Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-6-51403 (FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, two cumbersome operations are required: an operation of temporarily fixing the plate-like member inserted into the screen support bar and an operation of fixing the screen support bar to the upper end holding member. Was to do. In addition, the number of parts is increased, and the entire screen support structure is enlarged, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost and handling.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and has an object to provide a screen end connection structure capable of reducing the number of parts and facilitating assembly work.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the screen end connection structure of the present invention connects one end of the screen to a winding member rotatably supported in a casing, and has a cross-sectional shape of the other end of the screen. The screen is connected to a plate-like member having a substantially rectangular shape and having a predetermined length along the screen width direction, the plate-like member is held in the internal space of the upper end holding member, and the upper end holding member is positioned upward to move the screen. In a screen device, the screen is configured such that the screen can be freely changed into a retracted use posture and a storage posture in which the upper end holding member is moved to the casing side and the screen is wound up and stored. At the lower end, an opening is formed so that the plate-shaped member to which the other end of the screen is connected can be inserted into the upper end holding member in a vertical position in which a long side in a sectional view thereof is substantially along the vertical direction. And a posture holding means for holding the plate-shaped member inserted into the upper end holding member in a horizontal posture in which a long side in a cross-sectional view thereof is substantially horizontal or an inclined posture crossing the vertical direction. It is characterized by.
Therefore, by inserting the plate-shaped member to which the other end of the screen is connected into the upper end holding member through the opening thereof in the vertical position in which the long side in the cross-sectional view thereof is substantially along the vertical direction, the posture holding means The shape member can be held in the horizontal position or the inclined position in the upper end holding member. Then, by moving the upper end holding member up and down by using a manual force or an electric force, a link mechanism is used between a use posture in which the screen is sent out of the casing and expanded and a storage posture wound in the casing. The posture can be changed smoothly.
[0007]
The screen is made of a material having a restoring force, and the screen is attached to one of the front and back surfaces of the plate-shaped member with the back surface at the upper end thereof attached thereto, and the attached screen is attached to the plate. The screen is moved to the side away from the other surface of the plate-like member by winding the screen around the other surface of the plate-like member and inserting the plate-like member through the opening of the upper end holding member. Is fixed in the upper end holding member to constitute the posture holding means.
By inserting the plate-shaped member through the opening of the upper end holding member while the screen attached as described above is wound around the other surface of the plate-shaped member, the screen is restored by the restoring force to the other surface of the plate-shaped member. Moving away from the screen, that is, the wrapped screen is spread to be in an unwound state. Then, by pressing the screen against the opening, the plate-shaped member can be fixed in the upper end holding member.
[0008]
The lower end of the plate-like member in the inclined position, which is located lower toward the rear side or lower toward the front side, is located below the rear wall or the front wall of the front and rear walls constituting the upper end holding member. A recess for stopping may be formed.
By locking the lower end of the plate member in the inclined position to the recess as described above, the plate member arranged in the upper end holding member moves due to vibrations generated during transportation or handling of the screen device. Or rotation can be reliably prevented.
[0009]
Further, the interval between the inner surfaces of the front and rear wall portions constituting the upper end holding member may be set to be smaller than the long side dimension in a sectional view of the plate-shaped member.
The plate-like member held in the inclined position in the upper end holding member as described above is reliably prevented from moving or rotating in the upper end holding member due to vibrations generated during transportation and handling of the screen device. can do.
[0010]
Further, caps for closing openings that are opened at both left and right ends of the upper end holding member are provided, and at least one of the caps has a gap formed between the plate-shaped member and the upper end holding member. A projection may be provided to penetrate and prevent rotation of the plate-shaped member.
Due to the projection provided on the cap as described above, the plate-like member held in the horizontal position or the inclined position in the upper end holding member is moved by the vibration or the like generated when the screen device is transported or handled. It can be reliably prevented from moving or rotating in the interior.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIGS. 1 and 2 show a self-supporting storage elevating screen device (hereinafter, referred to as a synthetic posture) in which a synthetic resin screen (the size (size) may be other than that shown in the drawing) 1 is set up and extended to be used. , A screen device 2), and by winding it around a cylindrical winding pipe 4 as a winding member supported in a casing 3, a portable lightweight and small (handy type) screen device 2 is obtained. Although configured, a large screen device may be used. In the following, the longitudinal direction (screen horizontal width direction) of the casing 3 for accommodating the screen device 2 shown in FIG. 1 is defined as the horizontal direction, and the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the casing 3 (screen horizontal width direction). Is described as the front-back direction. The elevating screen 2 is disposed on the back (rear) surface side of the screen 1 and the casing 3 for winding and storing the screen 1 and is made of metal (wooden) to which the upper end of the screen 1 is connected. And a synthetic resin) may be provided at the left and right ends of the upper end support member 5 with left and right link mechanisms 6, 6 whose upper ends are pivotally connected. Here, the screen 1 is brought into the use posture by manually lifting the upper end holding member 5 located in the casing 3 and pushing down the upper end holding member 5 positioned above by hand. , The screen 1 in the use posture can be wound up and stored, but the posture of the screen 1 can be changed by an electric force of an electric motor or the like. Further, the screen device 2 is not limited to the shape, size, and the like shown in the drawings, and can be freely changed. Although the upper end holding member 5 can be raised and lowered (elevated and lowered) by using the link mechanisms 6 and 6, the upper end holding member 5 may be raised and lowered by using another mechanism.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the casing 3 has a cylindrical case main body 3A having a substantially U-shaped cross-section in which the above-described upper opening 3K is formed, and left and right ends of the case main body 3A. It comprises end caps 3B, 3B for closing the opening, and legs 3C, 3C, which are rotatably attached to two specific left and right portions of the lower surface of the case body 3A and are substantially rectangular in plan view. However, other configurations may be used. As shown in FIG. 2, brackets 7, 7 for pivotally connecting the lower ends of the link mechanisms 6, 6 are fixed to the bottom of the case body 3A.
[0013]
As described above, the screen 1 is wound on a cylindrical winding pipe 4 supported in the casing 3, and the winding pipe 4 is wound by a biasing means such as a spring (not shown). It is biased (rotationally biased in one direction). Then, the plate-shaped member 8 attached to the upper end of the screen 1 is locked to the upper end support member 5 having the same lateral dimension as the lateral width of the screen 1 so that the upper end of the screen 1 is moved to the upper end support member. 5 and the connection structure will be described in detail. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the upper end holding member 5 is formed to have a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section. A substantially rectangular internal space 5K is formed in a lower part of the inside, and a plate-like member 8 made of metal (may be made of synthetic resin, wood, or the like) is formed on the lower surface (bottom surface) in a long side direction in a cross-sectional view thereof. It is configured to have an opening 5A formed in a size that cannot be inserted in a horizontal posture, that is, a size that can be inserted in a posture in which the long side direction is oriented substantially up and down. As shown in FIG. The three walls that form 5K, that is, the front wall 5a, the upper wall 5b, and the rear (back) wall 5c of the rear (back) wall 5c protrude rearward from the rear, thereby inwardly rearward. The recess 5S is formed to protrude from the recess 5S. Therefore, the plate-like member 8 having the upper end of the screen 1 fixed by an adhesive (or may be fixed by a screw or the like) is inserted through the opening 5A, and one end of the plate-like member 8 is locked in the recess 5S. By holding the plate member 8, the plate member 8 inserted into the upper end holding member 5 does not unexpectedly move or rotate due to vibration during transportation or handling of the screen device 2, and the plate member 8 It is ensured that it can be prevented from coming outside through the opening 5A.
[0014]
A plate-like extending member 9 fixed by screws B1 and extending rearward at two positions on the left and right sides of the rear (back) surface of the upper end holding member 5; A connecting member 11 for pivotally connecting the upper end portions of the link mechanisms 6 and 6 is formed by a plate-shaped auxiliary member 10 fixed to a lower surface front side of the plate portion by a screw B2. 5A shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is a handle which is screwed at a substantially central portion in the left-right direction of the upper end support member 5 in order to lift the screen 1, but may be omitted. The left and right ends of the upper end holding member 5 are opened, and caps 12 and 12 made of a box-shaped synthetic resin (which may be made of metal or wood) are opened to close the opening. The upper end holding member 5 is fitted to each of the left and right ends by fitting. The caps 12 may be fixed to both sides of the upper end holding member 5 by screwing instead of fitting.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 (a) and (b), the plate-like member 8 has a rectangular cross section, and has a length substantially equal to the left and right width of the screen 1 shown in FIGS. It has a long dimension having. Then, the surface of the upper end of the screen 1 is bonded and fixed to the one surface 8A of the front and back surfaces 8A and 8B of the plate-like member 8 over substantially the entire surface using an adhesive, as shown in FIG. The screen 1 is wound around the other surface 8B of the plate member 8 so as to be in contact with the other surface 8B, and is moved upward with the long side direction in the cross section of the plate member 8 substantially along the vertical direction while maintaining the state with the finger. Then, the screen 1 is pressed against the back surface of the plate member 8 as shown in FIG. 6B by inserting the hand into the internal space 5K of the upper end holding member 5 through the opening 5A and releasing the hand. Move to the side separated by the restoring force, the lower end of the plate-shaped member 8 is locked in the concave portion 5S, and the inner surface of the upper end holding member 5 and the opening 5A are pressed by a part of the screen 1 so that the plate-shaped member 8 is pressed. An inclined figure where the member 8 crosses the vertical direction In constituting the posture holding means being fixed. Since the lower end of the plate-shaped member 8 is locked in the recess 5S in this manner, the lower end of the plate-shaped member 8 is prevented from moving upward and rotating. Does not come off from the inside of the internal space 5K. Here, by maintaining the plate member 8 in an oblique direction crossing the vertical direction, the front-rear width of the upper end holding member 5 is made smaller than in the case where the plate member 8 is maintained in a horizontal posture. However, the present invention may be carried out while maintaining the plate member 8 in a horizontal posture. In addition, the posture holding means is constituted by the restoring force of the screen 1 and the concave portion 5S formed in the upper end holding member 5, so that the vibration generated during the transportation and handling of the screen device causes the upper end holding member 5 There is an advantage that the plate-like member 8 disposed in the upper end holding member 5 without the concave portion 5S, that is, the screen 1 can be reliably prevented from moving or rotating. A configuration in which the plate-like member 8 is held therein may be employed. The screen 1 is made of a synthetic resin having a large restoring force, and may be any material having a restoring force, such as cloth or paper.
[0016]
In FIGS. 5 and 6A and 6B, the connection between the plate member 8 and the upper end holding member 5 is prevented from being released by locking the lower end of the plate member 8 in the recess 5S. However, it may be configured as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9.
[0017]
In FIG. 7, the dimension of the inner space 5K in the front-rear direction, that is, the distance L1 between the inner surface 5H of the front wall 5a and the inner surface 5E of the rear wall 5c is set so that the plate 8 cannot rotate. By setting the length to be smaller than the long side dimension (length of the long side) in the cross section, the plate member 8 is prevented from unexpectedly rotating and coming out of the internal space 5K to the outside through the opening 5A. I have to. By configuring the upper end holding member 5 in this way, there is an advantage that the dimension (size) of the upper end holding member 5 in the front-rear direction can be reduced.
[0018]
In FIG. 8, a protrusion 5T projecting rearward is bulged substantially at the center of the inner surface of the front wall 5a in the vertical direction, so that the lower surface of the upper wall 5b, the upper surface of the protrusion 5T, and the rear surface of the front wall 5a. A concave portion 5S is formed by this and a part of the screen 1 fixed to the plate-like member 8 inserted into the internal space 5K is inserted into the concave portion 5S and locked, so that the screen 1 is located higher upward as it approaches the front side. The plate-like member 8 may be maintained in the forward rising posture. Although FIG. 8 shows a case in which a part of the screen 1 is inserted into and locked in the recess 5S, one end in the longitudinal direction (the upper end in the figure) of the plate member 8 in cross section is also formed in the recess 5S. It may be in a state of being inserted and locked.
[0019]
9 (a) and 9 (b), a rod-shaped protrusion 13 is integrally formed on the inner surface of the cap 12 (a separately formed protrusion 13 may be provided on the cap 12 with an adhesive or the like). By providing the cap 12 on both sides of the upper end holding member 5, the protrusion 13 is inserted into the gap between the plate member 8 and the inner surface of the front wall 5a of the upper end holding member 5, thereby opening the opening 5A. The protruding portion 5Z and the protruding portion 13 protruding upward from the support member 5 can horizontally hold the plate-like member 8 which is in a substantially horizontal posture. 9A shows a state in which there is a gap between the protrusion 13 and the inner surface of the front wall 5a of the upper end holding member 5 so that the protrusion 13 can be easily inserted. The diameter of the protrusion 13 may be increased so that the protrusion 13 and the inner surface of the front wall 5 a of the upper end holding member 5 are in contact with each other. 9A and 9B, the protruding portion 5Z abuts on the front side of the lower end surface 8B of the plate member 8 at one end (lower end) in the long side direction in the cross section of the plate member 8, and The projecting portion 13 contacts the substantially central portion in the front-rear direction of the screen 1 located on the surface 8A of the plate-shaped member 8 at the other end (upper end) in the long side direction in the cross section of the plate-shaped member 8, thereby forming the raised portion 5Z. The plate-like member 8 can be sandwiched and held in a predetermined posture (substantially horizontal posture) between the protruding portion 5Z and the protruding portion 13; Can be changed freely. When the cap 12 shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B is used, the cap 12 may be provided with a protrusion 13 so as to fix the plate member 8 in the horizontal direction. In addition, in FIG. 9A, in addition to using the restoring force of the screen 1 to enable the screen 1 to be fixed in the upper end holding member 5, the screen 1 may be configured to be fixed in the upper end holding member 5 only by locking. it can.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the plate-shaped member to which the other end of the screen is connected is simply inserted into the upper end holding member through the opening thereof in a vertical position in which a long side in a sectional view thereof is substantially along the vertical direction. As a result, the plate-like member can be held in the horizontal position or the inclined position in the upper end holding member by the position holding means, so that not only the screen supporting bar is unnecessary as in the conventional case, but also the assembling work is easy and quick. It is possible to provide a screen end connection structure capable of simultaneously reducing costs by reducing the number of parts and increasing the efficiency of assembly work.
[0021]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, by utilizing the restoring force of the screen, the plate-like member is opened at the upper end holding member in a state where the screen is wound around the other surface of the plate-like member to which one end of the screen is attached. Just by inserting through the part, the screen moves to the side away from the other surface of the plate-shaped member, that is, the wound screen spreads and becomes unwound, and the screen is pressed against the inner surface and opening of the upper end holding member Thus, the plate-like member can be fixed in the upper end holding member, and the end portion of the screen can be fixed to the upper end holding member without any modification of the upper end holding member or the plate-like member. Advantages are achieved in any of the planes.
[0022]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the lower end of the plate member in the inclined posture is locked in the concave portion, so that the plate arranged in the upper end holding member due to vibration generated during transportation or handling of the screen device. The movable member can be reliably prevented from moving or rotating, and can be made highly reliable without trouble such as one end of the screen coming off during transportation or handling of the screen device.
[0023]
According to the invention of claim 4, by setting the interval between the inner surfaces of the front and rear wall portions constituting the upper end holding member smaller than the long side dimension of the upper end holding member, it is possible to reduce the size of the upper end holding member itself. As in the case of the third aspect, it is possible to provide a highly reliable apparatus free from troubles such as one end of the screen coming off during transportation or handling of the screen apparatus.
[0024]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the caps mounted on both ends of the upper end holding member to close the openings opened at the left and right ends thereof enter the gap formed between the plate-shaped member and the upper end holding member. By providing a projection for preventing rotation of the plate-like member, it is not necessary to modify the upper end holding member at all, and the degree of freedom in designing the upper end holding member can be improved. However, as in the case of the third aspect, it is possible to provide a highly reliable apparatus free from troubles such as one end of the screen coming off during transportation or handling of the screen apparatus.
