Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power consumption measuring device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional power consumption measuring device is an internal component that measures the amount of power used by an electric appliance by plugging a power cord of the device main body or the device main body into a power outlet, and further plugging a power cord of the electric appliance into the device main body. Measure with a sensor, calculate with a computing device, which is also an internal part, and display the calculation result on a display attached to the device main body, or a power cord with the device main body or the power cord of the device main body , And the information measured by the sensor separately arranged on the distribution board is drawn into the device main body by a lead wire, calculated by an arithmetic device that is an internal component, and the calculation result is displayed on a display attached to the device main body. Sensor that holds one of the power cords of an electric appliance between clamps of the system and the clamp of the device body, and is inside the clamp Te calculated by the computing device is an internal component of the measured device body electric energy, those schemes to be displayed on a display device that attach the calculation result to the apparatus main body there.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
All of the conventional power consumption measuring devices require a power supply for an arithmetic circuit, which is an internal component thereof, and all use power supplied from a power company as a supply source. If the main purpose of using these power consumption measuring devices is to grasp and save power consumption, it is not preferable that the use of these devices itself be accompanied by consumption of power supplied from a power company. In addition, in a mode in which the user can freely change the mounting position than when the mounting position is fixed, it is possible to quickly measure the power consumption of the electric appliance to be measured when the measurement is desired. Also, it is dangerous to modify the power cord of an electric appliance for measurement, and the above-described power consumption measuring device of the type in which one of the power cords is inserted is suitable for measuring the electric energy of an electric appliance at home. Not.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

(B) A main body case 2 having an electronic circuit 5 inside and a display device 3 on a side surface.
(C) When the power cord of the electric appliance to be measured is sandwiched between the power cord clamps 1, the coil 4 built in the power cord clamp 1 induces a current to drive the electronic circuit 5 and to operate the power cord. It has a function of measuring the value of the current flowing through the inside, calculating the value by the electronic circuit 5 and displaying the result on the display device 3.
(D) When the electric appliance to be measured is operating, the coil 4 serves both for driving the electronic circuit 5 and the display device 3 and for measuring the current. When the electric appliance is not operating, the coil 4 is used. 3 is performed only.
(E) Or, when the electric appliance to be measured is operating, the coil 4 serves both for driving the electronic circuit 5 and the display device 3 and for measuring the current, and when the electric appliance is not operating, the coil 4 is used. The display device 3 is not driven.
The problem has been solved by the power consumption measuring device having the above configuration and features.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention. (1) shows a power cord clamp having a cylindrical cavity inside. (2) shows a main body case having a display device (3) on a side surface. 2 and 3 are a sectional view and a perspective view showing the internal structure of the present invention. The inside of the power cord clamp (1) has a plurality of coils (4) arranged so as to be in contact with the cavity, and the inside of the main body case (5) has an electronic circuit (5).
The present invention is used as follows in the above configuration. As shown in FIG. 5, first, the power cord (6) of the electric appliance (15) whose power consumption is to be measured is connected to the power outlet (16), and the power cord (6) is connected to the power cord clamp unit (1). Pinch. The power cord (6) connected to the power outlet (16) generates electromagnetic noise due to alternating current, and the coil (4) built in the power cord clamp (1) converts the electromagnetic noise into current by electromagnetic induction. This current is transmitted to an electronic circuit built in the main body case (5), and the electronic circuit operates. Next, when the electric appliance (15) is turned on and operated, the magnetic field of the power cord (6) increases, so that the current flowing through the coil (4) also increases. These changes in current are measured by the electronic circuit (5), and the results are displayed on the display device (3).
[0006]
【Example】
FIG. 4 is a circuit diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention. First, the power cord (6) of the electric appliance (15) whose power consumption is to be measured is connected to the power outlet (16), and the power cord (6) is sandwiched between the power cord clamps (1). The power cord (6) connected to the power cord generates electromagnetic noise due to alternating current, and the rod-shaped coil (4) incorporated in the power cord clamp (1) converts the electromagnetic noise into alternating current. This alternating current is rectified by the diode (8) and the capacitor (7) to operate the electronic circuits (10) to (14). Next, when the electric appliance (15) is turned on and operated, an alternating current flows through the power cord (6), so that the rotation directions are opposite to each other around the two conductors built in the power cord (6). A magnetic field is generated so as to wind around each of the conductors and instantaneously switch the rotation direction. These magnetic fields affect each other, and as a result, a magnetic field in a direction perpendicular to the power cord (6) repeats reciprocation. Since the magnitude of this magnetic field varies depending on the amount of power consumption of the electric appliance (15) used, the amount of induced current obtained by the coil (4) arranged in parallel to this magnetic field is also the same as that of the electric appliance (15). Increases or decreases in proportion to the power consumption. In order to capture the amount of the induced current, the current of each coil (4) is temporarily stored in the integrator (10) for a certain period of time and then released, and the time until the comparator (11) confirms zero voltage is counted by the counter (12). And sends this information to the control unit (12). The control unit (12) regards the information having the largest change amount among these information as a value proportional to the voltage of the electric appliance (15). In the same manner, by measuring the voltage through the resistor (9) having a constant resistance value, a value proportional to the current of the appliance (15) is obtained, and these values and the operating time of the appliance (15) are obtained. Then, the power consumption of the electric appliance (15) is calculated by integrating the proportional coefficient, and the result information is sent to the display unit (14), and the display unit (14) displays the result. Note that the power consumption measuring device according to the present invention can continue to operate as long as it is connected to the power outlet even after the electric appliance (15) is turned off. Can be. Alternatively, even if the driving of the power consumption measuring device is stopped after the electric appliance (15) is switched off as in claim 2, the measured value is stored in a storage device such as a flash memory to accumulate the usage amount. Calculation is possible. In addition, by setting unit price information, which is a basis for calculating the electricity bill, in the control unit in advance, it is also possible to display the amount of usage.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the power consumption measuring device according to the present invention can measure the power consumption of the electric appliance with little consumption of the electric power supplied from the electric power company, is easy to carry, and has two parallel electric appliances. It can be detachably used for an electric appliance using an alternating current via a power cord provided with a conductor.
