本発明は、機器の支持スタンド装置に係り、特に持ち運び可能なポータブルナビゲーション装置を車両に設置するのに適した機器の支持スタンド装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
図5は携帯可能なナビゲーション装置(1)を示す図であり、(a)は正面図、(b)は右側面図である。ナビゲーション装置(1)は、地図や走行予定経路などの情報を表示する表示部(51)と、経路等を行う音声を発生するスピーカ(52)と、CD−ROM等の記憶媒体に記録された地図情報等を読み出す再生部(図示せず)と、再生部に搭載されたCD−ROM等の記憶媒体が外部に露出しないようにする為の蓋(53)とを備えている。

図6は上述したナビゲーション装置(1)を自動車の車室内のダッシュボード(図示せず)上に取付ける為の支持スタンド装置(61)にナビゲーション装置(1)が備えられた状態を示す図であり、(a)は正面図、(b)は右側面図である。支持スタンド装置(61)はナビゲーション装置(1)を取付ける取付板(62)と、ナビゲーション装置(1)を取付板(62)に固定する取付けネジ(10)と、支持スタンド装置(61)をダッシュボードに固定する固定板(6)と、取付板(62)と固定板(6)とを連結する支持部材(5)とを備えている。支持部材(5)は取付板(62)の上下左右方向の角度調整が可能な機構となっている。

ナビゲーション装置(1)をダッシュボード上に取付ける場合、運転者の運転中の視界を妨げない為になるべく低く取付けることが望ましい。そして更に、支持スタンド装置にはナビゲーション装置(1)の表示部(53)が運転者の見易い角度となるように上下左右方向の角度調整機構を設けることが望まれる。しかしながら、その機構をナビゲーション装置(1)の底面側に設けると、ナビゲーション装置(1)をダッシュボード上に取付けた場合、取付け位置が高くなってしまう。従って、図6に示しているようにナビゲーション装置(1)の背面側で取付板(62)と上下左右方向の角度調整機構を有する支持部材(5)とが接続されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、CD−ROM等の記憶媒体の再生部は、ナビゲーション装置(1)の小型化の為に、表示部(51)とは反対側に設けられる為、CD−ROM等の記録媒体の入れ替え時には、背面側の取付板(62)が邪魔になり、ナビゲーション装置(1)を支持スタンド(61)から外さなければ蓋(53)が開けられず、使い勝手の悪いものとなっていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記問題を解決するために、本発明に係る機器の支持スタンド装置においては、車室内に固定する固定部と、機器の底部が当接する取付部と、該取付部を前記固定部に対し前記機器の正面方向に回動可能に軸支する回動手段とを備える。

また、車室内に固定する固定部と、該固定部に接続され且つ装着された機器の背面側に位置する支持部と、前記機器の装着時に前記機器の底部が当接する取付部と、該取付部を前記支持部に対し前記機器の正面方向に回動可能に前記支持部に軸支する為の回動手段とを備える。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態について、図1〜図4とともに説明する。尚、上述した図6と同一の構成部品については同一の符号を付与する。

図1は本願発明の車室内のダッシュボート上の平面部にナビゲーション装置(1)を取付ける支持スタンド装置(2)の一例を示している。図1において、本願発明の支持スタンド装置(2)は、取付板(3)と支持板(4)と支持部材(5)と固定板(6)とにより構成されている。図2は取付板(3)と支持板(4)の分解斜視図である。

図1において、取付板(3)の一方の面には取付け面(7)が設けられ、他方の面には支持板(4)と連結するための軸受け部(8)が突出している。取付け面(7)はナビゲーション装置(1)の底部と当接する面であり、ゴム等の弾性体(9)が設けられている。また、この取付け面(7)からは、取付けネジ(10)の先端が突出して設けられて取付け機構を構成しており、この取付けネジ(10)の先端をナビゲーション装置(1)の底面に形成された取付け用ネジ穴(図示せず)に係合させることによってナビゲーション装置(1)の取付板(3)への固定が行われる。

支持板(4)の一方の面はナビゲーション装置の背面が当接する面(11)であり、ゴム等の弾性体(12)が設けてあり、取付板(3)と連結するための軸受け部(13a)(13b)が突出している。また、他方の面には支持部材(5)が接続されている。取付板(3)と支持板(4)との接続は、図2に基づいて説明すると、取付板(3)の軸受け部(8)と支持板(4)の左右の軸受け部(13a)(13b)とを組み合わせ、一方がネジとなっているシャフト(14)を軸受け部(13a)側より挿入する。シャフト(14)は挿入されると軸受け部(13b)よりネジ部が突出する長さとなっており、突出したネジ部にナット(15)を締め付け固定する。ナット(15)を締め付ければ、取付板(3)は支持板(4)に対して固定され、ナット(15)を緩めれば回動可能となるように構成されている。尚、軸受け部(8)と軸受け部(13a)(13b)との摺動面にシボ加工を施しておけばナット(15)を締め付けたとき、より確実に取付板を固定できる。

図1に戻り、支持板(4)と固定板(6)とは支持部材(5)によって接続されている。支持部材(5)は支持板(4)が固定板(6)に対して上下左右方向に角度を変えることが可能な機構となっているが、本願発明の要旨とは無関係であるのでここでは説明を省略する。尚、支持板(4)と支持部材(5)、及び固定板(6)と支持部材(5)の接続は接合できれば限定はなく、ネジ止めや両面テープ等で接続すればよい。

図3は上述した支持スタンド装置(2)にナビゲーション装置(1)を搭載した図であり、(a)は正面図、(b)は右側面図を示している。通常、図3に示す状態で使用する。ナビゲーション装置(1)の表示部(51)に表示させる地図情報を変更する等の理由によりCD−ROM等の記録媒体を取り出す場合は、ナット(15)を緩め、図4に示す位置に取付板(3)を回動させ、ナビゲーション装置(1)に設けられた蓋(53)を開いてCD−ROM等の記録媒体の交換を行う。記録媒体の交換後は再び取付板(3)を図3に示す位置へ回動させ、ナット(15)を締め取付板(3)を固定する。

【発明の効果】
本発明によると、ナビゲーション装置(1)を支持スタンド装置(2)から取り外すことなくCD−ROM等の記録媒体を交換できるので、CD−ROM等の記録媒体の交換が容易に行える。
