Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display object holder which is suitably provided with a hardness to swing of a holding material to an attaching material and allows reduction of the number of parts.
SOLUTION: The display object holder is provided with an attaching material 24 arranged on an attachment surface and a single-wire holding material 25 supported by the attaching material 24. The holding material 25 is provided with a spring part 30 formed by winding a single wire and extending parts 31 and 32 which are placed in both ends of the spring part 30 and are shakably pivoted so as to hold the attaching material 24 between themselves. The spring part 30 is so constituted that its elastic force determines the hardness to swing of the holding material 25 to the attaching material and can clip a planar display object P. Since the elastic force determining the hardness to swing of the holding material 25 and the elastic force clipping the planar display object P are made to collectively act by the elastic force of the spring part 30, the number of parts is reduced.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

When holding a flat display object, the display object is sandwiched by inserting the display object between the spring portions of the holder, and when changing the angle of the display object, the extension of the holder is required. By rotating the existing part with respect to the mounting body, the spring part is swung to change the angle of the display object.
[0023]
As described above, according to the first aspect, the extension of the holding body sandwiches the mounting body, and the elastic force of the spring part overstresses the extension, thereby determining the rocking rigidity of the holding body. The display object can be appropriately arranged at a predetermined angle by suitably setting the rigidity of the swing of the holder with respect to the mounting body. Further, since the elastic force for determining the rocking rigidity of the holding body and the elastic force for sandwiching the flat display object are collectively acted on by the elastic force of the spring portion, the structure is simplified and the number of parts is reduced. , And as a result, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0024]
According to the second aspect, the mounting body sandwiches the extending portion of the holding body and the elastic force of the spring portion determines the rocking rigidity of the holding body by overstressing the extending portion. The display object can be appropriately arranged at a predetermined angle by suitably setting the rigidity of the swinging motion of the holder with respect to. Can be.
[0025]
When a plurality of spring portions are formed by rotating a single wire at different positions, a plurality of flat display objects can be gripped at different positions of the plurality of spring portions. As described in Item 4, when a plurality of spring portions are arranged on one plane, a single flat display object can be gripped by the plurality of spring portions, so that a large display object can be held.
[0026]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, when a groove is formed on at least one of the installation surfaces of the mounting body with which the extending portion of the holding body comes into contact so as to temporarily stop the swing of the extending portion of the holding body, the display is performed. When the angle of the object is changed, since the extending portion is temporarily fixed to the groove, the spring portion can be more appropriately arranged at a predetermined position by arranging the groove. As described in claim 6, when at least one of the installation surfaces of the mounting body with which the extending portion of the holding body comes into contact, a projection is formed so as to temporarily stop the swing of the extending portion of the holding body. When the angle of the display object is changed, the extending portion is temporarily fixed between the protrusion and the other protrusion, so that the spring can be more appropriately arranged at a predetermined position by disposing the protrusion. .
[0027]
As described in claim 7, a plurality of grooves are formed on at least one of the mounting surfaces of the mounting body, and the depth of the grooves is changed so that the extending portion of the holding body can be arranged at a desired temporary fixing position. When the angle of the display object is changed when the angle of the display object is changed, the extending portion is easily temporarily fixed to the predetermined groove due to the difference in the depth of the groove, so that the spring portion is suitably positioned at a desired position. Can be arranged. As described in claim 8, a plurality of projections are formed on at least one surface of the mounting body, and the shape of the projections is set so that the extension of the holding body can be arranged at a desired temporary fixing position. When changing the angle of the display object by changing to another projection, the extending portion is easily temporarily fixed between the predetermined projection and another projection due to a difference in the shape of the projection, The spring portion can be suitably arranged at a desired position.
[0028]
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, when the insertion hole is formed in the installation surface of the mounting body so as to support the extending portion of the holding body, and the concave portion is formed in the outer end of the insertion hole, the insertion of the insertion hole is performed. Even if there is a curved surface in the bent portion of the extending portion that divides the portion, the bent portion of the extending portion does not come into contact with the installation surface of the mounting body by the concave portion, and the other portion of the extending portion Since the portion appropriately contacts the attachment, the holder can be stably disposed on the attachment.
[0029]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0030]
FIGS. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention, in which a display object P is represented by the same reference numeral as in the conventional example.
[0031]
The display object holder 21 of the first example has a mounting member 24 disposed on an upper mounting surface 22 such as a pachinko machine or a slot via an adhesive means 23 such as a double-sided tape, and a single line supported by the mounting member 24. And a body 25.
[0032]
The mounting body 24 has a first insertion hole 27 formed on the upper installation surface 26 and a second insertion hole 29 coaxial with the first insertion hole 27 formed on the lower installation surface 28. I have.
[0033]
The holding body 25 includes a spring portion 30 having a single wire looped a plurality of times (one and a half in the drawing) at a predetermined position, and one extension that extends from both ends of the spring portion 30 and is bent to face each other at a predetermined position. A portion 31 and the other extension 32 are provided, and one extension 31 is inserted into the first insertion hole 27 of the mounting body 24 and the other extension 32 is inserted into the second insertion hole 29. Accordingly, the mounting body 24 is pivotally supported by being vertically sandwiched.
[0034]
Here, the holding body 25 has the spring portion 30 and the extension portions 31 and 32 formed by a single line, and applies elastic force to the spring portion 30 at the molding stage to force the extension portions 31 and 32 inward. In addition, an elastic force is applied to the spring portion 30 by using a winding portion of the spring portion 30 as a winding, so that the spring portion 30 is excessively biased in a direction in which the spring portion 30 expands and contracts. The number of revolutions of the spring portion 30 may be different plural times, and the shape of the revolution of the spring portion 30 may be a polygon such as a triangle or a square other than the ring.
[0035]
Hereinafter, the operation of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0036]
When the flat display object P is held in the display object holder 21 of the first example, the display object P is sandwiched by inserting the display object P between the orbital portions of the spring portion 30, and the flat display object P is held. When the angle of the display object P is changed in the left-right direction, the spring portions 30 of the holder 25 are swung in the left-right direction by rotating the extending portions 31, 32 of the holder 25 with respect to the mounting body 24. To change the angle of the display object P in the horizontal direction. Here, when the angle of the flat display object P is changed in the left-right direction, the extension portions 31 and 32 of the holder 25 sandwich the attachment body 24 and the elastic force of the spring portion 30 increases the extension portion 31, By stiffening the holding body 25 inward, the rocking rigidity of the holding body 25 is suitably determined.
[0037]
As described above, according to the display object holder 21 of the first example, the rigidity of the swing of the holder 25 with respect to the attachment body 24 is made favorable by the elastic force of the spring portion 30, and the display object P is appropriately adjusted at a predetermined angle. Can be arranged. Further, the elastic force for determining the rigidity of the swing of the holding body 25 and the elastic force for holding the flat display object P are collectively acted on by the elastic force of the spring portion 30, so that the structure is simplified. In addition, the number of parts can be reduced, and as a result, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. The number of turns of the spring portion 30 may be increased so that a plurality of display objects P can be gripped.
[0038]
FIGS. 5 to 7 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 4 denote the same components.
[0039]

A second insertion hole 70 coaxial with one insertion hole 68 is formed.
[0081]
The holding body 63 is configured such that a plurality of (one and a half in the figure) spring portions 71 are formed by looping a single line in a predetermined position in an annular manner, and are bent in opposite directions so as to extend from both ends of the spring portion 71 and be separated from each other at a predetermined position. One extension 72 and the other extension 73 are provided. One extension 72 is inserted into the first insertion hole 68 of the first attachment portion 65 and the other extension 73 is attached to the second attachment portion. By being inserted into the second insertion hole 70 of the part 66, it is sandwiched in the vertical direction by the first mounting part 65 and the second mounting part 66 and is pivotally supported so as to be swingable.
[0082]
Here, the holding body 63 has the spring portion 71 and the extension portions 72 and 73 formed by a single line, and gives an elastic force to the spring portion 71 at the molding stage, thereby forcing the extension portions 72 and 73 outward. In addition, by applying a resilient force to the spring portion 71 by using a winding portion of the spring portion 71 as a winding, the spring portion 71 is overstrained in a direction in which the spring portion 71 expands and contracts. The number of revolutions of the spring portion 71 may be different plural times, and the shape of the revolution of the spring portion 71 may be a polygon such as a triangle or a square other than a ring.
[0083]
Hereinafter, the operation of the eighth example of the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0084]
When the flat display object P is held in the display object holder 61 of the eighth example, the display object P is sandwiched by inserting the display object P between the orbital portions of the spring portion 71, and the flat display object P is held. When the angle of the display object P is changed in the left-right direction, the spring portions 71 of the holding body 63 are swung in the left-right direction by rotating the extending portions 72, 73 of the holding body 63 with respect to the mounting body 62. To change the angle of the display object P in the horizontal direction. Here, when changing the angle of the flat display object P in the left-right direction, the extending portions 72 and 73 of the holder 63 are sandwiched between the first mounting portion 65 and the second mounting portion 66 and the spring portion 71 is formed. The elastic force of (1) overstresses the extending portions 72 and 73 outward, thereby suitably determining the rocking rigidity of the holding body 63.
[0085]
Thus, according to the display object holder of the eighth example, the rigidity of the swing of the holder 63 with respect to the attachment body 62 is made favorable by the elastic force of the spring portion 71, and the display object P is appropriately arranged at a predetermined angle. can do. Further, the elastic force for determining the rigidity of the swing of the holding body 63 and the elastic force for clamping the flat display object P are collectively acted on by the elastic force of the spring portion 71, so that the structure is simplified. In addition, the number of parts can be reduced, and as a result, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. The number of turns of the spring portion 71 may be increased so that a plurality of display objects P can be gripped.
[0086]
Further, the display object holder of the eighth example has grooves or recesses shown in the second to fifth examples on the lower installation surface 67 of the first mounting portion 65 and the upper installation surface 69 of the second mounting portion 66. The protrusions shown in the sixth and seventh examples may be formed. In this case, the eighth example of the embodiment of the present invention can achieve the same operation and effects as the second to seventh examples.
[0087]
FIGS. 24 and 25 show a ninth embodiment of the present invention, in which the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 4 denote the same components.
[0088]
The display object holder 81 of the ninth example includes a mounting member 82 disposed on an upper mounting surface 22 such as a pachinko machine or a slot via an adhesive means 23 such as a double-sided tape, and a single line supported by the mounting member 82. And a body 83.
[0089]
The mounting body 82 forms a first insertion hole 85 in the upper installation surface 84 and forms a second insertion hole 87 coaxial with the first insertion hole 85 in the lower installation surface 86. I have.
[0090]
The holding body 83 is a spring portion 88 that makes a single wire loop around a plurality of places at a predetermined position and around a plurality of places (one and a half at each of two places in the figure) at different positions and arranges each part around the same plane. And one extending portion 89 and the other extending portion 90 that extend from both ends of the spring portion 88 and are bent so as to face each other at a predetermined position. By inserting the other extension portion 90 into the second insertion hole 87 and inserting the other extension portion 90 into the second insertion hole 87, the attachment body 82 is vertically supported and pivotally supported.
[0091]
Here, the holding member 83 has the spring portion 88 and the extension portions 89 and 90 formed by a single line, and applies an elastic force to the spring portion 88 at the molding stage to force the extension portions 89 and 90 inward. In addition, by applying a resilient force to the spring portion 88 by using a winding portion of the spring portion 88 as a winding, the spring portion 88 is excessively biased in a direction in which the spring portion 88 expands and contracts. The number of turns of the spring portion 88 may be different plural times, the shape of the spring portion 88 may be a polygon other than a ring, such as a triangle or a square, and the orbiting spring portion 88 may be further turned at different positions. (3 or more places).
[0092]
Hereinafter, the operation of the ninth embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0093]
When a plurality of flat display objects P are held in the display object holder 81 of the ninth example, the plurality of display objects P are inserted between the two orbital portions of the spring portions 88, respectively. When holding the display object P and holding the large flat display object P, the display object P is inserted between two orbital portions of the spring portions 88 to hold the display object P. Further, the number of turns of the spring portion 88 may be increased to hold a plurality of flat display objects P in one spring portion 88.
[0094]
When the angle of the flat display object P is changed in the left-right direction, the extension portions 89 and 90 of the holding member 83 are pivoted with respect to the mounting member 82 so that the spring portions 88 of the holding member 83 are shifted left and right. The angle of the display object P is changed in the left-right direction by swinging in the direction. Here, when the angle of the flat display object P is changed in the left-right direction, the extension portions 89 and 90 of the holder 83 sandwich the attachment 82 and the elastic force of the spring portion 88 increases. The rigidity of the swing of the holder 83 is suitably determined by overstressing the holding member 90 inward.
[0095]
As described above, by forming the plurality of spring portions 88 by rotating the single wire at different positions, the plurality of flat display objects P can be gripped by the spring portions 88 at different positions. When the 88s are arranged on one plane, a single flat display object P can be gripped by the plurality of spring portions 88, so that a large display object P can be held.
[0096]
Furthermore, according to the display object holder 81 of the ninth example, the rigidity of the swing of the holder 83 with respect to the attachment body 82 is made favorable by the elastic force of the spring portion 88, and the display object P is appropriately arranged at a predetermined angle. be able to. In addition, the elastic force for determining the rigidity of the swing of the holding body 83 and the elastic force for holding the flat display object P are collectively acted on by the elastic force of the spring portion 88, so that the structure is simplified. In addition, the number of parts can be reduced, and as a result, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0097]
Further, the display object holder 81 of the ninth example has grooves and recesses shown in the second to fifth examples on the upper installation surface 84 and the lower installation surface 86 of the attachment body 82, the sixth example, and the sixth example. The projections shown in the seven examples may be formed. In this case, the ninth embodiment of the present invention can achieve the same operation and effects as the second to seventh examples. Further, the display object holder 81 of the ninth example may be configured to be sandwiched by the attachment body 82 as in the eighth example.
[0098]
