上記特許文献1の先行技術は図2に示すように「物品収納室2内の温度斑が軽減でき、かつ棚3上の食材の乾燥が抑制される冷気強制循環式の貯蔵庫1を提供する手段として、開閉扉4の閉状態において、エアーカーテンを停止し冷気供給孔5から冷気を供給し、開閉扉4の開状態においては、冷気供給孔からの冷気供給に加えてエアーカーテンを形成し、物品収納室2内の風速をほぼ0.5m/sec とするものである。」

上記課題を解決するめためにこの発明は、庫内の蒸発器から発生する冷気を送風機により強制循環させる業務用冷蔵庫において、庫内の少なくとも天地、左右および後面に冷気循環用のダクトを配設するとともに、扉の裏面にもダクトを設け、扉が閉じたとき、上記配設したダクトと上記扉の裏側に設けたダクトとが連通状態となるようにした(請求項1)ものであり、上記冷蔵庫内面に配設されたダクトと、扉の裏側に設けたダクトとの連通部分の本体側に送風機を配設した(請求項2)ものである。

次にこの発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。図1に示すように、冷蔵庫10の上部奥に蒸発器11と送風機12が設置され、蒸発器11で発生した冷気は庫内の天地、左右および後面に配設されたダクト13を通じて強制循環するが、扉14の裏面にもダクト13b が一体に設けられ天地、左右のダクト13と扉の裏側のダクト13b とが接する部分には連通口15が開けられ、扉が閉じられたとき冷気は扉14の裏側のダクト13b にも流れるようになる。
