By using the present invention, purification of the bathtub can be achieved relatively inexpensively and reliably. In addition, maintenance can be performed very simply by cleaning the filter and periodically replenishing and replacing the photocatalytic titanium oxide compound solution (9) and the brush-like structure (12). As a result, propagation of Legionella spp. Is prevented, there is no mixing in bath water, and other garbage, organic matter and suspended matter can be completely removed, so that comfortable bathing can be enjoyed.
