【従来の技術】
従来、調理の際に発生する野菜、魚等の調理屑は、シンクの排水口に網を被せて分別したり、コーナー部に置いた三角かご、網袋等に収納し、その後に生ゴミとして廃棄されている。しかしながら、上記のようにして調理屑等を収納し、さらに生ゴミとして廃棄するのは、煩わしく、また、不衛生でもある。このような問題を解決するために、種々の先行技術が提案されている。（例えば、特許文献１、２、３、４参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記先行技術を一般家庭のキッチンに適用するには困難であり、また、前記した諸問題を解決するには十分であるとはいえない。本発明はこのような状況の下で考え出されたものであり、システムキッチン等のシンクに後付け可能であり、野菜、魚等の調理屑を手間をかけずに収納するとともに、収納後に水切りを行って生ゴミとして廃棄できる調理屑収納容器を提供することをその課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明においては、つぎのような技術的手段を講じている。すなわち、本発明によれば、シンクの前側フランジ部と後側フランジ部とに架設される調理屑を収納する容器であって、該容器は、平面視略コの字型の縁部を有するとともに、この縁部に連なる側面がテーパ状とされた左右別体のホッパー部からなり、該左ホッパー部の縁部と右ホッパー部の縁部とは前側軸心と後側軸心とで軸着されて平面視略長方形の開口縁を形成し、下部で左右合同して側断面視略Ｖ字型の底部を形成し、かつ、この底部が開閉自在とされた調理屑収納容器が提供される。このようにすることにより、システムキッチン等のシンクに後付け可能であり、野菜、魚等の調理屑を手間をかけずに収納できるとともに、調理屑が溜まれば、開閉自在とされた底部を開いて、簡単に生ゴミとして廃棄することができる。

上記左右ホッパー部の前側軸心近傍および後側軸心近傍の縁部に、それぞれ把手が突設されているとともに、前側開口縁および後側開口縁に突設された上記各把手がバネを介して結合しそれぞれ一対とされる。上記バネは、通常、反発力により、一対の把手を相互に押し広げる方向に作用するため、軸心が支点となって力の方向は反対となり、上記底部を、通常、閉じた状態に保つ。左右ホッパー部に調理屑が溜まれば、前後一対の把手を握ると左右ホッパー部が開き、調理屑を生ゴミ入れに排出することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態について、図面を参照して、さらに詳細に説明する。図１は、本発明にかかる調理屑収納容器１を、シンクの前側フランジ部Ｓ１と後側フランジ部Ｓ２とに架け渡して設置した状態を示す斜視図である。図１からよくわかるように、調理屑収納容器１は、左ホッパー部２と右ホッパー部３とからなり、その開口部は、キッチンカウンタＣと同一平面上にある。

【発明の効果】
