TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has a means for a computer to read characteristics obtained from an individual's living body as personal information, and prints the read information in a barcode format on a seal label and affixes it to a personal dynamic asset. This is a personal identification device that can prevent a third party who deposits personal property for profit or as a service from apologizing for personal property and giving it to others. {Circle around (1)} The personal identification device of the present invention is, for example, {circle around (1)} a place for storing luggage, keys, and valuables such as a hotel, airport, golf course, and the like. (Sports gyms, party venues), (2) Places where personal assets are temporarily stored, such as laundry shops, home appliance repair shops, watch shops, and (3) Store relatively long-term items such as rental warehouses (rental containers). It can be used in places where it is possible.
The present invention relates to an improvement of a personal identification device for identifying personal data that has been converted into a two-dimensional bar code.
In addition, the present invention reads a fingerprint of an individual by a sensor such as a fingerprint collation unit, and converts the fingerprint into a two-dimensional barcode format together with information such as the attributes of the individual, work date and time, and registered fingers. The present invention relates to an invention for improving the operation of collating with a fingerprint after attaching to a deposit or the like.
Further, the personal identification device of the present invention is a personal identification device using an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) non-contact type personal authentication system, and does not make electrical contact with a storage element such as a semiconductor memory or a flash memory. This is a personal identification device for writing and reading information wirelessly. More specifically, in the personal identification device of the present invention, the computer views the individual's biological tissue (or a part thereof) as characteristics of the individual, and compares the information together with the attributes such as the name and age of the individual to the collation target (for example, the individual). As an information storage medium to be affixed to a deposit or the like, there is no electrical contact portion, and the writing / reading of the information is performed wirelessly. In addition, a radio IC memory (for example, a semiconductor memory such as an EPROM or an EEPROM) that can supply driving power in a non-contact manner by, for example, electromagnetic induction or the like at the time of a writing / reading operation by a device for writing / reading information (for example, a reader / writer) ) Or a flash memory or other storage element. Note that the present invention can use any storage element having a function equivalent to a storage element such as a semiconductor memory or a flash memory.

Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
For example, in airport baggage checkrooms and laundry shops, stickers with codes such as numbers and alphabets or barcodes are attached to items to be checked, and cards with the same contents are written for individuals to check in. Is handed. When the individual receives the checked goods, he / she gives the card with the code, and the person in charge of delivery checks the contents of the code on the seal of the goods with the code on the card owned by the individual, and confirms the contents. If so, the goods will be handed over to the individual as it is proven to be personal.
However, if an individual who deposits an item loses the card with the code, it is firstly impossible to prove that the item is an individual's item even if there is no other receiving item. It is possible.
In many cases, individuals who have lost their means of proof present proof of their identity and whereabouts, and if they are luggage, disclose all the contents and verify their authenticity. Need to be embraced.
For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-157,199 discloses that "a host computer 4 (computer / interface unit 30), personal identification data readers 8 and 9 (optical fingerprint reader 20) for reading personal identification data into the host computer 4, and personal identification data are printed. An identification device having a label printer 7 (label printer 70) and a label reader 6 (fingerprint reader: light pen) for reading a label on which personal identification data has been printed is described. Or, a device comprising a result display 7 for displaying an unconfirmed collation result "is disclosed, but these devices store personal information and fingerprint information in a host computer and store the information in the host computer. In order to prove that the personal information is the person's identity, the stored fingerprint information is compared with the individual's fingerprint. It is intended. In other words, this is a device that searches for an individual's thing from a large number of things, and is different from a device that performs one-to-one matching that proves that an object is an individual's thing as in the present invention. Further, the device disclosed in Patent Document 2 reads, as an image, a trace of an individual's fingerprint attached to a target object when proving that the individual has or has contacted the target object. It is necessary to store the image as an image, read the fingerprint information from the individual as an image, and check the fingerprint images. In this case, in order to prove that the individual is the owner of the target object, it is necessary to leave a trace of a fingerprint on the target object in advance. However, traces of the fingerprint may be wiped off or may disappear spontaneously. It is also generally difficult to obtain a fingerprint image from an object.
The applicant has disclosed personal identification devices in Patent Documents 3 and 4 (JP-A-8-71148 and JP-A-9-70398). In these personal identification devices, registration means, reading means, and collation means for patient data are composed of host computers, terminals (personal computers), and the like, and are arranged in each of a management room, a blood collection room, and an operating room. Therefore, the size of the apparatus as a whole is large, and a power cord is required for each host computer and terminal (personal computer), so that it is difficult to carry and move.
[0003]
Current personal authentication devices use a two-dimensional barcode as a means for attaching personal information including personal attributes and fingerprint information to a collation target, as in Patent Document 4, for example. Two-dimensional barcodes have the advantage that they are superior to normal (one-dimensional) barcodes in the amount of information loaded and can be printed in a smaller size. However, there is a problem that a sticker label is consumed every time printing is performed, and dust such as backing paper remains. In addition, in order to prevent the printed state of the two-dimensional barcode from deteriorating due to water drops or heat, the seal label to be printed should be made of a material that is excellent in water resistance and heat resistance in consideration of the environment in which the verification target is stored, It was necessary to apply a transparent film such as PE (polyethylene) as a protective material on top of the printed and labeled label.
The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive studies in order to solve the above problems, and as a result, have arrived at the next invention.

Effects of the Invention
(1) Since the individual only digitizes his or her fingerprint, there is no need to possess a card or the like on which a code is written, so there is no risk of losing the matching means.
By sticking it to a key left when going out at a hotel front desk or a key of a car, it is possible to prevent a person from impersonating the person and entering the room or stealing the car.
Since the fingerprint information of an individual is invariant for a lifetime, the collation means will not be lost even if the object is stored for a long time unless it is lost.
(2) The personal identification device of the present invention stores fingerprint information of an individual in an information medium such as a bar code or a flash memory and attaches or embeds the information to a target object. There is little possibility of losing information, and fingerprint information can be easily obtained by a code scanner or reader provided in the device.
(3) In the personal identification device of the present invention,
{Circle around (1)} The entire device can be made smaller and lighter, and can be made portable by operating the device body, the fingerprint collating unit and the label printer with a battery.
{Circle around (2)} By incorporating a wireless communication member in the apparatus main body, work records can be shared whenever and wherever necessary.
(4) {circle around (1)} A storage element such as a radio IC memory (for example, a semiconductor memory such as an EPROM or an EEPROM) or a flash memory requires more time for information input / output than a system using a two-dimensional barcode label. And the operating method is simple, so that the working efficiency is improved.
{Circle over (2)} A storage element such as a radio IC memory (for example, a semiconductor memory such as an EPROM or an EEPROM) or a flash memory can rewrite information and can be reused in some cases. Therefore, waste is not wasted.
