タバコの喫煙は多種多様な社会問題を呈している。本人の肺がんや脳梗塞も問題視されているがそれ以上に喫煙者と非喫煙者の軋轢による問題により愛煙家が吸いたいと考える時に吸えない方向に社会は動いている。原因としては▲1▼副流煙による周囲への炎害(本人が吸う量の15倍が排出され嫌煙家の方が強制的に吸わされる)や▲2▼歩きタバコによる熱傷、▲3▼寝タバコによる火事、▲4▼タバコのポイ捨てによるマナー違反など重い問題ばかりである。喫煙者にとっては非常に肩身も狭いが、非喫煙者にとっては大きな被害を被らなければならないので仲良く共存できるはずは無い。これに対し今回考えた装置を使用すれば上記▲1▼〜▲4▼を解決できる上に愛煙家は▲5▼タバコ代を大幅に減額できる可能性が高い。周囲を下記の図のように二重に被覆させ吸引口をフィルター側に持ってくることで上記▲1▼〜▲5▼を解決でき愛煙家と嫌煙家は共存し得る可能性を見出す。

【問題を解決するための手段】
副流煙を減少させるにはタバコの周囲に特殊な被覆物を被せることにより上記の解決を可能と考える。タバコの周囲に印鑑入れ状のカプセルをあけるかあるいは後ろから挿入する方法をとるのだがその酸素吸入口は先端ではなくフィルター側に取り付けることにより上述の▲1▼〜▲4▼の問題を解決できる。

装置自体は非常にシンプルな二重構造でありながらタバコの葉の周囲とフィルターの一部を覆う形状とし吸入口はフィルター側の対に2箇所、吸わない時は火を維持するのに最小限必要な酸素量しか取り入れない大きさとすることで非喫煙時には燃焼量をほぼ0にした。非喫煙時はタバコがほとんど減らない状態を理想とする。

【発明の形態】以下本発明を図1〜3に従って説明する。

図1の如くタバコの周囲に特殊な被覆物を被せることにより上記の解決を可能と考える。カプセルは図2の如く印鑑入れのように2つに蝶番で開く形状をしており主に3つの部品(カプセル:1、セラミックのタバコの止め具:4、マフラー:3である。

本発明は以上説明したように構成されているので、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。

副流煙による周囲への炎害は本人が吸う量の15倍であり排出された煙を嫌煙家の方は強制的に吸わされている。これを無くすことにより1/16に減少させることができれば煙害による両者間の溝は一気に埋まる。公衆の場において喫煙出来る可能性あり。

タバコの灰を途中で捨てたり、急に喫煙を止めタバコを捨て無ければならないという行為がなくなることによりタバコは最後までちゃんと吸うことが出来るようになる。そして一度消したタバコを再着火でき完全に灰と燃えない部分だけになってから捨てることが出来るようになる。そのため火の着いているタバコをポイ捨てせざるを得ない状況飛躍的に減少するので喫煙者はタバコをごみ箱に捨てることができる。
