本発明は、トラック荷台の荷物室における後部に取付けられている観音扉装置に係り、特に、扉の耐水性と耐久性とを向上させるとともに、壁面を平滑な構成として美観も向上させたものに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、トラックの荷台には、積載物を雨や埃等から保護するために、ハード幌の荷物室が載せられている。この荷物室の開口後部には、観音扉が左右二枚又は三枚構成で設けられていて、左右両端のヒンジにより二枚又は三枚の扉の合わせ部を施錠装置により閉塞するとともに、これで開閉操作する観音扉装置の構成になっている。上記観音扉は、常には、施錠手段により、閉塞されていて荷物の積み卸しの際に、開口される観音扉装置が一般的に広く知られている。「公知文献無し」

上記荷物室後部に設けた観音扉の断面構造は、鉄板又はアルミ板の外壁板と、芯材となる木製のベニヤ板と、鉄板又はアルミ板の内壁板とからなるサンドイッチ構造になっている。この扉の芯材となるベニヤ板には、雨水等が侵入し易いとともに、一旦吸収した水の保水性があるため、早期に腐らせて破損してしまう。そこで、外壁板や内壁板に排水用・乾燥用の孔をあけると、周りのパッキン中の木部に雨水等が一層多量に侵入してしまう。この水は蒸発せず、中のベニヤ板を腐らせてしまうという問題がある。「公知文献無し」

他方、最近では、上記荷物室の左右側壁面に、広告文字や絵をペイントしたり、広告シートや広告パネルを展張させ、走行するトラックによる広告効果を発揮させている。広告シート等の具体的な取付け構成は、車体の荷物室の左右側壁体に枠を設け、この枠の内側を窪ませて空間を設け、広告媒体を表示したシートの縁を上記枠に固定して該シートを展張してあるとともに、このシートの内側空間に光源を設けてある。これにより、夜間に車両を走行させた場合においても、昼間と同様に表示した広告媒体を視認できるものが提供されている。「例えば、特許文献1」

上記トラック荷台の荷物室の左右側壁面に、広告シートや広告パネルを展張させたものでは、平坦な左右側面には、容易に貼り付けことができる。しかし、荷物室の内側を窪ませて空間を形成させるため、荷物室の内部空間を狭くさせている。また、上記荷物室後部には、図示されていないが、一般的に、施錠手段及び開閉操作手段が外壁面から突出しているから、美観が好ましくない。更に、広告シートや広告パネルを展張させることが容易ではない。その取付けには、上記施錠手段及び開閉操作手段をクリアさせるための枠組体を左右の観音扉に突出させた状態に取付け、この枠組体の外側面に広告シート等の取付手段を設けるという複雑な構成になる。これにより、広告シート等が荷物室後部から大きく突出する形態となり、実施上において多くの問題がある。

しかしながら、上記のように、観音扉の外表面に取付けられた施錠手段をカバー部材で覆って平坦面とする方法では、カバー部材が扉の外側に大きく突出すること、カバー部材は完全な平坦面にならず、広告シールの貼着がカバー部材の曲面に沿って貼られるから、歪んで見えること、更に、広告シートによる展張手段が開示されておらず、その展張方法が不明であること、そして、何よりも観音扉の防水性・耐水性等の解決手段が示されていない。

本発明は、上記トラックにおいて、荷物室後部に設けた観音扉装置の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、扉の耐水性や耐久性を図るとともに、外壁面を平滑な構成として美観を向上させ、併せて広告シートの展張を容易にした観音扉装置を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1〜図13を参照し、本発明トラック後部の観音扉装置100の実施形態について説明する。まず、観音扉装置100の概要から説明する。図1に示すトラック1は、例えば大型トラックで、荷台1Aには立方体の荷物室3が搭載されている。この荷物室は、外壁がアルミ製又は鉄板製等の外壁板3Xによって形成され、内側壁にはベニア板やアルミ板等の内壁板3Yが貼られている。上記荷物室3の後部3Aには、例えば二枚構成の観音扉10,11が取付けられている。この二枚構成の観音扉10,11は、その左右外縁の上下全長にわたって付設した可動ヒンジ15,17を、荷物室3の後部開口枠3Bにおける左右縁3C,3Dの上部Aと下部Bの端面部に取付けた固定ヒンジ19,19との間でヒンジ連結されている。尚、上記可動ヒンジ15,17に対する固定固定ヒンジ19,19の取付位置は、可動ヒンジ15,17の中腹部付近の上下位置であっても良い、この場合は、可動ヒンジ15,17の中腹部付近の上下位置にスリットを設けて固定固定ヒンジ19,19を係入させる関係とする。上記左右の観音扉10,11は、その内縁の上下部間の内部に施錠棒20,21が埋設された形態に連通されている。そして、観音扉10,11は、荷物室後部3Aの開口枠3Bにおける中央下部Cに設けた施錠手段25により、この位置や荷物室3の中央上部Dに設けた掛止具27,29に係脱される構成となっている。

続いて、上記観音扉装置100の詳細構成を、図2〜図13により説明する。先ず、上記左右の観音扉10,11は、アルミ製の軽量型材で四角形状に形成した枠組体30と、この枠組体30の外壁面30Aに貼着した外壁板「フイルムシート又はアルミ板とベニヤ板とアルミ板の三層板材」5と、内壁面30Bに貼着した内壁板「例えば、プラスチックシートとアルミ板の積層板」7とからなる。勿論、上記外壁板5と内壁板7とは、防水性の高いシート材や板材ならば、その材質を問わず、何でも使用可能である。上記枠組体30は、左右の垂直型材31,32と、上下の水平型材33,34とからなる。上記垂直型材31,32と水平型材33,34は、軽量化と強度化のために、内部空間Sを複数のリブRで仕切った構造になっている。

上記左右の観音扉10,11は、左右枠組体30の外縁の垂直型材31,31に、上下幅全長にわたって可動ヒンジ15,17が外壁面30Aから外側に向けて一体構成で設けられている。一方、荷物室3の後部開口枠3Bには、その左右縁3C,3Dの上部Aと下部Bに固定ヒンジ17,19が荷物室の後方に向けてボルトで付設されている。勿論、溶着でも良い。この固定ヒンジ19,19には、上記可動ヒンジ15,17が支持ピンPを介してヒンジ連結されている。上記ヒンジ連結により、上記左右の観音扉10,11は、図3に示すように、実線の閉塞状態から荷物室3の左右側壁面に接近する破線示の全開位置まで旋回動できる構成になっている。

また、上記左右の観音扉10,11は、左右枠組体30の内縁の垂直型材32,32には、この上下部間の内部に施錠棒20,21を連通させるための軸受孔32A,32Aが設けられている。この構成は、垂直型材32,32を前部材32Bと後部材32Cとにニ分割させるとともに、その接合面に半円凹部32D,32Eを設ける。この前部材32Bと後部材32CとをボルトBTで連結固着することで、1つの垂直型材32と、この内部に長手方向に貫通する軸受孔32A,32Aが形成される。しかして、上記左右枠組体30の内縁の垂直型材32,32の軸受孔32A,32Aに連通させた施錠棒20,21は、コンテナ後部3Aの開口枠3Bにおける中央下部Cに設けた施錠手段25による旋回操作により、荷物室3の中央上部Dに設けた掛止具27,29や中央下部Cに設けた掛止具24に係脱される。

上記施錠手段25は、公知手段として知られたもので、その具体的な構成は、例えば、図13に示すように、操作レバー26と、この操作レバー26を支持するブラケット26A及び支持ピン26Bと、リンク機構Roと、中央下部Cの左右に付設した掛止具24,24からなる。しかして、上記施錠手段25の操作レバー26を、上下方向と反時計方へ破線位置から実線位置に旋回操作すると、施錠棒20,21が上下方向にスライドして、左右の観音扉10,11のロック(施錠)がアンロック(非施錠)となる。また、実線位置から破線位置に戻し旋回操作すると、アンロック(非施錠)からロック(施錠)される構成になっている。

上記左右の観音扉10,11は、以上のように構成され、その外側となる外壁面30A及び外壁板5は、施錠手段25やヒンジ等の突出物が存在しない平滑面を形成している。本発明は、上記観音扉装置100において、その枠組体30と平滑な外壁面30Aとを巧みに利用し、更に、広告手段50が簡潔に展張出来るように工夫されている。

続いて、広告手段50が簡潔に展張できる構成を、図6〜図12により説明する。上記左右の枠組体30の内縁となる各垂直型材32の上下部間の外側に引掛開口筒体36を付設している。この引掛開口筒体36は、各垂直型材32の外側凹面32Fに密着係合する係合板36Aと、この係合板36Aの一端側に設けた引掛開筒36Bとからなり、この引掛開筒36Bは、円形の内部空間S1とスリットS2とからなる。更に、上記左右の枠組体30の外側となる各垂直型材31の外縁全長及び水平角材33の上縁全長及び水平型材34の下縁全長に多段引掛片体38を各々付設している。この多段引掛片体38は、各垂直型材31の外縁全長に設けた外側凹面31Eと、水平型材33の上縁全長に設けた外側凹面33Eと、水平型材34の下縁全長に設けた外側凹面34Eとに、密着係合する各係合板38Aと、この各係合板38Aの表面に突出して並設した複数本の引掛片38Bとからなる。

上記左右の枠組体30における内側の垂直型材32に付設した引掛開口筒体36と、外側の垂直型角材31と上下水平型材33,34とに付設した多段引掛片体38との間に、平面状の広告手段「広告シート材50Aや広告板材等」50が展張される。この広告シート材50Aは、図12に示すように、左右対象に一対用意されている。その展張は、図8と図9に示すように、内側縁に付設した係止芯棒51を上記引掛開口筒体36の引掛開筒36B内に挿入し、このスリットS2から引き出している。そして、上記広告シート材50Aにおける三面縁にはゴム帯53を介して引掛体55が付設されていて、各ゴム帯53を外側の三方に引き伸ばした緊張状態で、各外側の垂直型材31と上下水平型材33,34とに付設した多段引掛片体38の一つの引掛片38Bに掛け止めて展張させる構成になっている。

本発明の第1実施形態の観音扉装置100は、上記のように構成されており、以下のように使用される。先ず、図1と図2と図5に示すように、各観音扉10,11の内部となる枠組体30の内側に、空間Soが形成され、且つ、外壁板5と内壁板7との間によって閉塞されているから、この枠組体30の内部が乾燥し易い。即ち、観音扉は、水が内部に侵入しても芯材としてベニヤ板を使用していないから、水が抜けてしまうし、通気性にも優れてこの内部空間が乾燥し易く、耐水性や耐久性に優れている。更に、観音扉10,11の表面全体が平坦面であり、ドアロック機構「施錠手段25」も観音扉10,11から外れた荷物室3の低部に配置されているから、観音扉の美観にも優れている。

更に、上記観音扉10,11の平坦面な外壁板5への広告手段「広告シート材50Aや広告板材等」50の貼り付けや外壁板5との僅かな隙間S3を空けての広告シートの展張が出来る。更に、外壁板5を取り外しての広告シート50Aだけの展張等が容易に行える。その広告手段50となる広告シート50Aの展張方法を説明する。まず、図8と図9と図12に示すように、広告シートにおいて、その内側縁に付設した係止芯棒51を、枠組体30の内縁の引掛開口筒体36に挿入係止させ、広告シート50Aの外側縁及び上下縁に付設した引掛体55を枠組体30の外縁全長及び上縁全長・下縁全長に設けた多段引掛片体38の一つに展張させた状態に係止させられる。これにより、広告シートが観音扉10,11の外側壁に突出することなく平滑に、簡潔且つ確実に展張させることができる。

本発明は上記第1実施形態の観音扉装置100に限定されない。図14に示す第2実施形態の観音扉装置200としても良い。この実施形態は、左右の観音扉10,11を、三枚構成の観音扉10,11,13としたものである。その概要構成を以下に説明する。荷物室3の後部3Aにヒンジ15,17,19で連結した外側の二枚の観音扉10,11の何れかに、図示では右側の観音扉11の内縁に三枚目の観音扉13の右縁をヒンジ70で連結されている。この三枚目の観音扉13の左縁13Aと、左側の観音扉10の内縁10Aとの接合部Gに、施錠棒20,21が埋設された形態に連通されており、荷物室後部3Aの開口枠3Bにおける中央下部Cの左寄りに設けた施錠手段25で、荷物室3の中央上部D左寄りに設けた掛止具27,29に係脱される構成となっている。尚、観音扉11にも施錠棒21´と施錠手段25が設けられている。

上記第2実施形態の観音扉装置200によるときは、荷物室3の後部3Aを全開口させたい場合は、三枚の観音扉10,11,13を全開させる。また、荷物室内部の荷物を部分的に積み卸す場合は、中央の観音扉13だけが開閉操作される。また、上記三枚の観音扉には、その三面の外壁面に広告手段50が上記第1実施形態と同様の構成で、別個独立して取付けられている。従って、観音扉10,11,13の開閉操作に支障を与えない。しかも、観音扉の閉口時は、三枚の観音扉が平坦な平滑面になり、その表面に展張されている三枚の広告シート等が1つに繋がって、大きな1つの広告メッセージとして表示される。

また、図15に示す第3実施形態の観音扉装置300としても良い。この実施形態は、上記各観音扉装置100,200において、左右の枠組体30の内壁面に張られているアルミ板等の内壁板7に替えて、アルミ型板60を配置させた構成としたものである。このアルミ型板60は、内面体61及び外面板63と、これらの空間内壁を架絡する多数のリブ65とからなる。そして、枠組体30の内壁面の全面を張るように、所定寸法長さのユニットとし、必要個数だけその連結部67を直列に連結させて壁面を形成している。尚、左右の枠組体30の外壁面には、外壁板5が必要に応じて適宜に貼着されている。また、枠組体30の低部には、排水用の孔Hが複数個あけられている。

上記第3実施形態の観音扉装置300によると、観音扉10,11には、その枠組体30の内壁面にアルミ型板60を配置したから、観音扉10,11の強度アップと防水性・耐久性・排水性の向上、軽量化等が図られる。

本発明は上記各実施形態に限定されない。例えば、観音扉装置としては2枚構成、3枚構成のものを例示したが、更に多数枚構成(例えば4枚構成)としても良いし、複数の扉のうち一部が開閉される構成(例えば2枚扉の一方が片開きする構成)としても良い。また、上記各観音扉装置100,200において、観音扉を構成する左右枠組体30は、その材質と構造について、アルミ製等の軽量型材に限定されない。やや重量が重くなるを覚悟にすれば、鉄製の型材を使用した枠組体30としても良い。この材質変更によっても、同様な作用・効果が発揮される。また、内壁板7や外壁板5の材質についても、耐水性・防水性のある各種材質の素材が適用できる。更に、枠組体30において、少なくとも内壁板7だけを張設すれば良く、必要に応じて内壁板7と外壁板5との二層構成としたり、内壁板7と広告シート50Aとの二層構成としたり、内壁板7と外壁板5と広告シート50Aとの三層構成とすることができる。

また、固定ヒンジ19と可動ヒンジ15,17とのヒンジ構成、施錠手段25の構成、広告手段50も、シート構成・薄板構成等の各種の形態が適用できる。また、広告手段50を観音扉10,11に展張する掛止手段も各種の構造・形態のものが適用できる。例えば、図16に示すように、係止芯棒51と引掛体55との取付け位置のように、変更しても良い。更に、一つの係止芯棒51と三つの引掛体55との取付け位置関係は、四辺において任意な自由位置に変更が可能である。当然に、上記係止芯棒51と、引掛体55との取付け位置に関連して、枠組体30に取付けられる引掛開口筒体36と多段引掛片体38との取付け位置も変更される。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、本発明の請求項1の観音扉装置によると、各観音扉の内部となる枠組体の内側には、外壁板と内壁板との間に空間が形成されているから、この内部が乾燥し易い。また、従来扉のように、芯材としてベニヤ板を使用していないから、耐水性や耐久性に優れている。そして、観音扉の表面全体が平坦面であり、施錠手段も扉から外れた荷物室の低部に配置されているから、観音扉の美観にも優れている。また、上記観音扉の平坦面への広告手段の張付けや広告シートの展張も容易に行える。
