Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and economical assembly packaging box which is easily and rapidly assembled into a substantially parallelopiped shape from a folded condition, accommodates objects of different sizes into a commodity accommodation space without play, unnecessitates forming the assembly packaging box to the object of larger size, easily arranges the size of the assembly packaging box itself, and is simple in configuration, easily constituted of one sheet-like material, easily printed, robust, excellent in durability and suitable for mass production. <P>SOLUTION: A commodity accommodation space is formed of a partition 10 and right and left partition side pieces 11 and 12. A suspension piece 14 and a pasting piece 15 are provided on a part of the partition 10 using cut lines. The pasting piece 15 continuous to an upper edge of the suspension piece 14 continuous to the partition 10 is affixed to a top plate 2. 本発明は、例えば、ケース入り記録担体（例えば、ＣＤ、ＣＤＲＯＭ、ＤＶＤ、ＤＶＤＲＯＭ、ビデオテープ、その他）と、この記録担体に関連すると共にサイズの異なる解説書やマニュアル書やその他の関連品等とを、箱自体の大きさにかかわらず、ガタつくことなく、一緒に収納できるようにしたサイズの異なる複数の収納物用組立包装箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のサイズの異なる複数の収納物用組立包装箱としては種々のものが提供されており、例えば、特許文献１の包装用容器がある。
これは、包装用容器の外郭を形成する外壁板と内部の空処を区画形成する仕切り壁とが折り畳み重合状態から起立拡開されることにより、内部に所要の空処を区画形成するようにした包装用容器において、上記外壁板と仕切り壁とが厚紙あるいは段ボール等の１枚の板材で連設成形され、かつ、上記仕切り壁が、全切り溝罫、半切り溝罫、または全切り点溝罫により方形または縦長の段部を容易に拡開できるように構成したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかして、前述の如き包装用容器等は、内部の空処を区画形成する仕切り壁で仕切られた一方の収納部分と、他方の収納部分とに、サイズの異なる収納物を夫々収納せしめるものであり、これによれば包装用容器自体を大きいほうの収納物にある程度合せて形成しなければならない難点があった。また、収納物に合せて包装用容器を形成するようになると、包装用容器自体の大きさが他の包装用容器と不揃いとなったり、包装用容器自体が比較的小さく形成されるようになる等の難点があった。
すなわち、包装用容器自体の大きさを、収納物の寸法にかかわりなく比較的大きく且つ揃えられるように形成した場合は、収納物の安定的な収納が難しくなるか、或いは、充填物等によって隙間を詰める必要が生じるようになる等の難点があった。
特に、従来のコンピューターゲーム用ソフトの組立包装箱等にあっては、その外表面にイラストや使用説明の概略等の表示を多く必要とするため、比較的大きな寸法（例えば、縦が２５０ｍｍ、横が２１５ｍｍ）に形成されたものが数多く提供されているが、その中に収納されるケース入り記録担体や、この記録担体に関連する解説書やマニュアル書等は、組立包装箱よりかなり小さいため、前述のような包装用容器の手段を採用することができない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は、前述の如き難点等を解消すべく創出されたもので、請求項１記載の組立包装箱は、底板１と、天板２と、右側板３と、左側板４と、正面蓋板５と、背面蓋板６とを有し、折畳み状態から略直方体状に組立て可能な箱基体Ａを形成し、この箱基体Ａ内に配されると共に、底板１に対して略平行に配される仕切板１０と、この仕切板１０の左右側縁に折目線２０を介して連設されると共に、底板１に折目線２０を介して連設される左仕切側片１１及び右仕切側片１２とで、商品収納空間を形成し、仕切板１０に適宜切込線を設けて、仕切板１０の一部を垂下片１４及び糊付片１５とし、垂下片１４は、折目線２０を介して仕切板１０に連設され、糊付片１５は、垂下片１４の上縁に折目線２０を介して連設されると共に、天板２に貼着され、箱基体Ａを折畳み状態から略直方体状に組立てたときに、左仕切側片１１、右仕切側片１２、及び垂下片１４が倒伏状態から略起立状態となるように形成し、垂下片１４の下部に、少なくとも一つの二方向用ストッパー片１６を設け、この二方向用ストッパー片１６の下縁部分が、前記商品収納空間下部に収納される大きい収納物の上方への移動を規制できるように形成し、二方向用ストッパー片１６の正面がわ端縁部分が、前記商品収納空間上部に収納されると共に前記大きい収納物の上に置かれる小さい収納物の背面がわへの移動を規制できるように形成する手段を採用した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図示例に基づいて説明する。
本発明は、その外表面への印刷等が簡単に行えるように、一枚の段ボール材や、その他一枚の紙材や、一枚の適宜複合シート材等によって組立てできるものであり、主に、ケース入り記録担体（例えば、ＣＤ、ＣＤＲＯＭ、ＤＶＤ、ＤＶＤＲＯＭ、ビデオテープ、その他）等の収納物と、この収納物（ケース入り記録担体）に関連すると共にサイズの異なる解説書やマニュアル書やその他の関連品等の適数の収納物とを、ガタつくことなく、安定的に、且つ簡単に収納できるようにした組立包装箱である。

そして、この組立包装箱は、例えば、略矩形板状の底板１と、略矩形板状の天板２と、底板１及び天板２の右側縁夫々に折目線９を介して連設される略細長矩形板状の右側板３と、天板２の左側縁に折目線９を介して連設される略細長矩形板状の左側板４と、底板１（或いは天板２）の正面がわ端縁に折目線９を介して連設される略細長矩形板状の正面蓋板５と、天板２（或いは底板１）の背面がわ端縁に折目線９を介して連設される略細長矩形板状の背面蓋板６とを有し、折畳み状態から略直方体状に組立て可能な箱基体Ａを形成する。尚、図中７は、右側板３、左側板４の正面がわ端縁及び背面がわ端縁に夫々折目線９を介して連設される折込片で、図中８は、正面蓋板５の下端縁及び背面蓋板６の上端縁に夫々折目線９を介して連設される差込片である。

それから、前記箱基体Ａ内に配されると共に、底板１に対して略平行に配される略矩形板状の仕切板１０と、この仕切板１０の左右側縁に折目線２０を介して連設されると共に、底板１に折目線２０を介して連設される略細長矩形板状或いは略細長台形状の左仕切側片１１及び右仕切側片１２とで、収納される複数の収納物に対応する寸法の商品収納空間が箱基体Ａ内に形成されている。
具体的には、底板１の左側縁に折目線９を介して略細長矩形板状の左仕切側片１１を連設し、この左仕切側片１１の上縁に折目線２０を介して略矩形板状の仕切板１０を連設し、この仕切板１０の右側縁に折目線２０を介して略細長台形板状の右仕切側片１２を連設し、この右仕切側片１２の下縁に折目線２０を介して略細長矩形板状の糊付片１３を連設し、この糊付片１３を底板１の所定位置に貼着すると共に、左仕切側片１１に左側板４を貼着して構成されている。

更に、仕切板１０には、適宜切込線を設けて、仕切板１０の一部を垂下片１４及び糊付片１５とし、垂下片１４は、折目線２０を介して仕切板１０に連設され、糊付片１５は、垂下片１４の上縁に折目線２０を介して連設されると共に、天板２に貼着され、箱基体Ａを折畳み状態から略直方体状に組立てたときに、左仕切側片１１、右仕切側片１２、及び垂下片１４が倒伏状態から略起立状態となるように形成されている。
しかも、垂下片１４下部の正面がわには、略台形板状の二方向用ストッパー片１６が設けられ、この二方向用ストッパー片１６の下縁部分が、仕切板１０より下方に位置し且つ底板１との間に所望の間隔が設けられるように配されると共に、前記商品収納空間下部に収納される大きい収納物が上方へ移動しようとするのを規制できるように形成されている。また、二方向用ストッパー片１６の正面がわ端縁部分は、前記商品収納空間上部に収納されると共に前記大きい収納物の上に置かれる小さい収納物が、背面がわへ移動しようとするのを規制できるように形成されている（図３、図６参照）。尚、二方向用ストッパー片１６は、垂下片１４の下部に複数設けることができ、その時は、収納できる収納物の数も増えるようになる。

本発明の組立包装箱は、前述の如く構成されており、その一使用例としては、先ず、その不使用（保管）時には、底板１と仕切板１０と天板２とが重なるような折畳み状態としておき、嵩張らずに保管できるようにしておく。
そして、その使用時には、底板１と仕切板１０と天板２とが相互に離れると共に、右側板３、左側板４、左仕切側片１１、右仕切側片１２、垂下片１４が底板１に対して直交する方向に起立するようにし、背面がわの折込片７を折曲げると共に、背面蓋板６を底板１に対して直交する方向に折曲げながら、背面がわの差込片８を箱基体Ａ内に差し込むようにする。
それから、ケース入り記録担体（例えば、ＣＤ、ＣＤＲＯＭ、ＤＶＤ、ＤＶＤＲＯＭ、ビデオテープ、その他）等の収納物に関連する解説書やマニュアル書やその他の関連品等の大きい方の収納物を、垂下片１４下部と底板１との間の商品収納空間の下部（底板１、左仕切側片１１の下部、右仕切側片１２の下部、ストッパー片１６の下縁、ストッパー片１７の正面がわ端縁、正面蓋板５で囲繞される空間）に収納する。このとき、この収納物は、一方向用ストッパー片１７の正面がわ端縁によって背面がわへの移動が阻止されると共に、二方向用ストッパー片１６の下縁によって上方への移動が阻止されるようになる。
次に、ケース入り記録担体（例えば、ＣＤ、ＣＤＲＯＭ、ＤＶＤ、ＤＶＤＲＯＭ、ビデオテープ、その他）等の小さい方の収納物を、前記大きい方の収納物の上に置くように収納空間の上部（仕切板１０、左仕切側片１１の上部、右仕切側片１２の上部、二方向用ストッパー片１６の正面がわ端縁、正面蓋板５、大きい方の収納物の上面で囲繞される空間）に収納する。このとき、この収納物は、二方向用ストッパー片１６の正面がわ端縁によって背面がわへの移動が阻止されると共に、仕切板１０によって上方への移動が阻止されるようになる。
更に、正面がわの折込片７を折曲げると共に、正面蓋板５を底板１に対して直交する方向に折曲げながら、正面がわの差込片８を箱基体Ａ内に差し込むようにして、商品収納空間の正面がわ開口部分を正面蓋板５で閉鎖し、サイズの異なる複数の収納物が、ガタつくことなく安定的に組立包装箱内に収納された状態となる。

【発明の効果】
従って、本発明の請求項１記載の組立包装箱は、底板１と、天板２と、右側板３と、左側板４と、正面蓋板５と、背面蓋板６とを有し、折畳み状態から略直方体状に組立て可能な箱基体Ａを形成し、この箱基体Ａ内に配されると共に、底板１に対して略平行に配される仕切板１０と、この仕切板１０の左右側縁に折目線２０を介して連設されると共に、底板１に折目線２０を介して連設される左仕切側片１１及び右仕切側片１２とで、商品収納空間を形成し、仕切板１０に適宜切込線を設けて、仕切板１０の一部を垂下片１４及び糊付片１５とし、垂下片１４は、折目線２０を介して仕切板１０に連設され、糊付片１５は、垂下片１４の上縁に折目線２０を介して連設されると共に、天板２に貼着され、箱基体Ａを折畳み状態から略直方体状に組立てたときに、左仕切側片１１、右仕切側片１２、及び垂下片１４が倒伏状態から略起立状態となるように形成し、垂下片１４の下部に、少なくとも一つの二方向用ストッパー片１６を設け、この二方向用ストッパー片１６の下縁部分が、前記商品収納空間下部に収納される大きい収納物の上方への移動を規制できるように形成し、二方向用ストッパー片１６の正面がわ端縁部分が、前記商品収納空間上部に収納されると共に前記大きい収納物の上に置かれる小さい収納物の背面がわへの移動を規制できるように形成したので、組立包装箱自体が折畳み状態から略直方体状に簡単に且つ迅速に組立てできるようになる。しかも、構成が簡素で、一枚のシート状素材から簡単に構成でき、外表面への印刷が簡単に行え、比較的堅牢で、耐久性に優れ、量産に適し、低廉で、経済的な組立包装箱となる。
加えて、本発明によれば、例えば、ケース入り記録担体等の収納物と、この記録担体に関連すると共にサイズの異なる解説書やマニュアル書やその他の関連品等の収納物とを、商品収納空間内にガタつくことなく、一緒に収納できるようになり、組立包装箱を大きいほうの収納物に合せた寸法で形成するような必要がなくなるため、組立包装箱自体の大きさを他の組立包装箱に揃え易く、且つ組立包装箱自体を比較的大きく形成できるようになる。すなわち、組立包装箱自体の大きさを、収納物の寸法にかかわりなく形成できるようになると共に、収納物を安定的に収納できるようになる。
ひいては、コンピューターゲーム用ソフトの組立包装箱のように、その外表面にイラストや使用説明の概略等のより多く表示（情報）が施せるようになり、外観上の体裁が良い組立包装箱を提供できるようになる。
