Description

【0001】
【0018】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a simple and effective water stoppage plate for preventing or draining an urban flood caused by sudden heavy rain such as heavy rain.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Prior Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent No. 3089226 and Japanese Patent No. 3059232 [0003]
Conventionally, inside a soil cement underground wall built in the ground, a completely water-stop type ground suspension water wall mainly comprising two steel plates, front and back, mutually connected in a face-to-face arrangement at a predetermined interval, As proposed in the two patents, etc., many people still make a large number of sandbags and stack these heavy sandbags to stop and drain urban floods caused by sudden heavy rain on the ground. He built an embankment, stopped overflowing water, drained it, and escaped an unexpected flood.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in recent years, in large cities, floods have occurred in many places at once due to sudden torrential rain, etc., due to the construction and civil engineering structure, and conventional sand bags and sandbags have been used to stop and drain water. Was in danger of having serious consequences.
An object of the present invention is to provide an epoch-making urban-type flood prevention water stop board which improves such disadvantages of the conventional construction method.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problem]
In order to solve such problems, the flood prevention water stop board of the present invention is made of a suitable number of steel or wood cross section U-shaped box-shaped water stop frame plates or push-thinning thinning materials. With a pair of overturn prevention brackets that are interconnected only in the horizontal direction or in both the vertical and horizontal directions and can withstand the water force, these frame plates are fixed against water flow, and a durable waterproof cloth is provided on the upper surface. Cover at least one sheet, place a sand bag on the waterproof cloth directly below the water stop plate and on its tip, or fix it with a fixing plate at one end of the fall prevention fitting so that water flow does not enter inside. The water stoppage plate and the ground are tightly fixed with a waterproof cloth to prevent inundation depending on the weight and pressure of the flood water.
[0006]
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
According to such a configuration, the flood-prevention water stoppage plate of the present invention can be used to stop each part of the water-stopper frame plate that has been previously disassembled and stored even at the time of sudden flooding due to an urban flood, for example, a torrential rainfall, at a water stop location. For example, it is transported and assembled to a submerged area such as a subway or an underground shopping mall entrance, and is waterproofed around its inundation port, and its flow is deflected to prevent water from flowing underground. Of course, these water stoppage plates can also be effectively used for preventing flooding of urban rivers. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
【Example】
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the flood prevention waterproof plate of the present invention mainly comprises a water stop frame plate (2) obtained by connecting an appropriate number of steel frames shown in FIG. One waterproof cloth (4), a pair of front and back fall prevention metal fittings (3) combined from the cloth on the water-stop frame plate (2), and a second waterproof cloth covering the structure. (5).
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable to use a standard steel frame plate 600 or 300 having a U-shaped cross section for the water stop frame plate (2) of such a flood prevention water stop plate (1). Depending on the amount of water, the dimensions thereof are appropriately adjusted, as shown in FIG. 3, such as one sheet or two sheets (2) (2) or one step (2 ′) or two steps (2 ′) (2 ′). It is advantageous to construct it.
[0009]
The slightly waterproof first waterproof cloth, for example, a vinyl synthetic resin cloth (4) is put on the front and back surfaces of the waterproof frame plate (2) constructed according to the amount of water in this way, The sandbags (6) (6) () are completely covered so as to prevent water leakage from the joints and fitting holes of (2), and to prevent water flow from the lateral direction. 6). . Are arranged.
[0010]
A plurality of pairs of overturn prevention fittings (3) and (8) shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 are placed next to each other on the water-stopping frame plate (2) coated so as to prevent water leakage. Of course, it is sandwiched in the opposite direction, and the water-proof frame plate is fixed and supported so as not to fall down. In addition, the tip of the first waterproof cloth (4) sandwiched between them is the tip of the metal fitting. Reinforced pile driving part (7), pile (B) (B) driven into this. . And, by the sandbags (6) and (6) provided under the feet of the water stop frame plate (2), the sandbags are firmly fixed to the ground and pressed down so as not to be fanned by the water flow flowing from the side. I have.
[0011]
Furthermore, the front and back integrated fall prevention fittings (3) and (8) are obtained by bending the water-stopping frame plate (2) covered with the above-mentioned first waterproof cloth into an inverted U-shape. At the same time as being inserted into the space (2 ') between the holding portions (10) and (11), an L-shaped horizontal extension stabilizer (12) bent at a right angle from the holding portion and a pile driving member connected thereto. The part (7) prevents the water stop frame plate from overturning, and the crossing part (9) attached to the L-shaped part to reinforce the strength of the whole bracket. Have been.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the pair of fall prevention fittings (3) and (8) are opposite to each other, that is, the pile driving portion (7) of the fitting (3) is located forward of the surface thereof. Each of the inverted U-shaped portions (10) and (11) sandwiches the water stop frame plate (2) from both the front and back surfaces so that the same portion (7) of 8) is located behind the back surface, and the respective L-shaped portions are formed. (11) The horizontal extension stabilizing portion (12) of (12) and the pile driving portions (7) (7) are constructed so as to securely support the water stop frame plate (2).
In this case, the crossing portion (9) of the L-shaped portions (11) and (12) of the fall prevention metal fitting together with the pile driving portion (7) is capable of withstanding the flood water pressure from the arrow (P) direction described later. Both sides are reinforced in such a way that they sufficiently antagonize and sufficiently prevent the water stop frame plate (2) from overturning and the metal fittings from being destroyed.
[0013]
In this way, it is possible to prevent the flood (W) from overflowing and escaping, but for the purpose of complete waterproofing, a slightly thicker second waterproof cloth (5) is attached to the assembled fall prevention fitting. (3) (8) Waterproof frame plate (2) covered with a first waterproof cloth (4) using water pressure (P) of flood (W) applied from above and from the vertical and horizontal directions In addition, this cloth is closely adhered to the fall prevention fittings (3) and (8) to further prevent water leakage and to prevent breakage of the first waterproof cloth and the water stop frame plate due to driftwood and the like. Helped.
If necessary, a sandbag having an appropriate capacity may be juxtaposed to the tip of the second waterproof cloth (5) on the flood side to prevent flapping of the tip due to the flow.
[0014]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, a flood-preventing waterstop plate (1) made of a steel frame of the present invention is a thinned timber (2T) having a predetermined size combined with a stacked mandrel (13) as shown in FIG. ) Can be substituted.
This frame plate is extremely effective since various types of wood thinning materials currently being considered for use are used, and is advantageous because it can be supplied at relatively low cost.
[0015]
On the other hand, it is preferable that the first and second waterproof cloths (4) and (5) are mainly made of synthetic resin. However, the first and second waterproof cloths (4) and (5) have waterproofness, withstand water pressure of flood, driftwood and various drifting objects. Any cloth can be used as long as the cloth is not easily damaged by the above-described method.
[0016]
Further, as the fall prevention fittings (3) and (8), rigid bodies having appropriate strength, for example, metal, plastic, and wood are used. It is preferably a material that can be obtained at a reasonable cost. For example, when it is a metal, a coated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, or the like that is not oxidized by water and is easily available is preferable.
[0017]
According to such a configuration, the flood-preventing water stoppage plate (1) of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 6, depends on the vertical and horizontal water pressure of the flood (W) and the first and second waterproof cloths (4). (5) In the case of (5), the former is directly in contact with the water stop frame plate (2) to prevent the inflow and leak of flood water and to change the direction of flowing water to a desired direction, and to place the vulnerable place or water to be waterproofed. Inundation and flooding of important places such as houses, lowlands, and underground malls can be relatively easily prevented with a small number of people and small labor.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following excellent effects due to such a configuration and operation.
(1) The structure is simple and lightweight, so it can be carried and can withstand floods and floods anywhere.
(2) Since the dimensions of the materials can be selected as desired, assembly, disassembly and storage are easy and simple.
(3) It is labor-saving because it can be easily assembled with a small number of people during an urgent flood.
