片手で圧縮可能な復元力を有する容器本体２０２を手で圧縮することにより、洗浄液４０１が注入口１０６から注入し送液部１０５からなるノズル部を通り、抽出口１０１より抽出して鼻腔を洗浄し、自然と口から出る。

容器本体２０２は球面体であるため、洗浄液４０１の一回の抽出量が調整可能であり、数回で余すことなく抽出できる。
