この発明は ゴルフクラブのアイアンヘッドに関するものである。
その発明とは 従来のアイアンヘッドの底部（１）に半球形状の突起（２） もしくは 半円形状の突起（８）（以下略す）を設けたものである。
従来のアイアンヘッドの底部に半球形状の突起（２）を具備したものは存在しないのである。その為 従来のアイアンヘッドは 振り抜きを良くするために 底部の面取り等で対応しているのである。しかし アイアンヘッドの打面下部（３）の形状により ダブレば 芝にアイアンヘッドが突き刺さりヘッドが振り抜けず チョロボールになる。又 必要以上にターフを削り取るため ボールが飛ばないのである。更に ヘッドの返りが遅いと打面下部（３）あるいは底部（１）に直接ボールが当たり トップボールとなるのである。加えて ラフにおいては打面下部（３）の形状により 雑草が絡み易く 振り抜きが悪くなり 又 ボールと打面の間に雑草が噛み込み フライヤーになったり 全然ボールが飛ばなかったりするのである。
又 僅かなタイミングの狂いで ヘッドが返りすぎたり ヒール側のみが芝に喰い込み トウ側が返る事で 引っ掛けが発生するのである。
本発明は これらの従来のアイアンヘッドのアイアンショットにおける三大ミスショットの １ ダブリ ２ トップ ３ 引っ掛け を解消する為に発明したものである。本発明は これらの欠点を解消するのは勿論の事 更にその上に その形状の良さからも判るように 芝芽の抵抗も無く 番手を超えた振り抜きの良さを実現し ヘッドスピードあるいはスイングスピードを上昇させる事により更にボールの飛距離が伸びるのである。
本発明の効果
１ ダブリに関し 本発明の形状から 底部（１）に設けた半球形状の突起（２）が芝に喰い込む事を防ぎ ダブリを解消するのである。
２ トップに関し 本発明の形状から 底部（１）に設けた半球形状の突起（２）が 打面下部（３）や底部（１）よりもヘッドの着地時に先に芝に接触しヘッドの返りをうながし トップを解消するのである。
３ 引っ掛けに関し ヘッドの返り過ぎを 半球形状の突起（２）が芝と接触する事により これを阻止し 又 ヒール側のみが芝に喰い込み トウ側が返る引っ掛けも 半球形状の突起（２）が先に芝と接触する事によりこれを防止し 合わせて 引っ掛けを解消するのである。
ちなみに ボールとクラブのインパクト時のタイムは一万分の五秒である。
以上の結果から 本発明のアイアンヘッド（４）は 従来のアイアンヘッドのゴルフショットの三大ミスショットを解消し 更には その形状の特徴から 従来のアイアンヘッドにない 振り抜きの良さを実現したものである。又 ラフにおいても その形状の特性を生かし 余分な芝を噛む事がなく スムーズに振り抜く事が出来るのである。
これらの事は 総て 実際のコースで使用し 実証出来得た事を記述したものである。又 半球形状の突起（２）を複数にする事もできる。
直 本考案の実施態様として ウッドクラブヘッド及びパターヘッドも考えられるのである。
