【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、以上のような構造であるから、これを使用するときは、ハンドル（１）を片手で押し下げてマルチフィルムを切ってハンドル（１）を上げ、ハンドル（１）とハンドル（５）を両手でにぎり踏み板（７）を足で踏むと穴ができる。
