Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0330】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a retaining wall block.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, revetments are designed in accordance with the revetment dynamics design method, in which the sliding (translational motion) between the upper and lower surfaces of each stacked retaining wall block is checked. ing.
[0003]
That is, it is checked whether or not the following sliding safety factor formula is satisfied.
[0004]
(Equation 5)
In addition, as an embodiment of the retaining wall block, a block main body formed at the upper and lower openings from the front and rear walls and the left and right walls is provided, and the left and right walls are formed with a stepped concave upper rear portion. In some cases, a step is formed between the front top end surface and the rear top end surface to reduce the weight of the retaining wall block itself.
[0005]
Then, left and right spacing holding pieces having the same height as the front wall are respectively protruded outward on the left and right end faces of the front wall, and left and right spacing holding pieces having the same height as the rear wall are respectively provided on the left and right end faces of the rear wall. When laying a large number of retaining wall blocks by protruding outward and adjoining in the left-right direction, the distance between the retaining wall blocks in the left-right direction can be kept constant through the left-right spacing holding pieces. (For example, see Patent Document 1).
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-120693
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the above-mentioned sliding safety factor is not satisfied, it is necessary to increase the vertical load. In this case, usually, the holding length of the retaining wall block is increased, and the cylinder to be filled in the retaining wall block is usually used. The amount of packing material (loading amount) is increased, but then the retaining wall block itself becomes larger, the unit price of the retaining wall block becomes higher, and the cost of the increased amount of packing material is increased. As a result, the construction cost increases, and the amount of excavation of the ground increases by an amount corresponding to the length of the buttress wall, and the construction cost also increases from this point.
[0008]
In the case of a retaining wall that needs to be curved, the lower row of block bodies laid next to each other in the left-right direction and the upper row of block bodies laid next to each other in the left-right direction in a stacked state Because the radius of curvature of the row differs for each row, the upper row slightly shifts in the left-right direction with respect to the lower row, and as the row becomes longer, the upper block body becomes The left and right sides of the lower block main body are not placed on two top end surfaces of the left and right walls of the lower block body.
[0009]
In addition, since the left and right space holding pieces are provided on the left and right end faces of the front and rear walls, respectively, in the case of a retaining wall where it is necessary to perform a curved construction, the left and right space holding pieces provided on the left and right end faces of the rear wall are appropriately used. It is necessary to cut the left and right interval holding pieces provided on the left and right end surfaces of the rear wall of the retaining wall block adjacent in the left and right direction so as not to interfere with each other.
[0010]
Moreover, the left and right interval holding pieces provided on the left and right end surfaces of the front wall of the retaining wall block adjacent to each other in the left and right direction are adjacent to each other in the left and right direction at the time of curve construction because the side end surfaces are only formed in a plane. There is a problem in that the left and right interval holding pieces are displaced in the front-rear direction and require much time and labor for construction.
[0011]

【The invention's effect】
(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, a block main body having a front / rear wall and left / right side walls and formed at least in an upper surface opening, and a slide prevention piece attached to the block main body so as to protrude upward. The lower part of the block body is inserted into the insertion hole formed in the front part of the block body, and is projected upward from the top end surface of the block body. By contacting the lower part of the front surface of the block main body that is stacked upward, the block main body is prevented from sliding forward.
[0268]
In this way, by preventing the sliding of the block bodies stacked in the upper stage by the sliding preventing pieces, the sliding resistance force Fr can be added to the lower block body.
[0269]
That is, the equation of the sliding safety factor is as follows.
[0270]
(Equation 10)
Therefore, by setting the sliding resistance force Fr such that the sliding safety factor Fs is equal to or greater than 1.5, for example, the front-rear width of the retaining wall block is suppressed as much as possible (formed to a short width). And the sliding safety factor Fs can be properly secured.
[0271]
In addition, the sliding safety factor Fs is generally 1.5, but when fluctuating due to various conditions at the site, the value is based on the value.
[0272]
(2) According to the second aspect of the present invention, any one of the lower portions of the slip preventing piece and the lifting connecting piece can be selectively inserted into the insertion hole.
[0273]
In this way, the lower part of the slide prevention piece is inserted into the insertion hole formed in the front top end face of the block main body, and the slide prevention piece is projected upward from the top end face, and the block is inserted into the slide prevention piece. By contacting the lower part of the front surface of the block main body that is stacked directly above the main body, it is possible to prevent the upper block main body from sliding forward as described in (1) above.
[0274]
Also, insert the lower part of the lifting connection piece into the insertion hole formed in the top end face of the front part of the block body, and make the lifting connection piece protrude upward from the top end face, and connect the lifting connection piece. By connecting the piece to the lifting machine via a lifting wire or the like, the retaining wall block can be easily lifted by the lifting machine.
[0275]
Therefore, the retaining wall construction work constructed by lifting and stacking the retaining wall blocks can be efficiently performed.
[0276]
(3) According to the third aspect of the present invention, a block main body having a front / rear wall and left / right side walls, and formed at least in an upper surface opening, and a slide prevention attached to the block main body so as to protrude upward. In addition to the block body, the slide prevention piece is disposed so as to be adjustable in the front-rear direction and / or the left-right direction so as to prevent the block body stacked immediately above the block body from sliding forward. I have to.
[0277]
In this way, the anti-slip pieces can be arranged so as to be freely adjustable in the front-rear direction and / or the left-right direction. By appropriately adjusting the positions of the pieces in the front-rear direction and / or the left-right direction and arranging them at required positions, it is possible to reliably prevent the block bodies stacked on the upper stage from sliding.
[0278]
Therefore, the sliding resistance Fr can be reliably added to the lower block main body, and the sliding resistance Fr is set so that the sliding safety factor Fs is equal to or larger than 1.5, thereby enabling the sliding. The safety factor Fs can be appropriately secured.
[0279]
In addition, since the anti-slip pieces can be arranged after appropriately positioning the upper row of the block main body that is displaced in the left-right direction, the stacking work of each block main body can be easily performed, and the step of the upper main body can be easily performed. The sliding prevention effect of the stacked block main bodies can also be properly secured.
[0280]
(4) According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the left-right positioning body is arranged in the block body so as to be adjustable in the left-right direction, and the anti-slip piece is attached to the left-right positioning body so as to be adjustable in the front-rear direction. I have to.
[0281]
In this way, by adjusting the position of the left-right positioning body in the left-right direction and adjusting the position of the anti-slip piece in the left-right positioning body in the front-rear direction, the anti-slip piece can be arranged at a required position. Therefore, when the retaining wall is curvedly constructed, even if the block bodies stacked on the upper stage are displaced in the left-right direction and / or the front-rear direction, the sliding of the block body can be reliably prevented.
[0282]
In addition, the positioning of the slide prevention piece can be easily performed.
[0283]
(5) According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, a support extending in the left-right direction is provided between the left and right walls, and a left-right positioning member is provided in the left-right direction between the support and the front wall of the block body. It is erected freely.
[0284]
In this way, the left-right positioning body is erected between the front wall and the support body of the block body facing in the front-rear direction, and in the same state, the block body is stacked on the lower block body at the upper stage. After positioning the upper block main body, the left-right positioning body is moved in the left-right direction and arranged at a required position, and the anti-slip piece is attached to the left-right positioning body so as to protrude upward, The anti-slip piece can be brought into contact with the lower front surface of the front wall of the upper block body.
[0285]
Therefore, when the retaining wall is curvedly constructed, even if the block bodies stacked on the upper stage are displaced in the left-right direction and / or the front-rear direction, the block bodies on the upper stage are opposed in the front-rear direction after the positioning of the upper block body. Between the front wall of the block body and the support, the left and right positioning members can be easily arranged in a required position in a bridged state, and further, the anti-slip pieces are arranged at the required positions of the left and right positioning members. It is possible to reliably prevent the upper block main body from sliding by the sliding prevention piece, and as a result, it is possible to appropriately secure a desired sliding safety factor Fs.
[0286]
In addition, for retaining walls that require curved construction, the lower row of block bodies laid next to each other in the left-right direction and the upper row of block bodies laid next to each other in the left-right direction in a stacked state Because the radius of curvature of the row differs for each row, the upper row is slightly displaced in the left-right direction with respect to the lower row, and as the row becomes longer, the upper block body becomes A problem arises in that the lower surface of the left and right portions does not rest on two locations on the top end surfaces of the left and right walls of the lower block body.
[0287]
However, even in such a case, in the present invention, since the support extending in the left-right direction is provided between the left and right walls, the lower surface of one of the left and right sides of the upper block body is supported by the support. It can be reliably supported.
[0288]
Further, the worker can carry out the work on the support as needed, and the work efficiency can be improved.
[0289]
(6) According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, a stepped concave rear side receiving portion extending in the left-right direction is formed on the upper front surface of the support, while a stepped concave front side extending in the left-right direction is formed on the upper rear surface of the front wall. The receiving portion is formed so as to oppose the stepped concave rear receiving portion in the front-rear direction, and a left-right positioning body is slidably mounted in the left-right direction between the stepped concave front and rear receiving portions.
[0290]
In this way, the left-right positioning body is erected between the stepped concave front and rear receiving portions opposed in the front-rear direction, and the block main body is stacked on the lower block main body in the same state in the same state. After positioning the upper block main body, the left-right positioning body can be easily slid in the left-right direction to be easily arranged at a required position. The anti-slip piece can be abutted against the lower part of the front surface of the front wall of the upper block body.
[0291]
Therefore, when the retaining wall is curvedly constructed, even if the block bodies stacked in the upper stage are displaced in the left-right direction and / or the front-rear direction, after the positioning of the upper block, the step facing the front-rear direction is performed. The left and right positioning bodies can be easily slid to a required position in a state of being erected between the concave front and rear receiving parts, and the slide prevention pieces can be easily placed at the required positions of the left and right positioning bodies. The sliding prevention piece can reliably prevent the upper block main body from sliding, and as a result, a desired sliding safety factor Fs can be appropriately secured.
[0292]
In addition, for retaining walls that require curved construction, the lower row of block bodies laid next to each other in the left-right direction and the upper row of block bodies laid next to each other in the left-right direction in a stacked state Because the radius of curvature of the row differs for each row, the upper row is slightly displaced in the left-right direction with respect to the lower row, and as the row becomes longer, the upper block body becomes A problem arises in that the lower surface of the left and right portions does not rest on two locations on the top end surfaces of the left and right walls of the lower block body.
[0293]
However, even in such a case, in the present invention, since the support extending in the left-right direction is provided between the left and right walls, the lower surface of one of the left and right sides of the upper block body is supported by the support. It can be reliably supported.
[0294]
Further, the worker can carry out the work on the support as needed, and the work efficiency can be improved.
[0295]
(7) According to the present invention, a support extending in the left-right direction is provided between the left and right walls, and the support soil, the front wall of the block body, and the left and right walls are used to fill the soil. Is formed, and the soil for filling vegetation can be filled in the space for filling the soil.
[0296]
In this way, by effectively utilizing the support as a component for forming the soil filling space, a soil filling space is formed in the block body, and the soil for filling is filled with the soil for filling. By doing so, vegetation can be planted on the same soil, and the retaining wall can be greened.
[0297]
(8) In the present invention as set forth in
[0298]
In this way, at the retaining wall construction site, the fixing material can be filled in the fixing material filling space and the anti-slip piece can be fixed by the fixing material, so that the anti-slip piece can be easily and in a situation. Accordingly, it can be securely fixed at a required position, and construction for preventing sliding of the upper block main body can be performed firmly and easily.
[0299]
In this case, since the left-right positioning body is formed separately from the block main body, the block main body can be easily formed and can be manufactured at low cost.
[0300]
(9) According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the plurality of retaining wall blocks are laid so as to be adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, and the plurality of retaining wall blocks are adjacent to each other in the left-right direction on these retaining wall blocks. In the same state, the slide prevention pieces are attached to each lower retaining wall block in the same state so as to protrude upward while adjusting the position in the front-rear direction and / or the left and right direction, and each slide prevention piece is placed directly above. By contacting the retaining wall blocks stacked on the lower front surface of the front wall, the stacked retaining wall blocks are prevented from sliding forward.
[0301]
Thus, after laying the row of lower retaining wall blocks, laying the row of upper retaining wall blocks on it in a stacked state, and positioning the row of upper retaining wall blocks, The anti-slip pieces are attached to the retaining wall block so as to protrude upward while adjusting the position in the front-rear direction and / or the left-right direction, and the lower front surface of the front wall of each retaining wall block in which the anti-slip pieces are stacked directly above. Therefore, the sliding of each retaining wall block can be reliably prevented, and the sliding safety factor can be appropriately secured.
[0302]
(10) According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, a block main body having a front / rear wall and left / right side walls, and formed at least in an upper surface opening, and protruding from a rear wall of the block main body, It is equipped with a vertical load receiving piece that receives the filling material.
[0303]
In this way, the vertical load from the backing material acts on the vertical load receiving piece, and the backing material is also loaded on the lower block body as the load of the block body. The backfill material on one piece can also be calculated (counted) by incorporating it into the vertical load in the above formula of the sliding safety factor, and the sliding safety factor of the block body can be increased.
[0304]
(11) According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the vertical load receiving piece protrudes rearward from the lower rear portion of the rear wall of the block main body, forms a vertical load receiving surface on the upper surface, and receives the vertical load receiving piece. The rearward projecting width of the surface is formed to be about 2.0 times the vertical width of the vertical load receiving piece or shorter.
[0305]
In this way, despite the vertical load from the backing material acting on the upper surface of the vertical load receiving piece, the vertical load receiving piece is bent due to the bending moment due to the bending moment due to the mechanical design. -Since the tensile stress is only the allowable stress of concrete, that is, it has a shape and size that does not require a reinforcing bar inside the vertical load receiving piece, there is no need to consider the effect of bending moment, so There is no need to arrange the bars, and the block main body can be easily and inexpensively manufactured.
[0306]
(12) In the twelfth aspect of the present invention, the vertical load receiving piece has a rear surface formed on an inclined surface substantially along the cut surface of the ground at the retaining wall construction site.
[0307]
In this way, the rear surface of the vertical load receiving piece substantially follows the cut surface despite the fact that the vertical load receiving piece projects rearward from the rear wall of the block body. The cutting amount can be reduced as much as possible, and the sliding safety factor can be appropriately secured, and the construction cost can be reduced.
[0308]
(13) According to the present invention, a block main body is formed at the upper and lower openings from the front and rear walls and the left and right walls, and the left and right walls have a stepped concave upper rear part. In the retaining wall block that is formed and has a step between the front top end face and the rear top end face, the left and right spacing holding pieces are bulged outward at the positions of the left and right end faces of the front wall, and Formed in the direction extending in the direction, the front top end face of the left and right walls and the top end face of the left and right spacing holding piece, at least one of the block top mounting surface substantially flush with the top end face of the front wall, The front-rear width Wx from the front end of the front end face of the front wall to the rear end of the front top end face of the left / right wall is:
Wx ≧ H1 × N × 0.1 + Wa
H1: Height of front wall
N: Modal gradient (minute)
Wa: front and rear width of the block mounting surface
Seeking to satisfy the relationship.
[0309]
In this way, the front-rear width from the front end of the front end surface of the front wall to the rear end of the front end surface of the left / right wall is formed to a minimum, and the front-end and rear end surfaces are formed between the front end surface and the rear end surface. Since the step is formed, the weight of the retaining wall block itself can be reduced, and the front and rear widths of the block mounting surface can be secured, so that the upper retaining wall block placed on the block mounting surface can be securely and securely placed. It can be supported in a stable state.
[0310]
In addition, since the left and right space holding pieces are formed so as to bulge outward and extend in the vertical direction at the positions of the left and right end surfaces of the front wall, the left and right space holding pieces are adjacent to each other via both the left and right space holding pieces. The distance between the side walls of the retaining wall blocks can be kept constant, and even when performing curved construction, the angle between the retaining wall blocks adjacent in the left and right direction must be adjusted to the position where the rear end of the side wall abuts. It can be held and arranged, and can be adequately adapted to curve construction with a small radius of curvature.
[0311]
(14) According to the present invention as set forth in
Wx ≧ H1 × N × 0.1 + Wa
H1: Height of front wall
N: Modal gradient (minute)
Wa: front and rear width of the block mounting surface
Seeking to satisfy the relationship.
[0312]
In this way, the front-rear width from the front end of the front end surface of the front wall to the rear end of the front end surface of the left / right wall is formed to a minimum, and the front-end and rear end surfaces are formed between the front end surface and the rear end surface. Since the step is formed, the weight of the retaining wall block itself can be reduced, and the front and rear widths of the block mounting surface can be secured, so that the upper retaining wall block placed on the block mounting surface can be securely and securely placed. It can be supported in a stable state.
[0313]
In addition, since the left and right interval holding pieces are formed so as to bulge outward and extend in the vertical direction at positions straddling the left and right end surfaces of the front wall and the front outer surfaces of the left and right walls, The distance between the side walls of the retaining wall blocks adjacent to each other in the left and right direction can be kept constant through both left and right interval holding pieces, and even when performing curved construction, the retaining wall blocks adjacent to each other in the left and right direction are It can be arranged with an angle up to the position where the rear end of the side wall abuts, and it can be adequately adapted to construction of a curved line having a small radius of curvature.
[0314]
(15) According to the present invention, a fitting recess extending in the vertical direction is formed at the outer end of one of the left and right spacing holding pieces, and the outer end of the other left and right spacing holding piece. And a fitting ridge portion extending in the vertical direction for fitting and connecting to the fitting recess.
[0315]
In this way, when laying the retaining wall blocks continuously in the left-right direction, the fitting recesses and the fitting projections of the wall blocks are fitted so as to be adjacent to each other, so that the connection can be made easily and securely. it can.
[0316]
In particular, when performing curved construction, even when the retaining wall blocks adjacent to each other in the left-right direction are arranged at an angle to each other, it is possible to ensure a good fitting state between the fitting concave portion and the fitting convex portion. Therefore, the retaining wall blocks adjacent to each other in the left-right direction can be laid accurately without being displaced in the front-rear direction.
[0317]
(16) According to the present invention, the insertion portion for lift is formed on the left and right side walls.
[0318]
In this manner, fork of a forklift, for example, can be inserted into the lift insertion portions formed on the left and right side walls. Can be easily stacked or unloaded.
[0319]
(17) According to the present invention, a support extending in the left-right direction is interposed between the front portions of the left and right walls.
[0320]
In this way, the soil filling space can be formed by the front wall, the left and right walls, and the support of the block body, and the soil filling space can be filled with the soil for vegetation. The plant can be vegetated on the same soil to green the retaining wall.
[0321]
In addition, since the upper retaining wall block that is displaced by the support can be supported, the stability of the retaining wall block that is stacked on the upper stage can be sufficiently ensured.
[0322]
(18) According to the eighteenth aspect of the present invention, a slip prevention piece is provided to protrude upward on at least one of the front top end faces of the left and right walls and the top end face of the left / right spacing holding piece, The sliding prevention piece prevents the block bodies stacked one above the other from sliding forward.
[0323]
In this way, by preventing the sliding of the block bodies stacked in the upper stage by the sliding preventing pieces, the sliding resistance force Fr can be added to the lower block body.
[0324]
That is, the equation of the sliding safety factor is as follows.
[0325]
[Equation 11]
Therefore, by setting the sliding resistance force Fr such that the sliding safety factor Fs is equal to or greater than 1.5, for example, the front-rear width of the retaining wall block is suppressed as much as possible (formed to a short width). And the sliding safety factor Fs can be properly secured.
[0326]
In addition, the sliding safety factor Fs is generally 1.5, but when fluctuating due to various conditions at the site, the value is based on the value.
[0327]
In addition, the slide prevention piece is provided on the front top end face of the left / right side wall or the top end face of the left / right interval holding piece, depending on the position of the block bodies stacked on the upper stage in the left-right direction, and the slide is performed. The prevention piece can reliably prevent the upper block main body from sliding forward, and the above-described sliding safety factor Fs can be appropriately secured.
[0328]
(19) According to the nineteenth aspect of the present invention, the left-right positioning member is disposed between the support and the front wall of the block body so as to be adjustable in the left-right direction, and the left-right positioning member is provided with a slip preventing piece. The sliding prevention pieces prevent the block bodies stacked immediately above from sliding forward.
[0329]
In this way, since the anti-slip pieces can be arranged so as to be adjustable in the left-right direction via the left-right positioning body, after appropriately positioning the upper row of the block body shifted in the left-right direction, By appropriately adjusting the position of the anti-slip piece in the left-right direction and disposing the anti-slip piece at a required position, it is possible to reliably prevent the slide of the block bodies stacked on the upper stage.
[0330]
Therefore, the sliding resistance Fr can be reliably applied to the lower block main body, and the sliding resistance Fr is set so that the sliding safety factor Fs is, for example, equal to or greater than 1.5. Thereby, the sliding safety factor Fs can be appropriately secured.
[0331]
In addition, since the anti-slip pieces can be arranged after appropriately positioning the upper row of the block main body that is displaced in the left-right direction, the stacking work of each block main body can be easily performed, and the step of the upper main body can be easily performed. The sliding prevention effect of the stacked block main bodies can also be properly secured.
[0332]
(20) In the present invention according to
[0333]
(Equation 12)
In this way, by adopting a retaining wall block provided with a slide prevention piece as a step retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs does not satisfy the above relationship, it is possible to properly secure the sliding safety factor Fs. it can.
[0334]
Further, as a stepped retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs satisfies the above relationship, a retaining wall block not provided with a slide prevention piece is adopted.
[0335]
However, even if the sliding safety factor Fs is a step that satisfies the above relationship in terms of stability calculation, a retaining wall block provided with a sliding prevention piece can be used as necessary for construction.
[0336]
For example, when there is a risk that the retaining wall block will slide forward when the backfill material such as embankment or the backfill material is compacted, a retaining wall block provided with a slide prevention piece is appropriately adopted and the upper If the retaining wall blocks to be piled are prevented from sliding, compaction work or the like by rolling of the backfill material or the body-fill material can be performed effectively and efficiently.
[0337]
(21) According to the present invention, a plurality of retaining wall blocks are laid so as to be adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, and a plurality of retaining wall blocks are adjacent to each other in the left-right direction on these retaining wall blocks in a stacked state. In the step-by-step construction method of the retaining wall blocks laid in the case of curved construction, the retaining wall blocks described in the above (18) are adopted as the retaining wall blocks having the sliding safety factor Fs that does not satisfy the following relationship. In addition, a single retaining wall block is laid in a discontinuous state at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction, and the upper retaining wall block is placed directly above the lower retaining wall block, and the sliding safety factor Fs However, tiered retaining wall blocks satisfying the following relationship are continuously laid in the left-right direction for each tier.
[0338]
(Equation 13)
In this way, by adopting a retaining wall block provided with a slide prevention piece as a step retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs does not satisfy the above relationship, it is possible to properly secure the sliding safety factor Fs. it can.
[0339]
That is, the retaining wall blocks provided with the slip preventing pieces are stacked one by one (so-called potato stacking) only for steps where the sliding safety factor Fs does not satisfy the above relation, and the sliding safety factor Fs is set by the sliding preventing pieces. In addition, by properly arranging them, and laying them in a discontinuous state at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction for each unit, it is possible to adjust the deviation in the left-right direction based on the difference in the radius of curvature of each step.
[0340]
In addition, as a stepped retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs satisfies the above relationship, a retaining wall block not provided with a slide prevention piece is used.
[0341]
At this time, the retaining wall block without the anti-slip piece can be laid continuously in the left-right direction for each step, regardless of the position of the lower retaining wall block.
[0342]
Therefore, for steps where the sliding safety factor Fs satisfies the above relationship, the laying work can be performed easily without setting the horizontal distance, and the time required to construct the retaining wall can be greatly reduced as a whole. Can be.
[0343]
In addition, even if the sliding safety factor Fs is a step that satisfies the above relationship in the stability calculation, a retaining wall block provided with a sliding prevention piece can be used as necessary for construction.
[0344]
For example, when there is a possibility that the retaining wall block may slide forward when the backfill material such as embankment or the backfill material is compacted, a retaining wall block provided with a slide prevention piece is appropriately adopted and the upper If the retaining wall blocks to be piled are prevented from sliding, compaction work or the like by rolling of the backfill material or the body-fill material can be performed effectively and efficiently.
[0345]
(22) In the invention according to
[0346]
[Equation 14]
In this way, by adopting a retaining wall block provided with a slide prevention piece as a step retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs does not satisfy the above relationship, it is possible to properly secure the sliding safety factor Fs. it can.
[0347]
That is, the retaining wall block provided with the slide prevention piece is divided into a plurality of retaining wall blocks within the permissible continuous laying range according to the radius of curvature of the curved construction only in the step where the sliding safety factor Fs does not satisfy the above relationship. A plurality of sets of retaining wall blocks are formed by laying them in a continuous direction, and a plurality of retaining wall block sets adjacent to each other in the left-right direction are separated from each other at a predetermined interval to form a discontinuous state. Stacking for each wall block set, ensuring the sliding safety factor Fs properly by the slip prevention pieces, and laying in a discontinuous state with a preset interval in the left and right direction for each of the plurality of retaining wall block sets. Thereby, it is possible to adjust the shift in the left-right direction based on the difference in the radius of curvature for each step.
[0348]
At this time, the number of retaining wall blocks forming a plurality of retaining wall block sets is set according to the radius of curvature in the curve construction, that is, when the radius of curvature is small, the number of retaining wall blocks is set small, If the radius is large, the number of retaining wall blocks can be set large, and the left-right space between each of the plurality of retaining wall block sets can be set in advance according to the number of such retaining wall blocks. The work of laying the retaining wall block of the step where the sliding safety factor Fs does not satisfy the above relationship can be performed very easily.
[0349]
In addition, as a stepped retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs satisfies the above relationship, a retaining wall block not provided with a slide prevention piece is used.
[0350]
At this time, the retaining wall block without the anti-slip piece can be laid continuously in the left-right direction for each step, regardless of the position of the lower retaining wall block.
[0351]
Therefore, for steps where the sliding safety factor Fs satisfies the above relationship, the laying work can be performed easily without setting the horizontal distance, and the time required to construct the retaining wall can be greatly reduced as a whole. Can be.
[0352]
In addition, even if the sliding safety factor Fs is a step that satisfies the above relationship in the stability calculation, a retaining wall block provided with a sliding prevention piece can be used as necessary for construction.
[0353]
For example, when there is a risk that the retaining wall block will slide forward when the backfill material such as embankment or the backfill material is compacted, a retaining wall block provided with a slide prevention piece is appropriately adopted and the upper If the retaining wall blocks to be piled are prevented from sliding, compaction work or the like by rolling of the backfill material or the body-fill material can be performed effectively and efficiently.
[0354]
(23) In the present invention according to claim 23, a plurality of retaining wall blocks are laid so as to be adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, and a plurality of retaining wall blocks are arranged adjacent to each other in the left-right direction on these retaining wall blocks. In the step-by-step construction method of the retaining wall block laid in the case of curved construction, the retaining wall block described in the above (19) is used for the stepped retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs does not satisfy the following relationship. Therefore, they are laid continuously in the left-right direction.
[0355]
(Equation 15)
In this way, by adopting a retaining wall block provided with a slide prevention piece as a step retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs does not satisfy the above relationship, it is possible to properly secure the sliding safety factor Fs. it can.
[0356]
In other words, the retaining wall block provided with the anti-slip piece is continuously laid in the left-right direction only at the step where the slip safety factor Fs does not satisfy the above relationship, and the slip safety factor is appropriately secured by each anti-slip piece. can do.
[0357]
At this time, since the slide prevention pieces can be arranged so as to be freely adjustable in the left and right direction via the left and right positioning body, each slide is appropriately positioned in the upper row of the retaining wall blocks that are displaced in the left and right direction, and then each slide is prevented. By appropriately adjusting the position of the prevention piece in the left-right direction and disposing it at a required position, the sliding of the retaining wall blocks stacked on the upper stage can be reliably prevented.
[0358]
In addition, as a stepped retaining wall block in which the sliding safety factor Fs satisfies the above relationship, a retaining wall block not provided with a slide prevention piece is used.
[0359]
At this time, the retaining wall block without the anti-slip piece can be laid continuously in the left-right direction for each step, regardless of the position of the lower retaining wall block.
[0360]
Therefore, for steps where the sliding safety factor Fs satisfies the above relationship, the laying work can be performed easily without setting the horizontal distance, and the time required to construct the retaining wall can be greatly reduced as a whole. Can be.
[0361]
In addition, even if the sliding safety factor Fs is a step that satisfies the above relationship in the stability calculation, a retaining wall block provided with a sliding prevention piece can be used as necessary for construction.
[0362]
For example, when there is a risk that the retaining wall block will slide forward when the backfill material such as embankment or the backfill material is compacted, a retaining wall block provided with a slide prevention piece is appropriately adopted and the upper If the retaining wall blocks to be piled are prevented from sliding, compaction work or the like by rolling of the backfill material or the body-fill material can be performed effectively and efficiently.
