[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat in which a backrest sheet is vertically divided into an upper backrest sheet and a lower backrest sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a vehicle seat in which a backrest seat is formed into an upper backrest seat and a lower backrest seat in a vertically divided manner, separately from a front-falling return spring for always leaning the backrest seat forward, a middle folding is provided on a mounting shaft. A configuration is known in which a spring for returning the upper backrest sheet is provided, and when the backrest sheet is folded in the middle, the inclination adjustment of the backrest sheet by the reclining device is regulated (see Patent Document 1).
That is, since the backrest sheet is constantly urged in the forward leaning direction by the forward fall-back spring, operating the reclining device in the middle-folded state is excessively fast, so the operation itself of the reclining device is restricted. .

【Example】
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a vehicle seat, 2 is a seat 2, 3 is a backrest seat, and the backrest seat 3 is not shown, but is a seat reclining device using a well-known reclining device R. 2 is configured to be freely tiltable. The backrest sheet 3 is vertically divided into an upper backrest sheet 4 and a lower backrest sheet 5, and the upper backrest sheet 4 is configured to be rotatable in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower backrest sheet 5. Construct a folded sheet.
[0008]
In this case, a well-known reclining device is provided at a portion where the upper backrest sheet 4 and the lower backrest sheet 5 are attached, so that the upper backrest sheet 4 can be freely adjusted to the inclination angle with respect to the lower backrest sheet 5. Not a requirement.
[0009]
Between the seat 2 and the backrest seat 3, there is provided a front-falling return spring 10 for urging the backrest seat 3 to fall forward when the reclining device R is unlocked. The front-falling return spring 10 is formed in a coil shape, and one end 11 located at the center is rotatably attached to the lower backrest frame 12 of the lower backrest sheet 5 of the backrest seat 3 to the seat frame 13 of the seat 2. And attached to the rotating center shaft 14 in a solid state.
[0010]
The other end 16 of the forward fall return spring 10 is attached to the lower backrest frame 12 side, and urges the backrest sheet 3 to fall forward when the reclining device R is unlocked.
[0011]
Reference numeral 18 denotes an upper backrest frame of the upper backrest sheet 4 of the backrest sheet 3. The lower part of the upper backrest frame 18 is rotatably mounted on the upper part of the lower backrest frame 12 by a mounting horizontal shaft 19. A center folding mechanism 20 for rotating the upper backrest sheet 4 in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower backrest sheet 5 is provided around the axis of the shaft 19. Although the configuration of the center folding mechanism 20 is arbitrary, the center folding mechanism 20 rotates the upper backrest sheet 4 about the axis of the mounting horizontal shaft 19 with respect to the lower backrest sheet 5 and rotates at a predetermined position. Is stopped and locked, at least in a state where the lower backrest frame 12 and the upper backrest frame 18 are continuous with each other, and a state in which the upper backrest frame 18 is rotated with respect to the lower backrest frame 12 in a bent state. Sometimes, it is configured to lock.
21 is a bracket, 22 is an engagement groove, 23 is an engagement body, and 24 is an operation lever.
[0012]
Thus, the lower backrest frame 12 is provided with a reversing speed adjusting unit 30 for mechanically switching the strength of the rebound spring 10 for forward leaning, and the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 is provided with the upper backrest frame 18 in the middle. A middle-bend detection mechanism 31 for mechanically detecting a broken state is attached, and the middle-bend detection mechanism 31 switches the strength of the elasticity of the front-fallback return spring 10 via the reversing speed adjusting unit 30.
[0013]
That is, the front-falling return spring 10 has elasticity for erecting the upper part of the upper backrest sheet 4 when the upper backrest sheet 4 and the lower backrest sheet 5 are flat and substantially horizontal with respect to the seat 2. Therefore, if the upper backrest sheet 4 is erected in a state where the upper backrest sheet 4 is folded in the middle with respect to the lower backrest sheet 5, the speed at which the upper backrest sheet 4 stands up becomes excessively fast.
[0014]
Therefore, when the middle fold detection mechanism 31 detects that the upper backrest sheet 4 is folded in the middle, the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 loosens the return spring 10 for falling forward, and the speed at which the backrest sheet 3 falls forward. (Setting substantially the same as the forward falling speed when the upper backrest sheet 4 and the lower backrest sheet 5 are flat).
[0015]
The reversing speed adjusting section 30 attaches the other end 16 of the front-falling return spring 10 to one end 33 of a bell crank 32 provided on the lower backrest frame 12. The bell crank 32 is rotatably mounted on the lower backrest frame 12 by a horizontal shaft 34.
[0016]
That is, when the other end 35 of the bell crank 32 is pushed to rotate the bell crank 32, the one end 33 of the bell crank 32 loosens the other end 16 of the front falling return spring 10 in the winding direction of the front falling return spring 10. When the backrest sheet 3 is moved forward in this direction and the elasticity of the front-falling return spring 10 is set to "weak" and the backrest sheet 3 is moved forward in this state, the backrest sheet 3 is tilted forward by an amount corresponding to the loosening of the front-falling return spring 10. Slow down the speed.
[0017]
In this case, the winding direction of the front-falling return spring 10 is right-handed in the drawing so as to bias the backrest sheet 3 so that the backrest sheet 3 always rotates forward. It is connected to one end 33 located on the front side of the bell crank 32.
[0018]
Further, the base of the arm 36 is fixed to the mounting horizontal shaft 19 so as to rotate in conjunction with the forward and backward rotation of the upper backrest sheet 4, thereby forming a center bending detecting mechanism 31. The upper end of the rod 37 is attached, the lower end of the rod 37 is connected to the other end 35 of the bell crank 32, and the middle fold detecting mechanism 31 and the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 are connected by the rod 37.
[0019]
Therefore, in the present application, the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 and the center fold detecting mechanism 31 can also be configured by the middle fold link 40 of the upper backrest sheet 4 by the bell crank 32, the rod 37, and the arm 36, and can be configured at a low cost. .
[0020]
Further, when the reversing speed adjusting section 30 and the center bending detecting mechanism 31 are constituted by the center bending interlocking link 40, when returning the center back folded upper backrest sheet 4 to the normal state, the elasticity of the front-falling return spring 10 is reduced by a bell crank. By acting on the arm 36 via the rod 32 and the rod 37, the elasticity of the return spring 10 for falling forward can also be used for returning the upper backrest sheet 4.
[0021]
[Action]
Next, the operation will be described.
When the reclining device R is unlocked, the backrest seat 3 becomes rotatable with respect to the seat 2, and adjusts the inclination angle from the substantially flat full-flat state to the upright state with respect to the seat 2, The reclining device R is locked at a desired inclination angle, and the backrest sheet 3 is held at the adjusted inclination angle.
[0022]
Further, when the reclining device R is unlocked in a state where the seat is not seated, the backrest sheet 3 is urged to always fall forward by the elasticity of the return spring 10 for forward leaning. The backrest sheet 3 falls forward at a stretch to a predetermined angle by the elasticity of the backrest.
[0023]
The backrest sheet 3 is vertically divided into an upper backrest sheet 4 and a lower backrest sheet 5, and the upper backrest sheet 4 is turned to the upper part of the lower backrest sheet 5 by a mounting shaft mounting horizontal shaft 19. When the center folding mechanism 20 is unlocked, the upper backrest sheet 4 becomes rotatable with respect to the lower backrest sheet 5, and the upper backrest sheet 4 is moved relative to the lower backrest sheet 5. The tilt angle is adjusted during the continuous state from the bent state at a substantially right angle, the middle bending mechanism 20 is locked at a desired tilt angle, and the upper backrest sheet 4 is held at the adjusted tilt angle.
[0024]
In this case, since the lower backrest frame 12 is provided with the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 for mechanically switching the strength of the elasticity of the front-falling return spring 10, the upper backrest sheet 4 is turned upside down when the upper backrest sheet 4 is folded in the middle. The elasticity of the front-falling return spring 10 can be set to "weak" by the speed adjusting unit 30, and even if the reclining device R is unlocked with the center folded, the backrest seat 3 slowly rotates forward.
[0025]
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the backrest sheet 3 from hitting the back of the seated person by the forward rotation of the backrest seat 3, and to operate the reclining device R with the middle bent, the upper folded backrest sheet 4 is folded. The order of operation may be restored, and the operability is improved.
[0026]
That is, when operating the apparatus, even if the operation procedure is different from the setting, the operator may be aware of the setting and may mistakenly determine that the apparatus is out of order. The operability is improved because no priority is given to the operation.
[0027]
Thus, a center-bending detection mechanism 31 for mechanically detecting the middle bending state of the upper backrest sheet 4 is mounted around the mounting horizontal axis 19 of the upper backrest sheet 4 and the lower backrest sheet 5. Is configured so that when the middle folding detection mechanism 31 mechanically detects the middle folding state of the upper backrest sheet 4, the strength of the elasticity of the return spring 10 for forward fall is switched. In this state, the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 automatically loosens the front-falling return spring 10 to reduce the speed at which the backrest sheet 3 falls forward.
[0028]
Thus, one end 11 of the front-falling return spring 10 formed in a coil shape is solidly attached to a rotation center shaft 14 which is the center of rotation of the backrest sheet 3. Is attached to one end 33 of the bell crank 32 of the reversing speed adjusting unit 30. When the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 pushes the other end 35 of the bell crank 32 to rotate the bell crank 32, one end of the bell crank 32 The end 33 moves the other end 16 of the front-falling return spring 10 in the loosening direction of the winding direction of the front-falling return spring 10 to make the elasticity of the front-falling return spring 10 “weak”. When the backrest sheet 3 is tilted forward, the speed at which the backrest sheet 3 is tilted forward is reduced by the amount that the return spring 10 for tilting forward is loosened.
[0029]
The base of the arm 36 that rotates in conjunction with the forward and backward rotation of the upper backrest sheet 4 is fixed to the mounting horizontal shaft 19 at the center of the center folding of the upper backrest sheet 4, and the middle fold detection mechanism 31 is provided. When the arm 36 and the other end 35 of the bell crank 32 are connected to each other, the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 is connected to the center bending detecting mechanism 31. The adjusting unit 30 automatically loosens the return spring 10 for leaning forward, and reduces the speed at which the backrest sheet 3 falls forward.
[0030]
Conversely, when the folded backrest sheet 4 is returned to its original position, the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 automatically tightens the front-falling return spring 10 to reduce the speed at which the backrest sheet 3 falls forward. .
[0031]
Thus, the connection between the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 and the bending detecting mechanism 31 is performed by the rod 37, and the other end 35 of the bell crank 32 is attached to the lower end of the rod 37, and the tip of the arm 36 is attached to the upper end of the rod 37. Are connected to each other, the reversing speed adjusting section 30 and the breakage detecting mechanism 31 are linked to each other.
[0032]
As described above, when the reversing speed adjusting unit 30 formed by the bell crank 32 and the center bending detecting mechanism 31 formed by the arm 36 are connected by the rod 37, when the upper backrest sheet 4 is bent in the middle, the arm 36 is attached to the mounting side. The arm 36 pushes the rod 37 downward, the rod 37 pushes the other end 35 of the bell crank 32, and the one end 33 of the bell crank 32 pushes the other end 16 of the return spring 10 for falling forward. Pushing in the loosening direction switches the elasticity of the forward fall return spring 10 to “weak”.
[0033]
Conversely, when the upper backrest sheet 4 is returned to the normal state, since the elasticity for returning the loosened front-falling return spring 10 to the original position is applied to the rod 37, the middle folding mechanism 20 is unlocked. Then, the restriction of the rod 37 is released, and the upper backrest sheet 4 is returned to the normal state by the elasticity of the return spring 10 for returning to the original position.
[0034]
Therefore, the forward fall return spring 10 also functions as a return spring for the upper backrest sheet 4 via the rod 37.
[0035]
Thus, one end 11 of a front fall return spring 10 that constantly urges the backrest sheet 3 to fall forward is locked to the rotation center shaft 14, and the other end 16 of the front fall return spring 10 is locked. Is fixed to one end 33 of a bell crank 32 rotatably provided on the lower back frame 12 of the lower back seat 5 by a horizontal shaft 34, and the lower end of a rod 37 is attached to the other end 35 of the bell crank 32. Since the upper end of the mounting rod 37 is attached to the tip of an arm 36 having a base fixed to the mounting horizontal shaft 19, the bell back 32, the rod 37 and the arm 36 constitute the middle back link 40 of the upper backrest seat 4. Yes, and can be configured at low cost.
[0036]
That is, when the upper backrest sheet 4 is tilted forward, the arm 36 is rotated forward and the rod 37 is arranged to move downward, and between the lower end of the rod 37 and the other end 33 of the tilting return spring 10. Is provided with the bell crank 32, so that the rotation of the arm 36 is converted by the bell crank 32, and the return spring 10 for falling forward can be loosened.
[0037]
Further, since the arm 36 and the spring 10 are connected by the middle bending link 40, the center bending mechanism 20 is unlocked to return the middle back folded upper backrest sheet 4 to the normal state. 32, the other end 16 of the spring 10, which has been forcibly moved in the loosening direction by the bell crank 32, returns to the original position, whereby the rod 37 moves upward, and the rod 37 moves upward. 37 rotates the arm 36, and the arm 36 rotates the mounting horizontal shaft 19 to return the upper backrest sheet 4 to the normal state.
