本発明は収納庫扉開閉構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
壁面等に設けられる前方に開口部を有する収納庫において、従来では、扉本体が収納庫本体に対して一側縁部を揺動中心として揺動し開閉するものが知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。従って、扉本体が二枚有る収納庫では、扉本体が観音開きするよう構成されている。また、他に知られている構成としては、二枚の扉本体が収納庫本体の開口部側の内部にて、扉本体がレール溝に沿ってスライドし開閉するものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のように、扉本体が揺動して開閉される構成では、扉本体が開かれた状態で、扉本体に頭等をぶつけたりしてけがをするおそれがある。あるいは、収納庫を天井近くに設けた場合、扉本体を開けると照明器具等と干渉し、設備配置に自由が効かないという欠点がある。つまり、従来の揺動式の扉開閉構造では、収納庫手前側に広い空間が必要であった。
また、二枚の扉本体をスライドして開閉する構造では、収納庫本体の奥行きがレール溝によって縮小され、また、一方の扉本体を全開しても収納庫の有効開口幅が全幅の半分より小さくなり、また、二枚の扉本体を同時に開状態とできず、全面を開口させることができないという欠点がある。
また、従来の揺動動作により開閉を行う扉開閉構造は、収納庫の大きさに応じた専用の蝶番等により構成されており、扉本体の裏面の上下所定位置に夫々配設されている。従って、蝶番を違う位置に取着変更させたり、左右反対勝手にして用いることができなかった。さらに、扉本体を高さの異なるものに取り替えたくても対応できず、収納庫本体側ごと取り替える必要があるという欠点がある。
また、従来において、扉本体の上下位置に夫々ガイド具(蝶番等)なるものを配設し、これらを鉛直方向の連結杆にて同調動作させるよう構成するものもあるが、連結杆が長くなるとその応答性は劣り、また、構成が複雑で見た目が悪いという欠点がある。

そこで本発明は、開状態の扉本体が収納庫の手前で邪魔にならず、また、収納庫の開口部を完全に開口できて収納物の出し入れが容易で、かつ、操作性がよい収納庫扉開閉構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の目的を達成するために、本発明に係る収納庫扉開閉構造は、前方に開口部を有する収納庫本体の該開口部において扉本体を開閉させる揺動リニア支持具を備え、該揺動リニア支持具は、該扉本体を一旦手前へ引き出してから側方へスライドして開けるよう構成され、一枚の該扉本体に対して該揺動リニア支持具が一台具備されるものである。
また、上記揺動リニア支持具は、上記扉本体を上記収納庫本体に対して揺動して手前に引き出す平行リンク機構部と、手前に引き出された状態の該扉本体を該収納庫本体に対して側方へスライドさせるリニアガイド機構部と、を備え、さらに、該揺動リニア支持具は上下対称形状に構成されている。
また、上記平行リンク機構部は、第一・第二・第三リンクアームを備え、これらの基端部が上記収納庫本体側において平面視三角形に配置される3つの鉛直軸心廻りに夫々枢着され、かつ、先端部が上記扉本体側において平面視三角形に配置される3つの鉛直軸心廻りに夫々枢着され、上記扉本体を上記収納庫本体に対して揺動して手前に引き出すようにしたものである。
また、上記リニアガイド機構部は、上記扉本体の裏面に取着される上下一対の水平状の丸棒レール部材と、上記平行リンク機構部の上記扉本体側と連結されて該丸棒レール部材を外嵌保持する上下一対の円筒状リニア軸受部材と、を備え、該丸棒レール部材が該リニア軸受部材によりガイドされて該扉本体がスライド自在となるようにしたものである。
また、上記揺動リニア支持具は、上記扉本体の裏面に取着される鉛直方向のガイド軸部材を備え、さらに、上記平行リンク機構部側に、該扉本体が揺動する際に該ガイド軸部材を挿入状として誘導しかつ上記平行リンク機構部により該扉本体が手前引き出し状態となった際に該ガイド軸部材を離脱可能とさせる円弧状ガイド溝を形成した揺動ガイド部材を備えたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図示の実施の形態に基づき、本発明を詳説する。

図1は本発明に係る収納庫扉開閉構造を有する収納庫の実施の一形態を示す平面図であり、図2はその収納庫の正面図、図3と図4はその収納庫の側面断面図である。なお、図1は上面板が外された状態の平面図である。
図1〜図4の収納庫は、収納部(収納庫本体1)が2箇並設されたものであり、それに対応して扉本体2も二枚有している。なお、収納庫の形態はこれに限らず、1個の収納庫本体1に一枚の扉本体2により構成されたものでもよい。

そして、本発明に係る収納庫扉開閉構造は、前方に開口部10を有する収納庫本体1の開口部10において扉本体2を開閉させる揺動リニア支持具Gを備えており、揺動リニア支持具Gは収納庫本体1の側壁14(右側壁)に接続され、扉本体2を一旦手前へ引き出してから左右方向の一方側の側方へスライドさせて開けることができるよう構成されている。また、一枚の扉本体2に対して一台の揺動リニア支持具Gのみとし、揺動リニア支持具Gは上下対称形状に構成されている。従って図示の実施例では、扉本体2を正面視右側方へスライド移動させるよう構成しているが、揺動リニア支持具Gを上下逆にして反対面側の側壁15(左側壁)に左右反対勝手に取着させることで、扉本体2を左側方へスライド移動させることができる。また、揺動リニア支持具Gは既にある収納庫に対し後付けも可能である。

第一リンクアーム5は、図5と図6に示すように一枚の鉛直盤状の揺動部材であり、第一リンクアーム5のうち基端部側(収納庫本体1側)の上部・下部において夫々ベース部材16の取付部17,17に枢着され、先端部側(扉本体2側)の上部・下部において夫々ガイド部材18に枢着される。
また、第二リンクアーム6は、盤状の第一リンクアーム5の上方及び下方位置に夫々配設されて一対で一組とされた円弧状補助揺動アーム板であり、夫々の基端部側が取付部17,17に枢着され、先端部側がガイド部材18に枢着されている。なお、第二リンクアーム6は、図9に示すように扉本体2の揺動引き出し角度が90°を越えて扉本体2を手前引き出し状態とした際に、収納庫本体1の側壁14と干渉するのを防止するために湾曲状とされている。

さらに、第三リンクアーム7は、盤状の第一リンクアーム5の上縁と下縁との間に配設され上下一対で一組とされた直線状リンクアーム板であり、夫々の基端部側が取付部17,17に枢着され、先端部側がガイド部材18に枢着されている。
この平行リンク機構部3は、3つのリンクアームを備え、1つを(第二リンクアーム6を)他の2つの上下位置に高さを違えて配設し、コンパクトな構造とし、揺動に際し干渉しないようにしている。

この構成によれば、図7〜図9に示すように、扉本体2の揺動引き出し角度の範囲内において、平面視3つのリンクアームの全てが直線状に並ぶことがないため、常に平行リンク機構部3は鉛直軸心間隔Pが広い平行四辺形を保つことができる。このため支持具Gの剛性は高く、片持ち状となる扉本体2の荷重を安定して保持しスムーズに開閉動作させることができる。このように常に剛性を有することができる構成であるため、扉本体2の揺動引き出し角度が90°を越えることが可能となる。従って、扉本体2を収納庫本体1の開口部10から大きく側方外方へ位置させることができ、開口部10を広く開放させることができる。

また図9に示すように、上記3種のリンクアームのうちの1つ(本発明では第三リンクアーム7)の基端部側の所定位置に切欠によるストッパ部30を形成し、ストッパ部30が側壁14に固定されるベース部材16に当接することで扉本体2の手前引き出し位置を決定できる。なおこの揺動引き出し角度は各リンクアームの揺動角度と一致し、扉本体2が全閉状態で0°となる。そして、揺動角度は90°を越えて任意に設定可能であるが、全閉の0°から全開の135 °程度としている。

次に、リニアガイド機構部4について説明すると、図5と図6に示すように、リニアガイド機構部4は、扉本体2の裏面2aに取着される上下一対の水平状の中空又は中実の丸棒レール部材8,8と、平行リンク機構部3の扉本体2側(先端部側)と連結されて丸棒レール部材8を外嵌保持する上下一対の円筒状リニア軸受部材(リニアベアリング)9と、を備えている。そして、丸棒レール部材8がリニア軸受部材9によりガイドされて扉本体2が、図9と図10に示すように平行リンク機構部3の先端部側において、スライド自在となる。

円筒状リニア軸受部材9は、丸棒レール部材8の長手方向に対して滑らかに転動自在の転がり軸受を複数個内周面に有する円筒状の軸受部材であり、丸棒レール部材8の外周面円周方向に複数箇所接触可能である。そして、この円筒状リニア軸受部材9が、平行リンク機構部3の先端部側のガイド部材18に接続されている。つまり、扉本体2は、基端部が収納庫本体1に接続された平行リンク機構部3の先端部に、リニアガイド機構部4を介在させ、接続されている。

さらに、揺動リニア支持具Gは、図5と図6及び図11と図12と図13の平面説明図に示すように、扉本体2の裏面2aに取着される鉛直方向のガイド軸部材11を備えている。このガイド軸部材11は、正面視右側(全閉状態にある扉本体2に近接する側)の固定用治具19の一部に形成されている。さらに、揺動リニア支持具Gは、第一リンクアーム5の所定位置に配設した揺動ガイド部材13を備えている。揺動ガイド部材13には、扉本体2が揺動する際にガイド軸部材11を挿入状として誘導し、かつ、平行リンク機構部3により扉本体2が手前引き出し状態となった際に始めてガイド軸部材11を離脱可能とさせる円弧状ガイド溝12を形成している。つまり、ガイド軸部材11と揺動ガイド部材13とによりリニアガイド機構部4に対するスライドストッパとしての機能を有する。そして、このガイド溝12の一端部には、開口出入口部29が形成されており、ガイド軸部材11はこの開口出入口部29を通過する。

扉本体2側のガイド軸部材11は、支持具Gの略中央高さ位置に同一鉛直線上に二本配設され、相互が向かい合う方向へ延伸し相互の先端部が所定間隔を有している。平行リンク機構部3側の揺動ガイド部材13は、一対のガイド軸部材11,11が挿入状となるよう上下面両側に円弧状ガイド溝12,12が形成されており、ガイド溝12は第二鉛直軸心22を中心として円弧状に形成され、扉本体2の揺動動作に従ってガイド軸部材11,11が、ガイド溝12,12内を第二鉛直軸心22を中心として移動する。つまり、扉本体2が揺動引き出し動作を行う間はガイド軸部材11がガイド溝12内に挿入状となるため、扉本体2はスライド移動することができない。

また、平行リンク機構部3は、扉本体2が全閉状態に近づくと閉方向へ、乃至、手前引き出し状態に近づくと手前引き出し方向へ、扉本体2を弾発的に付勢する引張バネ部材27が、ベース部材16の取付部17とガイド部材18との間に、付設されている。このバネ部材27は、図7に示すように扉本体2が全閉状態に近づくとバネ部材27の中心線が上記リンクアーム5,6,7の軸線よりも扉本体閉方向側(収納庫本体1の奥壁側)に配置され取付部17とガイド部材18との間を引張って閉方向に揺動させ、扉本体2が手前に引き出され、ある点(デッドポイント)を越えると、図9に示すようにバネ部材27の中心線が上記リンクアーム5,6,7の軸線のうちの一つよりも扉本体開方向側に配置され、取付部17とガイド部材18との間を引張って開方向へ揺動させるよう構成している。

次に、扉本体2を全閉状態から全開状態に移行する際の揺動リニア支持具Gの作用(動作)について説明する。符号28は扉本体2の表面2bに取着された取手である。
図7に示す状態では、扉本体2はバネ部材27の弾発力により全閉状態に保持され勝手に開くことがなく、ぐらつかない。この状態では扉本体2は後方位置にある。そして、取手28を持ってバネ部材27の弾発力に抗して扉本体2を手前に引き出していくと、扉本体2は矢印aの方向に揺動し、図8の扉揺動途中状態を経て、図9の手前引き出し状態となる。この状態で扉本体2は前方位置となり、平行リンク機構部3の先端部側は扉本体2の正面視右側方部に位置する。また、バネ部材27が扉本体2を開方向へ付勢するため、勝手に扉本体2が閉方向へ閉じることがない。また、平行リンク機構部3の第三リンクアーム7の一部に設けたストッパ部30が、固定状態のベース部材16に当接することにより、扉本体2が必要以上に揺動しないように抑制されている。

さらに、この揺動動作の際に、扉本体2側のガイド軸部材11が、図11から図12に示すように、扉本体2の揺動に伴って平行リンク機構部3側の揺動ガイド部材13の円弧状ガイド溝12に沿って移動するため、扉本体2はリニアガイド機構部4によりスライド移動することはなく、手前引き出し状態となる。

また、扉本体2が手前引き出し状態では、扉本体2側のガイド軸部材11が、図12に示すように、揺動ガイド部材13のガイド溝12の開口出入口部29に位置し、図12から図13に示すように、扉本体2がスライド動作を開始すると、ガイド軸部材11はその開口出入口部29を通過して揺動ガイド部材13から脱して、扉本体2は側方へ直線移動できる。
なお、扉本体2を開状態から閉状態へ移行させる動作は、上記と逆の工程を経て行えばよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述の構成により次のような効果を奏する。

(請求項1によれば)扉本体2を開閉させるために必要な空間が小さくて済み、開状態で扉本体2が大きく突出しないため邪魔にならず、また、照明機器等と干渉するおそれもない。つまり、図1に示すように突出寸法Dが小さく済み、扉本体2の開閉にスペースを取らず、収納庫をどのような場所にも設置可能となる。また、扉本体2を収納庫本体1から手前へ一旦引き出してスライドさせるため、収納庫本体1の開口部10を大きく開状態とすることができ、収納物の出し入れが容易となり収納部を有効利用できる。
揺動リニア支持具Gを一台のみとしているため、扉本体2の形状・大きさに左右されることなく設置が可能である。また、一台の揺動リニア支持具Gのみの調整により、上下左右に扉本体2の取付位置を簡単に調整できる。

(請求項5によれば)扉本体2の揺動動作を安定させることができる。一旦扉本体2を所定の手前引き出し状態まで揺動させないと側方へスライドできないよう構成でき、誤操作を防止し、操作性の優れたものとすることができる。
