BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fractured part reinforcing plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when a fracture occurs, the fracture portion is reduced by embedding a fracture portion reinforcing plate through which a plurality of small bolt insertion holes 20 as shown in FIG. 5 are penetrated (see, for example, Non-Patent Document 1). ).
[0003]
[Non-Patent Document 1]
Japan MDM Co., Ltd. “Ace Symmetry Upper Limb Plate System” Catalog [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the small hole 20 for inserting the bolt is small, it is very difficult to embed autologous bone (for example, iliac bone) or artificial bone in the bone defect portion due to the fracture after attaching the fracture portion reinforcing plate.
[0005]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the fracture part reinforcement plate which can embed an autologous bone or an artificial bone in a bone defect part easily and reliably, after attaching a fracture part reinforcement plate.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a fractured part reinforcing plate according to the present invention is a fractured part reinforcing plate provided for reduction of a fractured part of a bone site, and is used for transplantation into a bone defect part of the fractured part A bone grafting window portion that allows the bone to be embedded is penetrated.
[0007]
In addition, the area S in the front view of the bone graft window is set to 0.4 cm 2 ≦ S ≦ 1.5 cm 2 . In addition, the overall shape includes a narrow strip portion and a wide portion formed at one end of the narrow strip portion, and a bone graft window portion having a generally triangular inverted shape in front view is formed in the wide portion. Is formed.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings illustrating embodiments.
[0009]
1 and 2, as the fracture reinforcing plate P according to the present invention, for example, shows the in use state when the distal radius plate P 1. This radius distal end plate P 1 is attached to reduce the fractured portion R when the radius distal end T 1 is fractured. Y indicates a fracture line. The distal radius plate P 1 is biocompatible good titanium alloy, a stainless steel or the like. The distal radius plate P 1 is attached to the distal radius end T 1 requiring bone grafting by a fracture with a fixing screw K. The bone A is embedded (implanted) in the bone defect X of the rib B due to the fracture. The bone A is obtained by embedding the distal radius plate P 1 after attached. The bone A is composed of autologous bone (for example, iliac bone) or artificial bone.
[0010]
3 and 4 show the distal radius plate P 1. The distal radius plate P 1, the window unit 1 for bone graft is disposed through. Specifically, the distal radius end plate P 1 is composed of a narrow strip portion 2 and a wide portion 3 formed at one end of the narrow strip portion 2. The wide portion 3 is formed with a bone graft window portion 1 having a substantially triangular inverted shape in front view. The bone grafting window 1 enables the bone A for grafting to be embedded in the bone defect X in the fractured part R (see FIG. 2).
[0011]
The area S in the front view of the bone graft window portion 1 is set to 0.4 cm 2 ≦ S ≦ 1.5 cm 2 . When the area S is S <0.4 cm 2 , it is difficult to embed the bone A (see FIG. 2) through the bone grafting window 1. Further, when 1.5 cm 2 <S, the strength of the entire distal radius plate P 1 decreases.
[0012]
4 shows a hole for fixing the screw K (see FIG. 2) through which is formed through the distal radius T 1 side, 5 a long hole for fixing screws K inserted which is pierced in the substantially longitudinal middle position Reference numeral 6 denotes a hole for inserting the fixing screw K penetrating toward the proximal end.
[0013]
The design of the present invention can be changed. For example, the frontal shape of the bone grafting window portion 1 may be formed in a rectangular shape or a circular shape. Moreover, not only the distal radius T 1 of the above, it is free to apply to other bone sites T. Furthermore, (not limited to the distal radius T 1,) or to apply the radius proximal end, the present invention into the bone of each part of the body such as bone of the leg is free application.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists an effect described below.
[0015]
(According to claim 1) After the fracture portion reinforcing plate P is attached, the bone A for transplantation can be embedded easily and reliably through the window portion 1 in the bone defect portion X of the rib B caused by the fracture. it can.
(According to claim 2) It is possible to easily perform the operation of passing through the bone grafting window portion 1 and implanting the bone B for transplantation while ensuring sufficient strength.
