本発明は、化粧料を装填した中皿(ドラム)等の開口部等に装着されて好適なフィルムあるいはメッシュ等のシート状部材を備えた張設体に関するものであり、該張設体を構成するシート状部材を枠体部分に確実に固定保持しようとするものである。

化粧料を装填した中皿には、塵の付着や化粧料の揮散を防止するため、封印用のフィルムを枠体によってピンと張った状態で固定保持した張設体が備えられているものがある。

また、パウダー等の化粧料の適量取り出しを可能にするため、シート状のメッシュを枠体によってピンと張った張設体が備えられているものもある。

この種の張設体は、従来、容器あるいは枠体を成形する金型のモールドキャビティ内に、フィルムあるいはメッシュを予め配置しておき、金型ゲートを通してキャビティ内に溶融樹脂を射出充填することによってフィルムやメッシュの周囲縁に枠体を成形するようにしていた(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記従来の張設体は、フィルムやメッシュ等のシート状部材の縁部が枠体の天面に張りついた状態にあり、長期間の使用によってシート部材が枠体の天面から剥がれる不具合があった。

また、シート状部材がメッシュの場合には縁部の繊維が枠体から飛び出し外観上見栄えが悪いものが製造される可能性が存在すること、さらには、枠体の天面に位置するメッシュの開口に内容物が溜まるため使い勝手も悪く、その改良が望まれていた。

本発明の課題は、枠体によってシート状部材を強固に保持できる新規な張設体を提案するところにある。

本発明は、フィルムやメッシュ等のシート状部材と、このシート状部材を保持する枠体からなる張設体であって、
前記枠体を、シート状部材の縁部の直上から外側に位置する金型ゲートより射出された合成樹脂の成形体よりなるものとし、
前記シート状部材の端部をその全域にわたって該枠体に埋設固定してなることを特徴とする張設体である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を用いて本発明をより具体的に説明する。

図1は本発明にしたがう張設体の外観斜視図であり、図2はその断面を示したものである。

図において1はメッシュを例として示したシート状部材、2はシート状部材1をピンと張った状態で保持する枠体であり、この枠体は、合成樹脂の成形体にて構成されており、シート状部材1の端部をその全域にわたって埋設固定するようになっている。

図3は従来の張設体の断面を示したものである。従来の張設体は、図示の如くシート状部材1を枠体2の天面に張りついた状態になっていたため該シート状部材1が枠体2の天面から剥がれる不具合があり、シート状部材1が本発明の実施の形態の如きメッシュの場合には、その端部の繊維が枠体2から飛び出し外観上見栄えが悪くなる可能性があるし、さらには、枠体の天面に位置するメッシュの開口に内容物が溜まるなどしていたが、本発明に従う張設体は、シート状部材1の端部が枠体2の厚さ方向のほぼ中央に埋設固定されているため、シート状部材1が枠体2から簡単に剥がれることはない。

また、本発明にしたがう張設体は、メッシュの如きシート状部材1を金型内に配置してキャビティに合成樹脂を射出することによって形作ることができるが、例えば、図4に金型の要部を示すように、金型ゲート3に面してシート部材1が配設されているような場合には、樹脂の流れによってシート部材1が押し込まれるように変形して図5に示すような状態で枠体2が形成されることも懸念される。

このため、本発明では、金型ゲート3は図6に金型の要部を示すようにシート状部材1の縁部の直上から外側に位置するようにして成形に際してシート状部材1に樹脂の流れが直接当たらないようにする。

本発明の実施の形態では、シート状部材1としてメッシュを用いる場合について説明したがフィルムを用いる場合やその他の部材を用いる場合にも適用できるものであり、メッシュのみに限定はされない。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、シート状部材に外力が加わっても枠体から簡単に剥がれることがないので、張設体のもつ機能を長期にわたって維持できるとともに、外観上の体裁もきれいに保つこと可能であり、さらには、枠体の天面に位置するメッシュの開口に内容物が溜まることもないので使い勝手がよい張設体とすることができる。
