<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat and a center tunnel mat capable of securing a storage space by effectively utilizing a space on the upper surface of the center tunnel in accordance with the specifications of recent vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: A floor mat 100 has a floor mat 11 in the right seat side and a floor mat 12 in the left side seat integrally connected by a center mat part 30, and is placed on the center tunnel 50. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、センタートンネルの上面に載置スペースを設けることができるフロアマット及びセンタートンネル用マットに関する。

【従来の技術】
自動車用のフロアマットは、フロント座席又はリア座席の足下に敷設されて、乗車している人の足ふきや足置きとして使用されている。当然、足ふきや足置きが主要用途であることから、これらの機能を追求したフロアマットは従来より多数考えられている。しかし、それ以外の機能を有するフロアマットはそれほど考えられてはいない。

ところで、近年の自動車の仕様の傾向として、コラムシフトを採用している自動車が増加している。したがって、センタートンネルの上面の従来シフトノブが存在していたセンタートンネルの上方、すなわち、右座席と左座席の間の場所にスペースが確保できるようになった。そこで、このスペースを有効に利用する方法が望まれている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明は、近年の自動車の仕様に合わせて、センタートンネルの上面の有効なスペースを利用して、載置領域を確保することができるフロアマット及びセンタートンネル用マットを提供することにある。

【課題を解決する手段】
以上のような問題点を解決するために、請求項１記載の発明が採った手段は、自動車のフロント座席またはリア座席の左右座席の足下にまたがって敷設されるフロアマット１００であって、右座席の足下に敷設される右側フロアマット部１１と、左座席の足下に敷設される左側フロアマット部１２とこれら両側のフロアマット部１１、１２を連結して一体のマットを形成するセンターマット部３０とを有するフロアマット本体２０と、該フロアマット本体２０に取り付けられるトレー６０とを備え、該センターマット部３０は、自動車の車体底面の略中央に前後方向に突出して形成されるセンタートンネル５０の上面の少なくとも一部に敷設されるとともに、前記トレー６０を設置できるようにトレー取り付け部３１を備えたことを特徴とするフロアーマット１００、とするものである。
これは右座席側のフロアマット１１と左座席側のフロアマット１２とをセンターマット部３０を介して連結し、一体のフロアーマット１００に形成して、センターマット部３０をセンタートンネル５０の上に配置したものである。そして、センターマット部３０の上に、物を載置するためのトレー６０を取り付けるためのトレー取り付け部３１を設けてある。このトレー取り付け部３１にトレーを取り付けることで、センタートンネル５０の上に載置領域を確保することができるようになる。トレー６０をトレー取り付け部３１に取り付ける方法としては、トレー６０の底面裏側に面ファスナーを縫製してマットの不織布等にファスナー固定できるように設けたり、図１のように、センターマット部３０をトレー６０と適合するように周囲を突出させて凹状に形成して、トレー６０を載せるだけで互いに嵌合して取り付けられるように設けたもの等が考えられる。

さらに、請求項２記載の発明が採った手段は、自動車のフロント座席またはリア座席の左右座席の足下にまたがって敷設されるフロアマット１００であって、右座席の足下に敷設される右側フロアマット部１１と左座席の足下に敷設される左側フロアマット部１２とこれら両側のフロアマット部１１、１２を連結して一体のマットを形成するセンターマット部３０とを有するフロアマット本体２０からなり、該センターマット部３０は、自動車の車体底面の略中央に前後方向に突出して形成されるセンタートンネル５０の少なくとも上面の一部に敷設されてなるとともに、物が直接載置される凹状の載置部３２を備えてなることを特徴とするフロアーマット１００、とするものである。
これは請求項１記載の発明のトレー６０を省略して、センターマット部３０に直接物を置くことができるようにしたものである。そのために、センターマット部３０に凹状の載置部３２を形成してある。この凹状の載置部３２は、載置領域を確保するために凹状に形成されていれば、深さ、大きさ、形状等は特に限定するものではない。

さらに、請求項３に記載された発明が採った手段は、自動車のフロント座席またはリア座席の左右座席の足下にまたがって敷設されるフロアマット１００であって、右座席の足下に敷設される右側フロアマット部１１と左座席の足下に敷設される左側フロアマット部１２とこれら両側のフロアマット部１１、１２を連結して一体のマットを形成するセンターマット部３０を有するフロアマット本体２０と、該フロアマット本体２０に載置されるトレー６０と、を有し、該センターマット部３０は、自動車の車体底面の略中央に前後方向に突出して形成されるセンタートンネル５０の上面の少なくとも一部に敷設されるとともに、物が直接載置される凹状の載置部３２を備えてなり、かつ該凹状の載置部３２上方に空間を確保しつつ上面を覆うようにトレー６０を設置することができるトレー設置部３３を備えてなることを特徴とするフロアーマット１００、とするものである。
これはセンターマット部３０に直接物を載置することができるように凹状の載置部３２を設けるととともに、この凹状の載置部３２に物を載置した後、物の載置領域を確保したまま上面からトレー６０を設置することができるように形成したものである。すなわち、トレー６０に直接センターマット部３０に載置した物を覆う蓋としての機能と、さらに上面に物を載置できるようにして載置領域を拡大する機能を持たせたものである。

さらに、請求項４に記載された発明が採った手段は、トレー６０には、ジュース、コーヒー等の缶やペットボトルを載置する飲料載置用穴部６１を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項３に記載のフロアーマット１００、とするものである。
請求項３記載のトレー６０にジュース等の缶を載置することができるように缶やペットボトルに適合した飲料載置用穴部６１を設けたものである。センターマット部３０は、自動車の左座席と右座席の間に敷設され、運転中や助手席の人の手の届く範囲であるので、飲料を置く場所としては便利な場所である。そこで、この位置に設置されるトレー６０に缶やペットボトルに適合した穴を設けてジュース等の缶やペットボトル等の飲料容器を置くことができるようにしたものである。

さらに、請求項５に記載された発明が採った手段は、自動車のフロント座席またはリア座席の左右座席の足下にまたがって敷設されるフロアマット１００であって、右座席の足下に敷設される右側フロアマット部１１と左座席の足下に敷設される左側フロアマット部１２と、これら両側のフロアマット部１１、１２を連結して一体のマットを形成するセンターマット部３０とからなるフロアマット本体２０を備え、該センターマット部３０は、自動車の車体底面の略中央に前後方向に突出して形成されるセンタートンネル５０の上面の少なくとも一部に敷設されるとともに、直接ジュース、コーヒー等の缶やペットボトルを載置する飲料載置用センターマット穴部３４を備えてなることを特徴とするフロアーマット１００、とするものである。

さらに、請求項６に記載された発明が採った手段は、自動車のフロント座席またはリア座席の左右座席の足下にまたがって敷設されるフロアマット１００であって、右座席の足下に敷設される右側フロアマット部１１と左座席の足下に敷設される左側フロアマット部１２と、これら両側のフロアマット部１１、１２を連結して一体のマットを形成するセンターマット部３０とを有するフロアマット本体２０と、該フロアマット本体２０に載置されるトレー６０とを備え、該センターマット部３０は、自動車の車体底面の略中央に前後方向に突出して形成されるセンタートンネル５０の上面の少なくとも一部に敷設されるとともに、直接ジュース、コーヒー等の缶やペットボトルを載置する飲料載置用センターマット穴部３４を備えてなり、かつ飲料載置用センターマット穴部３４の上面を覆うようにトレー６０を設置することができるトレー設置部３３を備えてなることを特徴とするフロアーマット１００、とするものである。
これはセンターマット部３０に直接ジュース等の缶やペットボトルを載置することができるように形成するとともに、この缶ジュースを載置した状態を保持したまま、その上面から蓋のようにトレー６０を設置することができるように設けたものである。このトレー６０の上面に物を載置することもできるので、載置領域を拡大させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図に従って説明する。
（実施例１）
図１は、実施例１における本発明のフロアマット１００を示す斜視図である。図２は、図１のフロアマット１００を自動車のフロント座席の足下に敷設した状態を示す斜視図である。

本発明のフロアマット１００は、右座席の足下に敷設される右側フロアーマット部１１と左座席の足下に敷設される左側フロアマット部１２とこの両側の足下のフロアマット部１１，１２を連結して一体のフロアマット本体２０を形成するセンターマット部３０とからなる。右側フロアーマット部１１、左側フロアマット部１２、センターマット部３０からなるフロアマット本体２０は、ポリエステル繊維布からなる上層と、プラスチックシートからなる中間層と、網状の繊維シートにウレタン素材を付着させた低層とからなる（図示しない。）。上層は、ポリエステル繊維布を用いることにより、靴の滑り止め機能と靴の裏についた汚泥の除去機能がある。中間層は、熱成形によって形状が決定され、かつこの形状を固定する機能を有する。低層は、ウレタン素材によって、自動車の全体に敷かれるフロアーカーペットに対して滑り止めの機能を有している。なお、このフロアカーペット本体の素材については最適と思われる一例を示したものであり、これに限定されるものではない。

右側フロアマット部１１と左側フロアマット部１２は、自動車の座席足下のフロアに敷設できるように足下のフロアの形状を考慮して、センターマット部３０は、自動車の車体底面略中央に形成されたセンタートンネル５０の形状を考慮して成形される。さらに、センターマット部３０の略中央には、トレー６０を載置することができるように、トレー６０の大きさ、形状に合わせて凹状のトレー取り付け部３１が成形されている（図１Ａ−Ａ断面図）。このようにして成形されたフロアマット本体２０は、右側フロアマット部１１は右側座席の足下に、左側フロアマット部１２は、左側座席の足下に敷設する。このように敷設すればセンターマット部３０は、自動車の車体底面の略中央に形成されたセンタートンネル５０の上面に設置され、凹状に成形されたトレー取り付け部３１もセンタートンネル５０の上面に配置されることになる。

一方、トレー６０は、眼鏡や携帯といった小物を載置できるように、矩形の皿状に形成されてなり、上面は載置した小物が滑り落ちないように滑り止め加工が施されている。底面はトレー６０自体がセンターマット部３０から滑り落ちないように、面ファスナーが貼付されており（図示しない。）フロアマットに取り付けることができる。そして、フロアマット本体２０の凹状の取り付け部に、トレー６０を取り付けることによって、トレー６０上面に物の載置領域を確保することができる。

なお、フロアマット１００は、図３のように、右側フロアマット１１や左側フロアマット１２のいずれかを着脱自在に２分割できるように形成してもよいし、図４のように右側フロアマット１１及び左側フロアマット１２の両方が着脱自在に３分割となるように形成してもよい。このように分割可能に形成することで足下にマットを敷設しやすく、また右側フロアマット１１や左側フロアマット１２が汚れた場合にそれぞれのフロアマット１１、１２のみを取り出して洗うことができるようになる。このときの分割方法は特に限定するものではないが、分割容易性及び分割したマットを一体化するための容易さを考慮すれば、図３、４のように面ファスナー等によって分割連結できるように形成することが望ましい。

（実施例２）
図５は、実施例２に係るフロアマット１００のセンターマット部３０を表す斜視図である。右側フロアマット部１１、左側フロアマット部１２及びセンターマット部３０の素材は実施例１と同様である。実施例２は、センターマット部３０に物を載置する方法が異なるものであり、その他の構成は実施例１と同様であるので他の構成についての説明は省略する。実施例２におけるフロアマット部３０は、物をセンターマット部３０に直接載置することができるように凹状にくぼみを設けて凹状の載置部３２を形成したものである。このようにしてフロアマット１００自体に凹状の載置部３２を設けることで、トレーなどの他の収納具を設置することなく、単にフロアマット１００を敷設するだけ簡易な収納スペースを設けることができる。なお、この凹状の載置部３２の表面に滑り止めを施しておけば、比較的浅く設けられていても運転中に物が落下することを防止することができる。

（実施例３）
図６は、実施例３におけるフロアマット１００のセンターマット部３０を表す斜視図である。実施例３は、比較的深く凹状の載置部３２を形成してある。例えば、使用頻度が高いと思われる携帯電話やナビゲーションシステムのリモコン等を完全に収納させることができるようにしたものである。このように設ければ表面に滑り止め加工を施さなくても物の落下を防止することができる。さらに、この凹状の載置部３２は、上面からトレー６０を設置することができるトレー載置部３３が設けられている。この実施例３におけるトレー載置部３３は、凹状の載置部３２の周囲にトレー６０が嵌るように周囲と比較して一段低く段差を設けて形成されている。このように、凹状の載置部３２の上面にトレー６０を載置することで、凹状の載置部３２を上面から覆うことができる蓋としての役割を有する（図７）上、このトレー６０の上面にさらに物を載置することができるようになる。また、図８、９のように、このトレー６０にジュースやコーヒー等の缶に適合した飲料載置用穴部６１を設ければ、トレー６０に缶ジュースを載置することができる。

（実施例４）
図１０には実施例４に係るフロアマット１００のセンターマット部３０を表す斜視図が示してある。この実施例４においては、センターマット部３０の方に、飲料載置用センターマット穴部３４を設けて、センターマット部３０に直接ジュース等の缶やペットボトルを置くことができるようにしたものである。この場合も図１１、１２のように缶ジュースを載置した後、その上面からトレー６０を設置することができるように設ければ、缶ジュースの上面をトレー６０で覆うことができ、このトレー６０の上に載置領域を設けることができる。

次に、センタートンネル用マット４０の実施例について説明する。図１３にはセンタートンネル用マット４０の斜視図が表されている。センタートンネル用マット４０とは、自動車の車体底面の略中央の突出して形成されているセンタートンネル５０の上面に敷設して使用されるものであり、実施例１から３に記載されたフロアマット１００から右座席側フロアマット部１１と左座席側フロアマット部１２を省略したものである。このようにセンターマット部のみを取り出してセンタートンネル用マット４０とすることで、従来のフロアマットをそのまま右座席の足下及び左座席の足下敷設した状態で、単にセンタートンネル用マット４０のみをセンタートンネル５０の上面に設置するだけで載置領域を設けることができる。
なお、物を載置するための構成としては、実施例１から３に記載されたフロアマット１００のセンターマット部３０の構成と同様の構成をセンタートンネル用マット４０に設ける。例えば、図１２に示したように、トレー６０を設置することができるようにトレー取り付け部４１を形成したり、図１３に示したように、直接物を載置することができるように凹状の載置部４２を設けたり、また、その上にトレー６０を載置するこができるようにトレー載置部４３を設けることもできる。勿論、図１４のように、トレーに飲料載置用穴６１を設けることもできる。また、図１５に示したように、センタートンネル用マット部自体に飲料載置用マット穴部４４を設けたりすることもできるし、さらにその上にトレー６０を設置することもできる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１記載の発明によれば、右側フロアマットと左側フロアマットをセンタマット部で連結して形成しているので、フロアマットをフロント座席又はリア座席の足下に敷設することで必然的にセンターマット部は右座席と左座席の間でセンタートンネルの上面に敷設されることになる。そして、このセンターマット部にトレーを取り付けることができるので、センタートンネルの上面に載置領域を確保することができる。

請求項２記載の発明によれば、センターマット部自体に載置部を設けることにより、フロアマットを敷設するだけで容易にセンタートンネル上面に載置領域を形成することができる。
