Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cover case that accommodates a disk-shaped recording medium such as a CD, DVD, and game software, is stably mounted, and can be easily removed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A disk-shaped recording medium such as a CD has a thin disk shape, and a small circular hole is provided at the center thereof. The disc-shaped recording medium is housed in a thin cover case, which comprises a box-shaped main body having a base-side widest surface and a lid having a cover-side widest surface. The lid is connected to the main body through the connecting portion, and can cover the main body. Of course, there is a cover case without the above-mentioned connecting portion, and there is also a cover case in which the main body is pulled out in a drawer type.
[0003]
By the way, the disc-shaped recording medium is mounted by fitting a holding portion projecting from the center of the base of the main body into a hole provided in the center of the disc-shaped recording medium. Although various forms of the holding portion are known, the disk-shaped recording medium fitted by being fitted in the hole is stable without rattling, and, of course, does not come off, but functions so that it can be easily removed at the time of removal. Is required.
[0004]
The “compact disc holding device” according to Patent Publication No. 2002-359578 is “a compact base that is elastically cantilevered from the base and can open a central hole of the disc. And a disk engaging means formed at an inner end of the arm for engaging the disk and supporting the central portion of the disk at a distance from the base, and each arm is coupled to the base. A first rotating means positioned in the region, and a second rotating means positioned radially inward from the first rotating means, by pushing down the disk engaging means toward the base. The inner end of each arm and the central portion of the disk are pushed down toward the base, and each arm first rotates about the first rotating means, and then holds the disk by the disk engaging means. Until the power is released Rotating the second rotating means around. "Are configured so.
[0005]
The disk is mounted with the engaging means engaged with the central hole, but when removing the disk, it is necessary to press the engaging means engaged with the hole from above to disengage from the hole, At the same time as the engaging means is pressed, a load acts on the disk to bend and deform. As a result, a problem that the disk is damaged when the disk is removed sometimes occurs. However, if the engaging means is fitted into the central hole of the disk so as to be easily engaged with the disk, the disk in the housed state is detached by itself.
[0006]
Such a problem is not limited to the “compact disc holding device” according to the above-mentioned Patent Publication No. 2002-395578, the “device for holding a compact disc” according to Japanese Patent Publication No. 2000-508997, and A similar problem also occurs in the case of the "device for holding a compact disc" according to Japanese Patent No. 502599.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional disk-shaped recording medium cover case has the above-described problem. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem. To provide a cover case for a rental or sales recording medium, in which the stored disk-shaped recording medium is stable without rattling and can be removed without excessive force.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problem]
The “cover case for a rental or sales recording medium” according to the present invention includes a main body and a lid. The lid can cover the main body containing the disc-shaped recording medium, and the specific form is not limited. At the center of the base of the main body, a receiving pedestal is provided so as to protrude, and the center of a disc-shaped recording medium such as a compact disk is placed thereon. An outer peripheral edge having a cutout portion is provided projecting from the base around the receiving pedestal, and the outer periphery of the disk-shaped recording medium is supported on the outer peripheral edge.
[0009]
At the center of the mounting surface of the receiving pedestal, two slit grooves are formed at a predetermined interval, and an engagement convex portion is provided at the tip of both arms formed between the two slit grooves. The engaging projection engages with the central hole of the disc-shaped recording medium. In addition, if necessary, a pair of engagement claws are provided on the engagement protrusions to stand up, and the engagement claws extend from the arm. The engaging claw is provided at a position where a part of the engaging projection is cut out and flexes independently, but fits into the center hole of the disc-shaped recording medium together with the engaging projection. Here, not only two slit grooves but also more than three slit grooves can be provided.
[0010]
By the way, the disk-shaped recording medium is placed on the receiving pedestal, and the engaging projections are fitted into and engaged with the central holes of the disk-shaped recording medium. In the case where the engaging claws are provided, the engaging claws are engaged with the central holes together with the engaging projections, and the disc-shaped recording medium is fixed without coming off the receiving base. In the case where no claws are provided, some kind of slip prevention measures may be taken as necessary. When the fixed disk-shaped recording medium is removed, if the engaging projection is pressed from above, the arm bends downward and comes off the hole.
[0011]
At this time, since the disc-shaped recording medium is supported on the mounting surface of the receiving pedestal, it does not bend and deform. Also, the outer periphery of the disc-shaped recording medium can be pinched and pulled, but since the engaging projection is formed at the tip of the arm, it can be deformed independently of the receiving pedestal. Remove from the hole without forcing it. In particular, when an engagement claw is provided, it is easy to remove. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a cover case of a recording medium according to the present invention, wherein 1 is a main body, and 2 is a lid. The main body 1 has a box-like shape having a base-side widest surface, the lid 2 has a cover-side widest surface, and the lid 2 is connected to the main body 1 through a connecting portion 3 to cover the main body 1. You can do it. At the center of the base surface 4 of the main body 1, a receiving pedestal 5 protrudes, and an outer peripheral edge 6 is provided so as to protrude from the receiving pedestal 5 as a center. Notches 7, 7,. Is formed.
[0013]
Arms 8a and 8b are formed on the mounting surface 13 of the receiving pedestal 5 and are separated from the receiving pedestal 5 by slit grooves 9 and 9 at the tip of the arm. , 10b. Therefore, a gap is interposed between the engaging projections 10a and 10b so as to be contractable, but they are combined into a low-height column, and the engaging projections 10a and 10b fit into the disc center hole. Engage. Further, on the joint portion side, a stopper 11 for preventing detachment from the base surface 4 stands, and the tip of the stopper 11 is located at a position where a part of the outer peripheral edge 6 is cut off. When the lid 2 is closed, the back of the release prevention claw 11 is pressed so as not to come off.
[0014]
FIG. 2 (a) shows the receiving pedestal 5, but since the arms 8a and 8b are separated from the receiving pedestal 5 by the slit grooves 9, 9, if the engaging projections 10a and 10b are pressed, they will bend. Can be transformed. FIG. 2B shows a cross section in a state where the disk 12 is mounted on the receiving pedestal 5. The disk 12 is mounted on the mounting surface 13 of the receiving pedestal 5 and the engaging projection 10 a , 10b fit into and engage with the central hole of the disk 12.
[0015]
The disk 12 is mounted on the receiving pedestal 5 so that the engaging projections 10a and 10b fit into the central holes. FIG. 3A shows a case where the disk 12 is mounted on the receiving pedestal 5 and mounted. When the disk 12 is placed on the receiving pedestal 5, the edges of the engaging projections 10a and 10b hit the inner peripheral surface of the disk center hole and are pushed down, and the arms 8a and 8b are bent and deformed as shown in FIG. . As a result, the engaging projections 10a and 10b can contract and fit into the central hole. Since there is a small gap between the two engaging projections 10a and 10b, the projections can be contracted in this manner.
[0016]
The state fitted in the central hole is the state shown in FIG. 2 (b). If the arms 8a, 8b return to their original positions and the contracted engaging projections 10a, 10b expand, Fit into the hole. As described above, the arms 8a and 8b are bent and deformed, so that the disk 12 can be attached to the receiving base 5 without forcing the disk 12. The outer periphery of the disk is supported on the outer peripheral edge 6, and the outer peripheral edge 6 has a support surface for supporting the outer periphery of the disk.
[0017]
Conversely, when removing the disk 12 from the receiving pedestal 5, the engaging projections 10a and 10b are pressed from above as shown in FIG. 3B. If pressed, the arms 8a and 8b bend and deform, and the engaging projections 10a and 10b contract. In this case, the disk 12 rests on the mounting surface 13 of the receiving pedestal 5, and the central portion of the disk 12 does not bend even when the engaging projections 10a and 10b are pressed.
[0018]
Then, once the engaging projections 10a and 10b contract and come out of the disc center hole, they do not fit in the center hole again, and the disc 12 is easily removed. When the central portion of the disk 12 is mounted on the receiving pedestal 5, the outer periphery of the disk is supported by being mounted on an outer peripheral edge 6 provided to protrude from the base surface 4 of the main body 1. Since notches 7 are formed in the outer peripheral edge 6, it is also possible to remove the disk 12 by putting a finger into the notch 7 and lifting the disk 12.
[0019]
In FIG. 4, the disk 12 is mounted on the pedestal 5 and mounted on the pedestal 5. The outer periphery of the disk 12 is supported by being supported on the outer peripheral edge 6, but the detachment preventing claw 11 provided for preventing the detachment is engaged with the outer periphery of the disk 12. Shows the case. The outer periphery of the disk is supported on the outer peripheral edge 6 and is locked by a disengagement prevention claw 11 standing on the base surface 4 as shown in FIG. When the lid 2 is closed, the holding piece 14 protruding from the connecting portion 3 can be brought into contact with and supported by the back face of the release prevention claw 11, and the disk 12 can be independently engaged with the engaging projections 10a, 10b. Never get out of the way. Here, the pressing piece 14 does not necessarily need to be provided on the connecting portion 3 and may be formed on the lid itself depending on the form of the cover case.
[0020]
FIG. 5 is another embodiment showing a cover case of a disk-shaped recording medium according to the present invention. The basic form is the same as that of the cover case shown in FIG. 1; the main body 1 has a box shape having the widest surface on the base side; the lid 2 has the widest surface on the cover side; It is connected to the main body 1 through the part 3 and can cover the main body 1. At the center of the base surface 4 of the main body 1, a receiving pedestal 5 protrudes, and an outer peripheral edge 6 is provided so as to protrude from the receiving pedestal 5 as a center. Notches 7, 7,. Is formed.
[0021]
FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of the receiving base 5 of the cover case shown in FIG. 5 and shows a plan view. The arms 15a and 15b are separated from the mounting surface 13 of the receiving base 5 by slit grooves 16 and 16 and protrude engagement protrusions 17a and 17b at the ends of the arms. The engaging projections 17a, 17b are connected by a soft resin, but have engaging nails 18a, 18b which stand up in pairs, and the engaging nails 18a, 18b are engaged with the engaging projections 17a, 17b. Although extending from the arm as part of 17b, the engagement claws 18a, 18b can flex independently of the arms 15a, 15b.
[0022]
In the receiving pedestal 5, the engaging claws 18a, 18b are positioned at the cutouts formed in the engaging projections 17a, 17b and stand up, but are bent and deformed independently of the arms 15a, 15b. And can be locked in the center hole of the disk 12. If the disc 12 is placed on the pedestal 5 and pressed, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), the engaging claws 18a and 18b standing up in pairs with the engaging projections 17a and 17b are bent. Then, the disc 12 is locked so as not to come off.
[0023]
Since the engaging claws 18a and 18b can be bent and deformed independently of the arms 15a and 15b, they can be easily fitted and locked in the disc center holes. That is, FIG. 8A shows a case where the disk 12 is placed on the receiving base 5 and mounted. When the disk 12 is placed on the receiving pedestal 5, the tips of the engaging claws 18a and 18b hit the inner peripheral surface of the disk center hole and are pushed down, and the arms 15a and 15b are bent and deformed as shown in FIG. As a result, the engaging projections 17a, 17b and the engaging claws 18a, 18b can contract and fit into the central hole. Since a slight gap is interposed between the two engaging projections 17a and 17b, it is possible to contract as described above.
[0024]
Conversely, when the disk 12 is removed, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), if the engaging projections 17a and 17b are pressed by fitting into the central holes, the arms 15a and 15b are bent and deformed, and The coupling claws 18a and 18b also move toward the center together with the engagement projections 17a and 17b, and come off the central hole. Once removed from the central hole, even if the finger is released from the engaging projections 17a and 17b and returned to the original position, it does not engage with the central hole again.
[0025]
By the way, the disc storage case of the above embodiment is composed of a main body and a lid, and the lid is connected via a connecting portion, but the form of the cover case of the present invention is not limited.
[0026]
FIG. 9 shows another form of the cover case, but the cover can be opened and closed without a connecting portion. For example, a hinge having a reduced thickness can be formed, or the hinges can be connected via a shaft pin. FIG. 10 shows that the main body 1 can be stored in the lid case 19. Of course, it is the same that the receiving pedestal and the outer peripheral edge are formed on the main body so as to protrude from the base surface.
[0027]
As described above, the cover case of the present invention is provided with the receiving pedestal on which the disk central portion is placed and the engaging convex portion which is fitted in the central hole is provided at the central portion of the base surface of the main body. And the outer peripheral edge on which the outer periphery of the disk is supported is provided so as to protrude from the center, and the following effects can be obtained.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
In the cover case of the present invention, the center of the disk-shaped recording medium is placed on a receiving base provided on the main body, and the outer periphery is supported on the outer peripheral edge. The receiving pedestal has a pair of arms and has an engaging projection at the tip. Since the arm is separated from the mounting surface of the receiving pedestal via the slit groove, the arm can freely bend and deform.
[0029]
Therefore, when the disc is mounted, if the engaging projection is pressed down against the center hole, the arm is bent and the two engaging projections are contracted and can fit into the center hole. Conversely, when the disk-shaped recording medium is removed, the arm is bent by pressing the engaging projection fitted in the hole, so that the engaging projection contracts and separates from the central hole. At this time, since the disk is supported on the mounting surface of the receiving pedestal, it does not bend and the disk is prevented from being damaged. By providing the engagement tabs on the engagement projections, the attachment / detachment of the disc becomes smoother and the attached disc is stabilized.
