Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0087】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an image output apparatus, an image output method, a program, and a recording medium that output print information to a printing unit that prints an image based on print information on print paper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when one computer outputs data continuously to a printing device (printer), or when a plurality of people use a network printer, the documents output from each computer are stacked on a tray, and it is difficult to determine the separation of each document. Was.
[0003]
In such a case, conventionally, a sheet indicating a separator such as a separator sheet, a banner, or the like is output, or the output is performed while rotating the printing direction or the output sheet direction for each output.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional method of inserting a separator sheet has a problem that the separator sheet is wasted.
[0005]
Furthermore, in order to correct the paper orientation, order, front and back, etc. in one set of a plurality of output sheets, the user must manually check the page numbers and the printed contents. There was a problem that only had to be sorted.
[0006]
As a method for solving this problem, a method described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-65363 has been proposed. In the conventional method described in JP-A-11-65363, a page mark is added to the same place of a page in the case of ordinary paper, and the mark is added so that the marks do not overlap each other in the case of an OHP sheet. Thus, a missing page can be easily found.
[0007]
However, if the page order of a single sheet bundle is simply disturbed, it is possible to easily detect missing or incorrect pages using the above-described conventional method, but a plurality of printed materials are mixed. In such a case, since the same page or the like exists for each copy, in the above-described conventional method, the user can determine the print content by simply checking whether or not another copy is mixed in a certain bundle of paper. There is a problem that it is necessary to perform each operation by hand, which is a very complicated operation and may cause an error or the like.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a printing method that prints an image based on print information on a print sheet by first printing information to be output to printing means. Mark is added so that the position is shifted for each page, and the position of the second mark is shifted for each predetermined printing unit (one unit, job) with respect to the print information to be output to the printing means. When printing on both sides of the printing paper, a third mark is added to the printing information to be output to the printing means so as to be located at different positions on the front and back of the printing paper. It is possible to easily recognize the disorder of the front and back sides of the paper bundle, the disorder or missing of the bundle order, and the fact that a certain part (job) contains printing paper of another part (job). Can be easily corrected, and Even if it has been done, the user can easily check and change the sorting of the bundle (set), the page order, the uniformity of the front and back sides of the paper, etc. just by checking the first to third marks by the user. And when the image based on the print information is printed on the entire surface of the printing paper, the first mark image and the second mark image are added so as to be printed on the back surface of the printing paper. When printing an image on the entire surface of the printing paper, the first and second mark images are added without overlapping the image on the front surface, realizing the beauty of the borderless printed image and the ease of alignment at the same time. It is an object of the present invention to provide an image output apparatus, an image output method, a program, and a recording medium which can provide an image forming environment.
