Description

【0001】

[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention includes a cover body having at least a spine portion, and a plurality of rod-shaped or linear holding members sandwiched between opposed sheets of a booklet such as a magazine or a pamphlet. It is possible to hold the booklet on each holding member along the vertical direction of the spine portion, wherein the plurality of holding members are independently provided between a mounting position and a non-mounting position with respect to the spine portion. In a movable state, and attached to the spine portion in a state where the movement of the spine portion in the mounting position in the left-right direction is restricted, at least one end in the vertical direction of the holding member, An engaged portion is formed by elastically deforming and engaging with the engaged portion provided on the spine portion side, and the engaging portion is moved in a direction substantially orthogonal to the inner side surface of the spine portion to form the engaging portion. Disengage with the engaged part Is a file which is characterized in that it is urchin configuration. In addition, the "rod shape" includes a columnar shape, a prismatic shape, a plate shape, and the like. In addition, the “vertical direction of the spine portion” generally refers to the direction along the vertical direction in the case where the file is stored on a bookshelf or the like, that is, the direction generally recognized as the vertical direction or the vertical direction of the file. pointing. The left-right direction indicates a direction orthogonal to the up-down direction. Further, the “engaged portion provided on the spine portion side” may be fixed to the spine portion even if it is formed integrally with the spine portion as long as it is set on the spine portion side. It may be formed in a separate member as described below.
[0007]
In such a case, the distal end of the rod-shaped or linear holding member is protected by the engaging portion formed at the end thereof, so that even if the user comes into contact with the holding member, safety is ensured. It is. In addition, since the engaging member having the function of attaching the holding member to the spine portion also has the function of concealing the front end portion, safety can be ensured without increasing the number of components.
[0008]
In addition, since each of the plurality of holding members can be individually moved between the mounting position and the non-mounting position, the usability is better than that of a type in which all the members must be moved at the same time. can do.
[0009]
In addition, since the holding member side is elastically deformed and engaged, the mounting member having the engaged portion formed on the spine side can be easily formed and the number of parts can be reduced. It becomes possible.
[0010]
In addition, since the holding member is attached in a state in which the holding member cannot move in the left-right direction, the booklet can be stably bound to the holding member.
[0011]
In addition, since it is attached so as to rotate in the direction orthogonal to the inner surface of the spine, it is possible to position the inner surface of the spine so as to face upward and perform the disengagement operation from the near side. Its operation is simple.
[0012]
The spine portion may be one in which an engaged portion is integrally formed, but the spine portion is provided with the spine body and the engaged portion and is fixed to the spine body. It is desirable that the backstrip body be provided with a separate mounting member, and the holding member be mounted on the mounting member. With such a structure, it is possible to attach a mounting member to a spine body of another file having a different shape, material, and the like to form a spine portion on which a holding member can be mounted, thereby facilitating production. Will be able to do it.
[0013]
Further, in order to simplify the mounting of the holding member to the spine portion, the engaging portion is formed only at one end of the holding member, and the other end of the holding member is It is desirable to attach to the spine portion so as to be rotatable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the inner surface of the spine portion.
[0014]
Further, as a preferred specific embodiment of the present invention, the holding member is a rod-shaped body or a linear body, and the rod-shaped body or the linear body is separate from at least one end of the rod-shaped body or the linear body. And an engagement member having a function as the engagement portion, which is attached in a state where the portion does not protrude, that is, in a state where the tip does not protrude outward. Note that, as described above, the “rod-like body” may have a columnar shape, a prismatic shape, or a plate shape. And in such a thing, in order to secure the strength of the holding member and also maintain the safety, the rod-shaped body or the linear body is made of metal, and the separate engaging member is formed with at least one end. It is preferable to configure so as to cover. Such an elastically deformable engaging member may be a metal leaf spring, but if it is formed of resin, it is safer and easier to process.
[0015]
Further, as a specific mode for realizing attaching the holding member to the spine portion in a state where movement in the left-right direction is prohibited, the plurality of holding members are prohibited from moving from the respective mounting positions on the spine portion. What is necessary is just to provide the partition part which performs. In the case where the spine portion includes the spine main body and the mounting member as in the second aspect of the present invention, such a partition may be formed on the mounting member. With such a configuration, the booklet can be bound straight along the up-down direction of the spine portion, and as a result, the storage efficiency can be expected to be improved.
[0016]
Further, in order to easily engage and disengage the engaging portion with the engaged portion, it is desirable to integrally form an operating portion for operating the elastic deformation of the engaging portion. In particular, when integrally formed, the operating force can be reliably transmitted to the engagement portion without increasing the number of components.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the file F has a cover body 1 having a spine portion 2 and a plurality of linear holding members sandwiched between opposed sheets of a booklet M such as a magazine or a pamphlet. The booklet M can be held by each holding member 3 along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) of the spine 2 with the member 3. In the following, for convenience, the side indicated by reference numeral U in FIG. 1 is described as an upper side, and the side indicated by reference numeral D is described as a lower side, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0019]
More specifically, the cover body 1 includes a spine portion 2 and openable / closable cover portions 23a and 23b provided via hinge portions 22 formed at both end portions of the spine portion 2. .
[0020]
The openable / closable cover portions 23a and 23b are a pair of front and back sides formed into a vertically long shape so as to correspond to booklets M of a predetermined standard by, for example, a sheet material.
[0021]
In the present embodiment, the backstrip portion 2 is separate from the spine body 21 formed integrally with the openable / closable cover portions 23a and 23b, and the spine body 21 fixed to the spine body 21. And a first mounting member 4 and a second mounting member 5 as mounting members for mounting the holding member 3.
[0022]
The backstrip body 21 is set to have a width that can accommodate a plurality of booklets M in a state along the vertical direction. The first mounting member 4 and the second mounting member 5 are fixed to the inner side surface 21a of the spine main body 21 by, for example, rivets R or the like. In the present embodiment, the first mounting member 4 is mounted near one end (the upper end in the illustrated example) in the vertical direction, and the second mounting member 5 is mounted at the other end (the lower end in the illustrated example). Part) is mounted near.
[0023]
The first attachment member 4 stands substantially perpendicularly to the inner side surface 21a of the spine body 21 and has an attachment portion 41 for rotatably attaching an upper end, which is one end of each holding member 3, to this. A mounting piece 42 is formed at the lower end of the mounting portion 41 and fixes the mounting portion 41 to the inner side surface 21a of the spine body 21. In the attachment portion 41, an insertion bridge (not shown) for inserting a shaft 43 rotatably supporting each holding member 3 into the inside of the attachment portion 41 along the left-right direction is formed, and as shown in FIG. Notches 412 formed for each holding member 3 so as to protrude a linear body 31 described later so as to allow the rotating operation of the holding member 3 supported by the shaft 43, and a notch corresponding to each holding member 3 Partition portions 413 are formed between the portions 412 and 412 to restrict the movement of the holding member 3 in the left-right direction. The notch 412 is provided between the mounting position (p) of the holding member 3 with respect to the spine 2 shown in FIG. 5 and the non-mounting position (q) which is substantially 90 degrees from the mounting position (p). It is formed in a rotatable shape.
[0024]
The second attachment member 5 is formed at an engaged portion 51 that stands substantially perpendicularly to the inner side surface 21 a of the spine body 2 and engages with each holding member 3, and is formed at a lower end portion of the engaged portion 51. And a mounting piece 52 for fixing to the inner side surface 21a of the spine portion 2. In the present embodiment, the engaged portion 51 has a groove 511 having a shape in which the opening width gradually increases toward the opening end corresponding to a shape of an engagement portion 321 described later of the holding member 3, and the groove 511. And an engaging convex portion 512 formed near the opening end of the hologram. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a partition wall portion 513 is formed in the groove portion 511 by vertically cutting the groove portion 511 to partition the engaging portions 32 of the holding members, and the engaging portion 321 of each holding member 3 is formed as follows. It is engaged with the engaged portion 51 in a state where the movement in the left-right direction is restricted at a predetermined location. In FIG. 4, the holding member 3 is shown by imaginary lines in order to clarify the state of the partition.
[0025]
On the other hand, the plurality of holding members 3 are attached so as to cover a metal linear body 31 and a lower end which is a separate body from the linear body 31 and is one end of the linear body 31. It is constituted by an engagement member 32 made of resin.
[0026]
The linear body 31 is formed of a wire material set to a strength and thickness capable of holding the booklet M, and has an upper end, which is the other end, a shaft 43 inserted through the first mounting member 4. It is attached rotatably with respect to. Specifically, the upper end is curved so that the inner periphery thereof is larger than the outer periphery of the shaft 43 to form a substantially annular shaft insertion portion 311. The shaft insertion portion 311 is attached to the first mounting portion. By inserting the shaft 43 along the left-right direction through the notch 412 formed in the member 4 and penetrating the inner periphery thereof, the plurality of holding members 3 move the inner side surface of the spine cover 2 to the shaft 43. The spine body 21 to be formed can be individually rotated in a direction orthogonal to the inner side surface 21a.
[0027]
Further, in this embodiment, the engaging member 32 is attached only to the lower end side of the linear body 31, and an engaging portion 321 directly engaged with the engaged portion 51, An operating portion 322 for operating elastic deformation and a connecting portion 323 for attaching the engaging portion 321 and the operating portion 322 to the linear body 31 are formed.
[0028]
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the engaging portion 321 is formed so as to have a substantially rectangular shape in a vertical cross section or a substantially U-shape, and the projecting end located on the lower end side around the curved portion 321 a. An engaging portion 321 that allows the portion 321b to approach the base end portion 321c connected to the linear body 31 by elastic deformation, and an operating portion 322 that operates the elastic deformation of the engaging portion 321 are integrally formed. It is formed. A thin portion 3211 is further formed near the curved portion 321a to facilitate elastic deformation. In addition, an engagement concave portion 3212 related to the engagement convex portion 512 is formed at a boundary portion with the operation portion 322. In the engagement state in which the engaging portion 321 is engaged with the engaged portion 511, the operation portion 322 is located outside the second mounting member 5 forming the engaged portion 511 (the illustrated example). The connecting portion 323 is disposed so as to cover the lower end of the linear body 31 and is fixed to the linear body 31 by appropriate means.
[0029]
When using the file F configured as described above, first, the open / close covers 23a and 23b are set to the open state shown by the solid line in FIG. 1, and one of the plurality of holding members 3 is set to the non-open state. The linear body 31 is sandwiched between facing sheets (between pages) of the booklet M while being positioned at the mounting position (q). Then, the user holds the engaging member 32 of the holding member 3 and rotates from the near side in a direction orthogonal to the inner side surface 21 a of the spine 2 to form the engaged portion 51 formed on the second mounting member 5. The engaging portion 321 is inserted into the groove 511 to be formed from the curved portion 321a side. Then, the engaging concave portion 3212 is pushed to a position where the engaging concave portion 3212 engages with the engaging convex portion 512 to reach the mounting position (p) in the engaged state. In this state, the booklet M is spelled in the file F.
[0030]
In order to remove the booklet M from the bound state, the operating portion 322 of the engaging member 32 is pushed toward the upper end of the spine 2 to release the engagement between the engaging projection 512 and the engaging recess 3212, and Then, the engaging portion 321 fitted in the groove portion 511 is taken out from the groove portion 511, and the holding member 3 is rotationally moved to the non-mounting position (q).
[0031]
The file F of the present embodiment configured as described above is in a state where the engaging member 32 forming the holding member 3 for spelling the booklet M is attached so as to cover the front end of the linear body 31 and is protected. Therefore, it is safe even if the user comes into contact. In addition, since the engaging member 32 that is originally attached to the spine 2 also has the function of hiding the distal end of the linear body 31, safety can be ensured without increasing the number of parts. .
[0032]
In addition, since each of the plurality of holding members 3 can be individually moved between the mounting position (p) and the non-mounting position (q), a type in which all of the plurality of holding members 3 must be moved at the same time. Easy to use compared to the ones.
[0033]
In addition, since the engaging member 32 constituting the holding member 3 is elastically deformed to be engaged, the second attaching member 5 having the engaged portion 51 set on the spine portion 2 side is provided. Molding can be simplified and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0034]
In addition, since the holding member 3 is attached in a state in which the holding member 3 cannot be moved in the left-right direction, the booklet M can be stably bound without the holding member 3 being shaken.
[0035]
In addition, since the engaging member 32 is attached so as to rotate in a direction perpendicular to the spine portion 2, the inner surface 21a of the spine main body 21 is positioned so as to face upward, and the engagement and disengagement from the near side is performed. The operation can be performed and the operation is simple.
[0036]

Is attached to the attachment member 4 and the second attachment member 5 of the present embodiment, so that not only the spine body 21 as in the present embodiment but also a spine body having a different material such as resin. A file that can be attached to the cover body provided with the mounting member 3 and can be attached with the holding member 3 can be configured, and the convenience of production can be improved.
[0037]
The engaging member 32 is attached to only one end of the holding member 3, and the shaft inserting portion 311 located at the other end of the holding member 3 is attached to the inner side surface 21 a of the spine 2. Since it is mounted so as to be rotatable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the spine, the inner surface 21a is positioned upward as shown in FIG. The holding member 3 can be mounted so as to be engaged with the engaging portion 51.
[0038]
Since the linear body 31 is made of metal, rigidity can be obtained, and a heavy booklet can be bound.
[0039]
Since the engagement member 32 is made of resin, it is safe even when it comes into contact with the user's body, and its processing is simple.
[0040]
The partition 413 is formed on the first mounting portion and the partition 513 is formed on the second mounting portion so that the holding member 3 does not wobble in the left-right direction. It can be bound straight along the vertical direction of the part 2. As a result, there is an effect that the accommodation efficiency is also improved.
[0041]
Since the operating portion 322 is formed on the engaging member 32, the engagement and disengagement can be easily performed. In particular, since the engaging portion 321 and the operating portion 322 are formed integrally, the operating force can be reliably transmitted to the engaging portion 321 without increasing the number of components. In addition, since the operation unit 322 is formed so as to protrude from the second mounting member 5 to the lower end of the spine unit 2, it is easy to touch a finger with the operation unit, and the operation when detaching is easy.
[0042]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
[0043]
For example, the mounting portion 41 of the first mounting member 4 and the engaged portion 51 of the second mounting member 5 of the above embodiment may be formed integrally with the spine 2. .
[0044]
Further, the mounting member may not be divided into two as in the above-described embodiment, but may be one having a configuration like the mounting portion 41 and the engaged portion 51.
[0045]
As the holding member, the rod-shaped body 31 may be made of resin, or may be one integrally formed of the same resin material as the engaging member 32.
[0046]
Further, a shaft extending in the left-right direction may be attached or formed at the base end of the linear body constituting each holding member, and the holding member may be rotated by forming a bearing on the attachment member.
[0047]
Alternatively, the file may be such that the cover body is composed of only the spine portion.
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 9, the holding member 103 is formed by attaching the engaging member 32 so as to cover the distal end portion at both end portions of the linear body 31, and the engaging member 32 corresponding to the engaging member 32 Two second mounting members 5 each having a portion 51 are fixed so as to face near the upper and lower ends of the spine portion 2, and the holding member 103 is oriented in a direction orthogonal to the inner side surface 21 a of the spine portion 21. The file F1 may be configured so as to slide and disengage the engaging portion 321 of the engaging member 32 with the engaged portion. Also in this case, a configuration in which the second mounting members 5, 5 fixed above and below the spine body 21 as one mounting member may be employed.
[0049]
As shown in FIG. 10, the holding member was a holding member 203 composed of a thin plate-like rod 2031 and an engaging member 32 attached to the lower end of one end of the rod 2031. It may be something like file F2. A through-hole 2031 a is provided at the upper end of the rod 2031, which is the other end, and the shaft 43 is inserted into the through-hole 2031 a so as to be attached to the mounting member 4. With such a configuration, it is only necessary to provide the through-hole 2031 for attaching to the shaft 43, and the number of processing steps is reduced.
[0050]
In the holding member 203 as shown in FIG. 10, a notch 323a corresponding to the shape of the tip of the rod 2031 is formed in the connecting portion 323 of the engaging member 32 as shown in FIG. The rod-shaped body 2031 may be engaged with the distal end so as not to protrude, and the rod-shaped body may be fixed by an appropriate fixing means such as an uneven engagement or an adhesive (not shown). Even in such a case, since the tip of the rod-shaped body 2031 is not exposed, even if the user's body comes into contact, it is safe.
[0051]
9 to 11, the same components as those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals without particular description.
[0052]
In addition, the specific configuration of each unit is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented in the form described above, and has the following effects.
[0054]
That is, according to the file of the present invention, the distal end portion of the holding member is protected by the engagement portion formed at the end portion of the holding member, so that it is safe. Moreover, since the engaging member having the function of attaching the holding member to the spine portion also has the function of concealing the front end portion, safety can be ensured without increasing the number of components.
[0055]
Further, since each of the plurality of holding members can be individually moved between the mounting position and the non-mounting position, the usability is better than that of a type in which all the members must be moved at the same time.
[0056]
In addition, since the holding member side is elastically deformed and engaged, the mounting member having the engaged portion formed on the spine side can be easily formed and the number of parts can be reduced. It is possible.
[0057]
Further, since the holding member is attached in a state where it cannot be moved in the left-right direction, the booklet can be stably bound to the holding member.
