Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a nesting prevention device that is disposed on a building such as a high-voltage power transmission line tower for electric power transport or a radio wave tower to prevent birds from nesting on the building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, houses are becoming denser in urban areas and the number of trees has decreased, and birds such as crows have been nesting on high-voltage power transmission towers, which are structures for supporting electric power transmission wires. There is no big problem if you only nest on the high voltage power transmission tower, but as mentioned above, there are few trees in urban areas and there is a shortage of appropriate nesting materials. There are many crows to make. Since metal hangers and the like are conductive, these nest members come into contact with power lines and cause electrical failure such as correlated short circuit or ground fault accident. In many cases, the crow becomes 1 m or more when the wings are spread. When the crows fly away from the nest, the crows may come into contact with the power line to cause the above-described electric failure. In addition, even when a young bird born with a flying power immature in the breeding season nests, the same electric failure may be caused by contact with the power line.
[0003]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, various measures have been conventionally proposed.
For example, a device for repelling by an auditory stimulus is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 5-211836 and 9-107865. However, in the case of sound, if you fly away temporarily and escape, if you stop the sound, you will fly again. It is necessary to emit sound continuously in order to enhance the effect of expulsion, and it causes noise pollution in an area where houses are in close proximity. Also, in order to emit sound only when birds fly, a sensor for detecting birds is required, which makes the device complicated and expensive, and in which sensitive sensors are exposed to wind and rain. Unsuitable for long-term use.
[0004]
Further, measures for installing a fence, a wire, a needle, and the like for preventing birds from entering are disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 2525082, Japanese Patent No. 2794399, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-316457, and the like. However, these countermeasures are ineffective if countermeasures are not installed over the entire invasion route of birds, which requires enormous costs and impairs workability during maintenance and inspection.
[0005]
Further, measures to install a nesting guide such as a cage in a safe place where an electric accident is unlikely to occur and to guide a bird to the installed nesting guide have been proposed, for example, in Japanese Patent No. 2676495 and Japanese Patent No. 2520089. No., etc. However, even if a nesting guide is installed in a safe place where an electric accident is unlikely to occur, a bird does not necessarily nest there, and the effect is small.
[0006]
In addition, there has been proposed a measure for preventing a bird from nesting by installing a model of a natural enemy species of birds or a bird of prey and driving away. (For example, see Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2.)
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-17447 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-155881
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, measures to install a model of a bird's natural enemy or bird of prey are not only affected by the location of the model and the method of installation, but also by the bird. You get used to it over time, and the expulsion effect decreases.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned facts, and aims to effectively prevent nesting by utilizing the habits of birds. For example, a crow is a representative bird that hinders power transport. The crow usually behaves in swarms, returns to water and trees close to parks, forests and shrines at night, called roosts, spends time on trees and does not nest. The range of activity of this group is about a 10 km radius around the roost as a daily activity zone. In this way, crows do not nest during the non-breeding season, but during the breeding season, which is visited from about February to July, they mate and nest in a place away from the roost, although they are within the range of the flocks. There is a habit of raising children from the nest to the nest. In the mating crows during the breeding season, the territory consciousness becomes stronger among the friends and may attack birds and animals including the crows of a group of friends approaching within a radius of about 50 m around the nest . For this reason, crows have a habit of avoiding nesting around nests that are already inhabiting. The action range and territory range vary depending on the habitat and the type of crow.
[0010]
It is a technical object of the present invention to provide a nesting prevention device capable of effectively preventing nesting of birds such as crows having a strong territory awareness as described above.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in order to solve the above technical problems, it is an apparatus arranged in a building to prevent nesting of birds,
There is provided a bird nest preventing apparatus, comprising: a nest model formed in a bird's nest shape; and a bird model disposed in the nest model.
[0012]
It is desirable that the bird model is mounted on the nest model via elastic support means.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a nesting prevention device constituted according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 shows a side view of one embodiment of a nesting prevention device configured according to the present invention.
The illustrated embodiment is a nesting prevention device 2 for crows, which includes a nest model 3 formed in a bird's nest shape and a bird model 4 disposed in the nest model 3. I have. The nest model 3 includes a frame 31 (see FIG. 2) and nests 32 arranged on the frame 31 and on the outside. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the frame body 31 is formed in a dish shape with a synthetic resin, and a plurality of holes 311 for inserting the nest material 32 are provided in a peripheral wall thereof. A mounting portion 312 for mounting the bird model 4 is formed at the center of the frame 31 so as to protrude upward. At the upper end of the mounting portion 312, a fitting hole 313 having a predetermined depth for fitting a coil spring described later for mounting the bird model 4 is provided. As shown in FIG. 1, nest members 32 such as dead branches and dead grass are arranged on the upper and outer sides of the frame 31, and are fixed to the frame 31 by fastening means such as a luggage (not shown). The nest model 3 configured as described above has a size similar to that of an actual crow nest, and has a diameter of about 40 to 60 cm and a height of about 15 to 30 cm.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the bird model 4 disposed in the nest model 3 includes a trunk body 41 having a trunk 411, a head 412, a beak 413, and a tail 414. It comprises wings 42 and 43 provided on both sides of the main body 41. It is more effective to provide a pattern 415 for impressing eyes on the head 412. In the illustrated embodiment, the trunk body 41 and the wings 42 and 43 are formed of a synthetic resin to have the same size as an actual crow and are colored crow. The trunk main body 41 and the wings 42 and 43 are connected by inserting a core material 44 such as a wire forming the wings 42 and 43 on the head side into the trunk main body 41. The ends of the core material 44 such as wires forming the wings 42 and 43 are provided so as to protrude from the tail-side tips of the wings 42 and 43. By inserting the support ring 46 provided in the tail part 414 into the support ring 45 to support the center part, the tail sides of the wings 42 and 43 are supported.
[0016]
An upper end of a coil spring 5 as an elastic supporting means is attached to a lower surface of a central portion of the trunk 411 constituting the bird model 4 configured as described above by an appropriate fixing means. By fitting the lower end of the coil spring 5 attached to the body 411 into the fitting hole 313 of the mounting part 312 formed in the center of the frame 31, the bird model 4 is interposed through the coil spring 5. It is mounted on the frame 31. In this manner, by mounting the bird model 4 on the frame 31 via the coil spring 5, it is possible to obtain a state where the bird model 4 swings due to wind or vibration.
[0017]
The nesting prevention device 2 configured as described above is installed, for example, at a predetermined position of a high-voltage power transmission tower. As a result, a crow is nesting at a predetermined position of the high-voltage power transmission tower, and a territory of the population is formed. Therefore, a crow with a strong territory consciousness nests around the nesting prevention device 2 in the nesting state. I will not. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a crow or a crow flying on the high-voltage power transmission tower for nesting from contacting the power line beforehand. As described above, the nesting prevention device 2 shown in the drawing uses the crow's habit of territory consciousness so as not to approach the vicinity thereof. Play. The nesting prevention device 2 is preferably installed only during the breeding season in order to maintain the nesting prevention effect. That is, the combination of a crow and a nest is unnatural at a time other than the breeding season from the viewpoint of an ecosystem in the natural world, and it is necessary to remove the crow and the nest during a period other than the breeding season in order to maintain the nest-preventing effect.
[0018]
As described above, the present invention has been described based on the illustrated embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to only the embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the technical idea of the present invention. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the nest prevention apparatus for crows has been described. However, it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to other bird nest prevention apparatuses having a habit of territory consciousness. Further, in the illustrated embodiment, an example in which the frame constituting the nest model is formed of a synthetic resin is shown. However, the frame is formed in a dish shape by radially combining elongated and curved wires. A thing or a shallow palanquin-shaped thing may be used.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
Since the nesting prevention device according to the present invention is configured as described above and includes a nest model formed in a bird's nest shape and a bird model arranged in the nest model, Is formed. Therefore, by installing this nesting prevention device at a predetermined position, a bird with a strong territory consciousness does not approach the surrounding area. As described above, since the nesting prevention device according to the present invention uses the habit of a bird called territory consciousness to keep away from its surroundings, it not only temporarily dispels the birds but also has a nesting prevention effect over a long period of time. Play.
