【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、自動販売機などの防犯用に使用されるもので、機本体の扉正面に有するドア用施錠装置とは別に、機本体と扉間を跨ぐL状のロックアームを用いてロックアームを用いて扉の開閉を二重にロックする防犯用ロック装置に関する。

【従来の技術】一般に、自動販売機などでは、図15に示すように、販売機本体1の扉2にドア用施錠装置3が組み込まれているが、バール等の適宜工具を使って不正に解錠されたり、破壊されたりして盗難に会うことがあるため、主たるドア用施錠装置3とは別に防犯用ロック装置4を備え、この防犯用ロック装置4とドア用施錠装置3とで扉2の開閉を二重にロックしている。

従来の防犯用ロック装置4には、丸棒をL状に折り曲げたロックアーム5と、ロックアーム5の基端側アーム部5aを回動自在に保持するアームホルダ6を備えている。アームホルダ6は、シリンダ錠6aと、シリンダ錠6aの施解錠動作と連動してロックアーム5を係脱自在に保持するアーム保持機構(図示省略)を内蔵し、販売機本体1の側面に固定する構造になっている。そして、扉2の開閉をロックするときは、鍵でシリンダ錠6aを解錠してロックアーム5の回動規制を解除してから、ロックアーム5を回動し、その先端側アーム部5bがドア用施錠装置3の鍵穴3aを覆うロック位置に配して扉2の開閉を規制している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところが、上述のような従来の防犯用ロック装置では、ロック時に細い先端側アーム部5bがドア用施錠装置3の鍵穴3aを覆うロック位置になるように、ロックアーム5を正確に機本体1に取り付けることができず、アーム取付位置にズレを生じやすいという問題がある。しかも、自動販売機側において、ドア用施錠装置3が扉正面に縦付けだったり横付けだったり、通常、ドア用施錠装置3の取付態様も一定でないため、それが原因で、ロックアーム5を取り付けたとき、細い先端側アーム部5bが鍵穴3aを覆う遮蔽位置からずれやすいという問題がある。そのような結果、従来、ロックアーム5は、先端側アーム部5bから鍵穴3aが一部覗いた取付状態になりやすく、結局、不正に解錠されて、依然として盗難を十分に防止できないという課題があった。

また、仮に、先端側アーム部5bが鍵穴3aを覆うロック位置に、ロックアーム5を正確に機本体1に取り付けた状態にしても、従来の構造によっては、適宜工具を使って、細い先端側アーム部5bを叩いて鍵穴3aからずらすことにより、不正に解錠されることがあり、やはり盗難を十分に防止できないという課題があった。

そこで、本発明の目的は、ロックアーム取付の位置ズレに関係なく、たとえドア用施錠装置を鍵穴から不正に解錠しようとしても、これを防止して盗難防止効果をより一層向上させる防犯用ロック装置を提供することにある。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、図面を参照しつつ、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。

図6は、本発明による防犯用ロック装置を、一例として自動販売機に取り付けた状態を示す斜視図である。図中符号Aは、自動販売機の機本体、Bは、機本体Aに開閉自在に取り付けた扉、Cは、扉Bの正面に組み込まれたドア用施錠装置である。ドア用施錠装置Cは、扉Bに周知のシリンダ錠26を内蔵する一方、その鍵穴26aを扉正面から臨ませ、鍵穴26aから鍵45を差し込んで施解錠可能になっている(図1参照)。

ロックアーム10は、自動販売機のコーナー部形状に合わせて、図2〜図4に示すように、金属製の丸棒をL字状に曲げ成形して基端側アーム部10aを一段やや細径に形成し、基端側アーム部10aの片側に、後述するロックプレートcの板厚に合わせた溝幅の切欠き溝10bを設けている。同じ基端側アーム部10aの他側には、回転規制用のねじ14のねじ穴10cを径方向に螺設している。回転規制用ねじ14には、捩じ込み用の断面六角穴を有する。一方、先端側アーム部10dには、ねじ穴10cと同じ他側に、施錠カバー手段12の固定用ねじ(固定手段)16のねじ穴10eを径方向に螺設している。

本発明における施錠カバー手段12は、複数種類の異なるブロック形状をなす成形カバー部材12a…を揃えて構成するが、図1〜図10に、その1種類の成形カバー部材12aを示している。成形カバー部材12aは、耐衝撃性成形材料、たとえば硬質で高強度の樹脂材料や金属材料を用いてブロック形状に一体成形する。そして、図2〜図4に示すように、少なくともブロック正面sと背面t側をドア用施錠装置Cのシリンダ錠26の円形鍵穴部位より幅広で、丸みを帯びた略直方体状に形成している。また、両端面v間には、アーム挿通穴53を挿設し、図中上面w側に凹状のグリップ部54を設け、アーム挿通穴53を外部に臨ませている。さらに、特に背面t側には、固定用ねじ16のねじ穴10eと対応する雌ねじ穴から成る取付穴55を、アーム挿通穴53へと貫通するように螺設してなる。

上記アームホルダ11は、ホルダ本体13と、ホルダ本体13に内蔵するシリンダ錠15およびロックアーム10の保持手段を構成する複数の機構部品Pを備える。機構部品Pとしては、シリンダストッパaと、カムbと、ロックプレートcと、付勢ばねdを備える。

さて、上述した構成部品を備える防犯用ロック装置Rを組み立てる場合、ロックアーム10は、先端側アーム部10dを成形カバー部材12aのアーム挿通穴53に挿入し、ねじ穴10e位置に取付穴55を合わせてから、成形カバー部材12aの背面t側から固定用ねじ16を捩じ込み、図2に示すように成形カバー部材12aを組み付ける。

一方、組付用ブロック20には、図3および図4に示すように、背面31側からカム組付凹部20dにカムbを組み込む。また、頂面34側から、組付穴20hにロックプレートcを差し込み、一対の凸部39bをカムb上に載せる。次いで、付勢ばねdを組付凹部20gに入れて載置する。それから、付勢ばねdを押えながら、組付用ブロック20を、正面30側を矩形開口21に向けて、外装ケース19内に嵌め入れる。しかる後、組付用ブロック20を外装ケース19内で図5中矢示するX方向にスライドし、凹状の第1掛止部20aは、外装ケース19の凸状第1掛止部19aに嵌め合わせ、凹状の第2掛止部20bは、外装ケース19の凸状第2掛止部19bに嵌め合わせて、組付用ブロック20と外装ケース19とを連結する。

さて、図示自動販売機において、扉Bを閉じてから、その扉Bをロックする場合は、始めに、鍵45を操作して扉Bのドア用施錠装置Cを施錠する。そのとき、防犯用ロック装置Rでは、ドア用施錠装置Cを施錠操作しやすいように、ロックアーム10は、図8に示すように、先端側アーム部10dが直立状態にある退避姿勢とし、ドア用施錠装置Cから離しておく。

しかる後、防犯用ロック装置Rを作動させて扉Bを二重にロックする。その場合は、まずロックアーム10を、成形カバー部材12のグリップ部54を握って、図7(A)中矢示する方向に90度回動する。なお、このとき、ロックアーム10は、後述するロック解除操作を行うことにより、予め回動可能なロック解除状態にあるとする。こうして90度回動させると、ロックアーム10は、回転規制用ねじ14が回転規制凹部20fの水平な第1規制面50に当たり、切欠き溝10bが上向きのロック位置で止まる。すると、図9に示すように、成形カバー部材12aにより、ドア用施錠装置C側のシリンダ錠26における鍵穴部位を完全に覆った水平なロック姿勢になる。

次いで、防犯用ロック装置R側のシリンダ錠15における鍵穴に、図1に示すように、鍵45を差し込んで回し、図10(A)に示すように、シリンダ錠15の作用突起15aを、施錠角度位置へ90度回動する。すると、カムbは、一段低い第2カム面n上にロックプレートcの凸部39bが乗るロック位置へ回転する。そのため、ロックプレートcは、付勢ばねdによりロック解除高さ位置からロック高さ位置へ一段押し下がり、アーム係止板部39aを切欠き溝10bに係止してロックアーム10の動きをロックする。これにより、ロックアーム10で扉Bの開閉を規制するロック状態にする。
