Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a mounting structure for mounting an electronic device to another member such as a panel of a control panel, and a device used for the mounting. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is particularly suitable for a case where a rectangular electronic device having an operation unit and a display unit on the front side and having different vertical and horizontal dimensions is mounted on a panel member of a control panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Various types of production equipment and experimental equipment frequently use pressure sensors, temperature sensors, image sensors, temperature controllers, programmable controllers, switching devices, touch panel displays, counters, timers, and other electronic devices.
Some of these electronic devices have a built-in element such as an IC in a housing, and a display unit such as a display and an operation unit such as a switch provided on an exposed portion on a front surface.
When the electronic device having the display unit and the operation unit provided on the exposed portion of the front surface as described above is incorporated into the panel of the control panel, it is often mounted so that the display unit and the operation unit are exposed on the front surface of the control panel. .
[0003]
Traditionally, the use of screws has been widely used to mount these electronic devices. However, for the purpose of saving the time and effort of mounting, mounting claws are provided on electronic devices and the like, and the mounting claws are attached to openings in the control panel, etc. The structure to be engaged came to be adopted.
Further, a configuration is also known in which an electronic device mounting device separately formed is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device, and the electronic device is mounted on a control panel or the like (for example, see Patent Document 1).
Patent Literature 1 discloses a mounting device used for mounting a plurality of electronic devices of the same size to an opening of a panel such as a control panel.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-16377
[0005]
FIG. 27 is a drawing attached to the above-mentioned patent document. In the structure disclosed in the patent document, the electronic device 100 is inserted into the opening of the panel 101, the electronic device mounting device 102 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 100, and the front end portion of the electronic device 100 and the electronic device mounting device are mounted. The electronic device 100 is attached to the panel 101 by sandwiching the edge of the opening between the electronic device 100 and the panel 102.
The electronic device mounting apparatus 102 described in Patent Document 1 has a rectangular frame-shaped main body 103 as shown in FIG. 27, and has projecting portions 105 and 106 at both ends in the longitudinal direction. An engaging claw 107 is provided on the frame-shaped main body 103, and the engaging claw 107 is engaged with a jagged unevenness 108 attached to the electronic device 100. A screw 110 is provided in the above-mentioned overhang portion.
[0006]
In the mounting structure of a conventional electronic device, as described above, the electronic device 100 is inserted into the opening of the panel 101, and the electronic device mounting device 102 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 100. In the mounted state, the engagement claws 107 on the electronic device mounting device 102 side engage with the knurls 108 on the electronic device 100 side, thereby preventing the electronic device mounting device 102 from moving to the rear end side of the electronic device.
Then, the screws 110 provided on the overhang portions 105 and 106 are tightened, the screws 110 are pressed against the panel 101, and the electronic device mounting device 102 is urged toward the rear end side of the electronic device 100, so that the electronic device mounting device side The play between the engaging claw 107 and the jagged unevenness 108 on the electronic device side is eliminated. As a result, the electronic device 100 is attached to the panel 101.
[0007]
In the above-described conventional mounting structure, the screws 110 provided on the protruding portions 105 and 106 provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the electronic device mounting device 102 come into contact with the edges of the opening of the panel 101, and the front end of the electronic device 100. The electronic device 100 is fixed to the panel 101 by sandwiching the edge of the opening between the portions.
27, the screws 110 at the left and right ends of the electronic device mounting device 102, which are substantially rectangular frames, come into contact with the left and right edges of the opening of the panel 101, that is, the vertical edges. The electronic device 100 is fixed to the panel 101 by sandwiching the edge of the opening with the front end portion of the electronic device 100.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as a mounting pattern of the electronic device to the panel, when one electronic device is mounted in one square hole (single unit mounting), or when a plurality of electronic devices are mounted side by side in a long hole in the vertical direction (multiple mounting in the vertical direction). A case in which a plurality of electronic devices are mounted side by side in a horizontally long hole (a plurality of horizontally mounted devices) is conceivable.
Here, when one electronic device can be mounted in one square hole (single unit mounting), two of the four sides of the electronic device mounting device, that is, one or both of the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides are connected to the opening of the panel. It can be fixed by contacting the upper and lower or left and right edges.
[0009]
On the other hand, when a plurality of attachments in the vertical direction and a plurality of attachments in the horizontal direction are performed, the position at which the electronic device attachment device comes into contact is restricted.
That is, when mounting a plurality of electronic devices in the vertical direction, the left and right sides of the electronic device mounting device must abut the left and right edges (long sides) of the panel opening. In this regard, in the electronic device mounting apparatus 102 disclosed in the patent document, the screws 110 provided on the vertical wall portions (overhang portions 105 and 106) at the left and right ends are connected to the left and right edges of the opening of the panel 101 (long sides). The electronic device 100 is suitable for attaching a plurality of electronic devices 100 in the vertical direction.
However, when a plurality of electronic devices are mounted in the horizontal direction, the upper and lower sides of the electronic device mounting device must be in contact with the upper and lower edges of the panel opening.
However, the electronic device mounting apparatus 102 disclosed in the above-mentioned patent document has a structure in which only the screws 110 provided on the vertical wall portions (overhang portions 105 and 106) at the left and right ends can contact the panel 101. The upper and lower portions have no contact with the panel 101. Therefore, with the electronic device mounting device 102 disclosed in the patent document, it is not possible to mount a plurality of electronic devices side by side in the horizontal direction.
[0010]
In addition, the prior art electronic device mounting apparatus 102 is effective in stacking a plurality of electronic devices 100 in the vertical direction, although it is effective in mounting the individual devices to the panel 101 and positioning between the overlapping devices, but in a horizontal row. When arranging the devices on the control panel, the positioning portions (protruding portions 105 and 106) provided on the fittings (devices) for attaching the individual devices interfere with each other, and the electronic device 100 is mounted on the panel 101 or the like of the control panel in a minimum space. There was also a problem that it could not be installed.
[0011]
Therefore, according to the prior art, it is not possible to cope with any arrangement pattern unless two types of devices are used, i.e., a device used when mounting vertically and a device used when mounting horizontally. There is a problem that the compatibility of is low.
Further, in the first place, the layout of a plurality of devices with respect to the panel 101 or the like of the control panel is determined by the needs of the user who uses the devices and the limitations of the panel 101 itself. A mounting structure that can be mounted in any of the vertical and horizontal directions and has a high degree of freedom in layout is desired.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device mounting structure having a high degree of freedom in mounting layout and an apparatus used for the same, focusing on the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
The present invention also focuses on the above-described problems of the prior art, and provides a mounting structure for an electronic device and a mounting structure for an electronic device that can perform a plurality of mountings in both vertical and horizontal directions using a mounting device having a single structure. It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for performing the above.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem, the rear end of the electronic device is inserted into an opening provided in the panel member, and the electronic device mounting device is mounted on the rear end of the electronic device. In an electronic device mounting structure for mounting an electronic device on a panel member by bringing a part of the electronic device mounting device into contact with a panel member, the electronic device mounting device has a frame-shaped main body having a communication opening in the front-rear direction. The electronic device mounting device is mounted in a forward direction in which the electronic device is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device with one opening of the main unit at the top, and the rear end of the electronic device with the main unit turned over and the other opening is set at the front. The electronic device mounting structure is characterized in that the device can be mounted in the opposite direction, and the contact state with the panel member is different between the mounting state in the normal direction mounting and the mounting state in the reverse direction mounting.
[0013]
Here, the terms "front-back direction", "forward direction", and "reverse direction" of the main body are merely expressions meaning relative positional relationships and directions, and which mounting direction is positive or reverse. It does not limit things. The same applies to the following claims.
The electronic device mounting structure of the present invention uses an electronic device mounting device, and inserts the rear end side of the electronic device into an opening provided in a panel member as in the related art, and closes the rear end side of the electronic device. Attach the electronic device mounting device and fix the electronic device.
[0014]
The electronic device mounting device used in the present invention includes a main body having a frame shape and having a communication opening in the front-rear direction. The electronic device mounting device employed in the present invention includes a forward mounting in which the electronic device is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device with one opening of the main unit at the top, and an electronic device with the other opening at the top with the main unit turned over. The device can be mounted in the reverse direction to be mounted on the rear end side of the device. In short, the electronic device mounting device used in the present invention can be mounted in the opposite direction in addition to mounting in the normal direction, and can be mounted in two ways. In the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, the state of contact with the panel member is different between the mounting state in the forward mounting and the mounting state in the reverse mounting. Note that the “panel member” into which the rear end side of the electronic device is inserted and the “panel member” with which the electronic device mounting device contacts are not necessarily the same. This applies to the following claims.
[0015]
The expression "the contact state with the panel member is different" indicates, for example, a case where the position of contact with the panel member is different, a state where a force for pressing the panel member is different, or a distribution of the pressing force is different.
The case where the contact position with the panel member is different is, for example, the following case. That is, assuming that the panel member has a square opening, the sides of the opening are clockwise in the directions A side (for example, upper side), B side (for example, right vertical side), C side (for example, lower side), and D side (for example, left vertical side). In this case, in the mounting state in the forward mounting, the electronic device mounting device comes into contact with the side A (for example, the upper side) and the side C (for example, the lower side) of the opening and does not come into contact with the other sides. On the other hand, in a mounting state in the reverse mounting, the opening contacts the side B (for example, the right vertical side) and the side D (for example, the left vertical side), and does not contact the other sides.
[0016]
Further, as an example in which the distribution of the pressing force is different, in both the forward mounting and the reverse mounting, the four sides A, B, C, and D are in contact with each other. In the case of mounting in the reverse direction, the left and right vertical sides B and D are strongly pressed.
[0017]
Furthermore, in both the forward mounting and the reverse mounting, all four sides of A, B, C, and D are in contact. However, in the case of the forward mounting, the contact area with the upper and lower sides A and C is particularly large. In such a case, a configuration in which the contact area with the left and right vertical sides B and D is large can be adopted.
In the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, the state of contact with the panel member differs between the case of mounting in the forward direction and the case of mounting in the reverse direction, so that the pressed portion of the panel member that substantially supports the electronic device is changed. Can be. Therefore, the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention has a high degree of freedom in mounting layout.
[0018]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the rear end of the electronic device is inserted into an opening provided in the panel member, and the electronic device mounting device is mounted on the rear end of the electronic device. In the electronic device mounting structure in which the electronic device is mounted on the panel member by contacting the electronic device with the panel member, a plurality of device-side engaging portions are provided in a housing of the electronic device, and the electronic device mounting device is frame-shaped and A body having a direction in which the housing of the electronic device is inserted and opened so that the housing can be inserted therein; a first direction engaging portion and a second direction engaging portion; With the opening at the beginning, at least a part of the plurality of device-side engaging portions of the electronic device and the first direction engaging portion of the electronic device mounting device are engaged, and the electronic device is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device. And the main body is turned over and the other opening is at the top, At least a part of the plurality of device-side engaging portions of the slave device is engaged with the second-direction engaging portion of the electronic device mounting device, and the device can be mounted in a reverse direction mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device. An electronic device mounting structure, characterized in that:
[0019]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic device, comprising: inserting a rear end of an electronic device into an opening provided in a panel member; In an electronic device mounting structure in which an electronic device is mounted on a panel member by causing a part of the device mounting device to abut on a panel member, a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion are provided on a housing of the electronic device, The mounting device is provided with a frame-shaped main body that opens and closes so that the housing of the electronic device can be inserted in the front-rear direction, and a first direction engaging portion and a second direction engaging portion. The mounting device is configured such that the first engagement portion of the electronic device and the first direction engagement portion of the electronic device mounting device are engaged with one opening of the main body portion at the front, and the rear end side of the electronic device. And the main body is turned upside down with the other opening at the top The second engagement portion of the electronic device and the second direction engagement portion of the electronic device mounting device are engaged with each other, and the electronic device can be mounted on the rear end of the electronic device in a reverse direction. Electronic device mounting structure.
[0020]
In the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, the electronic device mounting device is also used, and the electronic device mounting device is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device with one opening of the main body as the head. It is possible to mount the electronic device in the opposite direction by turning over the main body and mounting the electronic device on the rear end side with the other opening first. In the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, since the mounting state in the forward mounting and the mounting state in the reverse mounting are different in the contact state with the panel member, the pressed portion of the panel member that substantially supports the electronic device can be used. It can be changed, and the degree of freedom of the mounting layout is high.
In addition, in the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, a plurality of device-side engaging portions or first and second engaging portions are provided on the electronic device side. On the other hand, in the present invention, the electronic device mounting device is provided with the first direction engaging portion and the second direction engaging portion.
The first-direction engaging portion engages with the specific device-side engaging portion during forward mounting, and the second-direction engaging portion engages with the specific device-side engaging portion during reverse mounting. Combine. Therefore, according to the present invention, the electronic device mounting device can be firmly mounted on the electronic device in both the forward mounting and the reverse mounting, and the mounting strength of the electronic device is high.
[0021]

The electronic device mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the electronic device is not engaged with the engaging portion.
[0022]
The electronic device mounting structure of the present invention is based on the premise that the electronic device mounting structure has a first direction engaging portion and a second direction engaging portion. The first-direction engaging portion does not engage with the device-side engaging portion at the time of mounting in the reverse direction without engaging with the side engaging portion. That is, when one mounting posture is taken, some of the engaging portions engage with the device-side engaging portions, and some of the engaging portions do not engage with the device-side engaging portions. Therefore, in the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, the mounting device can be easily attached and detached, and the electronic device can be easily attached and detached.
[0023]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the forward mounting, the second direction engaging portion does not contact the device-side engaging portion, and in the reverse direction mounting, the first direction engaging portion does not contact the device side. The electronic device mounting structure according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the electronic device mounting structure does not come into contact with the engaging portion.
[0024]
The electronic device mounting structure of the present invention is also premised on a configuration having a first direction engaging portion and a second direction engaging portion, and the second direction engaging portion is mounted on the device side when mounted in the forward direction. The first-direction engaging portion does not contact the device-side engaging portion when the device is mounted in the reverse direction without contacting the engaging portion. Therefore, in the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, the mounting device can be easily attached and detached, and the electronic device can be easily attached and detached.
[0025]
The invention according to claim 6 is characterized in that the position of the panel member that contacts the electronic device mounting device in forward mounting and the position of the panel member that contacts the electronic device mounting device in reverse mounting are different. Item 6. An electronic device mounting structure according to any one of Items 1 to 5.
[0026]
In the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, the position at which the electronic device mounting device comes into contact differs between the case of mounting in the forward direction and the case of mounting in the reverse direction. As an embodiment of the present invention, for example, a configuration is conceivable in which the sides of the opening with which the electronic device mounting device abuts are different between the case of mounting in the forward direction and the case of mounting in the reverse direction.
Therefore, a plurality of attachments in both the vertical and horizontal directions can be performed using an attachment device having a single structure, and the operation and effect thereof are reliable.
[0027]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, the main body of the electronic device mounting device has a substantially rectangular frame shape having four sides, and the first direction engaging portions are two opposite sides of the main body. The second direction engaging portion is provided on the other open side of the main body portion and on the other opening side, and further, the main body portion is in contact with the panel member and the electronic device A pressing member for pressing the panel member in the direction sandwiching the panel member is integrally formed, and the pressing member is a side of the main body provided with the first direction engaging portion or the second direction engaging portion. 6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the first direction engaging portion or the second direction engaging portion is provided on an opening side opposite to the opening side on which the first direction engaging portion is provided. An electronic device mounting structure according to any one of the preceding claims.
[0028]
In the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, the main body of the electronic device mounting device has a substantially rectangular frame shape having four sides. The first-direction engaging portion is provided on one of two opening sides of the main body and facing one opening, and the second-direction engaging portion is provided on the other facing two sides of the main body and the other. Is provided on the opening side. For example, if the main body is a rectangle having four sides a, b, c, d (clockwise), and sides a, c are parallel and sides b, d are also parallel, a pair of sides a, c A first direction engaging portion is provided. The second-direction engaging portion is provided on another pair of sides b and d. Further, in the present invention, the main body of the electronic device mounting device is frame-shaped and has a through-opening in the front-rear direction, but the first-direction engaging portion is located on one opening side and is in the second direction. The engagement portion is on the other opening side.
[0029]
Further, the pressing member is a side of the main body provided with the first direction engaging portion or the second direction engaging portion, and the first direction engaging portion or the second direction engaging portion is provided. It is provided on the opening side opposite to the provided opening side.
Therefore, each side has an engaging portion and a pressing member, which are provided on one opening side and the other opening side of each side. The sides on which the engaging portion and the pressing member are provided face in the same direction.
In the electronic device mounting structure according to the aspect of the invention, when the electronic device mounting device is mounted in the forward direction, the pressing members provided on the opening sides of two specific sides abut on the panel member, and sandwich the panel member between the electronic device and the electronic device. In addition, there is a first direction engaging portion near the rear end opening of the side where the pressing member contacts, and the first direction engaging portion engages with the device side engaging portion provided on the electronic device side. . Therefore, the first direction engaging portion prevents the electronic device mounting device from moving toward the rear end. Therefore, the first-direction engaging portion is pressed by the device-side engaging portion by the pressing member, and the play between the two is eliminated. Particularly, in the present invention, since the pressing portion is provided on the same side as the side on which the first direction engaging portion is provided, the pressing force of the pressing portion is directly applied to the first direction engaging portion. Therefore, in the present invention, the first-direction engaging portion is more directly pressed by the device-side engaging portion by the pressing member, and the action of eliminating play between the two is strong.

The length between is relatively long. Therefore, the electronic device is supported from the rear by the first direction engaging portion and supports the end of the electronic device, so that the mounting state of the electronic device is stabilized.
The same applies to the case where the electronic device mounting device is mounted in the opposite direction. The pressing members provided on the opening sides of the other two sides abut on the panel member, and sandwich the panel member between the electronic device and the electronic device. In the electronic device mounting device, the second direction engaging portion provided near the rear end side opening of the side with which the pressing member abuts is engaged with the device side engaging portion provided on the electronic device side. Therefore, movement to the rear end side of the electronic device mounting device is prevented by the second direction engaging portion, and the first direction engaging portion is pressed by the device side engaging portion by the reaction force of the pressing member. The play during is eliminated.
[0031]
Also, in the reverse mounting, since the pressing member is provided on the same side as the side on which the second direction engaging portion is provided, the pressing force of the pressing member is directly applied to the second direction engaging portion. In addition, the second-direction engaging portion is more directly pressed by the device-side engaging portion by the pressing member, and the play therebetween is extremely small.
As a result, the engagement strength between the first direction engagement portion and the device side engagement portion increases.
[0032]
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, the main body of the electronic device mounting device has a substantially rectangular frame shape formed by four side walls, the electronic device mounting device has a pressing member, and the front end of the electronic device is mounted. An edge provided on a peripheral surface of the panel abuts against a periphery of an opening of the panel member, and the pressing member presses the panel member with the edge of the electronic device in a direction of clamping the panel member; Is located at an end surface of a wall portion forming the main body portion, and an outer wall surface of the pressing member is on the same plane as the wall portion forming the main body portion or is located at a more inner position. 8. The electronic device mounting structure according to any one of 7.
[0033]
In the electronic device mounting structure of the present invention, the main body of the electronic device mounting device has a substantially rectangular frame shape formed by four side walls. According to the present invention, the pressing member is provided. Then, an edge provided on the peripheral surface of the front end of the electronic device abuts on the peripheral edge of the opening of the panel member, and the pressing member presses the edge of the electronic device in a direction to clamp the panel member. Further, in the present invention, the pressing member is integrally formed, and the pressing member is provided on an end surface of a wall constituting the main body.

Therefore, when the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 in a mounting posture in which the forward direction pressing members 81, 83 provided on the wall portions 71, 73 constituting the short sides abut on the panel 6, As shown in FIG. 10, the positions of the first-direction engaging portions 87 and 89 necessarily coincide with the positions of the device-side engaging surfaces 40 and 44 formed on the short side of the electronic device 2.
Therefore, when the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 in a mounting position in which the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 are in contact with the panel 6, the first direction engaging portion of the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted. 87, 89 engage with the device side engagement surfaces 40, 44.
FIG. 12 is an enlarged sectional view of a main part showing an engagement state between the first-direction engaging portions 87 and 89 and the device-side engaging surfaces 40 and 44.
[0074]
On the other hand, since the second direction engaging portions 86 and 88 are eccentric to the clockwise position when viewed from the rear end side, they constitute the long side of the engaging portion forming member 3 as shown in FIGS. Mating with the flat non-engaging surfaces 39 and 43 of the engaging portion forming pieces 34 and 36 provided on the walls 30 and 32 to be formed.
[0075]
Since the non-engagement surfaces 39, 43 of the engagement portion forming pieces 34, 36 are planar, they do not engage with the second direction engagement portions 86, 88. That is, the second-direction engaging portions 86 and 88 do not come into contact with the device-side engaging portions and do not engage during the forward mounting.
The engagement of the first-direction engaging portions 87 and 89 with the device-side engaging surfaces 40 and 44 in this manner prevents the electronic device mounting device 5 from moving to the rear end side. Since the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 are members having elasticity, the first direction engaging portions 87 and 89 are pressed against the device side engaging portions 40 and 44 by the pressing force of the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83. And the play between them disappears.
[0076]
That is, since the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 are arcuate and elastic, the electronic device mounting device 5 is urged rearward when the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 come into contact with the rear surface of the panel 6. The play between the two is eliminated, and the rattling is eliminated. In particular, in the present embodiment, since the positive direction pressing members 81 and 83 are provided on the same side as the side where the first direction engaging portions 87 and 89 are provided, the pressing force of the positive direction pressing members 81 and 83 is provided. Directly engages the first direction engaging portions 87 and 89. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the first-direction engaging members 87 and 89 are more directly pressed by the device-side engaging members by the forward-direction pressing members 81 and 83, and have a strong effect of eliminating play between them.
[0077]
Further, in the present embodiment, the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 are provided on one opening side of the side constituting the electronic device mounting apparatus 5 and the first direction engaging portions 87 and 89 are provided on the other opening side. The length between the pressing members 81 and 83 and the engaging portions 87 and 89 is relatively long. Therefore, the electronic device 2 is supported from the rear by the first-direction engaging portions 87 and 89, and supports the end of the electronic device 2, so that the mounting state of the electronic device 2 is stabilized. .
[0078]
In the actual electronic device mounting operation, the electronic device mounting device 5 is held in a predetermined posture, and the electronic device mounting device 5 is inserted into the electronic device 2 with the openings on the positive direction pressing members 81 and 83 at the top. Then, the electronic device mounting device 5 is pushed in until the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 come into contact with the back surface of the panel 6 and the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 are deformed to generate a repulsive force.
Here, the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, and 44 of the electronic device 2 have an uneven shape formed by arranging knurls. It is. Further, the first direction engaging portions 87 and 89 are single notches having a triangular cross section as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, and the inclined surface 92 on the base side is loose, and the opening side is open. Is steep.
Therefore, when the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 and the electronic device mounting device 5 is pushed forward (toward the display unit 10), the notches of the first-direction engaging portions 87 and 89 are changed. A component force is generated in the direction of climbing over the knurls of the side engagement surfaces 40 and 44, and the engagement pieces 76 and 78 flex outward to cross over the knurls of the device-side engagement surfaces 40 and 44 one after another. In particular, in the present embodiment, the thickness of the engagement pieces 76 and 78 is thinner than the other portions of the wall portions 71 and 73, and it is easy to bend, so that the electronic device mounting device 5 can be inserted with a light force.
[0079]
Further, when the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 and the electronic device mounting device 5 is pushed forward, the second-direction engaging portions 86 and 88 do not contact the device-side engaging portions. Therefore, the work of mounting the electronic device mounting device 5 on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 does not require a large force and is simple.
On the other hand, in the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, and 44, the directions of the triangular ridges that form the irregularities are all reversed toward the rear, and the first-direction engaging portions 87 and 89 are , The slope 91 on the open side is steep.
Therefore, when a force in the pulling-out direction acts on the electronic device mounting device 5, a force in the direction of biting into the notch of the device-side engaging surfaces 40, 44 acts on the first direction engaging portions 87, 89, and the retreat is firmly performed. To block.
[0080]
That is, in the present embodiment, the device-side engaging surfaces 40 and 44 are indented shapes oriented in a certain direction and are linearly arranged uneven members. , 89 are claw-shaped, so that both form a ratchet-like reversal prevention structure. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the mounting of the electronic device mounting device 5 does not require a large force, and the retreat is firmly prevented.
[0081]
FIGS. 6 and 8 show a state in which a plurality of electronic devices 2 are attached in the vertical direction. Five electronic devices 2 are inserted side by side into a vertically long slot-shaped opening 90, and the front portion of each electronic device is opened. 90.
On the front side of the opening 90, the flange portions 61 of the adjacent engaging portion forming members 3 are in contact with each other. Therefore, when the panel 6 is viewed from the front side, the electronic devices 2 are mounted in a vertically stacked state.
On the back side of the long hole-shaped opening 90, the front sides of the forward-direction pressing members 81, 83 are provided on the back side of the long side edge portion 93 (see FIGS. 1 and 7) constituting the long side facing the opening 90. Is in contact.
[0082]
In the present embodiment, the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 are located on the end faces of the walls 70, 71, 72 and 73, and the planes of the forward direction pressing members 81 and 83 are formed on the walls 70, 71, 72 and 73. It is on the same plane as the plane that constitutes the other parts. In other words, the pressing members 81 and 83 do not protrude from the surface surrounded by the walls 70, 71, 72 and 73. Therefore, the forward pressing members 81 and 83 do not interfere with each other on the rear surface side of the panel 6.
In the present embodiment, the planes on the outer peripheral side of the pressing members 80, 81, 82, 83 and the planes forming the other parts of the wall sections 70, 71, 72, 73 are designed to be the same plane. The same operation and effect can be expected even when the pressing member 83 is designed to have a shape on the outer peripheral side so as to be more inside.
[0083]
As described above, the electronic device mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment can also be mounted in a plurality of lateral directions by mounting the electronic device mounting device 5 in the reverse direction.
Next, a description will be given of a lateral multiple mounting in which a plurality of electronic devices 2 are arranged and mounted in the horizontal elongated opening 90.
[0084]
FIG. 13 is a perspective view of a mounting structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which an electronic device mounting device is mounted in a reverse direction, viewed from a rear end side. FIG. 14 is a front view of an opening used when a plurality of electronic devices are mounted in a lateral direction. FIG. 15 is a perspective view of a state in which the electronic devices are mounted side by side by the mounting structure of the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present invention, as viewed from the front side. FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the electronic device mounting structure according to the embodiment of the present invention in which the electronic devices are mounted side by side as viewed from the rear end side. FIG. 17 is a schematic explanatory diagram showing the relationship between the device-side locking portion and the forward / reverse direction locking portion and the relationship of the pressing member and the like when a plurality of electronic devices are mounted in the horizontal direction. FIG. 18 is a rear view of a mounting structure of the electronic apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is mounted in a reverse direction, as viewed from the rear side.
[0085]
When a plurality of electronic devices 2 are mounted in the lateral direction by the electronic device mounting structure of the present embodiment, the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted in the reverse direction.
More specifically, the main body 85 is turned upside down by 180 degrees and mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device with the opening on the opposite side to the top.
In other words, the main body 85 of the electronic device mounting device 5 has a substantially rectangular frame shape, and has a communicating opening in the front-rear direction.
[0086]
In the above described forward mounting posture, as shown in FIGS. 1, 8 and 9, the mounting posture is such that the forward pressing members 81 and 83 provided on the wall portions 71 and 73 constituting the short sides are in contact with the panel 6. The electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 in the above, but in the reverse mounting, the reverse direction provided on the wall portions 70 and 72 forming the long sides as shown in FIGS. The electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 in such a mounting position that the pressing members 80 and 82 come into contact with the panel 6.
As a result, on the front side of the opening 90, the flange portion 61 of the engaging portion forming member 3 abuts on the long side edge 93 on the front side of the opening 90, and on the back side of the opening 90, the reverse pressing members 80 and 82. Is in contact with the edge of the lateral side on the back side of the opening 90, and the flange 61 and the electronic device mounting device 5 sandwich the edge of the elongated opening 90.
[0087]
When the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted in the opposite direction, the second direction engaging portions 86 and 88 provided on the wall portions 70 and 72 also forming the long sides form the long sides of the engaging portion forming member 3. It engages with the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 42 provided on the walls 30, 32, which are configured.
That is, as described above, the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, and 44 that constitute the device-side engaging portions are more deflected than the center lines of the walls 30, 31, 32, and 33 when viewed from the rear side. In contrast to the clockwise position, when viewed from one opening side, the engaging portion on the electronic device mounting device 5 side always has the engaging portion provided near the opening on the near side in the counterclockwise direction. In position.
[0088]
Therefore, when the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 in a mounting posture in which the reverse pressing members 80 and 82 provided on the walls 70 and 72 constituting the long sides abut on the panel 6, As shown in FIG. 17, the positions of the second-direction engaging portions 86 and 88 necessarily coincide with the positions of the device-side engaging surfaces 38 and 42 formed on the long side of the electronic device 2.
Accordingly, when the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 with the mounting posture such that the reverse direction pressing members 80 and 82 are in contact with the panel 6, the second direction engaging portion of the electronic device mounting device 5 is provided. 86, 88 engage with the device-side engagement surfaces 38, 42.
[0089]
On the other hand, when the mounting direction is taken in the reverse direction, the first direction engaging portions 87 and 89 are located at a position eccentric to the clockwise position when viewed from the rear end side, contrary to the previous case. Become. Therefore, the flat non-engaging surfaces 41 and 45 of the engaging portion forming pieces 35 and 37 provided on the wall portions 31 and 33 constituting the short sides of the engaging portion forming member 3 are engaged with the first direction engaging portions 87 and Matches 89.
Since the non-engagement surfaces 41 and 45 of the engagement portion forming pieces 35 and 37 are flat, the first-direction engagement portions 87 and 89 do not come into contact with the device-side engagement portions when mounted in the reverse direction. Does not engage.
Therefore, in this embodiment, in the case of forward mounting, only the first direction engaging portions 87 and 89 engage with the device-side engaging surface, and in the case of reverse mounting, the second direction engaging portions 87 and 89. Only 86 and 88 engage with the engagement surface on the device side.
[0090]
In other words, the relationship between the forward mounting and the reverse mounting is determined by the walls 70, 71 of the electronic device mounting apparatus 5 facing the specific walls 30, 31, 32, 33 of the engaging portion forming member 3. , 72, 73 are replaced between facing long sides or facing short sides, or the walls 70, 71, 72, 73 themselves are turned over.
For example, when the main body 85 in a rectangular frame shape is turned 180 degrees and turned over, the case where the main body 85 is turned around the center of the short side as the rotation axis as shown by the solid arrow B in FIG. May be rotated around the axis of rotation. At this time, for example, considering the former case where the center of the short side is set as the rotation axis, the long side walls 70 and 72 are replaced, and the short side walls 71 and 73 are turned upside down. Conversely, considering the latter case in which the center of the long side is set as the rotation axis, the short side walls 71 and 73 are replaced, and the long side walls 70 and 72 are turned upside down.
[0091]
Here, the positions of the engaging portions provided on the opposing walls of each of the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, 44 and the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89 are point-symmetrical. The engagement positions are also point-symmetric. Therefore, when the long sides facing each other or the short sides facing each other are exchanged, the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, 44 are located at the newly positioned engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89. There is no.
Similarly, the engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, 44 and the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89 provided on the walls 30, 31, 32, 33 are all located at eccentric positions. Even when 70, 71, 72, 73 are turned upside down, there are no device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, 44 at the positions of the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89 newly located.
Therefore, as described above, in the present embodiment, only the first direction engaging portions 87 and 89 engage with the device-side engaging surfaces 40 and 44 in the case of forward mounting, and in the case of reverse mounting, Only the second direction engaging portions 86 and 88 are engaged with the device-side engaging surfaces 38 and 42.
[0092]
In the reverse mounting, similarly to the case of the forward mounting, the rear end of the electronic device mounting device 5 is formed by the engagement between the second-direction engaging portions 86, 88 and the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 42. Movement to the side is blocked. In addition, the reverse direction pressing members 80 and 82 have elasticity, and the second direction engaging portions 86 and 88 are pressed by the device side engaging portions 38 and 42 by the pressing force, and the play between them is eliminated.
[0093]
The workability at the time of mounting in the reverse mounting is the same as that in the forward mounting. When the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted on the rear end side of the electronic device 2 and the electronic device mounting device 5 is pushed forward, In the notches of the second-direction engaging portions 86 and 88, a component force is generated in a direction in which the notches of the device-side engaging surfaces 38 and 42 ride on the knurls of the device-side engaging surfaces 38 and 42. Overcoming 38 and 42 Giza one after another.
[0094]
Also in the reverse mounting, the ratchet-shaped reverse rotation preventing structure is formed by the reverse pressing members 80 and 82 and the device-side engaging portions 39 and 43. For this reason, in the present embodiment, the mounting of the electronic device mounting device does not require a large force, and the retreat is firmly prevented.
[0095]
FIGS. 15 and 16 show a state in which a plurality of electronic devices are mounted in the horizontal direction. Five electronic devices 2 are inserted side by side into a horizontally long oblong opening 90, and the front portion of each electronic device has an opening 90. Located in front of.
On the front side of the elongated opening 90, the flange portions 61 of the adjacent engaging portion forming members 3 are in contact with each other. Accordingly, when the panel 6 is viewed from the front side, the electronic devices 2 are mounted side by side without any gap.
On the back side of the elongated opening 90, a part of the reverse pressing members 80 and 82 is in contact with the back side of the long side edge 93 (see FIGS. 13 and 14) that constitutes the long side of the opening 90 facing. ing.
[0096]
When the electronic device 2 once attached is removed from the panel 6, the first direction engaging pieces 76, 78 or the second direction engaging pieces 75, 77 are pushed and spread by hand, and disengagement of these components causes the electronic device attaching device to be released. 5 is removed, but in the present embodiment, a device for facilitating removal is also elaborated.
That is, in this embodiment, in any case, the engagement can be released by pushing and expanding the two first direction engagement pieces 76, 78 or the second direction engagement pieces 75, 77. In order to spread the two engaging pieces in this way, one of the operating pieces may be operated with one hand, and the other engaging piece may be operated with the other hand. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the electronic device 2 can be removed without requiring a special jig or tool.
[0097]
In the present embodiment, the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89 are provided on the respective engaging pieces 75, 76, 77, 78, but the width of the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89 is limited. It is only about half the width of the mating pieces 75, 76, 77, 78, and the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89 are smaller than the engaging pieces 75, 76, 77, 78.
[0098]
On the device side, the planar non-engaging surfaces 39, 41, 43, 45 are adjacent to the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, 44 of the respective engaging portion forming pieces 34, 35, 36, 37. Is provided.
Therefore, when the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89 of the engaging pieces 75, 76, 77, 78 (on the side of the electronic device mounting device 5) engage with the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, 44, The flat portions (the portions other than the engagement portions) of the engagement pieces 75, 76, 77, 78 and the planar non-engagement surfaces 39, 41 of the engagement portion forming sides 34, 35, 36, 37 on the device side. , 43, 45 face each other.
[0099]
The device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, 44 adjacent to the non-engaging surfaces 39, 41, 43, 45 are engaged with the engaging pieces 75, 76, 77, 78, respectively. Flat portions of the engagement pieces 75, 76, 77, 78 (on the side of the electronic device mounting device 5) and flat non-engagement surfaces 39, 41, 43, 45 of the engagement portion forming pieces 34, 35, 36, 37. A slight gap 95 (see FIG. 18) is formed between the (engaging portion forming member 3 side). Therefore, the operator can easily open the engagement pieces 75, 76, 77, 78 by holding the claws in the gap 95.
[0100]
In the present embodiment, the open ends of the engaging pieces 75, 76, 77, 78 are slightly bent outward as shown in FIG. 5B, and the gap between the open ends is wide. The work of sandwiching is easier.
Furthermore, the engagement pieces 75, 76, 77, 78 are thinner and more flexible than the other parts of the walls 70, 71, 72, 73. The force required to open is small.
[0101]
In the embodiment described above, the engaging portion on the device side and the engaging portion on the electronic device mounting device side are provided at eccentric positions. In addition, the opposing engaging portion on the device side and the opposing engaging portion on the electronic device mounting device side are provided at point symmetric positions, and the engaging positions on the device side and the electronic device mounting device side are designed to be point symmetric. .
This is a specific two sets (two sides) of the four sets of engagements composed of the engagement parts provided on the four sides on the device side and the engagement parts provided on the four sides on the electronic device mounting device side. This is to prevent the other two sets (two sides) from engaging with each other, and is easy to mount and remove, and is a recommended configuration. That is, according to the above configuration, only two sides of the four sides of the main body of the electronic device mounting device are always engaged, and the other two sides are in a completely free state.
However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 19, both the engaging portion of the device and the engaging portion on the side of the electronic device mounting device may be provided at the center of the wall portion.
[0102]
Here, FIG. 19 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a plurality of electronic devices 2 are mounted in a vertical direction, the relationship between the device-side locking portions and the forward / reverse locking portions, and pressing. It is a schematic explanatory view showing the relationship of members and the like. FIG. 20 is an enlarged sectional view of a main part showing the relationship between the second-direction engaging portion and the device-side engaging surface in the embodiment of FIG.
When both are provided in the center of the wall as described above, all the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, and 44 come into contact with the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, and 89. However, for example, if the shapes of the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, 89 on the electronic device mounting device side are made the same as those of the previous embodiment, they do not substantially engage except for the combination to be engaged. .
[0103]
That is, the engaging portions 86, 87, 88, and 89 on the side of the electronic device mounting device are single notches having a triangular cross section as shown in FIG. 5B, and the inclined surface 92 on the base side is loose. , The slope 91 on the open side is steep. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 19, when it is assumed that the engaging portion of the device and the engaging portion of the electronic device mounting device are both provided in the center of the wall portion and the mounting in the forward direction is performed, the wall portion forming the long side is formed. The provided engaging portions 86 and 88 advance toward the electronic device 2 with the steeply inclined surface 91 at the top. However, since the device-side engaging surfaces 38, 40, 42, and 44 of the electronic device 2 are located in the forward direction, the engaging portions may engage with each other when the electronic device mounting device 5 is mounted. There is no problem with mounting work.
[0104]
On the other hand, assuming that the electronic device mounting device is pulled out, when the electronic device mounting device is pulled out, the engaging portions 86 and 88 of the locking pieces 75 and 77 are gently inclined at the base side as shown in FIG. , Leading to a component force in the direction of opening the locking pieces 75 and 77 along the inclination, and the electronic device mounting device 5 can be pulled out.
The configuration shown in FIG. 19 has a function sufficient for practical use, though there is some force when the electronic device mounting device is pulled out. The configuration shown in FIG. 19 is included in the technical scope of claim 3.
[0105]
In each of the above-described electronic device mounting apparatuses, the pressing member is formed integrally with the main body. However, the pressing member may be formed separately or may be deformed.
FIGS. 21 to 25 show another embodiment of the present invention, and are schematic perspective views showing modified examples of the pressing member.
That is, in the above-described electronic device mounting apparatus, the pressing member is formed integrally with the main body, but the main body 96 and the pressing portion 97 may be formed separately as shown in FIG. The shape and structure of the pressing portion are arbitrary, and for example, a corrugated pressing portion 97 as shown in FIG. 22 or a cushioning pressing portion 97 as shown in FIG. 23 may be employed. Further, as shown in FIG. 24, a pressing force may be generated by a screw 98, or a combination of any of the above may be used.
[0106]
In the above-described embodiment, two pressing members are provided on each end face of the electronic device mounting apparatus. However, as shown in FIG. 25, pressing members may be provided on each side of the end face.
In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1 and the like, the position of another member to be contacted changes depending on the forward mounting and the reverse mounting, whereas the embodiment illustrated in FIG. Although it does not change, the distribution of the pressing force changes.
[0107]
Further, in the above example, in order to exert a ratchet-like check function, a jagged unevenness is provided on the electronic device side, and a single notch is provided on the electronic device mounting device side, as shown in FIG. The knurled unevenness 94 may be provided on the electronic device mounting device side, and a single notch 99 may be provided on the other side.
That is, FIG. 26 is a schematic explanatory view showing the relationship between the device-side locking portion and the forward / reverse direction locking portion and the relationship of the pressing member and the like in another embodiment of the present invention.
[0108]
The shape of the frame constituting the main body of the electronic device mounting device is most preferably a rectangle as in the above embodiment, but it does not deny other shapes, for example, a shape close to a circle or an ellipse Conceivable. Alternatively, a polygon such as an octagon can be adopted. Further, a configuration in which the main body is formed from a material having high deformability such as rubber and deformed along the shape of the electronic device is also conceivable.
[0109]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the layout in which a plurality of electronic devices are inserted side by side into the vertically or horizontally long slotted opening 90 has been described as an example. However, the present invention is also applicable to a case where one electronic device is mounted in one hole. Can be adopted.
In the above-described embodiment, the engaging portion forming member 3 is attached to the electronic device to form the device-side engaging portion. However, the device-side engaging portion may be formed directly on the housing of the electronic device. .
[0110]
【The invention's effect】
