Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tray connection structure for a pot with a tray.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In indoor planting pots, the pot body is taken out of the room at the time of irrigation, supplied with water, drained, and then re-installed inside the room. Often hangs.
Also, it is necessary to drain well enough to prevent dripping of such drops, but there is no guide to finish draining, and if it ends early, the problem of dripping remains, and drain more than necessary In such a case, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time.
Therefore, what is often done is to move the pot body in a state where a thin dish-shaped water receiving tray is attached to the bottom of the pot body where water is likely to hang down, and place it at a desired location as it is.
[0003]
In such a case, the combination of the water tray and the pot not only increases the mismatch, but also in order to achieve a good balance, the pot body must always be located at the center of the water tray, which requires a lot of maintenance. There is a problem that it takes.
To solve such a problem, for example, it is conceivable that the pot body is detachably connected to a predetermined position of the water receiving tray by a general connecting mechanism combining a dovetail and a dovetail.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the connection mechanism using a combination of a mortise and a mortise as described above, in a case where the water receiving tray and the pot body are molded by a metal mold, do not use a movable mold or a lost core type. In addition, expensive molds must be replaced with more complex molds, which not only raises initial costs, but also limits the number of molds that can be molded in one shot. Therefore, there is also a problem that the production is reduced.
In view of the above, the present invention has been proposed in view of the above problems, and it is possible to provide a well-balanced water receiving tray and a tray connecting structure for a receiving tray-equipped pot equipped with the same. It is intended to be.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a saucer connection structure for a saucer with a saucer according to the present invention includes a pot body formed in a bottomed tubular shape or a bottomed tubular shape having a narrowed bottom, and a coupling mechanism provided at the bottom of the pot body. The coupling mechanism comprises a connection protrusion on one of the bottom surface of the pot body and the inner surface of the saucer facing the same, and the pot body and the saucer on the other surface. When the are relatively rotated, a projection receiving portion is formed along the rotation locus drawn by the connecting projection, and the projection receiving portion is narrow so as to sandwich the connecting projection on the lower side in the rotation direction of the projection. It is characterized by being formed in.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a tray connecting structure for a pot with a tray according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a use state of a pot with a saucer. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a hanging tool, and reference numeral 2 denotes a pot with a saucer attached to the hanging tool 1 as a whole.
The hanging tool 1 is constructed by assembling two vertically arched frames 3 and 3 so as to intersect in plan view, providing a circular mounting table 4 at the bottom, and a diamond-shaped hanging table at the upper end. A part 5 is formed.
[0007]
The pot 2 with a saucer is provided with a pot body 6 formed in a bottomed tubular shape or a bottomed tubular shape with a narrowed bottom, and a saucer 8 detachably connected to the bottom of the pot body 6 via a coupling mechanism 7. Consists of
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pot body 6 has an upper end peripheral portion 6a which is spread outwardly in a wave-like state, for example, like a morning glory petal. The portion is formed on the step-down small diameter portion 6b.
The bottom 6c of the pot body 6 has two short connecting projections 9, 9 protruding downward at a portion 6d which swells downward, and a drain hole formed by a long hole around the projection. 11 are drilled radially (see FIG. 2).
The drain hole 11 has not only a function of drainage but also a function of ensuring air permeability.
[0008]
The receiving tray 8 detachably connected to the bottom 6c of the pot body 6 is made of colored transparent synthetic resin, and the upper peripheral edge portion 8a is located at the lower side of the tapered peripheral wall of the lower constriction. It is formed in a bowl shape that spreads upward so as to fit loosely on the outside.
The bottom 8b of the receiving tray 8 has a projection receiving portion 12 for receiving the connecting projections 9, 9 formed on the bottom 6c of the pot body 6.
When the pot body 6 and the tray 8 are rotated relative to each other as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion receiving portion 12 follows a rotation locus X drawn by the connecting protrusions 9 formed on the bottom 6c of the pot body 6. The pressing projections 13 are formed so as to face each other on both sides of the connecting projections 9.
[0009]
The width W between the opposing pressing surfaces 13 is formed so as to be gradually narrowed so as to sandwich the connecting projections 9.9 on the lower side in the rotation direction of the rotation trajectory X of the connecting projections 9.9. The coupling mechanism 7 is formed by the projection receiving portion 12 and the coupling projections 9 on the bottom 6c of the pot body 6.
As described above, when the projection receiving portion 12 is formed of the coupling projections 9 and 9 in the coupling mechanism 7, the pot body 6 and the tray 8 can be formed by a pair of dies opposed to each other.
[0010]
Next, a procedure for irrigating the pot 2 with a tray formed as described above will be described. First, plants such as flowers are omitted, but as shown in FIG. 1, the pot 2 with a saucer attached to the hanging fixture 1 is formed in an arch-shaped frame 3.3 in which the petal-shaped portion of the upper peripheral edge 6a is vertically long. The pot 2 with the receiving tray is mounted on the mounting table 4 even when the frame 3 on which the pot 2 with the receiving tray is mounted swings when the frame 3 is hung by the hanging portion 5. 4 No longer move on.
When the pot 2 with a tray is taken out from the arch-shaped frame 3.3 to irrigate the pot 2, the frame 3 is elastically deformed to take out the pot 2 with the tray, and then the tray 8 or the pot body 6 or both are taken out. , And the connecting protrusions 9 are relatively rotated in a direction in which the connecting protrusions 9 move in a direction opposite to the direction of the rotation locus X.
[0011]
Then, by this rotation, the connection projections 9.9 formed on the bottom 6c of the pot body 6 rotate in a direction opposite to the rotation trajectory X, and have pressed both sides of the connection projections 9.9 until now. Since the holding of the pressing surfaces 13 is eliminated, the receiving tray 8 comes off from the bottom 6c of the pot body 6 downward.
Next, the pot body 6 is sufficiently irrigated and then roughly drained to make the tray 8 concentric with the bottom 6c of the pot body 6, and the upper peripheral edge portion 8a of the tray 8 falls off the pot body 6. The tray 8 and / or the pot body 6 are relatively rotated in the direction in which the connecting projections 9 move in the direction of the rotation locus X while being loosely fitted to the small diameter portion 6b.
[0012]
Due to this relative rotation, the connecting projections 9.9 formed on the bottom 6c of the pot body 6 move within the projection receiving portion 12 along the rotation trajectory X, and the connecting projections 9.9 press the both sides thereof on the pressing surfaces 13, 13. As a result, the tray 8 is securely connected to the bottom 6c of the pot body 6.
In this state, when the pot 2 with the tray is carried to the place of the frame 3 and the frame 3 is elastically deformed and the pot 2 with the tray is placed on the mounting table 4, the watering operation is completed.
When moving from this watering place to the place where the frame is suspended, when water drips from the drainage hole 11 drilled in the bottom 6c of the pot body 6, the tray 8 receives the water, No wet or dirty surroundings.
[0013]
When the tray 8 is formed of a transparent resin as in this example, the amount of water discharged from the drain hole 11 can be known, and when the tray 8 is large, it can be drained before overflowing from the tray 8. it can.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, the upper peripheral portion of the pot body 6 is waved to make the petals fall apart. However, the shape is not limited to such a shape. It can also be implemented on the body.
Further, in the above embodiment, the connecting projections 9 of the connecting mechanism 7 are formed by two. However, it is needless to say that the number of the connecting projections 9 can be reduced to one or three or more. .
Further, the frictional force is not limited to a short cylindrical shape as shown in the drawing of the connecting projections, but may be a prism to increase the frictional force.
In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the connection mechanism 7 is formed by forming the protrusion receiving portion 12 on the receiving tray 8 and the connecting protrusion 9.9 on the bottom 6c of the pot body 6. It is also possible to form the coupling mechanism 7 by forming the coupling projections 9 and 9 and the projection receiving portion 12 on the pot body 6.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the saucer connection structure of the pot with the saucer according to the present invention provides a connection mechanism for connecting the pot body and the saucer to any one of the bottom surface of the pot body and the inner surface of the saucer facing the pot body. When a connecting projection is formed and the pot body and the tray are relatively rotated on the other surface, a projection receiving portion is formed along a rotation locus drawn by the connecting projection, and the projection receiving portion rotates the projection. It is formed so as to be narrow so as to sandwich the connecting projection on the lower side in the direction.
Therefore, the mold for molding the pot body and the saucer connected to the pot body does not have to be a core type or a movable mold of a disappearing type, and has a simple structure as in the past and reduces the initial cost of the mold. There is an advantage that a well-balanced water pan and a pot with the pan provided with the water pan can be mass-produced without increasing the height.
