現在迄は、主として和紙、合成紙に展着剤を加工した畳表。
[発明が解決しようとする課題]
和紙、合成紙に茶のカテキン、柿渋中のタンニン及び酸化チタン、天然藍を染色に使用する事で、人体無害で環境に良い優れた製品が出来、耐久性は2倍以上長持ちする製品となる。
[課題を解決するための手段]
本発明は和紙、合成紙の畳表花筵の抗菌、消臭、防汚作用及び、無害で環境に良い優れた製品であり、耐久性は2倍以上長持ちする。
[作 用]
和紙、合成紙の畳表花筵が抗菌、消臭、防汚作用及び、製品強度が2倍以上、耐久性に優れた人体無害の製品。
[実施例] 配合表
(1)和紙及び合成紙100kgに対して
茶のカテキン 500g
柿渋中のタンニン 500g
酸化チタン 100g
以上の配合によって和紙、合成紙を染色する。
(2)和紙及び合成紙100kgに対して
天然藍 300g
酸化チタン 100g
以上の配合によって和紙、合成紙を染色する。

抗菌、消臭、防汚作用及び、製品の強度が2倍以上。尚2倍以上長持ちする畳表の製品で環境に優れた製品が出来る。[Industrial applications]
