<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set-up box which enables appropriate multi-stacking and can be easily assembled/disassembled. <P>SOLUTION: This set-up box is provided with a bottom plate 22, a front side plate, a rear side plate, left and right side plates, coupling plates 31-34, and left and right top plates; the front side plate and the rear side plate each are composed of outside plates 37 and 40 and inside plates 39 and 42; the left and right top plates are composed of outer top plates 58 and 62 and inner top plates 59 and 63; and the left and right side plates are composed of outside plates 48 and 50 and inside plates 49 and 51. 本発明は、主に魚介類等の生鮮食料品の運搬等に使用される組立式箱に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、魚介類等の生鮮食料品の運搬等には、使用後の再利用や廃棄焼却された際の有害物質発生防止等の環境問題を考慮して、図9、図10に示すような紙材製の組立式箱が用いられている(例えば、特許文献1を参照)。

この組立式箱1は、底板2の四辺に折り目を介して一体に形成された前側板3、背側板4、左側板5及び右側板6と、左右側板5,6の底板2とは反対側の縁部に折り目を介して一体に形成された左頂板7及び右頂板8とを備えて形成され、図10に示す打ち抜きの展開された状態から、側板3,4,5,6をそれぞれ組立てて立ち上げるとともに、左右頂板7,8を内側に折り曲げ、左右頂板7,8の両側縁に設けた係止片9,9を前後側板3,4の上縁に設けられた係止孔10,10に係止させることによって、箱上面端部に頂板7,8を備えた箱状に組み立てられるようになっており、頂板7,8を箱上面端部に設けたことによって箱全体が補強されるとともに、頂板7,8で上段の箱を支持するので、段積みが容易に行え、しかも箱を多段に積み上げても箱内部に収容された生鮮食料品等の内容物を好適に保護できるようになっている。

しかし、上述のような従来の組立式箱は、展開された状態から箱に組み立てる作業、或いは箱から展開された状態に分解する作業が困難で作業時間がかかり作業効率が悪いという問題があった。

本発明は、このような従来の技術の状況を鑑み、好適に多段積みができ、容易に組立て及び分解ができる組立式箱の提供を目的とする。

上述の如き従来の問題を解決し、所期の目的を達成するための請求項1の組立式箱は、四角形の底板と、該底板の前背左右の各縁部にそれぞれ折り目を介して一体に形成された前側板、背側板、左側板及び右側板と、前記前側板と前記左側板の各側辺間を連結し、前記底板の隅を始点とした折り目が形成された前左側板間連結板と、前記前側板と前記右側板の各側辺間を連結し、前記底板の隅を始点とした折り目が形成された前右側板間連結板と、前記背側板と前記左側板の各側辺間を連結し、前記底板の隅を始点とした折り目が形成された背左側板間連結板と、前記背側板と前記右側板の各側辺間を連結し、前記底板の隅を始点とした折り目が形成された背右側板間連結板と、前記左側板及び右側板の前記底板とは反対側の縁部にそれぞれ折り目を介して一体に形成された左頂板及び右頂板とを備え、前記前側板及び背側板は、前記底板と折り目を介して連続された外側板と、その底板とは反対側の縁部に一定幅を有する上縁板を介して一体に形成された内側板とをもってそれぞれ構成され、前記上縁板の両縁部を折り目として折り曲げることにより前記内側板を外側板に重ね合わせ、前記左頂板及び右頂板は、それぞれ左右側板の底板とは反対側の縁部に折り目を介して一体に形成された外頂板と、該外頂板の左右側板とは反対側の縁部に折り目を介して一体に形成された内頂板とをもって構成され、前記内頂板を折り目より折り曲げて外頂板に重ね合わせ、前記左側板及び右側板は、前記底板と折り目を介して連続した外側板と、前記内頂板の外頂板とは反対側の縁部に折り目を介して一体に形成された内側板とをもって構成され、前記内頂板を折り目より折り曲げて外頂板の内側面に重ね合わせることにより、前記外側板に内側板が重ね合わされ、前記左右側板をそれぞれ前記底板に重ねて折り畳んだ状態で全体形状を平板状となし、各側板を前記底板に対して直角に立ち上げ、前記前内側板及び背内側板の側縁部をそれぞれ左右側板の内面に係合させるとともに、前記左右頂板を折り目より折り曲げて前記左右頂板の両側縁部をそれぞれ上縁板に係合させ、上面両端部に頂板を備えた箱状に組み立てられるようにしたことを特徴とする。

次に、本発明に係る組立式箱の実施の形態を図について説明する。

図1は本発明に係る組立式箱の一例を示し、符号20は組立式箱、21は蓋である。

組立式箱20は、段ボール紙等の紙製の板状材を図2に示すように組立式箱を展開した状態に打抜き、これを折曲加工することにより形成されている。尚、組立式箱20は、板状材を耐水材で覆うことによって耐水処理が施され、耐水性を有している。
