The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the conventional sterilization method and sterilizer using ozone gas as described above, and an object of the present invention is to prevent the ozone gas from losing its activity and to reduce pathogenic bacteria. By making it possible to efficiently contact the concentrated and highly active ozone gas, and by defining a suitable heating temperature range where the ozone gas can exert the best sterilizing ability against pathogenic bacteria, The aim is to improve the sterilization ability.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have stated that, in order to prevent the activity loss of ozone gas, it is sufficient that the chamber is filled with pure oxygen gas before the supply of ozone gas, and the heating temperature in the chamber increases the pathogenic bacteria. It has been found that if the temperature is set to be approximately the same as the temperature condition suitable for the above, the good sterilizing ability of the ozone gas is maximized, and the present invention has been completed.

In the air discharging step, the pressure is preferably reduced to 0.02 to 0.5 kgf / cm 2 . At 0.5 kgf / cm 2 or more, the residual air may come into contact with the ozone gas, and the ozone activity may be lost. Even if the pressure is reduced to 0.02 kgf / cm 2 or less, no further effect is practically obtained. In the oxygen supply step, pure oxygen gas is supplied into the
